My experience with Pro Install Services has been very positive. Pro Install Services replaced 3 toilets and installed a vanity top in my home.

First off, in our current Covid situation Ryan always respected my health by constantly wearing a mask while in my home.  Also he did an excellent job in explaining to me the scope of the work being done; he kept me in the loop on any issues (which there were a couple) that occurred and made the necessary adjustments in an expedient professional manner. He made aware of all pricing for each job prior to any work being done.  

Lastly the work was done in a neat, quick, and  professional manner. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pro Install Services for home installation and remediation work!

Beginning with Michelle answering all my questions on the telephone!  She was knowledgable and courteous.  Next JP was sent to assess my broken ac unit.  He was also courteous and knowledgable. JP even stayed longer to get the job finished, stating the mantra you are the customer, I will stay until it is fixed
Seth, the owner, takes pride in his company by coming to check the work of his employees.  He is not pushy at all and explains issues in a easy to understand way.

I had a leaking shower called and they came over the same day.kyle was fantastic as he didn't have the part in his truck but went and get it and returned quickly fixed our problem and was both professional and friendly.I would highly recommend this company and Kyle

My wife and I decided to replace our mini-split prior to the brutal heatwave that encompassed this summer. Chris came out and gave us what I would consider a reasonable estimate, however compared to the other HVAC services in the area, it fell within range, they showed up when they said they would and did not try to oversell me. Our house is 200 yrs old and presented some unforeseen challenges however Chris was professional and worked efficiently. Next time I require service to either the mini split or other system in my home they will be the first number I call.

I'm a little late in writing this review since the last work they did for me was over a year ago but since I just joined Yelp, I figure better late than never. I have used Russell Bros for several years now. The first time was when my regular plumber, let me down and left me abandoned with a broken / frozen pipe in my attic. Dennis managed to crawl over the fiberglass insulation and squeeze into a very small area to fix the pipe. I then hired him to replace my entire heater and with his help, I selected a super efficient Weil - McLean gas burner that is extremely high-tech. Dennis did a great job installing the system and my gas bill is now over 50% lower than it used to be.
Most importantly, they do the job when they say they will and they do it right. I have also found their pricing to be extremely fair. I highly recommend.

We called Archer & Sons because of a clogged drain.  They sent their plumber Andy out to us very quickly which we really appreciated!  He addressed the issue that we were having and solved it quickly and in a very friendly and professional manner.  It was such a relief to get everything solved!  Thank you Archer & Sons for all your help, we will definitely call you guys again in the future and ask for Andy specifically!

We recently worked with Queen B when looking for someone specializing in high velocity AC systems to come do a routine service check. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. I needed to repair plumbing issues in preparation for the sale of my house. Mike was professional, returned phone calls, arrived on time, and did a great job. He completed all work on time and within estimate. He provided good advice on quality of fixtures that I needed to buy. Overall I'm very pleased and recommend him to my friends in the area.

I called early in AM for broken hot water heater.  He came to check out old heater then called back with estimate and had job totally completed by 1PM!!! Price was fair and workmanship fabulous.  All staff was pleasant and made sure not to leave a mess.
I have always used them and continually happy with all jobs.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing.  AVOID.

I've had a bad experience with Bennett's Plumbing. I hired Richie Bennett to do a digging job in order to run a drain line from the street onto a lot which I own. I gave him a $1400 check which he cashed the same day. The work is not done.  It was never started.

  The job had a deadline.  The contract  states a completion date of May 25th 2011. It was imperitive that the job be completed before the city poured the new sidewalk. It is now a few weeks past the deadline. The sidewalks have been poured, therefore it is too late to do the work with out destroying the new cement.  

 I believe the plumber began with good intention but for whatever reason, the job was never done and Bennett has communicated nothing to me. I briefly spoke to his wife who said he intended to return my money.  He does not return my phone calls and he still has not returned my money although he did know where to pick it up.

P.S. I found this business at 2207 E. Boston St., not at the address displayed on the yelp listing.

These are door-to-door creeps who target older households. Chased one off my property today and watched the twerp pass by several homes of younger people to cross the street to get to some other older homeowners in the neighborhood. Allied is no better than the gypsies who used to roll through wanting to trim your trees for $50 or fix the dents in your car. BEWARE!
