The best company around. I had a water heater start leaking on me this past Saturday. I called and Austin answered. Because I had family in town I needed it fixed right away. He assured me he would be out in a few hours. He came and replaced the heater himself so his techs could enjoy the weekend. His price was VERY reasonable and it looks 10 times better than it did when the house was built. Thanks so much CTX!

Had a leak in my front yard from a copper valve that I didn't need.  It was completely removed, did the work for me when I wasn't home.  I came back at the end of the job and everything looked good.  Didn't shop around, used these guys because they do work for my church.  Seemed like a fair price.

Great experience with NTX Plumbing.  Fast response scheduling an appointment, prompt arrival and very professional/courteous service by Brian.  When you have to call a plumber these folks have top notch service.

This place is great! I have used several different plumbers, and they are the best. There was a bad leak outside my garage. Joe helped explain everything I could do to save money, then promptly came by and fixed everything. You will not find better service.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

This company is 5 star! They are professional,  and willing to go above and beyond. We called them out  about our hot water not turning off in the spare bathroom shower. After he took it apart he was able to clean out the calcium buildup  and saved us a TON of money! We will be a lifetime customer!

Came to my rescue at 1030pm on a Friday night and cleaned out my clogged line in under an hour.  Wonderful service, very professional and skilled.  So glad I was referred to them.

Price $ gouging a customer is Not acceptable and will be dealt with by the Texas Attorney General.

Awesome service! They have responded to short notice Emergency calls immediately, and their prices are much more reasonable than anywhere else in town. Been doing business with them for years and always feel like I get an honest deal. The work is always done well. It's nice to have a plumber you can trust.

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. Benton Plumbing has always been our go-to for any plumbing needs we have. When the February 2021 Power Grid failure hit our house, the freezing interior temperatures busted a pipe in the ceiling of our hallway. They had a plumber out to us as fast as they could schedule and had the pipe cut and replaced quickly. Definitely call on them for your plumbing needs.

I had a water supply line leaking under the sidewalk. That was leaking a large amount of water daily. I called Drip Doctor, spoke with Owner DJ. He came by the house late afternoon on a Saturday. Inspected my leak and gave me a very considerate and fair price for repair. I have recommended DJ to my friends and neighbors. I will call Drip Doctor DJ for Plumbing Repairs moving forward. .

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason.  All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

My wife call me at work on Saturday to tell me that they couldn't shut off the shower water after my son took a shower. I was able to walk her through shutting off the main water line to the house and then started looking for a plumber for an emergency call. Searching Yelp I was able to find True Plumbing with a 4 1/2 star rating. They were close to my home and offered 24/7 service, so I made the phone call. To make a long story short they arrive within an hour and had  diagnose the problem and spoke to me about it over the phone. I went ahead and authorize the repair and the issue was resolved within a half an hour. My wife said, after I got home and after Eric had left, that she felt very comfortable with him as did my son. she went on to say that he was very polite and respectful of our property. I can't tell you how much that means to me when you have stranger come into the house and take care of a problem for your family and not have to worry about them while you're not there. Again the problem was solved quickly and correctly and my family felt safe while they were in our home that to me is worth a  rating. I highly recommend you give them a try if you need any plumbing work done.  mb.

Curt was absolutely incredible. My mom and I had a massive leak coming from our backyard faucet that we tried to fix ourselves, but in doing so we loosened something behind the brick that shot out like a geyser. We called the closest place which was The Plumber. We shut off the water to the house and Curt was able to come out a little over an hour later. He took one glance at it and let us know he would be done in about half an hour. He cut into the brick, replaced the whole faucet and re-sealed the brick for $200. This guy is awesome and has saved my mom quite the water bill :/

Icon plumbing replaced ALL slab and below pipes in the house. I was pleased with the service I received and they did a great job! I highly recommemd them, Condy will treat you right!

We used Olshan in 2002 to repair the foundation at our home. They installed their cablelock system and I have started to see foundation damage again but can't get anyone to respond to the lifetime warranty I have. Another contratcor came out to look at the damage and noticed that Olshan did not secure the block stations they installed in the crawlspace and they have fallen over.  I would not ever use this company again.

I called about getting a tuneup for my AC. Person on phone said that they are booked until the middle of June (this is a month away). So she recommends a technician do an emergency call and put freon in. I called at 7 pm (approx). Called back at 8ish pm and was told that the technician was in Allen (I am in Plano) doing a PRESENTATION and cannot come for another 2 hours. That would be 10 pm. My air works (to a fashion) and it is not an emergency. So I cancelled the appt.

Why would a technician be giving a presentation? Why did this have precedence over a service call??? Is the technician a sales person as well? There is something not right about this company. I will move on and I would advise you do the same.
