We were having an issue with our toilet not flushing correctly and constantly running.  I called Mark from JB and he was very nice and made himself available almost immediately.  He came to check the toilet in the next couple of days and quickly diagnosed the issue and we set-up a time for him to come back and fix everything.  The parts were difficult to find, but Mark tracked them down and came back and installed the parts and now the toilet is working perfectly.  As I said, Mark was very flexible on when he could come in and fix things as well as honest and accurate with his advice.  I would definitely use Mark and JB Plumbing if i have any issues going forward.

Andy came out within two hours of my call and did a fabulous job clearing the drain and explained every thing honestly and sincerely.    It looks like I've found a competent and honest plumbing service.

Had a water heater problem.  He took my call immediately and discussed at length with me what was happening.  Asked for nothing.  It was even a holiday weekend. He is number one on my list for my next home issue.

Boss Plumbing & Heating: We called Warren to clean our drain and hook up the new washing machine. He was at our house in 1.5 hours and was polite and has a professional demeanor. My flat fee was for $75, so I was surprised when charged for $125. I just needed one piece unscrewed and it took no more than 5-10 minutes with no parts added. The person who came was nice and professional, but I simply can't recommend paying that much for so little. Read the fine print with Aqua.

John came to help me fix a dehumidifier pipe --- he was super personable while professional. Did a perfect job for me. Would definitely recommend and call him again when I need anything plumbing.

I noticed I had a leaking shutoff valve under my toilet, looked on yelp for plumbers and noticed Plumbing and Things had great reviews so i sent a quote request (this was on Friday evening) Kit actually called me back about an hour later. I described what was going on, he told me what the problem most likely was and gave me a price, I agree because it was a good price. He was able to come out the next morning, he was on time , very professional and was very nice. The problem was exactly what he said it was, he completed the job and even cleaned up the area. The price was what he said no add ons and no surprises. I definitely would recommend calling Kit and getting Plumbing and Things for any job you may have.

We called Goodman when our basement starting flooding on Easter Sunday at 9PM. Despite shutting off the water to our house, it kept pouring in and we had no idea what was going on. Jim showed up in a mask first thing Monday morning, inspected all of our pipes, and determined that the issue was actually coming from our neighbor. When our neighbor insisted her basement was dry, Jim went next door, talked to her about our issue, and asked if he could inspect her crawl space... where he subsequently found a huge leak (that had flooded not only our basement but her other neighbor's, too).

When we asked Jim how much we owed him for the visit he said, There's no charge because there was no work to be done. We saw a Goodman truck on our block a few days later, there to fix our neighbor's pipes. These guys are consummate professionals and we'll certainly be using them for our plumbing needs from now on.

Very knowledgeable and honest. It was clear he knew what he was doing right away. 2 other plumbers were not able to diagnose, it ended up not even being a plumbing issue! Also- very quick response time. If I ever have a plumbing need again, going straight to him.

I would def use him again! He did great work, was flexible with scheduling and went above and beyond. My bathroom was leaking and I called in the plumber my home warranty recommend and after weeks of them not being able to fix it I called mike. Not only did he fix the problem he educated me on what was wrong and helped me get my money back from the home warranty company who was trying to pull a fast one. I will def be calling him for any work I need done in the future

We had a plumbing emergency at our business where the main water valve coming off the street and into our warehouse started spraying water out. John picked up the emergency line right away and was able to send someone out to temporarily repair it in less than 2 hours. Quick, efficient, explained everything including what it would take for permanent repair if it fails in the future. Very fair pricing. Thank you!

Woke up to find sewage back up in the basement. My husband's co-worker gave us Joe Valerio's personal cell # (I was unaware). Joe was extremely nice about it and even called his office to start the appointment process for me. A very friendly Valdel representative contacted me within minutes. Plumbing specialist, Billy Pearsall was out to my house a mere 20 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. A coupon was brought to my attention that drastically reduced my bill. The issue was resolved within the hour. We will definitely be using Valdel for our future plumbing needs.

I want to thank Chris Williams for what he did for my wife and I today.  We were watching water seep into our house from a pipe outside.  I called several plumbers and everyone told me they could not help because they were booked solid.  When I spoke to the nice young lady at Williams Precision Plumbing (sorry, I didn't remember her name), she told me they too were booked solid.  However, she sounded truly sorry to tell me that, so I felt comfortable asking her if she could recommend someone who might be able to help.  She agreed. Within a minute or so, Chris Williams got on the phone and calmly asked me to explain what was going on. After listening to my explanation, he suggested that I text him some pictures of the outdoor pipe I was speaking about, which I did. Within 5 minutes, he told me that the reason the shutting off of the main water valve in the house didn't help, was because this was an irrigation pipe. He told me to trace the pipe back into the house and find another valve that would control the irrigation system.  He did all of this, while calmly apologizing that he couldn't come by right away because they were involved in a major job where an inspector was present. I followed Chris' advice and within 5 minutes was able to identify the correct shutoff valve and the water finally stopped running. In an age where many will not go out of their way to offer help unless they are directly profiting from their assistance, Chris offered help because he is a true professional and a very decent guy.  You can rest assured, the next time we need a plumber, Chris will be the first person I call.

I'm underway on a bathroom renovation and realized that the type of vanity we want won't work with the sink plumbing coming out of the floor. I left Mike a message in the morning, he calls me an hour or two later, scheduled for later that day, spent 2-3 hours at my house, and voila! In one day of realizing an issue, my plumbing is now sticking out of the wall instead of out of the floor. His price was more than reasonable, and he even had to troubleshoot a bit since there was an unexpected steel plate in the way behind the wall.
