We had a water line leak under the slab. Canon and Andrew came out, assessed the problem, described our options and gave us an estimate. They worked well as a team and wasted no time getting the problem fixed in record time. They were professional, efficient and personable. Based on an estimate from a previous company, we were expecting to have our household disrupted for a week or more, so we were extremely pleased to find Legacy Plumbing could correct the problem the same day, four hours to be exact, and without jackhammering our foundation or tunneling under the foundation. In addition, they charged us a fair amount and saved us literally thousands of dollars. Legacy has a lot of experience with slab leaks and we felt very confident working with them. We highly recommend this company.

I had an appointment with this company between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. The technician arrived about 10 minutes early. I arrived home at 1:02 pm and found they had called/texted me. I called them right away but was told the technician already left. They didn't know when the technician could do the work at my home and I had to wait so I decided to cancel my appointment with them. I will never do business with this company again.

O'Bryan is 1 of the top plumbers in the area. They're knowledgeable, reputable, reliable, and do a good job at whatever task they're on. I also appreciate that they're always on time, never have to move an appointment, and treat me like an important customer.

I first reached out to them to get a quote to install a whole home water filter/softener. Although I didn't go with them (+$700 more expensive than the other quotes I got), I knew if I ever needed future plumbing services, they'd be the folks for the job. Sure enough, I needed their help a few months later. One of my toilets wouldn't flush after we had the big freeze and thinking it was a frozen drain pipe, I waited it out only to realize it might be something more. Low and behold, they resolved my flushing problem in a very timely manner. What was the source of the problem, you might ask? Poop. Apparently, you can't flush brown steamboats if you have new low-flow toilets. You gotta pinch and flush, pinch and flush, wipe and flush (repeat as necessary), and don't you dare combine those tasks under 1 flush! My bad, bro. So not only did our guy deal with a gag-inducing job, he informed us along the way of how to prevent this in the future and things to bear in mind with the shape and type of our toilet. Cool guy and great info.

I like how the business owner replied and emphasized in such a cocky way about their service but mentioned nothing about price gouging on Sealant and refrigerant. Sure, you need a license to purchase refrigerant, but it does not mean you need to charge 10x more on customers. Just do a cursory online search will give you all the numbers. And what about the sealant that you also charged 10x more? Anything to say about that? All pricings are out there as transparent as it is.

And i am sure your 10 other competitors will sit down together and the other 7 will acknowledge they are charging more than you do so they will get less business. And by your logic, if charging more means better service, i will beg you to share the names of the other 7 competitors so we can get better service, if you don't mind. Also share their numbers too just to prove your point! Thank you!

I'm beyond grateful and satisfied with my entire experience with Matthews plumbing, from the customer service to the repairs. The owner was very quick to reply to my inquiry, and was very accommodating to my needs. He was readily available to answer any questions, and was very easy to communicate with. I live in a condo and don't have access to shut my water off, and he was able to work with my complex and their scheduled water shut-off. He was also very affordable, and worked with me on the cost of the repair. I had 2 leaky shower faucets, and Dalton repaired them quickly and properly. They went above and beyond to put me (their customer) first, and to make sure that my needs were met and that I was 100% satisfied. I was 110% satisfied, and I can't thank them enough.

Very friendly and honest. Great to work with and were able to diagnose a difficult issue. Did not try to sell me on extra services, etc. I would recommend.

We were thinking about replacing our sewer line and got an insane estimate (plus some scare tactics) from Public Service Plumbers. We called Accurate for a second opinion, who sent out Josh who did another inspection. Great guy and an honest man who advised against doing any extensive work since the pipes are working and there's no emergent problems. You can't buy that kind of strong character. He could have tried to take us for thousands but instead was polite, honest, forthright, and thorough. If anything does go south they'll be who I call.

Randy Staggs is an outstanding plumber who provides excellent service.  While visiting my sister here, we had a plumbing emergency at her house.  Water was shooting everywhere!  Mr. Staggs showed up immediately (he was in the area so he rushed over!). He assessed the situation, provided an extremely reasonable bid, and fixed the problem and troubleshot a little extra.  Exceptional service and workmanship.

After doing my research online for a different plumber in the Dallas area after already working with 2 previous plumbers on the same troublesome toilet... I decided to give Professor Plumb a call shortly after 8 am today.  I spoke to Amanda who was extremely polite and professional.  Amanda had the service team to my house by 9 am!  They inspected and gave me my free quote on site.  I moved forward with replacing my toilet.  The quote was very competitive with what I see in the market, so pricing is fair as I saw it at that point.  They left and returned promptly with my new toilet to be installed.  Installation and removal of old toilet... all done, cleanly and professionally before lunch.  The entire team was a pleasure to work with and in that made the value of their work that much better.  So nice to have a to-do list such as replacing a toilet handled in a matter of hours from my initial call for info same day.  Highly recommend these guys.  Thank you

On Friday, March 24, 2023. Edwards Plumbing came promptly to replace a  water heater. He was only plumbing company willing to give a cost estimate to replace. He was also the only one 'out of at least four' calls to give a decent time and adhere to it for the same day. He arrived accordingly to the time he had stated. Removed my water heater and replaced it quickly. He was exceptional in giving information to questions I had. The cost to replace was in line with the quotes received via telephone communication with two of the other companies that made it perfectly clear they did not want to give an estimate via telephone. Edwards plumbing was the second plumbing I used in less than two months apart. Unless something change, I will call Edwards Plumbing over any other at this time.

Loved how they showed up promptly. This was a second time I have used them. They always explain your options and try to find a solution that fits your needs and budget. Highly recommend.

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

I was looking for a local plumbing company, and saw good reviews for Absolute Plumbing so I called. Received a convenient and fast appointment, they arrived on time, and fixed the problems for less than $150. I was thrilled. They don't work on commission (like some of the big names who advertise on tv do, one of which I got sold an expensive new toilet that we probably didn't truly need a few months prior)-  and my technician (Michael) seemed very honest. I will definitely call Absolute for future plumbing service needs and I highly recommend! Nice to have a local, honest, dependable service!

He responded quickly to our message and originally said he could come first thing in the morning.  Since the clog was in our mainline, we asked if he was able to come out that day and he was at our house within an hour to unclog our mainline.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.
