A no-nonsense/no-bs company. Very professional, courteous  and knowledgable. I described the job over the phone (HW heater replacement) and was quoted a price. I was extremely leery because the price was reasonable and my previous experiences with other plumbing companies, their objective was to get in the door for a service-call fee and then up-sell to the maximum.  BPP's price was the lowest of the four I had gotten. I went over the includes 3 times to make sure there would be no surprises. We set up the appointment and Pablo showed up on time. He patiently and rationally explained the work he would be doing and went to work finishing the job in a couple of hours for the exact price he had quoted over the phone. This is my new Go-To plumbers.

Luke was amazing. Legacy was able to send someone out the same day I called. Luke advised me of my problem, explained it to me in terms I could understand, and left the course of treatment up to me and my budget. He even advised me of work I might need done in the future and quoted me for it, but didn't push me to have it done today. He even stayed to make sure the problem was completely finished instead of getting a temporary fix, taking my money, and then running out (which has happened before with other service people I've had out from other companies). He make extra sure to clean up after himself too. I cannot thank Luke and Legacy Plumbing enough. You have a lifetime customer.

Received a prompt reply to my request for a quote and then David the technician arrived on time and completed the job on time and at a reasonable price. And asked if we had any other issues for him to check.

The sweetest technicians, Ryan and Cameron came out to look at my parent's leaking shower faucet and basically said we just needed to replace the handle and didn't charge us anything for the service call! Prompt reliable service!

We had a plumbing emergency where the main drain for the entire house was clogged. We were unable to flush any of the toilets, etc.

Rescue Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was able to fit us in the same day and solve the issue, at a reasonable price. They had high-tech camera equipment to run through the pipes under the house, to diagnose the areas that had issues and needed replacement (our house is 60+ years old and some of the pipes had disintegrated over that time).

So they were able to diagnose both the immediate problem and how to solve it long-term so it wouldn't happen again. I was very impressed with this company and in particular with the professionalism of the technician (Tyler H.)

I had an issue with my master toilet that's been on and off. Unfortunately the day that Matt visited was the day it was doing fine so no service was rendered. I was very impressed that they were able to come to my home same day and did not try to create a problem to solve to charge me for. He didn't charge me for the evaluation, which I thought was above and beyond because I do believe in reimbursing people for their time and expertise. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

My parts were not broken. My phone also accepts messages, texts, and emails so leaving a message should not be a problem.

Slab leak in a 1979 old house. They got the job done in a timely fashion. Gave a rough quote prior to starting the job. Overall good experience. Would recommend

We can't thank these guys enough. We had a pipe burst today thanks to the snow, and they came out after their busy day should have been over to cap it and get our water back on. They were extremely professional, showed up with masks on, and explained everything to us. Truly, we can't thank you guys enough, and you've earned customers for life! Thank you!!!

Very, very, very thankful to have found Professor Plumb via Yelp. Coming from out of town, I didn't really have anyone I could ask for recommendations for an honest plumber. So before committing to a plumber, I had shopped around and received a few quotes for a new water heater. One company (which I won't name) came out and quoted me at a price for which I believed was just a tad higher than what I expected in my book, and that was fine..but keep in mind they also wanted to charge and additional 1/2 hourly rate it would've taken to complete the installation (~2 hours). I also pointed out a few other areas of the home I was concerned about which were coming from the attic, but was told that it would be an additional $200 just to peak into the access panel due to it being difficult to get into. $200..? Are you kidding me? I then proceeded to inform him that I'd just do it myself, and if there was an issue I noticed I would then call him back.

Here come's Professor Plumb the next day where Amber, their office rep is always up to date on informing you on the ETA of their arrival. The co-owner, Blue  had arrived within the time frame agreed upon. He took a look at everything mentioned above and proceeded to provide a flat fee, final quote for the water heater and installation for less than HALF the price of the company's quote mentioned above - AND without any 1/2 hourly or hourly charges for installation. I even asked him if he wanted to take a look at the quote I received BEFORE he provided me with one so that I could give him the opportunity to beat it. However, he informed me that he wouldn't need to since he knew he'd be able to beat it regardless. Talk about being honest.

The water heater had to be ordered and Blue was able to deliver and install it the next day in about 1.5 hours. He also took the courtesy of taking a ladder up to the second floor to take a look in the attic (free of charge) and informed me that there were no issues. What also surprised me was that he asked if he could fix my toilet downstairs as the flapper needed to be replaced. Who does that??

Suffice it to say, Blue and his company Professor Plumb is one of the most honest, fair, and customer service friendly people you will ever meet in this industry. Blue will be sure to let you know that although they won't always be the cheapest, they'll always do their best to give their customers the most honest and fair deal they can provide. Hands down, Professor Plumb will be my go to guy for ANY plumbing services going forward.

Word of advice: if you'd like to save some time just trust Blue and his team to treat you with integrity, care, and respect with extremely fair pricing.

I hired technicians from this company for a plumbing installation and hookup for new washer and dryers. They came within the hour and cheerfully fixed the valve that leaked. I snapped a few pictures of the valve to Jason via text. Jason bought the valve from a plumbing supply store and cheerfully installed the valve. Then, Jason installed our washer and dryer hookup for our new appliances. I recommend Jason and his staff members heartily.

The dispatch responded immediately to my call and I had plumbers I'm my house 40 mins later. They have found a leak in the wall very quickly and fixed  it instantly with minimal damage to the wall.

I tried to DIY a broken spigot during the freeze and snapped off the pipe inside my exterior wall - on Christmas Eve. So needless to say, I was in a really tough spot. I tried calling about ten plumbers, obviously everyone was slammed or taking time off. A few companies said they'd get back to me but ultimately left me hanging for a few days. I called up the leak whisperers and they had a guy over in 90 minutes. Jerome was super professional and was able to get the pipe capped and water turned back on fairly quickly.  Will definitely use them moving forward - they saved Christmas

Had a hot water heater that wouldn't stay lit (gas). C&W Plumbing backed out of their scheduled appointment with only 4 hours' notice, so I called Absolute.

Brian came that afternoon. Great attitude and professionalism. He tried 2 ways to repair based on the manufacturer's directions, removed the repair that wasn't needed, and only charged me for the repair that worked. I'll call Absolute first next time!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! The plumber that came over to fix  our water heater was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Even my mom, who is rarely impressed by anyone, thinks he is great. Will use him again for future problems.
