Pablo might actually be a genius. He fixed a problem that stumped the other plumbers that came out. The odor in our shower was coming from inside the shower frame. (We needed to seal where we had missing screws.) He was professional, so kind and very thorough. You are will not go wrong with hiring Bee.

Scheduled an appointment through text on a Saturday evening. Arrived on time to check a clean out issue. After spending 15 minutes to check the issue and discovering the problem lay within the City's sanitary sewer line, they did not charge me anything. Not even a trip charge. Definitely would recommend.

My water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning. They got a crew out that day to assess. We didn't know if our heater was still under warranty and they researched that for us and helped us minimize our out of pocket costs. They had us up and running 2 days later which was amazing considering we were working within a warranty challenge etc.

We had a recurring issue and Roman was helpful in working with us to decode what was going on with our AC unit. He is helpful, on time and responsive. They didn't charge to come back to see why the problem had returned.

They want re-plumb your home. They give you the most expensive solution for your issue.  I bought a $1.89 part and fix the issue myself.  Their quote was over $450.00. You decide?

My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! John was the only plumbing to come to my house on a Sunday afternoon after calling 5 others. My husband was out of town and I was dealing with a slab leak on my own. My daughter found Schrader plumbing after looking on Yelp. Even though he was booked until Tuesday, he turned off my water to stop the leaking pipe and left his water key with me in case I needed to turn back on the water for my dogs or myself! He came back Tuesday at the exact time promised and repaired our slab leak. We hired him to come back the next week and replace our 2 water heaters as they were old, noisy, and in our attic. John and his assistant were great to work with and very professional!

This company is AWESOME!  I called on a Sunday (of a holiday weekend), and my call was returned within 5 minutes of my message being left.  They were out the next morning (MLK day) to check my backed up lines.  It turned out to be a city problem, so Accurate didn't even charge me for the visit!  ROCK!  Best customer service EVER!  I'm very pleased!

Came out to my house on a Sunday and Blue did a great job.  Didn't charge me an arm and leg with it being the weekend.  Most other places wanted more than I was charged just to show up on the weekend.  I will definitely use them again.

Came home midnight 12-23 to a garage and hall way full of water. The water heater decided to give out while we were out. Called HC Edwards plumbing around 10am Saturday (Christmas Eve) and left a voicemail with Jason.

At 9:22pm Christmas night, I received a text from Jason asking if I still needed a plumber...

You know, I get it if you can't provide services because of a backlog, but I don't understand not responding to an emergency request at all until 36 hours later, especially when your website says you have 24/7 service.

We liked working with Dean's plumbing.  The guy that worked at our house was great.  He was very conscientious, too.

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

Kevin from Black Tie Plumbing did a great job fixing our toilet issues.  He troubleshooted several different problems with our old toilets and now we have turbo-flushing toilets instead of slow stinky ones!  I can take the plunger out of the bathroom!  We're happy!  Now I can invite friends over without saying,  you can come over as long as you promise not to poop.

Had a nearly impossible project. Had an old 80gl water heater in a small closet that needed to be replaced with a similar capacity tank; but the newer tanks are wider and taller.

Stan responded on a Saturday when my tenants didn't have hot water and temporarily fixed the issue. He worked with me to order the right water heater. He provided his insightful advice along the way. The installation was not straightforward given the size of the closet and the need to reroute the pipes. His solutions were quite creative and he accomplished the project.
