Nathan from CTX plumbing did an outstanding job trouble shooting and repairing my water heater. He was even able to work with the manufacturer to handle the part needed since was still under warranty.

I had a pipe burst in my front yard and I tried fixing it myself.  After finding the scope of the work was out of my league I called Master's Touch.  Bob was out within a couple of hours and he took care of it.  He followed up later that day to make sure everything was fine.  The level of caring and professionalism was second to none. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.  Thank you so much and I will always call upon him for any of my plumbing needs

Scott was able to diagnose a leak that a prior plumber charged me $300 to not fix.  It turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue, but a downspout problem.  He just charged me the $40 trip charge but didn't try to rip me off like the other guy.

Called Jr's. They were booked up until next week. I didn't want to wait that long as I was concerned that leaks would get worse. They happily took my name and number and passed it along to another plumbing company so that I could get taken care of. Thought this was a customer focused way to operate and wanted to call it out here on Yelp.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

I had two water heaters installed by RP Plumbing.  The installers were courteous and professional and reasonably priced.  I have had a couple of minor questions follow the installation and Brian and Chelsea have gone out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered.  I would not hesitate to recommend RP Plumbing to anyone needing their services.

We bought our first home the summer of 2020 and have counted on Texas green for our plumbing needs. Their service technicians are extremely professional punctual and communicative. They include photos of the work that's done, are honest about the issues that are going on and how they would fix them, are kind and friendly, I could go on and on. Highly recommend and I will be a customer for life.

I had a leak today with a pipe under my sink and called Benton plumbing and they sent someone out, he diagnosed the problem, went and got a part and fixed the problem and the cost wasn't bad considering the water leak. I will keep their number and won't use anyone else. They are prompt and professional. Very responsible with their customer service.

I noticed water coming from my water heater/overflow pipe this weekend and quickly requested quotes through Yelp. I've worked with Mark and had a great experience.  So yesterday when I noticed a hissing sound in my wall I called him immediately.  He had Austin and Eli come out that same day.  They diagnosed the issue and worked on a resolution.  They were able to make the repair yesterday before the end of the day.  They were both so knowledgeable and polite!  I also felt the pricing was very fair.  I would recommend RWD to anyone with plumbing or slab leak issues! Great job!

12 Years ago I called them, used them a half dozen times since. No nonsense business approach. Sheila calls me by my first name. Friendly company to do business with. And everything they fixed is still fixed.

Our kitchen floor had felt warm for several weeks, then one Saturday we came home and found water slowly coming up around the cabinets.  We called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out until that next Tuesday.  That company, however, gave us The Plumber's info, and Curt (the owner) himself was out at our house within a couple hours. He thoroughly investigated and found that we had a hot water Slab Leak...  He was very personable and professional, took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a flat price to fix it (which was better than we had feared), and started to work right then.  He fixed our leaking pipe, (buried four feet below), and only had to break  ONE 17 Travertine tile to fix it!  Amazing!!!  He protected our property with plastic sheeting while he worked, and did a great job cleaning up as well.  He was Fast, Fair, and a very good plumber.  Highly Recommended!

After the drought of 2008, my foundation cracked, and a crack opened up in my living room wall and ceiling. An Olshan rep came out and used a gadget that checks the level throughout the house. He said that an engineer would look at the results and another rep  would come back out to discuss what was needed, but that he could tell me right off that I would need pilings around the entire parameter of my house AND pilings under the house across the middle. To do the latter part of the job, they would have to drill holes through my hardwood floors AND the tiles that I had just installed in my kitchen. Another option would be to tunnel underneath the house, which would cost hundreds more per piling.

Another foundation company told me I would need pilings around the parameter of my house but not under the center of my house. Cost would be $12,000.

Well guess what? A third foundation specialist came out and said I didn't need to have ANY work done what-so-ever. The cracks in my living room wall were very minor. He checked all the doors to see how they were closing. He told me that he had just come from a house in Memorial where the homeowner was told by another company that she needed $30,000 worth of work. She didn't need ANY work done.

I cancelled my appointment with Olshan for the follow-up quote. I can only imagine the grand total of all that work. My guess would be $30,00 based on some of the numbers the rep threw around.

Stay away from these crooks. It makes me sick every time I see Nolan Ryan in their commercials. I will never buy anything that has his name on it_like his organic beef.

Get a copy of Best Pick Reports or go to BestPickReports.com. Look for a company that has been included 6 or 7 years. Companies have to turn over their client lists which are polled for satisfaction before they can get onto the Best Pick Report.

I called this morning around 9 and I was called back finally around 7 this evening telling me that they are on a call and there is one more after me.  Their advertising is a joke, they are not fast, speedy, or any other adjective.  I cannot even give them a rating, Probably won't use them again if I ever even see anyone this time.
