We've had a number of plumbing issues in our old house -- from a simple snake job to a longer water heater /piping install. He brings a high quality to everything he does, and has a book of prices (which are all very reasonable) so you can trust he's not making up quotes on the spot. He is fast to respond, and oftentimes has been able to swing by the same-day to at least take a look and make a game plan.

Mike and Mitchell were here today to Auger my washing machine line to prevent water leakage in my utility and kitchen.
They were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me exactly what they were doing.   I'm very happy with the work they did.   I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for their outstanding work and price point.

I had a major problem, a slab leak, and wasn't sure how to handle it.  I started calling some plumbers and actually had booked 2 companies to come and take a look at my issue and tell me what they thought.  The first company that came out to me gave me a weird feeling and didn't seem to know what they were talking about or what they charged for anything.  They gave me a bad feeling.  
Then Dan O'Bryan sent over Ray.  Ray  immediately put me at ease and really seemed to know what he was talking about.  He even helped me by showing me how to relight my water heater (its gas, and I had never had to turn it off before).  
Dan and Ray told me what steps I needed to take and when I needed to contact my insurance.  
The crew that came out to my house to fix the leak was great.  They were very informative and understanding that I was also working from home while they were doing the repairs.  They showed me as much of the process as they could so I would understand what was going on and what they had to do to fix it.  
Dan called a couple of times during the process to make sure that everything was going well.  We talked quite a bit and he made me feel good about the very scary process of getting my floor jack hammered and the pipe replaced.

Called Rescue Air and Heating on Monday morning and Michael was at my house by 8:30am on Tuesday. Michael was very nice and professional. Didn't over complicate the problem and gave me a very simple and straightforward solution.

All billing and scheduling is done digitally so no more illegible carbon paper receipts. Swipe your credit card right in front of you. They also run great specials so watch out for them on the web. Michael was kind enough to inform me of a special that would get me more service for less money even though I felt the original estimate was very fare.

So glad I found Rescue Air and Heating they're the only company I'll be calling from now on.

My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! Best plumbing experience I've ever had.
Water heater was making unusual noises and it was getting worse so I figured I better take care of it and called Schrader Plumbing as I like to support local business.
They're less than 3 miles from me so I called and an outstanding plumber Austin came out on a Saturday no less and replaced my old one with a great suggestion for my other problem of long time to get hot water in the kitchen so he added a small pump and now it's perfect!
He explained everything about what he did and I really appreciate that.
I have some more projects coming up and I will specifically ask for Austin at Schrader Plumbing.

They were referred by a foundation company who said we had a water leak in our foundation.  The did an assessment and estimated that it would cost $30,000 to fix the plumbing.  They said run it through our insurance, and they will pay.

We contacted our insurance who contracted with a plumber to evaluate the issue.  They said that there was not a leak. Being skeptical of insurance companies,  I hired another plumbing company on my own who confirmed as well that there was not a leak.

Multiple times we tried to get Accurate Leak and Line to show any of the other plumbers and/or the insurance company where they found the leak.  They said that they would not talk to them

Total frauds.

They came out quickly during the winter storm to fix my broken pipes and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Absolutely horrible, took off from work for an appointment with their plumber and did not show up.  They claim their scheduling system did not work.  Very disappointed.

Jason and his son came to my home this evening to diagnose my plumbing issues and unfortunately I need a major repair. While I have not used this company for the repair just yet...I wanted to leave a note to thank him for squeezing me in today and for his time! They responded to my initial quote and came ready to get us taken care of!

I had a small water leak hidden inside wall. Called multiple plumbers for quote, and they were either unable to pinpoint the leak, or too afraid to cut the drywall. Dean's people came, located the leak, cut the wall, and repaired the damaged pipe. They charged steep price but they got the job done in time.

Jason really pulled me out of a pinch.

We had just purchased an older home, and we knew there was an irrigation leak prior to closing. But once we put in a new backflow valve and fixed the broken pipes in the irrigation lines, the water meter was STILL constantly moving. I immediately feared we might have a slab leak considering there were no signs of wetness ANYWHERE in the house or outside of the house.

Called around and every plumbing company I spoke to wanted me to wait a few weeks and leak detection was going to be charged by 15 min increments with a base fee of $100+. My house is over 2000sqft, how much do I have to shell out just to find the leak, nevermind the repair?

Found The Leak Whisperers and Jason came out the same day. Leak detection was a flat fee and he found the issue in 10 mins. A few days later he sent over his senior plumber who worked really hard with his apprentice for 5+ hours on replacing all the exterior spigots we have. Jason made sure to fit us into the schedule because it was right before the freeze and the spigots are very exposed. Did a pressure test to make sure there's no more leak and left for the day.

Simple, efficient, clean, and with great communication. The price was the best I could find as well, which just cannot be beat.

Called Absolute Plumbing to change out a bathroom sink.  I was scheduled between 2-4 pm on a Monday afternoon.  When it was getting close to 4 and they had not arrived, I contacted the office to get an update.    They called me back and stated someone was on the way.  Within 15 minutes, he was there and completed the work in about an hour.  Very nice and professional.  Come to find out that the original plumber assigned to my job ran into problems on the job before me.  It happens, I know as a general contractor.  Since he had gotten busy and did not call in to the office, he was now late for me.  The office dispatched the owner immediately to take care of my repair.

When he was completed, I get my wallet out to pay him.  He stated, no, we were late so we will not charge you.  I was shocked.  I insisted that I pay him.  He had performed the work and I wanted to pay him. He said no again.  I told him I was going to call the office and pay.  He said they already knew and would not accept my payment.  I questioned him about it.  He stated that is not how they run their business.  They had scheduled to be at my location at a certain time and they were late.  If the customer has taken the time to schedule their time for the appointment, the company has to do give it the same priority.  He stated it was a mistake on their end.

As I stated before, I am a business manager for a general contractor.  I have worked with contractors for many years.  Never have I had a contractor provide this level of customer service.  Almost all contractors I know are late.  You are lucky if they show up on the day you have them scheduled.  Either way, if they do show up, they will still charge you.  They do not care about your time.

So, for Absolute Plumbing to provide the customer service at this level, you should at least call them first.  They warranty their work for 1 year.  Plus, I found out, they give free estimates.  Most contractors today do not give free estimates.  So, if you are in the Flower Mound area and you need a plumber, I highly recommend you give Absolute Plumbing a call first.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

Blacktie plumbing was the only plumbing company that could come out after the snowstorm and replace our hot water heater in such a short amount of time. Daniel came out Monday afternoon and will able to get us a new 50 gallon water heater installed and brought our existing connections up to code. They also pulled permit permit and had the city inspector come out the following day, to verify the work and we pass with flying colors I highly recommend Blacktie Plumbing.

Great job at the best value! Had a supply valve issue and it was solved within the hour. Service provided was fast and of great quality
