My garbage disposal was jammed, and it was not good timing before Thanksgiving in a few days with family coming over. Legacy Plumbing was able to send someone over in just a couple of hours - two technicians, Alex Maxwell and Nick Tubbs. They were fantastic! They were courteous, professional, wore masks and foot coverings the whole time they were here. They checked my water heater as well as my water pressure, neither of which was I expecting, and both much appreciated especially with the extra tips about both that Alex gave me. The team installed a new and upgraded disposal for me, and then Alex taught me a number of things about how to get its best use. He gives excellent tutorials! On top of it all, I was able to give them items for charity this holiday season, as part of Legacy's canned food / coats drive. They left with me feeling much happier than before they came! I have used Legacy before, and I would most definitely use them again.

Update: The owner contacted me to discuss the review. We have come to an amicable solution. My experience is mixed. Pros: They responded promptly. The service tech was generally pleasant and professional. Though he was struggling with the equipment to do the job. Cons: I was charged $249+ tax for less than 30 minutes of actual work to locate gas lines in a small portion of my back yard. To be fair against my better judgment, I did agree to the charge before work began. I just think what I was charged is waaaaay beyond the service that I received. Ultimately, they did get the job done. Be prepared to pay a lot for it.

They are very prompt and responsive.  Blake came out to service my almost 20 yr old unit & gave me recommendations based on what I wanted to spend to make the best choice for my family. He was very informative, professional & helpful.  I would definitely recommend them & use them in the future.

They were able to come out and help us unclog our kitchen sink the next day. Arrived at the agreed time window. Very nice, knowledgeable and courteous service. They also helped us rearrange our weird piping under the sink. They take cards (via Square), Zelle and Venmo. Will ask for their help again if another plumbing problem arises~

I am extremely happy with Schrader Plumbing! Matthew and Mondo were polite, informative, and did a great job! My kitchen sink was backed up and the pipe underneath was dripping. Matthew fixed the leak in no time, and came back with the electric snake to clear out several years worth of sludge that my handheld 50ft drain auger couldn't get farther than 16 inches in. I was notified via text and email at every step - confirmation of booking, when they were en route, and a summary of services and receipt after they finished up. What I appreciated the most was that Matthew made sure to talk through the problem, procedure, and all my options with me, and recommended trying the snake before resorting to the much more expensive hydro jet. Should I ever need a plumber again, I will absolutely be calling Schrader Plumbing and requesting Matthew.

We had the plumbing lines rerouted due to a long history of slab leaks. We had considered the epoxy restoration and we are so glad we did not do it. The reroute was fast, easy, very little damage to the drywall. The job was done surgically and I was very please. Several thousands of dollar saved. The epoxy would have been a disaster due to the poor condition of my pipes. We paid the low price that we were quoted and they never tried to add anything on even when they found issues here and there that require some re planning. I certainly recommend this company.

Randy Staggs, owner of the company, responded very quickly to our request. He installed two new hand-held shower heads, a leak detector, and checked our main water shut-off valve for proper operation. He's smart, experienced, efficient, and thorough.

We needed our furnace checked because a home inspector who went over our condo with us prior to purchase was unable to inspect the furnace because of the bolted cover over it. Randy recommended his other company, newly created Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning, to do the furnace check.

With my okay, he called the technician, Vincent Marrone, and he arrived at our condo in just a few minutes. Surprisingly, he found that the 2018 furnace was not wired in properly and that it was not operational. He corrected the wiring and we smelled the heat for the first time since buying our condo in February!

I cannot recommend Staggs Plumbing and Dallas Heating and Cooling strongly enough. We signed up for annual HVAC checks because Vincent was so impressive on his first visit here.

I had a drainage problem with the bathroom sinks and contacted Professor Plumb.
They returned my message in a very timely manner. Jeff (technician) arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt like he was being completely honest and reasonable with his work and would definitely use them again

I had an urgent dishwasher issue we wanted to repair quickly at my sister's home due to water leakage.  After many calls for available plumbers in her area, I settled with Jason.  Jason booked us in for the next morning.  I must say, he were prompt traveling updating me via txt and proficient with his craftsmanship upon arrival.

Jason confirmed my fear of a water supply line leak and repaired such as well as installed the new dishwasher I had purchased for my sister.

His work were nicely done and the work area was left super clean. If you have an emergency or need any plumbing and desire a GOOD plumber, do give Jason a call.  For you will not be disappointed.

Thanks to Dean's Plumbing and John Martinez again.  Had toilet flange replaced in upstairs bathroom on 3/8/21 (see previous review) and I was so impressed with John's workmanship, friendliness and knowledge that I had him too replace another toilet flange in downstairs bathroom today, 3/17/21.  Their price(s) are reasonable . . . and John is no joke; he's the MAN!!!!!!!

I tried to DIY a broken spigot during the freeze and snapped off the pipe inside my exterior wall - on Christmas Eve. So needless to say, I was in a really tough spot. I tried calling about ten plumbers, obviously everyone was slammed or taking time off. A few companies said they'd get back to me but ultimately left me hanging for a few days. I called up the leak whisperers and they had a guy over in 90 minutes. Jerome was super professional and was able to get the pipe capped and water turned back on fairly quickly.  Will definitely use them moving forward - they saved Christmas

Tony Dang who works for Blacktie plumbing has No morals. I had some foundation work done and he came in to do the post foundation sewer leak check to make sure everything was still ok. Even though they only raised the foundation less than an inch. He tells me that the sewer line had all of these cracks in it. Mind you the sewer line was completely fine before the foundation repair. He tells me that he has to come in my house and tear my floors up to try and find and repair the cracks. Knowing that would cost thousands of dollars and it not sounding right, I decided to get a second opinion. I called an HONEST licensed plumbing company, they did their sewer leak test and they told me that there were NO cracks or breaks in the sewer line and everything was fine. I wish I could give this company zero stars. Tony Dang is a crook, and should be ashamed of himself. If you are smart, don't use this company!!!

We were scheduled on Monday afternoon from 12 to 2pm.  I called him around this period, no one answered.  Then I messaged him via Yelp, no response as well.   Late afternoon, I got his message On my way! Will catch you tomorrow .    Not reliable , no response, waste time .
