Pablo installed a gas line to our stove for us, and he came late at night to fix a pipe issue after I had tried to relocate a water line myself and failed miserably.  He has always done what he said he would do when he said he would do it.  He's friendly, professional, honest, and reliable.  He's who I'll call next time I attempt to do my plumbing myself.

These guys are great!  I reached out through yelp before business hours on Monday morning, received a quick reply followed by a phone call.  We needed a quick fix for a hot water line leak under our slab in the kitchen area.  I spoke with a master plumber who then promptly set me with an appointment on Tuesday morning!  He was upfront with the cost and let me know the fine details before the crew arrived.  Canon and Tyler were excellent! Canon answered all our questions with knowledge, wisdom and respect.  He made what could have been a scary experience, one that was actually fun to watch unfold! They went the extra mile to make sure the work area stayed clean and dry.  A friend came over and was surprised that for all the work going on, it was so calm and tidy!  I will be calling them back for future plumbing work.

The guys from Auger Plumbing did a great job replacing my kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal, which were both ancient and beyond repair. $751 for both (I don't known what the average prices are as this was my first time hiring a plumber). They went to the nearest Home Depot to buy the right kind of garbage disposal for me, and including that were finished in under 2 hours. They installed a faucet I had already picked out. It's a week later and everything works great! They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves as well. Would call again.

The plumber is not professional and not honest .  

1) not honest
   My case is a bathtub backed up issue, the service call is  $129 , fixing the clog is $3xx, and he tried to sell me reposition the toilet for $4xx., total is $8xx.  I have to call back to his management team and negotiate to take the $129 service down.    Of course I rejected the toilet reposition, it's not necessary and charge ridiculously.

2) not professional
  The issue happened again after 2 weeks.  If it's been clear completely, the drain won't clog again in the short period of time.

3) I give credit to the receptionist, she correct the service call charge .

Water heater went out on a Sunday evening. Matthew was the only company that reached out on a Sunday night. Had the water heater changed out by noon Monday afternoon.

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

We had a sewer clean out back up, the two men that came arrived prior to our appointment (great for us!) they were very helpful, walked me through the whole process and ran the camera to find out what was causing our back up. Much to our surprise it was the cap that was supposed to be on the clean out, instead of just clearing the back up. they took the time to try and get the cap unlodged so that it would not happen again instead of just a quick fix that would require more services later. They took the time to help and solved our problem and saved us a lot of money. They were exceptional and went above and beyond and we will use them again if the need arises, thank you!

We had them come to a property we had listed to perform a trenchless drain repair.  From start to finish Josh was professional, informative and patient.  We plan on using and referring Josh and his company for years to come, as trusted service providers are hard to come by.

Got a clogged drain and need a new wax ring replaced, Matt and Cameron showed up and take cared of my problems. They are very professional, friendly and clear on pricing. Definitely would call Staggs Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

I had a very minor plumbing issue.  Owner came out himself.  Explained what he did as far as testing and why he tested.  He was professional, didnt speak over us.  He listened.  Fixed and was on his way.  VERY HONEST.  This was an awesome experience I must say - highly recommend!!!

I reached out on Yelp and Jason was quick to respond. He quickly put me on the schedule and came when he said. He fixed my AC drain line and kept me up to date.

Called around to find a plumber and Dean's plumbing were the most attentive. Quick response time and friendly team! They do free at home consultations.

I am torn on how to rate The Leak Whisperers, so the simplest way is to break it down with the paperwork (scheduling and payment) and the work by the plumber.

Hubby and I discovered a leak on a Saturday where a patch of our master closet carpet was soaking wet.  A local plumber indicated that he was afraid that we may have a slab leak, and will need to call someone with the right equipment.  I found Leak Whisperers, and left a message.  When we received no response by the end of day, I went online and made an appointment for 8a Monday morning.  Got an email from the office manager later in the morning on Monday asking me what I needed.  Via email and two messages, I asked for someone to please call me because all we know is that there is water flowing in the closet.  It took almost the entire day for someone to respond to me.

The next day, Cody, was sent to our house and was told that the toilet needed repairs.  Totally incorrect, and it felt like despite trying to talk to someone, I was totally ignored.  Cody found the source of the leak, but had to leave to get proper materials for the fix.

Cody was great and fixed the damaged water line.  The annoyance is that we were charged per hour for the fix.  Because Cody was sent with the wrong information, we paid for him to go out to shop for the right materials.  The work was over $400.00 and pretty pricy.

It took over a week for the office manager to send the invoice.  Cody was brilliant, but the office manager could have had better communication.  The price is high for everyday plumbing needs.

GREAT!  I can't recommend this company more highly.  Their price of $207.75 was half what I expected to pay.  I had a leak in my water line at the connection to city water near the sidewalk.  He dug out my water line outside the connection box, fixed the leak using quality parts, and was finished in less than an hour and a half.  They were able to help me the same day I called.  The one guy who did the job was quick, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! I would highly recommend Blacktie Plumbing. Their customer service and prompt responsiveness were very much appreciated. They were not only Johnny on the spot but their experience, expertise and knowledge were evident from beginning to end. Hands down one of the best service experiences I have ever encountered.
