Consumer beware of this company.  While we were happy with the service and the technician, the price charged was far in excess of the work performed.  We called Rodger's Plumbing for a simple kitchen faucet installation.  They charged $689.00 for the work.  Ridiculous! Will not use in the future.

Chris told me I had a slab leak & bad drain leak. I paid them over $2000 of which $1425 was just for leak detection, but now they say they can't find either leak, much less repair them. He suggests I call somebody else, which is what I wish I had done $2000 ago.

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Called Ivan for our condo (bathtub leak). He showed up fixed the issue with the bathtub drain. Was reasonably priced.

Ivan even drove out to pick up the payment as I was running late. He was courteous and is a master plumber. Will use him with all my plumbing needs.

One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

Be careful using this company. They are very expensive.  Get a price up front !! They charged over $400 to install a dishwasher for starters. Eddie , the plumber, showed up looking as if he had not showered for days and made a few rude comments while there. I was told by the owner, Denise, that master plumbers are more expensive. Ok so why are you sending a master plumber to change a dishwasher..I tried to call and reason with her but she would not let me speak and was condescending.  I know that a lot of the reviews on here are from her friends and family.  It stinks having to call a plumber but to get a bill as aggregious as what I received is very disappointing.

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Don't like being critical, but feel obligated to protect my fellow seniors at Frisco Lakes. Had an outdoor faucet leak and used Home Advisor to find this plumber. With barely a look and no dismantling they quoted me $300 including a senior discount. I declined, but paid their $39 requirement for the call. I later took the faucet apart and discovered that replacement of a worn washer fixed the problem.

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kitchen  sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work .  they run only 5 feet long  line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waste your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0. None experience on job just have experience on stealing money from the others people. Stay away from these people and this business.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

D (the owner) came out the week before we left for vacation on a cruise  to give us a quote for a new water line to our house - since we had a bad leak that was costing us an arm and a leg in water bills. His offer beat the other companies we checked out, and they even did it while we were gone, so we never had to experience a water outage! It took a few days for the inspector to come out from the city, but after that was done, the guys filled in the ditch. They even came back out to change the spigot location to suit our preferences - since we weren't home for consulting when they made that decision. Our neighbors had the same thing done and their yard is still recovering since the company they used filling in the ditches with mainly rock. DAZ pounded the mound flat and the top is filled with dirt so grass can grow back quickly! Thanks DAZ!

This company does not seem to know what they are doing, and has an outrageous hourly rate. We had a leak in one of the pipes and called Murley Plumbing. Murley came out to our house to look at the pipe. The plumber was unable to figure out what the problem was, and was not sure how to repair the pipe. Without knowing what the problem is, he obviously would not know how long it would take to fix it. He said it may take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours to fix whatever is causing the leak, at $202 per hour. It was hard to believe that a company specializing in repairing pipes would be this unsure and unable to give an accurate description of the problem and plan to fix it. With such a large, unfocused range in the estimate, we denied Murley to continue working on our problem because there was no guarantee he would be able to fix it in a reasonable time for a reasonable cost.

We then got another company who was able to identify the problem and fix the problem in 4 hours for a total $250 ($63 per hour). Given the experience we had with the other company, we realized how much of a rip-off Murley Plumbers are, and their lack of experience problem solving to identify what the problem was. Their company motto of A company committed to complete customer satisfaction seemed to be completely off the mark in our experience.
