Pablo goes far above and beyond when servicing my house. He always answers texts, and always sticks to a schedule. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he is a fantastic guy and the job is always done supremely well.

These guys are beyond awesome.  I've used them a few times at my house and also at my business and they are fast, efficient, very reasonably priced, their work is top notch, and they aren't afraid to point out when you DON'T need to spend money on a repair.  Seriously, you will NOT be disappointed with these guys.

Super pleased with Rescue Air. They were very responsive to my initial request. Roman came out to look into our issue and was very friendly, professional, and customer service oriented. He has a ton of experience and very patiently worked to resolve the problem.

Our experience with Matthews Plumbing was so convenient! We had an issue with a toilet valve constantly running and then found that the water shut off valve was also faulty.  Dalton was able to make it out to the house within an hour or so.  He did an excellent job and was very polite and explained everything. When we have plumbing issues in the future, you will be our first call.

Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn't leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I'll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you're lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again.

Ice storm water pipe bursted
This company is top notch they had someone put to my emergency within 1.5 hours during an ice storm with hundreds of emergency customers.  The team was honest professional and caring!  Thank you schrader plumbing for hiring such top notch professionals that are easy to relate to kind and honest we just live your guys this time we had Roberto Lopez he's an amazing plumber- thank you for your patience and diligent hard work.

This company is AWESOME!  I called on a Sunday (of a holiday weekend), and my call was returned within 5 minutes of my message being left.  They were out the next morning (MLK day) to check my backed up lines.  It turned out to be a city problem, so Accurate didn't even charge me for the visit!  ROCK!  Best customer service EVER!  I'm very pleased!

I absolutely would recommend. April squeezed me in not once but twice when I was in a pinch. The guys have always been honest and respectful. They will not take your money but instead, let you know the options you have for the project.

I was impressed with how Blue at the company handled my leaking kitchen sink. He was up front with cost and gave me all my options with out pushing. Customer service was excellent I will be calling them for any additional services.

We had numerous issues with plumbing due to clogs of various types and sizes. After a brief discussion via Yelp, Jason arrived the same day and took care of all our concerns! He was honest, fair, and diligent. He finished quickly and our house now performs good as new! I couldn't be more thankful for his service!

These men were great. The found my leak and fixed it. They had to cut tile and I asked them if they could save it and they said they'd try. They told me that if I'd get tile just in case, they wouldn't charge me for having to go look for it and get it. So $10 tile would've cost me $50. I found my own, but they didn't need it because they were able to save my tile. However they charged $50 for the pipes they had to get, which I'm sure were no more than $10 to $20 for all of it. So to get my pipe fixed was over $400. Plumbing seems a little pricey, but I think they were the cheapest I found. They were nice.

Absolute Plumbing worked in our home on a bathroom remodel that involved many steps and procedures. In every aspect of the job, they were very professional and a real pleasure to work with.

From the project bid to job completion, all work was done as scheduled, on time, and with a attitude of perfection. Town code inspections passed without any hitches.

This remodel was an extreme makeover, and we could not be more pleased with Michael LeClair and support staff. The outcome of all plumbing work exceeded my expectations.

While I have not used many plumbers, I would hope that they could all be as good as the people from Black Tie Plumbing. Jeremy was on time, made sure to call ahead, answered all my questions, and worked with me and their distributor to get a water heater that met my needs. I highly recommend their service and will definitely look to use them for future plumbing jobs.

Stan is old-school in the best way. We were having some issues with our supply valves and a faucet installation, Stan guided us through our issues, and only charged us a minimal fee for his time. We later ran into an unforeseen issue with our wall-drain connection, and he guided us through that as well after-hours! Stan is a teacher, and a honest plumber. Thank you!
