Pablo was awesome! On time and excellent job. He converted my old shower & bathtub hardware to Moen. Love it! Very thorough, great communication and clean up after the job. I would recommend him to anyone. THUMBS UP!

I was happy to see the hard work Logan put in identifying the issue, really transparent with the hourly visit pricing. That is great.

I had a concern with the pricing after the service, legacy plumbing reached out to me and discussed in detail about the fix. Loved the customer service.

Our old shower head started leaking, even with the hot and cold knobs all the way off. I contacted this company through Yelp, received a prompt reply and scheduled.

The plumber was friendly and presented the options to repair the existing valve or replace the whole deal with a normal one knob system.

Replacing it would have been ideal, but it would damage the tile. Getting that fixed (through another company) would cost nearly as much as the plumbing work.

So, repair it is. Unfortunately, one of our internal components could not be removed and so he had to abort the repair.

In the end, my shower is still leaking but I was not charged beyond the initial $30 visit fee. I'm not proceeding with the full replacement at this time, but if/when I do, I will use this company.

O'Bryan is 1 of the top plumbers in the area. They're knowledgeable, reputable, reliable, and do a good job at whatever task they're on. I also appreciate that they're always on time, never have to move an appointment, and treat me like an important customer.

I first reached out to them to get a quote to install a whole home water filter/softener. Although I didn't go with them (+$700 more expensive than the other quotes I got), I knew if I ever needed future plumbing services, they'd be the folks for the job. Sure enough, I needed their help a few months later. One of my toilets wouldn't flush after we had the big freeze and thinking it was a frozen drain pipe, I waited it out only to realize it might be something more. Low and behold, they resolved my flushing problem in a very timely manner. What was the source of the problem, you might ask? Poop. Apparently, you can't flush brown steamboats if you have new low-flow toilets. You gotta pinch and flush, pinch and flush, wipe and flush (repeat as necessary), and don't you dare combine those tasks under 1 flush! My bad, bro. So not only did our guy deal with a gag-inducing job, he informed us along the way of how to prevent this in the future and things to bear in mind with the shape and type of our toilet. Cool guy and great info.

Great service. Roman was professional, and walked me through what he was doing so I understood the issue. The staff at Rescue Air Heating and Cooling were also very professional and friendly on the phone. I highly recommend them!

Matt is helping us work through a plumbing problem. He's great--he's not up-selling us and is moving at our pace.

Price was a little high given the level of effort required to do relatively minor gas line work however very responsive, timely, and high level customer service.

I am so happy with this company!  If I were as brave as John A in Frisco, I'd give my number out too to sing their praises.   Seems silly to get so excited about replacing pipes, but after a big box plumber charged me more than 3 times what is normal for a pipe leak, it was a blessing to find Chad and Christian.   Chad really worked the numbers hard (knowing what had been done to me previously) to replace my entire house full of pipes for less than what the other company charged to fix one leak!!!!!   When I whined just a little to Christian about going without water for one night because I own 3 dogs, which eliminated the possibility of going to a friends or a hotel for the night, he took pity and encouraged the workers to at least leave me some cold water.   They did one better!  They brought in two extra guys, did all the preliminary work that didn't need the water to be turned off, quit a couple hours early instead of starting the water off part of the repair, then came back the next morning and finished that day... less than 2 full days instead of the predicted 3-4 day job, and hot/cold water through the night!   Everything was clean and back to normal when they left!   Finding an honest plumber can be tricky, but you can trust these guys to bend over backwards to satisfy the customer!  I'll use them from now on for all my plumbing, and have told all my neighbors about my positive experience!!!

We were trying to sell our house and had to fix our foundation which caused a slab leak and our hot water heater to go out. Staggs Came in and got it fixed within a week and even gave us a discount for the labor on the hot water. They were super great and easy to work with the whole time. Local family operated business too.

The owner, Blue, was quick to respond on yelp and based on their reviews I hired them. Brian came by my house this morning and took a look at my tankless water heater which had a small leak from the cold water valve. He gave me an honest assessment and gave me a fair price for the repair. He also looked at our bathroom sink because the faucet had low water pressure. He was able to repair the aerator and the water pressure was great. He didn't charge me for the assessment or  the repair he did on the sink. He is a stand up guy. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Amazing guys! They made me feel comfortable and talked to me like I knew what they were talking about, which I loved! They fixed everything I needed in a great amount of time! I am recommending them to everyone I know and using them again in the future!

Work was good; however, pricing is way too high. This is why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. Asked for an estimate on an upcoming job and was quoted way higher than market. I'll be using a different plumber next time around as I feel that I was charged too much.

These guys are awesome! When I called Leak Whisperers when I was desperate to figure out the source of a major water leak coming from my house and flooding our neighbor's yard and sidewalk. Jason and his team came out and within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem gave me a fair and honest assessment and provided a solution. Without question I would trust Leak Whisperers with any major plumbing job.

I called Absolute this morning and was told they were booked up for the next 4 days straight.  They were kind enough however to direct me to my town's website for a list of plumbers.  She even took the time to walk me through the website to find the list.  I wasn't able to experience their plumbing expertise, but I'll definintely call Absolute again for any future plumbing needs!!

Very Friendly and professional, came over and provided an estimate promptly, as well as giving some great advice for my leak.

This morning Jeremy Wilkerson cane to my house to fix a clogged sink. Jeremy was very professional, he was promt, considerate and was very knowledgeable of his job. Other plumbing companies I have used never displayed this professionalism. This spoke highly of him as an individual employee and the management that runs this great company. Stan was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry, and came out to see us the same day - days before anyone else was available. Repairs were fast, clean and courteous. Price was as quoted and very fair. He even cleaned up / corrected my amateur mistakes. I can recommend with enthusiasm and would be happy to use him again. Thanks and best regards.
