Best Plumbing Services in Philadelphia, PA
Randy from Cherry Hill Plumbing came out to fix a leak. He determined that it was not a plumbing issue but rather a drywall/tile issue. He gave me a lot of advice and then did not charge me for the visit! He said he did not want to charge for something he did not fix! I am beyond impressed with Cherry Hill Plumbing!!!

Excellent service. Despite having a full schedule on a Saturday, John responded to my call to fix my steam boiler on one of the coldest days of the year. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and courteous and I will definitely be reaching out to him for my future needs. 5 stars easy!

Plumbing problems can become a nightmare. So when I need authorized state approved plumbing done in my home, I call Tom. When I don't need the job to be approved by any utility company, I do it myself or call Jimmy ;)
The potential nightmare of DIY plumbing could be devastating. Our last project was a broken water main pipe. As a home owner, I'm responsible for fixing the water pipe outside my house all the way to the valve at the curb. There is a flat metal lid covering the valve in our front yard, on the thin strip of grass between the sidewalk and the road. That lid covers the valve that turns off the water so I can replace the pipe. My father in law had replace a broken water main himself (and 7 other guys with shovels), so I considered it as a possible option. And I may have been able to rent a backhoe. cl. But, the risk of ruining my house was too great so we called Tom.
Tom works with a mechanical contracting unit. The man can't do everything himself. When they were digging, a neighbor was walking down the sidewalk and is hard of sight. These guys held his hand and walked him around the site. They even replaced the broken sidewalk tile with a new one. Which goes above and beyond, in my book.
Thanks Tom, Sean, the two other guys who I did not meet and the Peco guys who had to come back out to fix the gas line that was hit. Which is funny because when Peco marked the line, it wasn't going to be where they found it.
Good thing I didn't do this job myself. Thanks Tom.
peace,
michael

Davis plumbing did a fabulous job updating our shower and bath fixtures in the master bathroom. They were very knowledgeable about the plumbing valves we needed, transparent with pricing and efficient and clean. We will be using them for other plumbing projects we have for sure!

My wife and I were thrust into an unplanned kitchen renovation due to former homeowner neglect. The short version is we needed plumbing rerouted and new drains and supply lines installed. We hired Drains R Us because the price was right and both Kit and Tuan were very knowledgeable during the initial quote. We would have never been able to come in under budget without Drains R Us. We finally have running water in our kitchen again and couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

Back in December, Joseph did some emergency work for our mom in Glenolden. We called and he was there in an instant. He treated everyone extremely nice and his work was out standing. I think you can't go wrong with any work you get done by him. I'm also going to get him for my house in DE. A
IM SO HAPPY with him and his work.
Thank You again

Called this company based on a recommendation regarding an issue at my house and they were very responsive, and more importantly, honest and trustworthy regarding their diagnosis. Needed to do some exploratory work to see how to address a problem and suggested a way i could help them do this at minimal or no cost prior to their diagnosis. Not often a plumber suggests a way you can do something so they don't have to charge you an arm and a leg for the service. Will definitely call them again when i need any plumbing work in the house!

JKM Plumbing is always quick to respond to phone calls and has performed several jobs for me - each of which has been done professionally and competently. I am always looking for contractors I can trust - JKM is certainly one of them.

Our new refinished hardwood floors look amazing. Rik's crew did a beautiful job or restoring our floors for a very reasonable price. We've expanded the scope of our renovations to a number of other areas of the house and, we were so happy with Rik that we've engaged him to do all of that additional work - carpentry, window and door replacement, plumbing updating, some painting. Highly recommend.

Ray came out and fixed out sewer pump for our basement bathroom room. Can't be any happier he explained what was wrong and fixed it. Ray was professional and knowledgeable about pumps and how they are used and should be maintained. He also installed a sewer pump alarm system so if the pump does stop working the alarm will go off. Will definitely call him back if have other plumbing problems.

Jamal has team complete a stucco project on part of the house that previous was windows and replaced with a wall. Jamal was reasonably priced, on time and delivered great work. The new stucco transitions very well into the existing stucco. Very happy customer!

I called Giannone to get my dryer installed and basically the first reason I chose them is they answered the phone. I had moved into my first home and had a lot of work to do. Their customer service is unbelievably friendly and easy to work with. I got an appointment in about 2 days and Dennis came over at the beginning of the 2 hour window. He did a good job installing the dryer and had an assistant, which sped the process. Dennis returned for a second trip to install the duct work for the dryer. It was a challenging job, but he did it with speed and professional ease.
I admit I had major sticker shock at the price. I know that I could have had it done for a less expensive price, but I think the efficiency and professional demeanor was a good trade off.
During the week, I had a problem with the HVAC and called Giannone again. I talked to Peggy and got an appointment, although I was trying to get the seller to fix the problem. Peggy was pretty smart and said she'd hold the appointment because she doubted we'd ever get the seller to send someone over. Well, it turned out the seller did produce his HVAC guy and I called Peggy at 7pm the night before to cancel. She was easygoing and friendly about the cancellation. Her willingness to help me was amazing.
In short, Giannone may cost you, but I thought it was worth it.

VERY overpriced! They claim they are better priced/better value than other companies because they give you the price up front (not charge by the hour) and you sign an agreement before they do the work. I was very naive, did not know pricing, so I signed - including for an upsell that they suggested which I didn't really need - and ended up paying $533 for an hour and a half's work (one kitchen sink faucet replaced, faucet provided by me - and two under-sink water valves replaced). When I talked to others in the know, they alerted me to the fact that I had greatly over-payed. I tried reasoning with the service manager after the fact, but he said that because I signed the agreement he's not going to waiver on the fee - other than refunding the $35 dispatch fee. So my recommendation IF you decide to go with this company is to have a knowledge of reasonable pricing for the work you are going to get done. Otherwise you may end up grossly overpaying.
By the way, the front office staff who make appointments etc... are very friendly and efficient. I was hoping the rest of my service experience would be equally good, but sadly not.
