We had Dallas Landscape Lighting to work under our pergola out back.  We met Jesse who gave us several good options and provided a tiered plan.  The initial work was fairly quick and professional.  My complaint comes from the service aspect of the company.  We purchased an outdoor rated ceiling fan for under the pergola.  After the first rain, it shorted out.  It took 3 calls to the office, but they finally came back and replaced the fan.  After the very next rainfall, this one shorted out as well.  It took me 5 calls/messages over 4 months to talk to someone.  They took a message which was never returned.  This happened two more times over the course of the next 2 months.  Finally the office manager told me she had spoken with Jesse who said the fan company was hard to work with for warranty replacements and that we were free to BUY A NEW FAN from them!  After several attempts of explaining how I paid for an all weather rated fan, and that isn't what I received, the response was just sorry.  Not the Texas way to service a customer.

Home insurance company set up the contact with this company. On a Monday, I scheduled an appointment for the upcoming Friday, between 9-11am. Friday at 11:30am, no show. Called to find out when they would arrive, no answer. By 1:15pm, I contacted the insurance company to find a new company to work with.  Only then did George F Contracting call, at approximately 1:30pm.

Apparently, there was a scheduling error, but they said they could be at my house in about 30min. No problem... until they failed to show up again. Called them at 3pm, no answer. So I'm done, there are plenty of other companies that would like to earn some coin.

I was looking for a regular electrical contractor for other work (lighting trees, lamppost modifications). George F Contracting has narrowed down my search by one.

Don and the guys have done our electrical work for twenty years.  They are professional, neat, prompt, and very talented.

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Just got home to find a handwritten and signed card from Collin County Electrical. Rodney is a true professional...had him out twice and fantastic results. Would highly recommend him!

I have 2 ceiling fans that I need installed (really high ceiling and short ladder).  i'd thought of hiring an electrician but couldn't get any references so was at an impass for the installation.  I called Cool Breezes to ask for a reference and they said they could install them.  They came today and installed by 2 68 ceiling fans.  They recommended a longer pole for the one fan, called the store, and I drove and got it while they installed the 2nd fan. It was all very quick.

I am thrilled, and even more importantly my husband is thrilled. Chad did a great job, making sure the fans are installed and working properly before leaving. Thanks for a great job.

He had obstacles (nice garage shelving) in the way. I told him to take it down and not worry about it.

I had a last minute request and these guys came through in the clutch. They have very reasonable prices and couldn't have been nicer about everything. These guys called for approval before any work was done were professional to top it off.

Would recommend to anyone, you can't go wrong with this team.

Today Walter and Marcus came out to do our pool electric work.  These guys are fantastic. First they showed up and were careful to knock on our front door after reading the signs of please knock baby in the house (good thing lil man was asleep at the time). They waited patiently and were about to call as I spotted them.  These guys are super flexible, and were able to accommodate my last second request to add an extra outlet.  Really nice and personable too! I highly recommend Rosen electric especially Walter and Marcus.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
