Still 5 stars with a phone call to one of the plumbers who did work at house. As we are coming out of the Feb 2021 deep freeze I was concerned about possible leaks and prevention. He took the time to answer my questions and what might/might not happen. They are very busy right now with emergency work after days of below zero temps. I hope I don't have to call as well. BTW: if you don't know how to shut off your water inside/outside learn how before you need to.

Reaching out to this company was a result of dealing with another smaller company that took an extremely long time to satisfy the demands of my insurance company.
Initially I was skeptical due to the nature of the issue I was facing and the amount of work it would take to complete the job below my house and dealing with foundation. However, the initial contact over the phone was nice, I was able to communicate my issue and tell them exactly where I stood and what my insurance demanded.
They sent out a tech with his assistant to come and check out the issues I was facing, they built their claim on the previous claim for the other company and also went further to look for underlying issues that may have been missed. Once we got the job situated, the insurance company took a while to finalize everything but work was underway.
The only issue I had was the contractors they sent out to do the digging and preparation for the work area. Combined with the weather it took them roughly 3-4 weeks to complete the job and put all of the dirt/soil back under the house. However during that excavation period, there was one of the guys that thought it was clever to jump on my fence to yell at his buddies on the other side and completely ripped off the top covering for my fence. Luckily I noticed it on camera and confronted them about it, because it had been left in the yard rather than immediately put back on the fence.
So overall the company is good, the contractors that do the prep and finish work are sketchy, but my problem was resolved in the end.

On time, explained the options for repair and estimated cost before they started work.  Very courteous and professional! Would definitely use them again.

Had an AC company come out last year and charge my wife a ridiculous fee to put a temporary fix on it. Didn't even check the outside unit.

Was very happy with Chase who pinpointed the real problem and made the fix for 1/8 the the cost of this other place.

My water heater recently broke and Matthews Plumbing had it replaced within hours of me calling them.  The whole team is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. I will definitely use their services in the future the next time I need plumbing work!

Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

First time I used yelp for an estimate. He gave me an estimate for  $400-450 to hook up faucet and garbage disposal.  Went to my regular guy and he did it for $140.  So much for new technology!!

I chose Accurate Leak & Line mostly for their high rating on Yelp, but also because of their very competitive quote; I got several other quotes that were a fair amount higher. I was not disappointed: They did all the things that you hope a contractor will do. They showed up when they said they would; they did the work well and kept me up to date; they were polite and respectful; they cleaned up well after they were done; and the final bill what exactly what they had quoted. They showed a high degree of professionalism, something that a lot of other providers lack. I give them my highest recommendation.

Our washing machine located in the garage of our 58 year old home, backed up causing an an additional backup in our kitchen sink.  Laundry and clean dishes were not happening with this issue.  I called Staggs Plumbing based on Yelp reviews and received a call back from April who was very informative and helpful.  This was around 1:00pm and a little after 5:00pm, Patrick arrived to access the issue/clog.  As suspected, he had to get on the roof with an electric machine to unclog the pipes.  Did I mention it was 103 degrees at that point?  It was extremely hot to say the least!  Patrick didn't flinch.  He had to make at least three trips up the ladder on our roof and after meticulous attention to detail and pure hard work and skill he resolved the issue.  Patrick was kind, professional and knew his craft well.  There was a $325.00 Emergency/Sunday additional fee, but due to our schedules it was well worth it after this experience.  I highly recommend Staggs.  Patrick and April are awesome!  Give Staggs a call and you won't be disappointed.  Honest folks to do business with and exceptional communication and customer service.

I had a dripping tub that my husband tried to take care of but we definitely needed professional help. Amanda got me scheduled and Brian came out, fixed my 1965 plumbing and was within the quote I was given. I have been happily enjoying both Hot and Cold water and no more dripping!

Jason was amazing! Hasn't even left my driveway and I'm leaving a review. Came on short notice to diagnose and discover the issue with why I wasn't getting cold water through the washer valve making doing laundry a hassle. Fixed it quickly and also fixed my running toilet that cost me so much in water bills since I moved in! Reasonable prices for parts and labor and has CC convenience.  Will be my go to from now on as a new home owner. He is very busy for a reason!  Thank you Jason!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had so many problems with a new toilet install and every we called to have them come out there was no wait and they were beyond kind and professional. I will use them for my plumping service from now on.

we had a sewer line back up that previous  plumber couldn't figure out the cause until I called The Leak Whisperers. Although it was Sunday, but still we received a very quick response. Jason (the owner) temporarily fixed the problem in till to come back during the week. 2 days later they started the major job and finished it within the time period as promised.
Jason and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He never takes short cuts and works with you step by step to make sure you understand what was needed and what was done. He is honest and trustworthy.
Megan (office administrator) is totally responsive to your needs and treats the customers with respect.
I give the 5 stars and would recommend them with confidence.

I will definitely recommend black tie plumbing , I had written a not so review earlier due to miscommunication but Larissa the office manager took the time to call me and straighten everything up. The technician was pleasant and got the problem fixed in no time, very professional and friendly. I will use black tie plumbing going forward because a good reliable plumbing company like black tie is had to find.

Stan was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry, and came out to see us the same day - days before anyone else was available. Repairs were fast, clean and courteous. Price was as quoted and very fair.
