Pablo arrived at the time we had agreed upon. He put on his shoe booties before he came in the house and I then showed him to the bathroom where I wanted the work done. I wanted three water shutoff valves and a sink faucet replaced. He showed me a laminated price sheet which specified the cost for replacing the valves, which also included the valve and a new supply line. There were also prices for the faucet replacement depending on what type of faucet, so before the job was started I knew exactly what it was going to cost. No estimate, no fuel surcharge, no truck fee no BS fee and no surprises. I highly recommend Pablo to handle your plumbing needs and I know if I need a plumber in the future, I'll be calling him.

I just wanted to share my experience with Legacy Plumbing, it was amazing!

I received confirmation calls, a call 15 minutes before arrival and also a text confirmation with a profile on my service technician, Kelly. We had a hose bib break inside the wall and he was able to replace and repair quickly.

He also let us know when our roof was replaced that our flashing was installed incorrectly and all the carbon monoxide was not being vented out, but instead back into my attic. Without him we would've never known.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend!

Had a leak in a 2nd floor bathroom that was causing water to leak to the 1st floor. Got a quick appointment and the team that came out was able to quickly identify the cause of the leak. Fixed the issue quickly and at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service overall.

This has been the most difficult company to work with by far. I've been in the construction industry for 10 years, and what an absolute nightmare.

 Beware their warranty means nothing, they will deny you if the owner is simply having a bad day. The owner likes to start arguments, has no customer service and even hung up on a client. Be very careful as the owner is quick to get defensive and can't have a normal conversation. Make sure you shop around or you will regret the final outcome. It's company's like this that give the industry a bad name.

Our AC was blowing but no cold air and air pressure was very low.

Roman saved the day! Rescue Air TX deserves the rating they have on here. They dispatched on a Sunday, did NOT charge a 'Sunday fee' like my plumber did in the past, arrived right when they said they would and went straight to work diagnosing our problem. Our technician was Roman, he was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and detailed. He helped me understand what his diagnosis was an WHY he ended up there. Showed me how to have a properly functioning AC and maintain it over time. Roman really went above and beyond what I would have ever asked. I will always call Roman if I ever have an AC issue...he's got 25 years of experience and has worked on over 20,000 homes.

100% recommend Rescue Air TX. They will take care of you and not just say looks like we need to replace it and then slap you with an invoice.

They were able to come out and help us unclog our kitchen sink the next day. Arrived at the agreed time window. Very nice, knowledgeable and courteous service. They also helped us rearrange our weird piping under the sink. They take cards (via Square), Zelle and Venmo. Will ask for their help again if another plumbing problem arises~

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!

I would definitely recommend Schrader plumbing. From scheduling to finding and repairing a gas leak the were professional , knowledgeable and efficient.

Great team that did great work from the initial estimate to completed job.  Broken pipes in an older home.  Accurate came out, did video inspection, gave bid for tunneling or abatement and explained the benefits of both.  We went with new pipes outside the house.  Next closest bid was $6,000 more. From turning the first shovel of dirt, to install, inspection, punch list, and driveway and yard restoration they were prompt and professional.  Should we ever need another plumber Accurate gets our business.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 for the ease of scheduling and convenience of text alerts when they are on their way. We had Staggs out to diagnose and provide an estimate for a leak in our front yard causing a minor flood. They told us it would be $3800 to replace the main line from the water meter to our house, which is what they confidently told us the problem was. They did no digging to find the actual source. My husband decided to dig for himself and found the leak was a buried drip line which we were able to fix ourselves for a few bucks. If we had trusted them, we would be out several thousand dollars for no reason.

Professor Plumb repaired a slab leak for me and did an amazing job.  They were responsive to my calls and did a quick and complete job with the repair.  I had dreaded having the work done because I didn't know what to expect, but with Jeff running the job at my house, everything went smoothly and much better than I could have imagined.
I was impressed with Jeff and Brian, and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

I have used Dean's Plumbing a couple of times for separate issues related to the bathtub plumbing in my older condo. On both instances, Dean's Plumbing resolved the issue on the first trip and were above and beyond with professionalism. We worked with Billy, and he was on time, respectful and able to resolve our issues in a very timely manner at a very reasonable price.  If you need plumbing services, I would highly recommend Dean's Plumbing - and if you work with Billy, you are in good hands.

They came out right away. They replaced an outside faucet that had broken from the freeze (I covered the other ones,but, forgot to cover this one). He also replaced several other faucets inside and out. The bill was exactly as quoted over the phone and the tech cleaned up his work areas. I'll be referring them to my clients for sure.

I had a sewer problem at my house in Flower Mound.  The admin (Debra) was helpful and accommodating.  Their on-site plumbers were efficient and took the time to make sure I understood the problem.  All they had to do was say such and such needed to be done and the job (and a major project) was theirs.  Instead they suggested I contact the town as one could make the case that it was their responsibility.  On the way to meet a town rep (5:30pm) Debra was still in the office and took my call.  Fortunately Mike was there and he spent about 15 minutes helping me understand why it was possible to argue this issue was something the town should take care of in this case.  With his coaching/explanation I was able to communicate well with the town rep.  The town rep said that it seemed the plumber (Absolute) was pretty knowledgeable and objective.  After more testing the town rep informed me that they would do the job.  No money for Absolute but they did gain one raving fan.  Also a little shout out to Jim Trump for recommending them to me in the first place!

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

I will definitely recommend black tie plumbing , I had written a not so review earlier due to miscommunication but Larissa the office manager took the time to call me and straighten everything up. The technician was pleasant and got the problem fixed in no time, very professional and friendly. I will use black tie plumbing going forward because a good reliable plumbing company like black tie is had to find.

They were great! They came to the house about an hour after I called, were very nice, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend! Also, they wore masks, which I appreciated.
