Pablo installed a gas line to our stove for us, and he came late at night to fix a pipe issue after I had tried to relocate a water line myself and failed miserably.  He has always done what he said he would do when he said he would do it.  He's friendly, professional, honest, and reliable.  He's who I'll call next time I attempt to do my plumbing myself.

Legacy Plumbing was quick to respond to my request and had a technician out within an hour.  Everyone from Cindy who left me a voice mail, to the person who answered the phone when I called back, was friendly and very courteous.   The tech, Luis, was professional, respectful and knowledgeable.  He also provided options and recommendations.  NO PRESSURE at all.... He ensured the space where he worked was neat and clean prior to leaving.  Great experience!  Will definitely use Legacy Plumbing again in the future.

I had a bad experience with another plumber who wanted to replace an entire sink for a minor issue.

The sweetest technicians, Ryan and Cameron came out to look at my parent's leaking shower faucet and basically said we just needed to replace the handle and didn't charge us anything for the service call! Prompt reliable service!

Gary and Roman were absolutely fantastic. Our heater wasn't working and with the cold winter quickly approaching and Covid-19 restrictions, we weren't sure how quickly we'd be able to get someone out here to get it fixed. To our pleasant surprise, they arrived only a short time after calling. They were both extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. I used Matthews Plumbing last week for a clogged kitchen sink and was very impressed by their services.
They were efficient, worked clean and were very upfront with pricing.  
I like that they are not your big-box  Plumbing Company and they were not  overpriced.  I have used other Plumbing companies before (but their price was always insanely high)

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the technician that came over to my house.  The guy was very respectful, used a mask and used shoe protectors. I could see that this plumber was very meticulous about his job and made sure the problem was solved.  I recommend his service and I am very happy that I found this company for any future need.

Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!

Be careful! These guys use flat rate pricing. The flat rate to replace a sink cartridge-that we provided-was $250.00! It took Tuck about 15 minutes to do the job. That's about $1000.00 an hour! And We had to call them to come back out and fix the hot water pressure the same afternoon. Not happy campers.

They were timely and explained the plan each step of the way. Their price was very reasonable. They too care of building permit and inspector appt. They moved quickly and I was very happy with the limited front lawn damage.

Terrific response time and very professional. Took care of our problem very quickly!  The plumber, Nicholas was extremely courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.  We will use Staggs plumbing in the future if we ever have a need for sure!

All it says is how great your emergency services are and I just called and was told the earliest they could help me was TUESDAY. Seriously? I told her we can't use the toilets without the water pouring into my backyard. Very helpful. Thanks for nothing. I would not recommend calling these folks if you have an emergency.

I called Dean's this morning in a panic, because my sump pump died, and it's supposed to rain for the next four days.  Billy was at my house just a couple of hours later, and had my pump replaced the same day.  He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and even went out of his way to call an electrician, and find out the best backup solution if my power were to go out.  Could not have asked for a better experience.

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

These folks have given plumbers good names!!!!   I have used them for 4 years for different situations.  Debra is the lady who answers and schedules.  What a dear!!!   She is very good at asking the right questions, even gives me tips to help until they can come fix my problems, tries every time to schedule me and not inconvenience me with her needs.   Besides the work always being done well and timely, if she tells you that she'll try to get you in if someone cancels...... she actually calls and tries to see if I can take that time!!!!   Last week, I had a disposal and kitchen sink issue.   Called and because of Thanksgiving cooking and tons of company at people's houses, plumbing problems were popping up!!!   So I couldn't get our schedules to match.  It was going to be a few days.    Then bingo!!!!   Today, I get a call that they can come this afternoon if I'm home.... They showed up, installed a new disposal, cleared the drain, and fixed a couple of small problems ... all within about 30-45 minutes.  These guys were so nice, knowledgeable, and when I asked questions, they were so pleasant in getting me the info needed.   This is a very good, solid company!!!!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I will be using Rely On Master Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.
