Having issues with our plumbing not able to flush toilets or shower, called a company out they said they fixed it, a few days later same exact thing happened. Called Pablo he came out fixed the clogged pipe and showed us what our pipes looked like. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. Highly recommend and he will be the only plumber we use in the future.

I needed a plumber this morning when my garbage disposal started leaking. The one I've used for a while couldn't come till Monday afternoon. So I went to Yelp and found Legacy Plumbing with across the board 5 star reviews. And ... they are DESERVING of them! From the initial call at 10:00 AM to be told they could be here between 12 and 2 today, to the next call at 11:15 with them saying He can be there in 10 minutes if that's okay, to him arriving and being AWESOME, it was indeed a 5 star experience in all phases.

Mike Collard was the plumber who came. He was the best. He explained it all in detail, he gave me options, he walked me through all of it. It's obvious he loves what he does and loves the company he works for. I really appreciate all of that!

they were nice to start... 29 dollars gas fee got it...later they showed literally 1000 dollars fir simple toilet tank caps... i denied. went to Ace, cost me 11 dollars high end flapper 3 inches. All 3 toilets were in excellent shape. kess than 50 buvks parts, and 15 minutes eorknon your own... im still sick from how much they lied...they wanted to chage everything... Dishonesty will hurt you. Just do it yourself, Ace people are  very helpful. Forget these loosers they try to steal your hard earned money.

Called with a problem leak under our sink and two great guys from O'Brien had the problem fixed by lunchtime. They figured out what needed to be replaced and gave a fair estimate. Polite and professional, recommend highly!
   Hope we don't need them again too soon but good to know who to call.

Roman provided and demonstrated honest high level knowledge and experience in assisting me in my HVAC issue. In the Old West we would call him a Top Hand ! He communicated with me throughout the day as to when he would arrive and as soon as I met him, I knew he was The Man.  We went directly to the interior unit and he quickly diagnosed and repaired what was wrong as well as gave very helpful suggestions on other unrelated, but still very important points such as not allowing the corrugated gas line to vibrate along the sharp metal edge of the the heater housing. He checked the outside unit and found it was solid. There were many areas where a less competent / honest technician could have steered me wrong or charged more, but he didn't. I learned a lot in a very short time and it was well worth the service call just to get exposure to his advanced expertise! I pride myself and knowing how to repair things myself, but have just enough humility to recognize when I am in the presence of a true expert. - JAG

matt wanted me to call him so I did left message he called me back.matt does not agree with what I have said. 1. thing is wrong found out today that he did give the right brand of water heater but I was told wrong. another  thing matt said was about the mail he does not have 30 minutes to go to p.o.  and send  estimate to us .he calls it snail mail people use email now which our computer doesn't work right our problem not his ,but this one time I thought maybe he can send p.o one time.but no that's only mine and my mothers opinion.matt keeps saying he doesn't agree with what I have been saying which was the water heater brand which I changed that.also my mother and I thought which is only our opinion that 100.00 dollars to go out and look was to high we thought 50.00 so we are wrong about the estimate. that is ok but dont be rude about that and go on and on about what you have to pay out. :  that is only our opinion.but matt drags it out about what all he has to do and what he has to pay. matt is harassing me now about the review I wrote saying he called yelp and he is going to have me blocked because matt and his sons have good reviews I said that there was another one and matt said he did do that job I believe.matt just kept harassing me about my review if I did not  take off he would have yelp delete my review and block me from using yelp. in my opinion that is a threat isn't it ? the site is to Express your a opinion of a company either good or bad right?  and he is telling me about how home depot at 2 am would not show up in the morning but he would .which matt keeps on asking me if I'm going to change my review . I again asked about the estimate he said it was still 100.00 . so he is saying to me that is extortion and he keeps on harassing me about my review then on top of that a few hours later matt sends me a text message again harassing me on the review .and a few phone calls .which in the beginning he thought we should cut ties with each other which was fine with me matt might be a nice person but to me only my opinion he was rude about the estimate he could have one time sent threw regular mail. but didnt and was giving me all excuses why he couldn't. and like I said there was a mix up on the water heater brand he said the right one which is rheem. but I was told Bradford white. all in all I would still give him one star because of his attitude speaking to me the way he did and continue to harass me about my review he might have a good business but you also have to know how to communicate with people have a good attitude and not harass them I dont appreciate that. with  that been said I have proof that he called me and texted about the yelp review .he is the one that thought we should cut ties as he calls it which was fine and being rude about the sending of the mail.and now harassing me about my review and blocking me . like I said I give him one thing I was told that he said the right name of water heater but when I was told it was a different brand.  which it mattered a lot because my mother wanted the same exact brand because it lasted so long.but the rest is unprofessional. I don't usually give my reviews but the way he talked to me and in my opinion harassing me now with changing my review or get blocked on the yelp site and deleting it and the phone calls and text.

Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

No one wants to make a plumbing call right at the holidays, but this company and tech were definitely worth the call. James Tuck came out and was extremely thorough, professional and polite. Our double sinks were clogged so bad they weren't draining at all. My husband is pretty handy and snaked the line but couldn't get it. Grateful James fixed it, and it's draining like it did when we first built our home. He took the time to explain everything to us, and we won't hesitate to call and even request him to come out if we have any further plumbing needs. You've got a great company and great employees!! And Thank you Hope, great service from you as well, setting up appointment was painless:)

Accurate Leak & Line has such a great team!  We had a busted pipe in our front yard and they were so professional over the phone as well as in person. Their pricing is very reasonable. Each person we talked to over the phone was understanding of our issue and you can tell they want to help. Juan and Matt are dedicated and knowledgeable and extremely respectful. I am now a customer of Staggs for life and I'm thankful that this family owned business has crossed my path.

The owner, Blue, was quick to respond on yelp and based on their reviews I hired them. Brian came by my house this morning and took a look at my tankless water heater which had a small leak from the cold water valve. He gave me an honest assessment and gave me a fair price for the repair. He also looked at our bathroom sink because the faucet had low water pressure. He was able to repair the aerator and the water pressure was great. He didn't charge me for the assessment or  the repair he did on the sink. He is a stand up guy. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

This was the second time I had to use this company. I called him right at 7 am and he text back with a time he could fit me in!!! Great plumber to work with!!! I definitely recommend him!

Deans plumbing was very helpful.  I live with my mom still and Colin came out for a leaking toilet and was prompt, polite, and a reasonable price. He was also extremely nice to my kitty cat Anne. Shes a beautiful white and yellow cat that's a little on the heavy side and likes to investigate new people in the home and he was very patient with her being near the work space I would move her and she would go right back in there with him all in all it's good to have a plumber that know what he's doing and that's good with kitty cats!

These guys came out right away the day I called them and diagnosed my leak and since it was late evening, they turned off the water to that area and returned the next morning. They found exactly where it was and fixed it, cleaned up the area and since I had to leave before he was finished, texted me a picture of the completed work. They texted me when they were on the way both days and were very polite and respectful and were willing to work with me on the cost. I would definitely recommend them!

Mike and JJ were super nice and on time. A little pricer than other places I had inquired, but they were the ones who would be able to fix my water heater the fastest. I got SUPER lucky they had a cancellation. (Called Monday, out Thursday. Everyone else is at least a week)

Problem was self diagnosed (Temp & pressure release valve leak), but don't think I would have been able to fix it myself in the same way they did...it included a blow torch and copper piping.

Mike gave me some tips on my (older) water heater and a rough estimate of how much it may cost if I have to change it soon. I'm just hoping to have it hold out until I move to Hawaii in 4-5 years.

I would call them again, especially if they had the earliest opening.

It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! It took me almost two weeks to get a hold of someone to schedule appointment after they gave me quote. After coming to fix my plumbing issues the kitchen faucet was installed backwards and someone else had to come to fix it and install correctly. The faucet in the bathroom isn't putting out water after it was fixed, so they are sending someone else out to look at it to try to fix it. I know businesses want perfect reviews on yelp but this was my experience with this company. If you put a bad review they will ask you to remove it or change it,  so they can have perfect rating.  No one is perfect. I did change my score because they did try to make it right.

Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I will be using Rely On Master Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.
