Very friendly, responsive, and courteous. I was given a quote for multiple issues in my house with no pressure to start scheduling things. We have a gas water heater improperly installed in a closet, and I was given several options for having it fixed, not just what would make them the most money. I was also told the truth about things in my house (contractor who redid our house did it all without pulling permits), and what the plumber's capabilities would be. For example, in my downstairs bath, we have a vanity that I was informed wasn't originally supposed to be a vanity. It was a dresser, and instead of messing up all the drawers, they decided to move all the plumbing up in the wall. Now the new vanity I bought to replace it wont fit the current plumbing in the wall because it is too high up. I was given the quote for moving the pipes, but was told  however. They would not be able to replace the drywall once the plumbing was fixed, and this was amazing to know, so I wouldn't have an open wall until I can afford to hire someone for that. I did go ahead and schedule having a line that drains to the outside of the house on a electric water heater installed, and all went smoothly. I got a confirmation text the night before, he was prompt and did the work quickly. He was super friendly to my dogs. I made a comment that it was only 9am and he was already sweating bullets after completing my job, and I hope he didn't have to do too much after me (it was 99 degrees that day). He did, but he said he has 4-5 spare shirts in his van, so he didn't show up looking gross at the next job. This makes me happy that he takes pride in his appearance to all his customers. When I have money to complete the other jobs that need to be fixed at my house, I will be calling Bee Prestigious for all my plumbing needs.

Legacy plumbing came out to install my new kitchen faucet for me. I am a new home owner of a townhome and it took quite some time to find the shut off valve for my property. While going through different locations in my home, he was so helpful and informative about my 15 year old water heater that I I was told that I should start budgeting for for a replacement. He informed me that I could purchase an inexpensive WIFI water detector to place in the pan near my water heater in case it does leak and he also showed me how to shut off the water to my property in case of an emergency like we experienced during the recent winter storm.

Legacy plumbing goes above and beyond just the job at hand. They really care about the home owner and they take their time to help educate the general public. I really appreciate that type of customer
service that is so hard to come by in this day and age.

I scheduled an appointment with this company two weeks ago. They seemed like they were really accommodating. I was scheduled to go out of town this weekend to see my brother and I had to reschedule my plans.  On the day of my appointment, I received an email/not a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment stating that they had to reschedule.  I really wish they could have contacted me prior so that I could reschedule my plans and make the appropriate coordinations.

Update: I immediately received a phone call from Kay and that really meant a lot and showed that this company values their customers. She was very professional and ensured me that they would make the situation right. The fact that they called, definitely shows that they value customer satisfaction. I am currently scheduled for Monday and I feel real confident that I am going to get great service.  Thanks for making it right and have a great weekend!

I called this plumber on a Sunday as I had a broken pipe leaking in my home on my wood floors. Worse, the water shut to my home wouldn't close all the way so I couldn't stop all the way. Their answering service assured me I'd get a call right back but never heard from them. Lucky my neighbor was able to shut the water to the house from the street. I'll find another plumber to handle the repairs.

With any good Texas summer, comes the Texas heat. Heat that my HVAC system decided to stop fighting on Saturday. True to their word, the Rescue Air team were able to send someone out within 24 hours of my call and diagnose my problem.

The technician they sent, Roman, was very knowledgable and timely on finding a solution that got me out of the Texas heat and back into a cool house. Roman was great at communicating future needs of my HVAC unit, discussing what my options are, and expressing the ways the Rescue team would be able to assist in the future.

Rescue Air continues to send skilled, professional technicians to help with all my HVAC needs. I have been a club member with Rescue Air for over a year, and after todays visit I will continue doing business with them.

I had an issue with my master toilet that's been on and off. Unfortunately the day that Matt visited was the day it was doing fine so no service was rendered. I was very impressed that they were able to come to my home same day and did not try to create a problem to solve to charge me for. He didn't charge me for the evaluation, which I thought was above and beyond because I do believe in reimbursing people for their time and expertise. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

No words can express how grateful we are for Pure Plumbing's awesome plumber, Ryan, whom we had the pleasure of meeting today. The company was very responsive in providing exactly what we needed. We spoke with manager Jared over the phone to schedule our first appt and he was very helpful in explaining the process and letting us know what to expect. There were no surprises. When Ryan was here, he was thorough and detailed and very friendly and kind to us. We really do appreciate their customer service and down-to-earth approach and certainly wish that there were more companies and contractors around here who can operate with the same attitude and professionalism as these guys. Definitely keepers and happy to know them as our go-to plumbers!

We had the plumbing lines rerouted due to a long history of slab leaks. We had considered the epoxy restoration and we are so glad we did not do it. The reroute was fast, easy, very little damage to the drywall. The job was done surgically and I was very please. Several thousands of dollar saved. The epoxy would have been a disaster due to the poor condition of my pipes. We paid the low price that we were quoted and they never tried to add anything on even when they found issues here and there that require some re planning. I certainly recommend this company.

Best thing about them: their honesty!

I called them (Randy) and they arrived the same day to take a look at a potential slab leak in my master bathroom (under sink cabinet). I had previously been seen by a plumbing company through my home warranty however their price was very high ($2500), home warranty wouldn't cover much of it (surprise surprise) and I wanted a second opinion.

They gave me several options including concrete drilling and going through the exterior wall.

There was also a $500 location fee to start with that would help them assess where the leak was coming from and then we could determine best course of action; this would be rolled into the total cost at the end.

I agreed to the location fee and they actually found the leak to be on the back wall behind the cabinet and not under. This meant it was an easy ($500) fix and no damage or ripping out the sink cabinet! I really appreciated their honesty. If i have used the other company they could have easily just ripped out the cabinet drilled a big hole, replaced the pipe with a new pipe and then charged $2500.

This is based purely on an estimate so far, but we couldn't be happier with Professor Plumb from that one experience. We had a leaking outside garden faucet for months. After I realized that it was an anti-freeze valve and outside of my capabilities. I was dreading for months calling a plumber. Sure enough the first plumber I call takes a look and throws out an outrageous work order claiming that they will have to rebuild and re-weld the pipes.

I called Professor Plumb out for a second opinion.  He comes out and takes a look, finds a bolt in the back that he tightens free of charge and everything works great. Says that we likely have a few years before it might need to be replaced.

They will be the first person we call in the future, thanks!

Jason and his dad came to fix our plumbing issues the same day when we called them right before the holidays. They were available and arrived within a few hours. We had three issues and they got all addressed and fixed in less than two hours. They were friendly and we appreciated them coming on such short notice. The only thing we weren't sure about or got a answer on was what their warranty guarantee was on their work. Otherwise satisfied!

Replaced drain stack inside wall. They cut out sheetrock to gain access to the cast iron pipe. We are responsible for the sheetrock repairs.
They provided pictures of the process which was great.
My only complaint is they left the sheet rock they cut out behind and did not clean up very well. I had to clean up after them.

Very happy with my services. They were very quick at assisting us and found the leak immediately. The repair was not long and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and use them on future projects. Thank you!

Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I will be using Rely On Master Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.
