Bee punctual is a fitting name! Pablo was prompt, professional and made payment easy by allowing me to pay over the phone. He also gave me an accurate estimate of what the repairs would cost over the phone. So glad to have found a RELIABLE and HONEST plumber!

I have called them to fix the leak in the water valve under the kitchen sink. They were very responsive, and their work was clean and professional. When they come over, I have asked them for rerouting the gas pipe, which they provided the estimate and what will be involved in the work. Gas pipeline reroute went smoothly as well. Very knowledgeable and informative technicians. Very satisfied.

Unreal level of service and clarity of what they need to do along with the potential costs and options.  Scheduling is with an actual local human who's amazing vs. a call center who has zero idea who you are and why you're calling for the 10th time.  

Augerpros overcommunicates!  Yes, you heard that right.  I had texts and emails the morning my service professional was to arrive and he arrived ready to solve the issue.  He left the place better than he found it and provided pictures of the pre and post.  These guys are pros so expect to pay for that but it's well worth the price to know it's done right!

We had a great experience with Rescue Air Heating and Cooling. The employee took time to look at the problem and noticed that the issue was that one of the dampers was slightly closed. He showed me what to do if it happened again and didn't charge me for anything besides the fee to come out.

Also usually the fee is around ~99 but I used the yelp discount on that as well:)

Mat was the only one that responded with same day availability out of 6 requests I sent out and I feel lucky he did. This was during the ice cold weather when all the pipes are bursting in Dallas. This establishment is a father and son team. Just the 2 of them. The service prompt, very efficient, and I feel like the price was very fair. Good guys to have on your house needs rolodex.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!

I can't say enough about how great Gustavo and Shawn, from Schrader Plumbing, were for my family over the Christmas holiday.  When the heavy freeze hit on 12/22, the plumbing running into our tankless hot water heater froze.  With 10 family members arriving that night to spend the Christmas weekend at our house, not having hot water would have been a disaster.  Gustavo and Shawn came out the next day (12/23) to assess the situation and confirmed that not only was the piping frozen, but also discovered a deficiency in the previous installation (not performed by Schrader) that would result in this happening every time we experienced any more than a light freeze.  With temperatures still well below freezing, Gustavo planned out a better installation, procured all of the supplies necessary to get it installed and stayed way past business hours on the night of 12/23 to make sure that we had hot water available for the Christmas weekend.  If you need plumbing help, don't hesitate to call Schrader.  They'll go the extra mile to get you taken care of.

They had to replace a 35 foot sewer line buried 4 feet deep.  Trenched the 1st day, laid pipe down the 2nd, and completed the 3rd day.  Work was excellent.  The diggers brought covering for the grass where the dirt from the trench was placed so when the trench was filled, the yard looked great with no excess dirt in the yard. i have used Accurate Leak & Line for over 12 years and have always used them when doing this kind of work or lining work.  I am a real estate investor and I like things to be done correctly the first time and done only once.  I have found that here.

I love Professor Plumb !! Blue and his helper were punctual, courteous and informative. This is the kind of business I want to always deal,with. I had questions about the new house I had just purchased and he was patient and answered all my questions. Great service and lots of experience !!

Nice guy but pretty expensive. Ask up front what things cost - we paid over 2k for a p-trap replacement and connecting a sink. Wasn't expecting to pay that much especially since my wife and I went out for the parts and provided many of the tools to cut the pipe. Was available on short notice, so that was nice.

Very professional and great to work with. Chris explained what he was going to do and worked quickly to get it done. They offered a fair price and even worked with me on my schedule after I had to cancel the first appointment. I will use Dean's again.
