I have been calling Pablo for plumbing services for about 2 years now. He's communicative, professional and upfront with costs. I've been super satisfied with his work - repairing gas pipes, installing new faucets, valves, etc. and I appreciate that he'll walk through why he's making the decisions and choices you have as a consumer. In addition, he is super friendly!

I don't often trust plumbers.  Unfortunately, since I'm not an expert I always have to trust what they say, pay whatever they ask, and hope for the best. Not only did Luke find the issue, he showed it to us, explained it in a way that non-plumbers understand, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg.  After he fixed the issue, he could have easily left and we wouldn't be the wiser.  However, he went above and beyond and actually found what the root cause is with why we've had so many problems.  While it will require another visit, it's the first time I've felt comfortable with a recommendation from a plumber (due to Luke's patience in explaining what was going on with our plumbing to me) and thoroughly explained our options to fix the real problem.  

Thank you, Legacy Plumbing for hiring and expecting your employees to be people of integrity for your business.  Luke was an exceptional example of professionalism and character.  While I hate having plumbing issues, this is the first time in the 18 months I've lived in this house that I've felt confident we are on a path forward to fixing!

Having very hard water, we were starting to deal with problems with our tankless water heater. As a result,  were looking to install a water filtration system in our home. After getting several estimates, we went with Augerpros. When Dustin came out for our estimate, he was very prompt, courteous, and offered several options. The installation went smoothly,  and Dustin and his associate put forth really professional, top-notch work.
They like what they do and it shows. We are very happy with our service, and would  definitely recommend this company!

The upstairs unit in my house wasn't able to keep up with the Texas heat.  I had multiple HVAC companies tell me different reasons why.  Not enough insulation, etc. etc.  When it finally came time to replace the unit I got (literally) 7 different quotes.  Rescue Air wasn't the cheapest, but they were the BEST.  They explained exactly why up upstairs wan't cooling properly and took photos to back up their story.  They told me their plan to fix the problem, and a year later I'm happy to report the system is PERFECT and cools exactly as it should.  Now, it's time to almost time to replace the downstairs unit and my first call was to Rescue Air.  Roman was NO PRESSURE, honest, polite and took the time to explain my options to me.  He is a breathe of fresh air (pun intended) and I appreciate his integrity.  Thanks, Roman!

Matthews plumbing was able to send out a plumber (Dalton) to us very quickly. We had a burst pipe due to the winter weather. Dalton was great! He was able to find the pipe with limited damage. He even found some exposed wires and was able to mitigate this as best he could. Potentially saving our family from a house fire! We couldn't be more thankful for Matthews plumbing. Thank you!!!!

I just had probably one of the best experiences with James Tuck from Schrader Plumbing. With a baby due any day and my husband away in the Navy, I instantly felt anxiety when the washer drain and kitchen sink simultaneously started back flowing. After having a plumber from another company come fix the issue 6 months ago, the problem happened again. Not only was James able to come out the same day, but he took the time to listen to the problem and my attempts to fix the issue in detail. He then laid out a plan and explained the logic with a quote. The cost didn't seem outrageous, as I was expecting to pay a pretty penny to diagnose and ultimately resolve the issue. I am so grateful I can sleep in peace tonight. If you do use Schrader Plumbing, I highly recommend requesting James Tuck to get the job done. Based on my experience today, I believe he is an honest man and has a vast knowledge when it comes to plumbing. Thank you Schrader Plumbing!

I had an appointment last week and because of the rain they couldn't do the work.  Chad stopped by my house to explain and we rescheduled for Monday, but he never showed up.  
I called and left a message and never got a return call back. I then called the West office and left a message.  No return phone call.   I wasted more than a week waiting on this company.   Very unprofessional.  If they are too busy to come at the appointed time, or to return a phone call then they don't need my business, or yours.

Staggs' plumbing customer service is terrible! They kept up charging me while the install was taking place. It started at $4,700.00 and ended at $5300.00. I told 2 different office employees I was driving halfway across the country to my new home and asked if it would be a problem if I paid them when I arrived. They both said, That's  fine, and highly suggested I use their financing. I told them I could pay cash, debit, or credit card, but they were very persistent in using the finance vendor. So I did, and again said I wouldn't be able to sign up for it for 4 days because of traveling. They said, That's fine again. They did the work and called and texted me 3 to 5 times a day for 6 days straight! Two of the days were weekend days, and the finance company wasn't open. Everytime they called, they got meaner and nastier on the phone. I paid my bill the following Monday, like I promised in the first place. I don't like being treated like a criminal, especially when it was their idea to go with their financing. The work was done shoddy, and they had to come out on Sunday and fix the new leaking water heater again. I also had mentioned a small drip leak on my washing machine, but they wouldn't fix it until I paid the bill. Go anywhere else and get better service for your money.

I am so grateful for Professor Plumb! We are new to the area and needed plumbing services for the first time. We first called a different company and they came out, (not without charging a $60 service fee just for showing up), and quoted us over $400 to fix our toilet. Not only that, but they said they had to order parts that would take an additional 3 days to arrive.

Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Professor Plumb. They came to our house, (without charging a service fee), and fixed the problem the same day! The best part? They charged us $120 total. I was blown away. This is an HONEST company that you can rely on to get the job done without any scam. Professor Plumb will now be our first call for all of our plumbing needs from here on out!

Due, to advanced age (not our age - the hoses), we decided to replace the hoses to our new washing machine. We weren't able to remove the hot water hose from the bib due to corrosion.  After many attempts to remove the hose, using blaster, WD40, pliers, wrenches, hacksaw, etc,  we contacted HC Edwards. HC Edwards Plumbing replaced both valves.

Dean plumbing was prompt, professional and handled my issue with ease, Julio was great, would definitely use them again when needed

I want to thank Jason and his team for his services this past 4th of July.  Him and his team made an emergency appointment at a very reasonable rate on a Holiday.

Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I will be using Rely On Master Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.
