New to this area, but I can now say that Pablo is my go-to plumber!  Great service with a continuous smile!  2 YEAR WARRANTY on parts and labor...

He's timely (actually called to see if I was available and came early), friendly, professional, seemingly trustworthy, and knowledgeable about his craft!  One star each...

Over the phone, he quoted me a price based on my problem explanation.  He explained he charges by the job.  No pricing surprises after he arrived... He analyzed my problems, presented solutions / options / recommendations.  He provided a very detailed, thorough binder of upfront pricing for each item.  Once the decision was made on how I wanted to proceed, he efficiently completed the job leaving no mess!

His schedule was about a week out when I called.  Based on the Yelp reviews and my gut feeling over the phone, I chose to make the appointment and wait... sooooo glad I did.  Will definitely call him again, if needed!  PABLO ROCKS !

Arin and Enoch, were great with their communication before arriving and were incredibly efficient with their work. They fixed my shower handle for a reasonable price and were even able to wave my service fee. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work done by Legacy.

Appointment scheduled for a Monday. Received good communication that I was on the schedule 3 times up until 4 pm. Then I received a 4th text saying they could not make it out on Monday. When they came on Tuesday, they diagnosed the problem correctly. The inside unit was leaking refrigerant. They said if it was registered, it was under warranty for 10 years. If it was not registered, it was under warranty for 5 years. When I showed them the receipt with an installation date less than 5 years, they said it was NOT under warranty. They also wanted to have an advisor come out and make sure the ac unit was sized correctly. We have been in the house for 25 years with no problems. Needless to say, we contacted another ac company.

Nicks Air came out and found the same problem. The inside unit was leaking.
But GUESS WHAT! The unit was under warranty. So we only had to pay for the labor fee for installing a new unit. Again, DO NOT USE RESCUE AIR.

After the cold weather in February 2021, we thought there was a leak in one of our bedrooms on the third floor. We called Matt, and he thought it would be a three-week lead time before he could come out, however he was out to our house within three days.  When he arrived, he inspected the water marks and determined that it was not a pipe that had broken, rather it was a leak coming from our roof and I should call our builder.

It is nice to meet plumber who doesn't do work that is unnecessary and charge unnecessary costs. I would highly recommend that if you need plumbing work completed, you use this company .

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

I had these guys come save my life when my water heater didn't work.  I also had a sink drain that was beyond me. They fixed both so fast it's not a joke. Thank you so much

This company I believe has the ability to do good work.  Its a shame that they don't bother delivering the quality that they are capable of.  After consulting with the company for several months while waiting on insurance I had a lot of confidence in this company.  When it came time to do the work it seemed pretty obvious to me that they had and A Team and a B Team and the A Team went to a bigger job and they sent the B Team to do my job.  It took them 4 days to do a 2 day project and then they did not even finish.  One day they left without a word and never came back.  They did not even leave an invoice for the work they did do.  They didn't bother to fill in the holes in the ground.  They didn't bother to close up the hole that they made in the side of my house.  They made the clean out too tall so that the lawn mower hits it.  They didn't bother to return calls.  Fortunately I had not paid in advance.  Six months after leaving without notice they called me wanting to know why I had not paid for an invoice I never received.  I deducted what I paid others to finish the job and I paid them.  They never did give me any explanation for why they left and never came back.

Randy Staggs is an outstanding plumber who provides excellent service.  While visiting my sister here, we had a plumbing emergency at her house.  Water was shooting everywhere!  Mr. Staggs showed up immediately (he was in the area so he rushed over!). He assessed the situation, provided an extremely reasonable bid, and fixed the problem and troubleshot a little extra.  Exceptional service and workmanship.

The owner, Blue, was quick to respond on yelp and based on their reviews I hired them. Brian came by my house this morning and took a look at my tankless water heater which had a small leak from the cold water valve. He gave me an honest assessment and gave me a fair price for the repair. He also looked at our bathroom sink because the faucet had low water pressure. He was able to repair the aerator and the water pressure was great. He didn't charge me for the assessment or  the repair he did on the sink. He is a stand up guy. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I had an urgent dishwasher issue we wanted to repair quickly at my sister's home due to water leakage.  After many calls for available plumbers in her area, I settled with Jason.  Jason booked us in for the next morning.  I must say, he were prompt traveling updating me via txt and proficient with his craftsmanship upon arrival.

Jason confirmed my fear of a water supply line leak and repaired such as well as installed the new dishwasher I had purchased for my sister.

His work were nicely done and the work area was left super clean. If you have an emergency or need any plumbing and desire a GOOD plumber, do give Jason a call.  For you will not be disappointed.

OUTSTANDING!  I feel fortunate that the plumber assigned to me was Jeremy Wilkerson.  He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and personable. Not only did he do a great job fixing my garbage dispoal, he also took the time to answer any and all questions that I had.  Additionally, he made sure that everything was as clean or cleaner when he left.  This included bringing a small towel to put on the floor under his toolbox. That was a very nice and unexpected touch.  I highly recommend Black Tie Plumbing and Jeremy Wilkerson.

Upfront, honest & to the point about $ & availability beforehand. No hidden fees or charges, no weeks of wait time. Showed up perfectly on time, very respectful, kind & professional. In approximately 1hr, we'd our brand new toilet switched out & that was that. My husband & I couldn't possibly recommend this company any more, other than saying, they've our trust & we'll be calling ONLY them next time we have plumbing issues.
