This was my second time to use Legacy Plumbing. This time we had a complete toilet replacement done. Sean was the service technician and was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. What I appreciate about Sean and previous technicians is they explain everything they are going to do, provide advice even if it is not what you want to hear. They are accessible and respond to calls and emails. I even called the office without leaving a message and they called back using caller id to see if I needed anything! Many thanks from one demanding customer.

Kory came to help find a leak at my house and was professional and very helpful.  He was able to find the source of the problem and knew what was needed to fix it. He went above and beyond by letting me know the leak is from the neighbors pipe and offered to stay until the City  come out and shut the water off. Would definitely use their services again.

I had a faulty valve in my water heater. Knowing both are 9 and 10 years old I was expecting to spend a lot of money. Tanner was able to fix the problem and give me a very reasonable estimate for later. Very professional and on time.

They are quick to recommend unit replacement. Also, their prices are way too high.
They replaced my outside unit for 4400$ while it should not have cost me more than 3200$. My mistake for not getting a second opinion.
On a different occasion, they came for my other unit after it was not cooling properly and they told me I have to replace the unit. Luckily, I did not make the same mistake and called someone else. Turned out it was only low on Freon. I fixed it for fraction of their cost and it is still running after 3 years. Although, they have a nice staff I would think twice before trusting them. Definitely get a second opinion. If you read some of the other negative reviews you can see many people had the same issue where they were quoted very high prices and they were able to get the job done a lot cheaper by getting a second opinion. This company rips people off on prices and replacement recommendation.

Update: After ripping me off the owner calls to see how he could improve his business, then he writes a reply trying to undermine the accuracy of my review. Seriously?
I had three quotes from three highly rated HVAC companies in the area and they all agreed 4400$ was way to much for the job they did. The prices they quoted me varied with max at 3200$.
I did not wanted to write this review because the job was done few years back but I thought it might be helpful to share my experience so people in my community can make better decisions regarding their HVAC needs.

On Wednesday, during the recent freeze here in Irving, our hot water line over the kitchen burst and flooded our kitchen.  While it was all happening, I was on Yelp looking for plumbers.  I found Matthews Plumbing and we called them immediately based on their reputation.  We were not disappointed.  Because there are so many people without any water at all we were, rightfully so, pushed out until Saturday but they stayed in touch with us and let us know they'd be here today (Saturday).  They showed up on time, were courteous, friendly and professional.  They got our hot water back online quickly and charged us a reasonable amount for doing the job.  All we can say is, thank you!

Jeff Burks and his helper Trevor did a great job helping us with a water leak issue and a toilet repair.  They were very informative and kept us up to date all through the repairs and pricing.

My project involved fixing rusted cast iron sewer pipe under the house with concrete slab foundation

I was hoping to avoid digging under the foundation.  I found Accurate Leak & Line as the company that does trenchless repairs.  However, after inspection of my pipes, it was determined that my case was not a good candidate for this type of repair. The rusted cast iron pipe did not have enough structure left to be able to do trenchless repairs.

Accurate Leak & Line gave me an estimate that involved digging 15 ft under the foundation and replacing the rusted sewer pipe with a PVC pipe.

I did not do the repairs immediately hoping to be able to do drain cleaning every time the sewer line got clogged.

The house is the rental property.  As these things always happen the sewer pipe got clogged when I was on vacation in the Caribbean. During the cleaning of the drain, the cleaning snake got stuck in the rusted pipe.  I could no longer postpone the repairs.

I called a few more companies to get some more quotes.  Nobody seemed to have their act together the same way Accurate Leak & Line did.  Some pretended like they were doing me a favor, some told me that they did not need any permits, some wanted to create a huge mess in the house by breaking the concreted from the inside.

I had to do the full repair while being very far away and Chad (one of the owners) made it very easy.  I am a picky customer.  I ask a lot of questions, I text and call to get more information.  Chad always kept me in the loop, answered every question, and exhibited a great level of customer service.

I am very satisfied with the repair, and I am glad that I picked Accurate Leak & Line to do it.

I absolutely would recommend. April squeezed me in not once but twice when I was in a pinch. The guys have always been honest and respectful. They will not take your money but instead, let you know the options you have for the project.

I had a broken valve outside....Professor Plumb diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an upfront price. Was completely open and honest on their pricing and services. They then came out quickly and fixed the problem...at a LOWER PRICE! These are good honest people and are one of the few that are not trying to take advantage of people. Very prompt and professional!

We had two HVAC units that had condensation drain lines that weren't draining properly. I called Dean's Plumbing and they were available to come the next morning. The price was going to be quite high....around $420. When I asked about the second they said it would have to be the same price but they could work something out. The next morning two men came to do the work. They did not have the necessary parts to do the job and had to go to Home Depot to get them. After the first drain was cleared I asked how much it would cost to clear the second one. The first drain took about 15 minutes so I was astonished that they wanted to charge another $420 to clear the second! I asked that they reduce that charge for the second and they refused. So, the total bill for clearing two lines requiring 30-40 minutes total time was going to be over $800! This was completely unjustifiable! They wanted me to pay the trip charge again even though they were already at the job site! I would have paid another $200 for the second one just to get the job completed but they weren't interested. Turning down a chance to negotiate a fee for a second drain while at the job site shows very poor judgement on their part. You might say they left money on the table! Shortly after they left I found a plumber to clear the second drain for $150. If you're willing to pay fees like this then call Dean's Plumbing. Otherwise I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Awesome experience. It was an emergency so they made it a priority to come after hours on a Friday. Guys were super friendly and found the leak in the first 10 mins .... In and out in 30. Highly recommended!!!!

I was looking for a local plumbing company, and saw good reviews for Absolute Plumbing so I called. Received a convenient and fast appointment, they arrived on time, and fixed the problems for less than $150. I was thrilled. They don't work on commission (like some of the big names who advertise on tv do, one of which I got sold an expensive new toilet that we probably didn't truly need a few months prior)-  and my technician (Michael) seemed very honest. I will definitely call Absolute for future plumbing service needs and I highly recommend! Nice to have a local, honest, dependable service!
