We had received other quotes for the work we needed done and Pablo's quote was in line with others. What ultimately decided it for us was that he understood that digging up our slab wasn't the only way to fix our leaky pipe. He worked with us to creatively solve our problem and charged less than what he quoted.

He was on time, finished when he said he would, kept the work area clean and left us with water at night (we thought it would be off).

We had a client that needed a small repair to the vent pipe on their water heater.  Auger Pros came right out and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes.  They did a great job and the price was really reasonable.

These guys are great. Quoted a fair price to take car of my problem and charged $50 less than quoted plus came out same morning I called and finished in less than 2 hours,but were very thorough. Brian answered a number of other plumbing questions I had. Courteous and friendly guys. I have only written 2 reviews on Yelp. One was for a garage door company that deserved to be slammed as they were very shady (I did not get through Yelp to find them). I am glad my daughter told me about Yelp which helped me locate this excellent company.

I was really impressed with Rescue Air. Everyone I dealt with, from the office manager to the service technicians, was friendly and professional. Blake gave me a range of options and price points to choose from and I felt that the entire process was transparent and efficient.

matt wanted me to call him so I did left message he called me back.matt does not agree with what I have said. 1. thing is wrong found out today that he did give the right brand of water heater but I was told wrong. another  thing matt said was about the mail he does not have 30 minutes to go to p.o.  and send  estimate to us .he calls it snail mail people use email now which our computer doesn't work right our problem not his ,but this one time I thought maybe he can send p.o one time.but no that's only mine and my mothers opinion.matt keeps saying he doesn't agree with what I have been saying which was the water heater brand which I changed that.also my mother and I thought which is only our opinion that 100.00 dollars to go out and look was to high we thought 50.00 so we are wrong about the estimate. that is ok but dont be rude about that and go on and on about what you have to pay out. :  that is only our opinion.but matt drags it out about what all he has to do and what he has to pay. matt is harassing me now about the review I wrote saying he called yelp and he is going to have me blocked because matt and his sons have good reviews I said that there was another one and matt said he did do that job I believe.matt just kept harassing me about my review if I did not  take off he would have yelp delete my review and block me from using yelp. in my opinion that is a threat isn't it ? the site is to Express your a opinion of a company either good or bad right?  and he is telling me about how home depot at 2 am would not show up in the morning but he would .which matt keeps on asking me if I'm going to change my review . I again asked about the estimate he said it was still 100.00 . so he is saying to me that is extortion and he keeps on harassing me about my review then on top of that a few hours later matt sends me a text message again harassing me on the review .and a few phone calls .which in the beginning he thought we should cut ties with each other which was fine with me matt might be a nice person but to me only my opinion he was rude about the estimate he could have one time sent threw regular mail. but didnt and was giving me all excuses why he couldn't. and like I said there was a mix up on the water heater brand he said the right one which is rheem. but I was told Bradford white. all in all I would still give him one star because of his attitude speaking to me the way he did and continue to harass me about my review he might have a good business but you also have to know how to communicate with people have a good attitude and not harass them I dont appreciate that. with  that been said I have proof that he called me and texted about the yelp review .he is the one that thought we should cut ties as he calls it which was fine and being rude about the sending of the mail.and now harassing me about my review and blocking me . like I said I give him one thing I was told that he said the right name of water heater but when I was told it was a different brand.  which it mattered a lot because my mother wanted the same exact brand because it lasted so long.but the rest is unprofessional. I don't usually give my reviews but the way he talked to me and in my opinion harassing me now with changing my review or get blocked on the yelp site and deleting it and the phone calls and text.

Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

We just moved to Texas and have had the hardest time finding people we can trust to help us with our house. Sergey has been fantastic. They came out immediately. He has taken the time to listen and make sure all our gas lines are safe and working properly... and cleaned up several issues caused by other plumbers not fixing our lines properly. We will definitely be using Schrader plumbing again, and requesting Sergey. Thank you!

Slab leak in a 1979 old house. They got the job done in a timely fashion. Gave a rough quote prior to starting the job. Overall good experience. Would recommend

I absolutely would recommend. April squeezed me in not once but twice when I was in a pinch. The guys have always been honest and respectful. They will not take your money but instead, let you know the options you have for the project.

The owner, Blue, was quick to respond on yelp and based on their reviews I hired them. Brian came by my house this morning and took a look at my tankless water heater which had a small leak from the cold water valve. He gave me an honest assessment and gave me a fair price for the repair. He also looked at our bathroom sink because the faucet had low water pressure. He was able to repair the aerator and the water pressure was great. He didn't charge me for the assessment or  the repair he did on the sink. He is a stand up guy. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I can't say enough nice things about this company! I have used them twice and both times they were SO quick that they where able to come out same day and give great advice on our plumbing issues. I would highly recommend them!!

Had a hot water heater that wouldn't stay lit (gas). C&W Plumbing backed out of their scheduled appointment with only 4 hours' notice, so I called Absolute.

Brian came that afternoon. Great attitude and professionalism. He tried 2 ways to repair based on the manufacturer's directions, removed the repair that wasn't needed, and only charged me for the repair that worked. I'll call Absolute first next time!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Stan is old-school in the best way. We were having some issues with our supply valves and a faucet installation, Stan guided us through our issues, and only charged us a minimal fee for his time. We later ran into an unforeseen issue with our wall-drain connection, and he guided us through that as well after-hours! Stan is a teacher, and a honest plumber. Thank you!
