I received a lot of bids and different opinions about repairing a hot water leak in my slab. I couldn't decide if I wanted to go through the concrete, tunnel under the house or reroute. I decided with a reroute and chose Legacy Plumbing after discussing the details of the job with the master plumber. My scheduled repair was 3 days from booking and was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call the day before my appointment that they had an available crew to come after finishing a job early that day. I couldn't be more happy with Wayne and Jake! They were professional and very respectful of my home. They went above and beyond to repair the leak in a timely manner and gave me guidance on a few other issues that I had. I'm so glad that I called Legacy. Thanks guys!

Very good communication.. showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very fast.  We had a slow draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck  .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast.  Price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks

Fast, honest, efficient and great work. We had hot water heater emergency and they were responsive, (water leaking from upstairs!!), fair and top quality. These guys found and offered ways for me to save money on the install, (seems like usually your quotes go up), and left me options to economize. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and that's a great way to earn trust. I checked out their reputation and it was stellar, too. Their work is certified by the city, in this case, by permit, so I know it's done right.These guys are top notch and I hope they're around for a while, 'cause I'll be using them and referring to them anytime I can. I don't think I've ever been legitimately impressed with an a/c service until now. Zach from Rescue was thoroughly courteous & professional, quickly identified our problem (dislodged housing liner in the furnace) and went the extra mile to fix it, along with stripped screws from the previous service. He also gave us several recommendations - NOT high pressure sales - since our house is older, of ways we could help improve the overall comfort in the house. Even before the actual service, they kept us regularly updated with the status of when we could expect the tech to arrive. Pretty sure we have our new go-to for heating & a/c needs!

He will answer at any time and is willing to give very good advice over the phone if he is already on a job. It's very hard to find a plumbing company that will do both of those things. And even harder to find someone who's honest about their prices and service time. I would definitely recommend him if you have a need for a plumber.

No words can express how grateful we are for Pure Plumbing's awesome plumber, Ryan, whom we had the pleasure of meeting today. The company was very responsive in providing exactly what we needed. We spoke with manager Jared over the phone to schedule our first appt and he was very helpful in explaining the process and letting us know what to expect. There were no surprises. When Ryan was here, he was thorough and detailed and very friendly and kind to us. We really do appreciate their customer service and down-to-earth approach and certainly wish that there were more companies and contractors around here who can operate with the same attitude and professionalism as these guys. Definitely keepers and happy to know them as our go-to plumbers!

Schrader was one of the first companies to respond to my Yelp inquiry. They set up an appointment within a few days at a convenient time. Roberto was amazing; I told him about the issues I was having and he immediately fixed two of the problems and then gave me a quote for my larger jobs. He was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone at Schrader was pleasant and professional. I'll be contacting them for all of my future plumbing needs.

We have used Accurate Leak & Line twice for nasty foundation leaks.  Both times they found the leak quickly for FREE in the middle of the foundation and corrected it by re-routing the plumbing through the attic and walls instead of tearing up the foundation in the middle of the house.  Given how unstable foundations are in my neighborhood, it no doubt saves me even more money in foundation repairs by not disturbing the ground. I am very grateful to them for the fast, honest, high-quality work they provide!

I made an appointment more than a week in advance. Confirmed it two diff days. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Couldn't find my appointment.  Now I'm stuck without working plumbing. DO NOT USE. CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO SHOW UP

Great guy and did a great job replacing the water heater. I've recommended him multiple times. If I ever have need of a plumber in the future professor plumb will be my first call

We had a few plumbing and gas issues and based on yelp reviews, we picked this firm.  I am so glad we did!  They arrived on time and were well prepared.  Very courteous and knowledgeable!  Pricing was very reasonable.  I highly appreciate recommend and we won't use anyone else if we have future needs!

Ronnie Dean called me the day after their sales tech came out for a estimate.  I did not end up using Dean plumbing for my needs this time, but speaking with the owner gave me confidence in reaching out to Dean plumbing for bids on future jobs.

These men were great. The found my leak and fixed it. They had to cut tile and I asked them if they could save it and they said they'd try. They told me that if I'd get tile just in case, they wouldn't charge me for having to go look for it and get it. So $10 tile would've cost me $50. I found my own, but they didn't need it because they were able to save my tile. However they charged $50 for the pipes they had to get, which I'm sure were no more than $10 to $20 for all of it. So to get my pipe fixed was over $400. Plumbing seems a little pricey, but I think they were the cheapest I found. They were nice.

Such helpful,friendly people, from scheduling the appointment to the plumber arriving.  Steve is wonderful and very quick with repairs and their pricing is extremely reasonable.  They will always be my first call for plumbing needs.

What a fantastic experience we had with Black Tie! From the initial call from our home warranty company, through the closing of the job, Black Tie Plumbing was great. They are professionals through and through. My new go-to plumbers in the metroplex!

Stan was great!  Offered a flat price for my generator gas valve inlet install and hired him on the spot.  Stan arrived and promptly completed the job.  He also noticed my water heater outlet had come undone and fixed that on the spot.  I would definitely hire Stan again for my future plumbing work!
