We made an appointment for  someone from Dallas Landscape to come out and bid  a job at our home address. We did meet with a representative of the company and he assured us he would be back in touch with a bid. We have made numerous requests via email, phone calls to the company, voice messages left on cellphones all to no avail. We have been given a short list of excuses as to why there is no further communication from the principal, Jessie Maupain, but still no Jessie. They seemed professional, but no ability to follow through.

Please note: one star only because there is not an option to leave a no star rating. I would not be able to give a star to a company that never returned a phone call.

We had two hanging lights installed over our counter in the kitchen. George came out and did an estimate first, he was on time and polite. We than scheduled for another time to install them. He came on time again, communicated with us on the exact location of the lights, protected our counter and was very clean with the work he did. We are very happy and will use again!

Don and the guys have done our electrical work for twenty years.  They are professional, neat, prompt, and very talented.

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Rodney was on time, took care to not track in dirt, and explained everything after a thorough inspection.  Had everything completed within an hour.  Super pleased!  Already putting together a list of smaller things for him to do.

We turned to this fan company (an authorized service center for Casablanca fans) after Lights Fantastic on Greenville refused to honor the lifetime warranty on fans that we purchased there. After dealing with Lights Fantastic, the people at Cool Breezes were a godsend. They were responsive, responsible (returned phone calls, did what they said they would do), friendly, and helpful. In particular, we found Chad Blain to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave great advice and was easy to work with throughout the repair process. We now have a new store to which we will turn for our fan and cooling needs.

Needed a plug in my garage. They quoted a good price and after seeing what I needed they actually came in under their quote, electrician was fast and informative. Good solid company I would use them again.

I was having air conditioner problems and by my checking it seemed that I was only getting 110 to the outside unit. Larry from Ameritech came by and checked every possible connection to see why I wasn't getting the full 220 to my air con.

Everything right out to the unit was putting out 220. But when Larry went to check the air con wiring, he noticed that there was a wire that had been pulled out. Probably from my ham-fisted do-it-yourself install of the switch. He reconnected the wire to the unit, closed everything back up and wished me good day. I asked him what I owed for the call, and he told me nothing. We didn't do anything. he said. I was amazed.

Yes, that's right, he didn't even charge me for the service call.

I'll be calling Ameritech for all my other electrical needs from now on.

Today Walter and Marcus came out to do our pool electric work.  These guys are fantastic. First they showed up and were careful to knock on our front door after reading the signs of please knock baby in the house (good thing lil man was asleep at the time). They waited patiently and were about to call as I spotted them.  These guys are super flexible, and were able to accommodate my last second request to add an extra outlet.  Really nice and personable too! I highly recommend Rosen electric especially Walter and Marcus.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
