Really happy to have found this company. Great service all around. I requested a quote from him based off of the rating on yelp and glowing reviews. I can certainly see why there are so many.

Got a quick response and was the best price I received after comparing 4 quotes. I felt the price was  fair for the work and appreciated this greatly. I've had others and many of us have that charge ridiculous prices on labor. In no way was this the case here and I also like that he carries his price book with him as others have mentioned.

He was on time and worked quickly but with precision and attention to detail. Had a new toilet installed and a leaky faucet fixed. Made sure all questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the work provided. Definitely my go to person for any plumbing needs now and absolutely recommend. Thanks again!

On a side note, he also wears covers over his shoes in the house and my wife and I were both thankful for that as many times, folks don't pay attention to that type of thing.

Great service!  Lee showed up and quickly identifies the problem and got us functioning again.  Such a relief that it wasn't a foundation leak!

We had a drain issue in our laundry room. AugerPros was quick to schedule someone to come out the next day...BUT, even better, they had an opening when a job was completed early and called to squeeze me in the same day! Chance was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also worked with me on pricing to figure out if there were actually any problems. Will definitely call with any future issues.

I had a major problem, a slab leak, and wasn't sure how to handle it.  I started calling some plumbers and actually had booked 2 companies to come and take a look at my issue and tell me what they thought.  The first company that came out to me gave me a weird feeling and didn't seem to know what they were talking about or what they charged for anything.  They gave me a bad feeling.  
Then Dan O'Bryan sent over Ray.  Ray  immediately put me at ease and really seemed to know what he was talking about.  He even helped me by showing me how to relight my water heater (its gas, and I had never had to turn it off before).  
Dan and Ray told me what steps I needed to take and when I needed to contact my insurance.  
The crew that came out to my house to fix the leak was great.  They were very informative and understanding that I was also working from home while they were doing the repairs.  They showed me as much of the process as they could so I would understand what was going on and what they had to do to fix it.  
Dan called a couple of times during the process to make sure that everything was going well.  We talked quite a bit and he made me feel good about the very scary process of getting my floor jack hammered and the pipe replaced.  

I would recommend Dan O'Bryan and his team to anyone.

I submitted a request for service to consult on my inefficient HVAC system in my townhome through Yelp. I received a message back saying, We can absolutely take care of this for you and thank you for reaching out... I then received a phone call indicating that they may not actually perform the service I had inquired about and that a technician would reach out to me with more information. That never happened.

I wish they had valued my business more. They might be great, but I never got that far!

Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn't leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I'll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you're lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again.

We used Schrader Plumbing for the first time today at our rental property and were very happy with their service. Mike Simon was a very nice guy and did an exceptional job with the repairs. I will definitely have them on our short list for future plumbing needs.

These guys were great, after getting quotes from two other plumbers to fix two leaks and replace old clay pipes my brother told me about trenchless plumbing repair so I called Accurate Leak and Line they came out the same day gave me a free estimate that was about half of the other estimates they also did extra work that I thought was included but wasn't just so I would be happy the job was completed in the exact time frame they said and everyone was very nice  I can't recommend this company enough!!

Needed a faucet replaced and attempted it on my own but it wouldn't budge. I was able to get a next day appointment, Staggs came out the next day and completed the repairs quickly. Great value!!

I was impressed with how Blue at the company handled my leaking kitchen sink. He was up front with cost and gave me all my options with out pushing. Customer service was excellent I will be calling them for any additional services.

Absolutely amazing customer service and they very timely. I recommend over the bigger guys who asked for $220.0 just come out and give me a quote. Clean too, they made zero mess and other than the new dishwasher you cannot even tell they were here.

These men were great. The found my leak and fixed it. They had to cut tile and I asked them if they could save it and they said they'd try. They told me that if I'd get tile just in case, they wouldn't charge me for having to go look for it and get it. So $10 tile would've cost me $50. I found my own, but they didn't need it because they were able to save my tile. However they charged $50 for the pipes they had to get, which I'm sure were no more than $10 to $20 for all of it. So to get my pipe fixed was over $400. Plumbing seems a little pricey, but I think they were the cheapest I found. They were nice.

I called Absolute plumbing after looking at their website, which touts a return phone call in thirty minutes. Well, it has been 5 days and still not phone call. We needed a water heater replaced, so it was pretty urgent. We ended up going with Imperial Plumbing in Denton.

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

Stan, the owner, came out and installed a replacement Garbage Disposal. Great Service, Quick and Good Price. Rely On is my new go to Plumber. Wife is very happy with the work and that is who you need to make Happy.
