Arrived on time and the service was great. The plumber knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my leak.

My main water line in front yard has small leak issue and I used Yelp to get quotes from a few companies.  Soon Augerpros  contacted me and they sent a technician on site the same day who was excellent in examining the issue, diagnosing and giving me upfront quote. I decided to go ahead. He did an efficient job and resolved issue.  I would give him a concrete 5 stars as he has been very good in explaining and answering my questions. His work skill definitely is  super. A shortcoming to the company is that their charge is far more higher than their competitions after I observed how much work it really took them to complete comparing with how much was charged, esp my neighbor spent only about 60% I paid for the same fix with another company.

What would you want in a plumbing contractor?  Quick service, pleasant and professional, knowledgeable and of course competitive.  Well this company covers it all.  This will definitely be my go-to plumbing service in the future.  Very impressed.  Thanks Jillian and Bobby.

First class service. We had a rough start on my original request, no one called me on the day they were supposed to come out. I followed up next day, and they went the extra mile to turn things around. James was the service tech that came out, and he was very professional, friendly, diligent, and customer oriented. Update 06/06/20: So quick update on this previous review. First and foremost everyone is very nice and courteous at this company. However, I had an issue with the same unit they serviced 3 months ago. It was working but could not keep up with the set temp when it got really hot outside. I have the thermostat set at 73 but it would get to 76 upstairs in the afternoon.  Service tech came out yesterday and was very nice but couldn't find anything wrong. Well same thing happened, temps upstairs got to 76 in the afternoon. I had a friend that works with commercial AC units come over this morning and OMG he showed me what really was supposed to have been tested. It was an eye opener. So niceness will only go so far, I need service techs that can help me fix a problem. First, no cleaning was done on the outside unit, which was very odd given the circumstance. Then, a refrigerant leak from a loose cap was overlooked even though I specifically told the tech there was refrigerant leaking down on the concrete slab. And there were a couple more things but Im trying to keep this brief. So yea my AC is working better now, thanks to a good friend that spent 3 hours of his morning helping me. NO THANKS to Air Rescue and their tech. NOT COOL, pun intended. Here is a picture of the dirty AC unit and video of refrigerant leak, both completely over looked.

I had several quotes to fix a gas leak in the service line from my meter to the manifold in my attic, Matt Berry from Schrader gave me an honest no-nonsense assessment of the fix at a very fair price - saving me well over a grand compared to what others would have charged me.  Within 48 hours he was back to do the job, which within that time he managed to locate the replacement line and have it shipped from the Midwest to his local supplier.  He and his helper Rodney did superb work and I have total confidence in this company as a result of the entire experience.  I have used Schrader twice now, they are an old-school, no bs outfit that does not try to up sell you on work that you do not need done.  I will not have another job done on my house if it isn't Matt or Schrader doing it.

Slab leak in a 1979 old house. They got the job done in a timely fashion. Gave a rough quote prior to starting the job. Overall good experience. Would recommend

They were able to fit us in same-day and even called us when they had an earlier opening than originally thought. The guys were so polite, so professional & so honest.

We had an upstairs toilet that was leaking so they guys checked it out, were thorough & then gave us our options with their suggestions. They ran all the tests, diagnostics & such and found the issue. We were wondering if replacing the toilet would help & they honestly told us they didn't think that had anything to do with it, which was so honest & helpful!

They told us what we could do to fix the issue or said they could do it for us. We opted to have them do it as there were some work-arounds needed based on how the original owners built the bathroom.

They were amazing & warranty their work for a year!

We called them because our bathtub leaked. They were very professional and actually gave us tips in our free estimate for how to do the work on our own for much less than their estimate! They have integrity and honesty - qualities that are rare to find these days.

I called HC Edwards Plumbing to cap off an outside gas line that ran to an old fixture in the back yard (left by the previous home owners).  I spoke with Jason a couple of times prior to the appointment.  He was very knowledgeable and professional.  On the day of the appointment, he called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived exactly on time.  We looked at the gas line together and he explained the solution he had in mind and provided a couple of alternatives (but we went with his first choice).  He wrapped up the work in no time and did an expert job!

I am very happy with this experience and as we get settled in to our new home, HC Edwards Plumbing will definitely be our first choice for any future plumbing needs.

I am very impressed with Dean's Plumbing.  They were able to do a sewer line inspection within 24 hours after the call.  Great customer service from Billy and Julio.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Stan was great!  Offered a flat price for my generator gas valve inlet install and hired him on the spot.  Stan arrived and promptly completed the job.  He also noticed my water heater outlet had come undone and fixed that on the spot.  I would definitely hire Stan again for my future plumbing work!
