Aqua Plumbing & Heating did a great job at my house getting a fairly complicated drain issue fixed. They communicated really well, answering my questions, helping me figure out how to get the most out of the job, indicating how they would approach the work and what possible issues could be discovered in the course of the work. One of these turned out to happen, and the adjustment to their proposal was completely reasonable. They carefully inspected everything before making their proposal, which was detailed and clear. Everything was done on the schedule they indicated. I feel like they provided an excellent value, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They even managed to do some while we're working in this area extra work that I had asked them about (installing an additional radiator) that boosted the value of the work even more, adding value to my home. Excellent on every front. A fairly rare level of quality, service and value.

John and his crew are the very best!! John literally saved my house.  I did not know my pipes had corroded under ground. John was the only plumber who took out the toilet and looked underground with his camera ..and found the problem. I had to get extensive work done. John was very understanding of my situation and gave me a very fair price. He is an excellent compassionate human being and treats others the way we should all treat each other. Sean D. did an amazing job for us. I highly recommend Goodman plumbing. We had a slow water leak that we didn't notice. Sean connected us right away to a water mitigation company to do the work we needed. He came back later to install our new faucet and a hose bib connection outside. He does excellent work and is an absolute pleasure.

We were having issues with the outdoor sewer backing up into the grass.  Called Rick and his team and they responded tentatively.  The gentleman arrived on time and snaked roots that were over grown into pipes. Mike Miller is outstanding!  He was recommended by a friend.  We used him because the contractor through Home Warranty didn't fix the problem but made it worse.  Mike was honest, professional and even recommend I buy a part to save money!  In the end, he found more issues but fixed them all and came back to spend a full day replaced three shutoff valves whose packing nuts were leaking with levers using copper pipes, installed a flood stop shutoff valve, installed PRV and expansion tank, replaced valve at main and installed new kitchen sink faucet.  Two weeks later the flood stop shutoff valve did its job since suddenly we had a slow leak under the hot weater heater. I called Mike who came out that day and replaced the tank that suddenly went.  Highly recommended! A professional plumber who does top notch work at reasonable prices (lower than others). Thanks Mike.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, trustworthy service! We had an issue with the stems on our bath/shower, and got an estimate from another company who said there was no way to fix the issue without completely replacing the faucet, at a high cost. We contacted John Neill for a second opinion, and after explaining the supposed problem over the phone, we were quoted a max price for the same fix that was $100 less than the other company. They said they'd come out ready to do the job, but would see if there was an easier, less expensive fix they could do first. After looking at the system and the problem, they were able to replace our stems only, saving us hundreds while fixing the problem and saving us from another future problem at the same time. They know the systems that are used in OLD Philly homes well, and will give you the best, honest solution.

I would give Valdel Plumbing a 4-star rating. They were the first one responding my message. I had a sewage blockage outside my house. The technician came about 5 hours after I made the service request and did a good job. It took him about 30 min to clear the clog. The only thing that holds me to give me 5-Star rating is that charge was a little bit too high. It's a simple and straightforward clog and took them 30 min to get the work down, the cost was OVER $500, which made me feel a little ripped off.

I requested a quote for plumbing work, and they responded immediately and agreed to come out the following day. The following day arrived, and they contacted me saying they would be unable to come out during the agreed upon time, so we rescheduled for the following morning. They never arrived the following morning. I messaged them asking if they were still coming out, and received no response. I cannot speak on the actual quality of their work, but I can say in my experience, they are not reliable.

I have never been more impressed in my life with service that this company provided. The plumbers, Mike and Bernie were outstanding. They were on time, quickly installed my hot water heater, cleaned up and left in just about an hour. They provide a great service and they are great human beings. The price was probably the best I could've ever got. Vinko came out quick.  The job was on our old house with a copper drain that leaked at the I bend.  Quickly shored it up and now we can use our bathroom again.  The price was also very reasonable.  No unnecessary upsells. Very appreciative of the work they did.
