Pablo is Super nice! When I found water leak around the water box where the main line goes into the house, I asked several companies for quote according to high Yelp rating.
The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other seemingly big company. More importantly he deserves the high reputation. Pablo was very helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and skillful, professional and patient. The problem was completely resolved and he was able to locate three leak points in total and fixed them completely.
Pablo said he owns the company and works for himself. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, I believe you can check with Pablo first!

Garbage disposal wasn't working. I called Legacy and they walked me through some troubleshoooting on the phone and got it back to working! No charge! I appreciate that-great customer service.

We had Johnny come out yesterday and replace our kitchen faucet. I was trying to leave a new review last night, but it will only let me update this review. But I wanted to say thank you for a great job and his professional manner.

We called AugerPros because we had a blockage in a bathroom sink, gurgling sounds, and standing water in our front yard near a tree along the path of our underground sewer pipe. I assumed we had a sewer pipe blockage and break.

At my request Chance Roberson, a master plumber with 25 years experience, ran a camera through the sewer line to the street and into the house and found everything clear, and no breaks in the pipe. He then went to the sink and saw that we had a condensate line from our attic AC units tied into that sink's drain.

He quickly removed the p-trap and saw the gross organic plug that had built up in that condensate line that had flowed into the sink drain and blocked it. He then snaked out that pipe to make sure there was nothing more that could clog the drain.

Chance then offered suggestions how we can avoid future blockages from forming in all our sinks and the condensate line.

We then returned to the front yard where he assessed the situation and determined the leak was in a sprinkler line that split off the main water line in mid yard. He showed me how to shut off the water for that line without affecting waterflow to the house, and recommended a sprinkler repair company that he personally has used.

He kept me informed at each step of the process, letting me know what next steps would be and their cost to complete. He and his helper were professional, polite, and clean. I couldn't be happier with our experience.

Returned from evening bike ride. Tried to take shower but no hot water. Checked the water heater and water was flowing out. Luckily was able to call O'Bryan to come out and replace the next day which they did.

Jillian and Bobby were very professional and courteous. They were also very open and honest. Explained all my options, presented pros and cons. Having read some reviews of water heaters online (enough to be dangerous) they confirmed that they take extra steps to protect their customers and provide honest recommendations based on their experience. What more could you want from anyone?

After installation, Jillian went over what they had done and how they added a scale collector to the inlet line which my previous water heater didn't have. Didn't learn that online so YAY O'Bryan!

All around highly recommended. Feel very good about using a local company using American made products providing honest service. Highly highly recommended!

This is an updated review. The team at Rescue Air is very professional & all my interactions with them have been pleasant. I originally contacted them after my ac went out & Dean was there the same day. He said my compressor was out & I could either repair or replace with a brand new system. Neither option is cheap. I took a few days to think it over. I rescheduled with them because I was very impressed with Dean's knowledge & no high sales pressure conversation. He clearly knew a lot about ac's and seemed genuine.
There was a slight scheduling mishap. Once the owners found out, they worked with me to find a suitable time for me & went all out to accommodate me. I decided to bite the bullet & go with replacing the whole ac. They warranty the new unit & Labor . I feel confident now  braving the Texas summer heat, knowing that I have a new unit! I have never worked with a company that valued customer service as much as this company does. I have already recommended them to a few neighbours.

I called on a Saturday, and the owner gave me a bunch of free expert insight, which ultimately resulted in me opting out of purchasing any service. The experience was extremely reassuring for my opinion of the integrity of the business.

My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! Their price was very fair ! They also checked a concern I had before they left!  Be sure to ask for Chase and Uriel!

Schrader was one of the first companies to respond to my Yelp inquiry. They set up an appointment within a few days at a convenient time. Roberto was amazing; I told him about the issues I was having and he immediately fixed two of the problems and then gave me a quote for my larger jobs. He was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone at Schrader was pleasant and professional. I'll be contacting them for all of my future plumbing needs.

I used this company to replace my aging sewer lines in December (50 yr old cast iron pipes). Several of my neighbors had just done theirs due to failure, so I figured it was just a matter of time for mine. They were able to reroute through my backyard and not tear up my foundation. Trench was dug in one day, all pipes placed the next. they also moved the plumbing and drain for my washing machine in the garage. The complete job was finished in 5 days, much faster than my neighbors, and knowing what $$$ they paid I feel like I got a very fair price (still a good bit of money, but these things are not cheap). As the weather warmed up my nose told me I had an issue. I called them up and they sent a tech out who confirmed my master shower drain P trap was not holding water properly. Two days later they had it all fixed up, no hassle. I mostly spoke with Christian, who was very polite and professional. So, even though I did have an issue that needed resolved after the initial installation they took care of it quickly and without argument which proves they stand behind their work (unlike a friend of mine in Arkansas who's plumber is acting the opposite). I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Called Staggs just after noon. The plumbers were out here and had the main line water leak to the house repaired in less than 2 hours from when we called. That is service! I will be calling them back to do plumbing work should I need it in the future! I am beyond thrilled! Highly recommend them!

Blue is one of the nicest, honest, and hard working plumbers I've encountered. His company, Professor Plumb, has provided us top-notch service for 5+ years and have kept our 100 year old historic home running like a champ. Our kids and German Shepherd even enjoy his company. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

This is the second time using Dean's service and have been very pleased both times. They sent the same plumbing technician which was a plus because not only does he do great work, he makes sure you know what coverages are included, and he is very kind and has a great personality.  They installed a new kitchen faucet, reinstalled a half bathroom sink and toilet that were removed during restoration resulting from the February winter ice storm. I would definitely recommend this company to others.  And, like all plumbing companies,  the work can be costly but it is reasonable.

I've hired them to do a few jobs and they consistently deliver great results and they go above and beyond to help us out. Pricing is great also.

This is a follow up to service we received from Absolute Plumbing about 3 years ago. We had two hot water heaters in our garage for our two story home. One unit started rattling and making crazy noises.

We called Absolute Plumbing and steeled ourselves for cost of replacing the probably broken hot water heater. The owner came out and agreed that it was broken. He asked us if we were having any problems with running out of hot water during showers or daily use. We realized that we haven't had any problems, even with a household of 4. He recommended that we just toss the broken water heater, live with the one good water heater and wait for prices on the fancy new water heaters to come down. He explained these units were getting more affordable. He said the good unit could last months or years. Best scenario, it would last at least two more years.

Well... the lonely hot water heater is still holding up. I'll be sure to call Absolute Plumbing when it goes out. Looking back on the service we received, they didn't land any big sales on a new unit that day but were looking out for our best interest. You just don't see that often.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! I wrote this review about a month or so ago for the very first time  I used Black Tie Plumbing. However, when I added a second review today for a recent service call I accidentally deleted it so I am rewriting it.  

Black Tie was sent through my home warranty company. Kevin who came out was professional, helpful (as I had many questions for him), knowledgeable and kind. I had a broken garage disposal that he worked on. He did a great job. I also had  another company come out for a different issue. There was a district difference in how Kevin answered my questions and in his honesty. I will only request Black Tie in the future from my home warranty company. Thank you Kevin!

Had a nearly impossible project. Had an old 80gl water heater in a small closet that needed to be replaced with a similar capacity tank; but the newer tanks are wider and taller.

Stan responded on a Saturday when my tenants didn't have hot water and temporarily fixed the issue. He worked with me to order the right water heater. He provided his insightful advice along the way. The installation was not straightforward given the size of the closet and the need to reroute the pipes. His solutions were quite creative and he accomplished the project.
