Pablo came and fixed my leaking toilet. He went over the price beforehand and there were no additional charges later even when things got complicated. I will definitely use him again and I will recommend him to friends and family.  Pablo rocks!

Complete pros. We had a pipe issue underneath our kitchen sink. Cleanout leaked. It was finally determined that the builder had used the wrong type of PVC pipe and the fitting was not tight. These guys worked over an hour and a half and replaced all the defective parts until they got it right. Thanks Legacy Plumbing!

James and Jarad are awesome, I have a slab leak in my rental house, they came and inspect the problem, the leak believe was from one of the hot water pipes, they suggested re-route through the wall and attics instead of tunnel in from the foundation, that can avoid same problems in the future (easily to fix). Also the costs is 1/3 compared to other two quotes I received.

Worked with me to get a very last minute service call scheduled for my STR.  After running thorough diagnostics in attempt to duplicate the guest's issues, no problem with the hot water supply was found.  Everyone from the dispatcher to the technician were professional and easy to work with.

Mat was the only one that responded with same day availability out of 6 requests I sent out and I feel lucky he did. This was during the ice cold weather when all the pipes are bursting in Dallas. This establishment is a father and son team. Just the 2 of them. The service prompt, very efficient, and I feel like the price was very fair. Good guys to have on your house needs rolodex.

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

Prompt reply to my mini emergency email at 6 am! Then prompt service call and fixture repaired. I will refer Schrader to friends, family, neighbors, landlord!

Slab leak in a 1979 old house. They got the job done in a timely fashion. Gave a rough quote prior to starting the job. Overall good experience. Would recommend

Get a price before they come to your house or expect a hefty trip charge before any work is done.  I had bought the specialized part that needed to be replaced on an outside faucet.  Turn the water off and remove the handle, then line up the parts from the bag and replace the old handle......$265.  So I paid him $59 to leave my house.  Hope this helps other people.

Wonderful experience with Blue and Professor Plumb, after having a very dishonest experience with one of Classic Plumbing's workers.  Excellent service, done with integrity and professionalism.  Gave me the estimate before beginning work and office called when he was 30 minutes out from our house.  
Highly recommend!  Will be using them for all our plumbing needs!

He was thorough, responsive, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable. The work is fairly priced. Friendly professionals who  deliver excellent results. Cannot highly recommend them enough.

WOW - can not rate these guys high enough! Dean's Plumbing saved our butts BIG TIME yesterday when our water heater decided to die and start flooding our garage at 3:30pm on *New Year's Eve* (lovely, right?) The receptionist at Dean's was so nice, and literally immediately told us they could get the job done same day!! My husband and I were really impressed with the speed and professionalism with which they got the job done, and they even taught us how to turn off our water at the street shut-off valve (which was bizarrely complicated). So grateful they were able to come help us out so late on a holiday, otherwise we would have been stuck with no hot water all weekend - and it's getting down to freezing temperatures! Colin and Sean were really great, and even gave us their personal cell numbers in case we had any questions or needed anything after the fact. This is the type of service I honestly didn't think existed, but feel so lucky to have found!! Really great company, and we were totally satisfied from top to bottom - we'll definitely be using these guys again.

I called Absolute this morning and was told they were booked up for the next 4 days straight.  They were kind enough however to direct me to my town's website for a list of plumbers.  She even took the time to walk me through the website to find the list.  I wasn't able to experience their plumbing expertise, but I'll definintely call Absolute again for any future plumbing needs!!

Posted earlier I was unable to reach the Company.  The effort to reach me has been appropriately aggressive and I appreciate what appears to be a sincere desire to move this along.  Being in sales, I know things can happen, however how the problem is rectified speaks volumes.  Still pending service, but the response has been good.

We were scheduled on Monday afternoon from 12 to 2pm.  I called him around this period, no one answered.  Then I messaged him via Yelp, no response as well.   Late afternoon, I got his message On my way! Will catch you tomorrow .    Not reliable , no response, waste time .
