Hee Prestigious has done many jobs for us over the last decade: replacing toilets, fixing leaks, replacing our water cutoff outside the house, you name it. They are always responsive, have fair prices communicated prior to starting the work, are respectful of our space, and do a great job of cleaning up after the job is done. They are our go-to plumbers!

Last year my home had a plumbing issue and Legacy sent out Taylor, who was just the best, knowledgeable, professional, confident, and overall friendly. Well today we had another issue and Legacy sent the team of Sean and Evan, who were EXACTLY the same. Even Megan from the office was calming, assuring, friendly, and professional. Legacy Plumbing is top notch, not just in plumbing services, but customer care, which in my opinion shoots them to the TOP of the class!!!

Excellent experience and knowledgeable, experienced plumbers.  They gave us a free estimate to run a gas line for a cooktop.  After much thought, weer decided to leave it as is.  I would definitely use this company as I got 3 estimates, and their pricing was competitive.  The plumber that came out was very experienced and I found his advice very useful. I'll call them for my plumbing needs in the future.

These guys are great. Quoted a fair price to take car of my problem and charged $50 less than quoted plus came out same morning I called and finished in less than 2 hours,but were very thorough. Brian answered a number of other plumbing questions I had. Courteous and friendly guys. I have only written 2 reviews on Yelp. One was for a garage door company that deserved to be slammed as they were very shady (I did not get through Yelp to find them). I am glad my daughter told me about Yelp which helped me locate this excellent company.

I've used Rescue Air for 3 years now. They have always been prompt and polite. Signed up for their membership program and it's paid off. There have been a few things here and there that they have done to keep our old units running. One of the units went out last night and they had Andrew here before lunch time today. Andrew was clean,courteous, and polite. Once the issue was found he took me outside to show me exactly what had gone wrong. We discussed options and there was NO pressure at all. He answered every question quickly and with knowledge. New complete unit being installed tomorrow. In this Texas heat that's a life saver! Highly recommend Rescue Air and Andrew for all things AC! Thank you team!

On Wednesday, during the recent freeze here in Irving, our hot water line over the kitchen burst and flooded our kitchen.  While it was all happening, I was on Yelp looking for plumbers.  I found Matthews Plumbing and we called them immediately based on their reputation.  We were not disappointed.  Because there are so many people without any water at all we were, rightfully so, pushed out until Saturday but they stayed in touch with us and let us know they'd be here today (Saturday).  They showed up on time, were courteous, friendly and professional.  They got our hot water back online quickly and charged us a reasonable amount for doing the job.  All we can say is, thank you!

This is the 2nd time I use Pure. They are my new and favorite plumbing. As a single female, I trust them.

Excellent service. I like that they send you a picture of the technician with his name before he shows up. He had to go get a part, but it was still quick service. Very pleased. They also have me a $25 discount  as a new customer.

Our cast iron sewage line was replaced with PVC.  Job was worked into their already scheduled job calendar, and done quickly!

They were able to fit us in same-day and even called us when they had an earlier opening than originally thought. The guys were so polite, so professional & so honest.

We had an upstairs toilet that was leaking so they guys checked it out, were thorough & then gave us our options with their suggestions. They ran all the tests, diagnostics & such and found the issue. We were wondering if replacing the toilet would help & they honestly told us they didn't think that had anything to do with it, which was so honest & helpful!

They told us what we could do to fix the issue or said they could do it for us. We opted to have them do it as there were some work-arounds needed based on how the original owners built the bathroom.

They were amazing & warranty their work for a year!

I am rating them for inflexibility,  and not for quality of work.  I called them on a Tuesday and they offer me an appointment for Wednesday fro 2-4.  I said I could get out of work at 3 and asked if they could change the time window.  They said they couldn't,  so I went with it.  On Wednesday,  they call me at 12:20 saying they are on their way.  I told the receptionist that my appointment was from 2-4.  She asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I reminded her that my appointment was not at 12:20.  She finally agreed on sending the plumber at the agreed time,  but they came right at 2 knowing,  it was hard for me to be home before 3.  After I communicated they said they dispatched the plumber to another job and that they did not have anything until the next week.  It doesn't seem to me that they care much about doing business if the can't work with their clients schedules.

Being fairly new to Texas we knew we needed a plumber but didn't know who wo contact. After spending some time going through Yelp reviews, we went with HC Edwards Plumbing, which didn't disappoint. I called him in the morning and he was able to come that afternoon. We had been dealing with a clogged kitchen sink. After trying different things that didn't work, we knew we needed an expert. Jason knew the main issue right away, and then noticed another issue - a hairline fracture in a copper pipe, which was causing a water leak. He remedied both situations quickly. He was thorough and had everything needed to repair the copper pipe. Jason and Jonathan (his nephew) worked amazingly quick and efficient. Considering what all was needed, we found his price to be reasonable. Peace of mind = priceless!  Thank you Jason and Jonathan for your quick response, professionalism, and great quality of work!

I called this business to schedule then shortly afterwards I received a callback from the person who said she had to cancel my appointment because they do not service apartments that they service condos, and apologized that she didn't ask prior.   She should've asked me prior to cancelling because I live in a condo.

I called Absolute this morning and was told they were booked up for the next 4 days straight.  They were kind enough however to direct me to my town's website for a list of plumbers.  She even took the time to walk me through the website to find the list.  I wasn't able to experience their plumbing expertise, but I'll definintely call Absolute again for any future plumbing needs!!

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

Blacktie did backfall work in our foundation to fixed a plumbing issue. They dug over 40 feet of tunnel to do this work in 2109.
The work was undertaken by gehan homes, our builder who paid blacktie. It was an expense of several thousand $$$$( I was not shared the details but I know based on a quote provided by Berkeys).
I never thought that I would have the sewage backup problem however
in 2022, less than 2 years later, the exact same problem of sewage backing in bathroom  started in the exact same spot Blacktie fixed. Now they want to charge us monies to fix it again - Didnt we have warranty ? I never thought that the problem would occur again and gehan homes was handling the repair, an expense of over  $10k so we didn't think much of it. We were just glad to ge tried if the disgusting sewage backup. Blacktie's work was  backed up by ONLY a year's warranty  while other companies give a 5 year warranty for the same job!
Clearly seems like Blacktie did not have faith in its own work by shortchanging us on the warranty terms.

I would be very careful giving  an expensive repair job to Blackie since they dont stand behind their own work.  What a disappointing experience  with Blacktie in DFW area!

He responded quickly to our message and originally said he could come first thing in the morning.  Since the clog was in our mainline, we asked if he was able to come out that day and he was at our house within an hour to unclog our mainline.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.
