My experience with Pro Install Services has been very positive. Pro Install Services replaced 3 toilets and installed a vanity top in my home.

First off, in our current Covid situation Ryan always respected my health by constantly wearing a mask while in my home.  Also he did an excellent job in explaining to me the scope of the work being done; he kept me in the loop on any issues (which there were a couple) that occurred and made the necessary adjustments in an expedient professional manner. He made aware of all pricing for each job prior to any work being done.  

Lastly the work was done in a neat, quick, and  professional manner. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pro Install Services for home installation and remediation work!

They did a commercial job for us in June 2011 (2 large HVAC units). They were good to work with during the installation. There have been a couple of small problems over the past year or so, but they have been very prompt and have made the repairs at no charge. Today's repair was impressive because I called Friday afternoon and they were able to be here within a couple of hours. The technician stayed until nearly 6:00 pm to make sure the job was done right. I'm impressed.

Just finished a big gas line installation for us (adding a garage heater, converting an electric dryer set-up to gas, and doing a prep to convert our old electric HW heater to gas in the near future)--the crew was prompt, worked very quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Very little disruption to our household. Very pleased with their pricing and their willingness to break a complicated job into tiers to make things more affordable. Thanks!

Chris helped us out by installing a Aquasana house water filtration system in our basement. Before the purchase and install, he walked me through the system and the pros/cons. After deciding to purchase the system through him, I highly recommend his services! He's responsive, professional, mindful, punctual and quick.

I've been using Russell Bros for almost 15 years and thoroughly recommend them! They are punctual, honest, reliable and do a great job! Carol in the office is very helpful with scheduling and will call you to remind you of your appointment, you can also get reminders for annual services etc. The plumbers are very knowledgeable, helpful and tidy workmen. You couldn't ask for more! Very happy, long term customer!

Our toilet whistled while filling, Andy replaced the internals right away. I called at 948 am and he was finished and out the door by 11. Awesome.

I took a chance with Queen B after reading the superb reviews and wanted to support a woman owned business. My AC gave out and with little ones in the house, it became especially difficult!! Brenda was personable and went above and beyond to make sure we found comfort again! Feeling very thankful and blessed to have found this company. From start to finish ,everything was excellent and honest. The whole team was courteous, VERY hardworking, and timely. Excellent experience and I will solely be using them when my other unit eventually goes out or I have other needs!

All the positive reviews are true. I've used County Line Plumbing for the past several years.      Mike is prompt, dependable, does excellent work and just as importantly, his pricing is reasonable for the work performed  Before I found Mike I had used other plumbing contractors who did lousy work and charged exorbitant prices.  When you find a good tradesman like Mike & County Line Plumbing, you feel like you've hit the jackpot.

Covid safe precautions great, Kelly in office vey responsive in scheduling, Tony & Micky very proficient. Will be my go to Plumber. Fair pricing.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing.  AVOID.

I've had a bad experience with Bennett's Plumbing. I hired Richie Bennett to do a digging job in order to run a drain line from the street onto a lot which I own. I gave him a $1400 check which he cashed the same day. The work is not done.  It was never started.

  The job had a deadline.  The contract  states a completion date of May 25th 2011. It was imperitive that the job be completed before the city poured the new sidewalk. It is now a few weeks past the deadline. The sidewalks have been poured, therefore it is too late to do the work with out destroying the new cement.  

 I believe the plumber began with good intention but for whatever reason, the job was never done and Bennett has communicated nothing to me. I briefly spoke to his wife who said he intended to return my money.  He does not return my phone calls and he still has not returned my money although he did know where to pick it up.

P.S. I found this business at 2207 E. Boston St., not at the address displayed on the yelp listing.

We have used ALLIED since we purchase our home over 3 years ago because their information was on our HVAC system. On our first call we wanted them to take a look at the system and make sure everything was up to par and to let us know if anything needed attention. Allied sent us John Martin and he took the time not only to give us a detailed explanation about what kind of HVAC system we have but also to show me how it all worked. From the thermostat settings to the blower speed, to the heat_pump triggers, everything!. He checked all the connections and settings, told us what they were and asked if we wanted to change anything.   John was very patient listening and answering all my new-homeowner questions.

We have been using them since, and always try to request John Martin to service our HVAC. He is knowledgeable and doesn't mind been asked a ton of questions.
