Pablo has done work for me on three different occasions.  The last job was a slab leak. Pablo diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs with the professionalism he always does. He does great work. He is there when he says he will be and he is as honest as they come.  

It is hard to find great people, especially a plumber. Guess what, you just found one.  The only downside is that he is busy, but it is worth the wait.  He gets my highest endorsement.

Called Legacy Plumbing in to fix a broken tub drain. They were quick to respond via the estimates request system here. I was able to setup an appointment quickly. Their office staff was very accommodating, answered all my questions.
They arrived on time and gave plenty of notice before coming.
The plumber explained the work, checked a couple other things and finished quickly. He made a couple suggestions for work we may need done in the future but wasn't pushy at all.
All in all would call them again for additional work or would suggest to others. Great company.

Reaching out to this company was a result of dealing with another smaller company that took an extremely long time to satisfy the demands of my insurance company.
Initially I was skeptical due to the nature of the issue I was facing and the amount of work it would take to complete the job below my house and dealing with foundation. However, the initial contact over the phone was nice, I was able to communicate my issue and tell them exactly where I stood and what my insurance demanded.
They sent out a tech with his assistant to come and check out the issues I was facing, they built their claim on the previous claim for the other company and also went further to look for underlying issues that may have been missed. Once we got the job situated, the insurance company took a while to finalize everything but work was underway.
The only issue I had was the contractors they sent out to do the digging and preparation for the work area. Combined with the weather it took them roughly 3-4 weeks to complete the job and put all of the dirt/soil back under the house. However during that excavation period, there was one of the guys that thought it was clever to jump on my fence to yell at his buddies on the other side and completely ripped off the top covering for my fence. Luckily I noticed it on camera and confronted them about it, because it had been left in the yard rather than immediately put back on the fence.
So overall the company is good, the contractors that do the prep and finish work are sketchy, but my problem was resolved in the end.

Jeromey came by to fix a leak. He was super professional and knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them, and would use them again.

Worked with me to get a very last minute service call scheduled for my STR.  After running thorough diagnostics in attempt to duplicate the guest's issues, no problem with the hot water supply was found.  Everyone from the dispatcher to the technician were professional and easy to work with.

Matt's amazing responsiveness helped make our very nerve-racking burst pipe situation as bearable as could be.  In ten years of living in Uptown Dallas, we have never found a plumber we liked-- until now.  Matt's company had great communication-- even during the 2021freeze of the century when most plumbers didn't even return calls. They were reliable, and priced right.  He sent out Dalton, who was a pleasure to have in our home and was super quick and efficient.  We have finally found the best plumbing company ever!

Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

James Tuck and all the members of the Schrader plumbing organization are AMAZING! I called Schrader Plumbing on Saturday afternoon after another plumber had fixed the clogged drain line unsuccessfully. My stress level was at an all time high and this company completely eased my mind and solved my problems with honesty and integrity!! They sent text messages with ETA updates and even sent me a picture of James before he arrived. (Amazing security feature!!) James worked diligently for several hours on Saturday evening to get my lines cleaned out enough to allow me to stay in my home through the remainder of the weekend. After he left, the owner John Schrader, called me to reassure me that the overall repair would be completed on Monday morning! What great customer service! The four foot deep, root clogged lines were exposed in an efficient and professional manner, repaired and completely fixed today! Throughout the entire process the team from Schrader, most especially James Tuck, kept me informed and updated. I can not say enough wonderful things about this company and James Tuck!!

We had them come to a property we had listed to perform a trenchless drain repair.  From start to finish Josh was professional, informative and patient.  We plan on using and referring Josh and his company for years to come, as trusted service providers are hard to come by.

Cost us thousands after they used a camera and misdiagnosed the area of the leak to be under our dining room  and jack hammered the entire floor and dug it all up before discovering there were NO pipes. Forced us to pay them to repair the floor or they would leave it like it was. They were fined by the State of Texas but we never saw any of that money. Didn't get a permit from the city before the work either.

Another company found the leak just along the edge of the house (Outside) where they said is the first place a plumber should look.

This happened years ago, but I was horrified to see they were still out there when I googled for a plumber. They have NEVER attempted to make restitution.

Excellent plumbers who clean up well and serve with smiles. Shoe covers and they try to do the least expensive fixes first before doing more.

Since we've got some extra time during the quarantine, putting a couple gardens in the backyard seemed like a great way to do something productive to pass time. It would've been extremely difficult with a broken backyard faucet. Thanks for being open and coming to our rescue during the covid-19 pandemic. Jason, was quick reply to my request to fix our outdoor faucet. He took his time and helped me understand how to make repairs if I ever had an issue with the faucet in the future.

Found Dean's plumbing on yelp 2 years ago and have been using them ever since. That first call was late at night on a Saturday and Wade came out and took great care of us with a great attitude for having to respond to that late night call. Since then Ronnie and his team have replaced the drain elbow in my shower, and most recently changed out and fitted 2 water heaters for me. The guys are always straightforward, honest, and professional. They also completed all jobs in the time frame they quoted! I keep there number in my cell and it is the only one i call when we have any plumbing issues. Hope this review is helpful when making your choice..

These guys are great! I just moved to the area and had a slab leak. Had three plumbers come out before I found one that knew what they were doing. Apparently, not every plumbing company does slab leaks. Jason, the owner?? was honest and easy to talk to. These guys came on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Such helpful,friendly people, from scheduling the appointment to the plumber arriving.  Steve is wonderful and very quick with repairs and their pricing is extremely reasonable.  They will always be my first call for plumbing needs.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

These guys are great. We had a drain clogged that was causing a backup in our utility closet where our A/C units are. This was causing problems with our A/C. Jeremy Wilkerson came out late one night to try and fix the problem. Despite multiple attempts he could not fix it. It was getting very late so we agreed it would be best to come back during the day. He came back and fixed the problem. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. We will call him anytime we need a plumber. Give these guys a call. The are the best in the business. Thanks Jeremy!
