QUICK QUICK QUICK, they responded to my quote request on Yelp in 40 mins then arrived at my house in an hour and a half after the quote and a quick phone conversation. They Quickly fixed  my issue, they are a bit on the pricey side but it was an emergency. I recommend them for any plumbing emergency.

Travis is awesome, professional, dedicated and 247! I had an emergency leak situation Travis responded immediately and came out to help me over the weekend I really appreciate his time and super friendly service. We had a slow leak from a section of cast iron drain pipe that wasn't replaced when the rest of the plumbing was upgraded. Brandon was amazing. He communicated clearly every step of the way, was timely, professional, and knew exactly what to do. Completed whole job in less than 4 hours and left the house spotless. This guy is outstanding. We're very grateful.

Excellent company! Had two professional men  come and install a new water heater, they were extremely knowledgeable and very nice too. Our water heater broke spewing water all over and we initially called rotor rooter.... don't waste your time, they do not come when they say and do not listen to your needs, Boss quoted a price in the evening and was out the next morning as they said they would and did a fantastic job! We are greatful and happy and In the future they are who we will call first. Thank you very much.

The guys were very educational and did an excellent job locating and fixing a hidden leak with minimal damage to ceiling and kitchen cabinets.

We had an issue with a clog, Kit came out had it taken care of within a half hour, cleaned up and was very courteous throughout. The job was more involved than expected but he was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

My shower had not been working for couple months.  I consulted a few plumbers in the area and none of them could tackle the problem.  As recommended by my neighbor, I contacted Goodman for help.  Their technician Roman came and figured out the problem right the way.  He ordered the parts for us and got the shower fixed properly.  Roman is very professional and knowledgeable.  He answered our questions via text and phone calls very promptly.  I would strongly recommend him for any plumbing work.

Miller plumbing is wonderful! We just installed a Reverse Osmosis Filtration system that left us with all kinds of leaks. Mike showed up with another really nice guy! They had to get another part and do some soldering. They also helped figure out the issues we were having with the RO system! They arrive on time, are clean and extremely knowledgeable! We have found the plumber we will use for any other issues in this house! :)

We had a water leak for over a month that was continually getting worse. The landlord sent another plumbing company who replaced the water heater but the leak didn't stop. Two other people came and couldn't solve it.  John Neill came out and found the leak within 2 hours, was back the next morning with a saw to cut the floor open and had it fixed within two hours!  Highly recommended. Super professional, respectful, knowledgeable and A+++ service.

Billy was amazing!  He addressed a complex shower issue in our 70 year old home, with ease!  He was timely (a novelty with repair services), he gave me EVERY possible scenario before he did the work so that my husband and I could make an informed decision, and based on him being so thorough- we took a chance (given all of the potential risks) and had Billy take apart our  shower faucet to determine what we really needed.  To our relief, he was able to get everything done within a couple of hours!

Before Billy, I had the pleasure of getting my questions answered and scheduling done with the incredibly informative and patient team in the office.  Thank you Naomi (who followed up after my first inquiry when I was still deciding on which plumbing service I wanted to use), Erica (who ultimately scheduled my service), and Jennifer (for being there on service day to address all of my follow up requests).

A pipe broke on Thursday (Thanksgiving).  Friday morning I entered a Yelp request for a quote from Bommer plumbing.  (Yelp site now says response is typically within 9 hours, although at the time I'd thought it was 4 hours).  Nothing back on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in spite of their 24 hour service claim.  Early Monday morning I receive a message saying technician can't evaluate from picture and will need to come onsite to quote.  If you accept quote, $87 charge will be waived.  I can understanding wanting more info, but how about a call or request for more detail first, before charging $87 for an estimate?

Compare this to JB Plumbing, where the owner responded within 10 minutes of my request, happened to live nearby and came over to check out the situation (no charge) and then gave me options since he didn't have needed part in hand.  One of the options was to wait and see what other plumbers responded.  If no one was available, let him know and he'd send one of his techs from Phila on Saturday.  Long story short - go with JB and skip the M-F, no holiday support Bommer.

Maybe it was just an off time or they aren't set up to respond to yelp quickly, but they should say so in their listing.

Had flooding in my basement from a cracked drain pipe. They were able to come out the same day to give me an estimate and corrected the issue on the next day.

Awesome experience today with Mike and Bernie. I reached out a couple of days ago to other plumbers with higher ratings, and I am still waiting for the calls back. I called My Plumber today, Bernie picked up the phone right away, told me that they would try to come in today and that's what they did.

Bernie said that they would come after their last job. It was around 7:3ish and I thought maybe they would postpone because it was getting late, but nope, they still came in after what it seems to have been an already long day at work.

I had an issue with some pipes that made a terrible noise when I flushed one of my toilets, I had been mortified for a while thinking that some extensive work would need to be done.  Upon arrival Mike asked a bunch of questions to get to the root of the problem, explained a few things and then asked a few extra questions...and just like that he realized that my issue was that some pipes had not been in use for a while and were creating a massive echo when the toilet got flushed, he took care of the issue and just like that...problem solved! My vision of taking down walls and thousands of dollars spent on this dissipated in a second.

I'm a pretty handy woman but plumbing is not my forte...They could have told me I had whatever and I would have potentially bought it. But that was not the case, Mike was super honest, super nice and on top of that, gave me advise on how to caulk a shower the way he would do it. So cool. I can't thank Bernie and Mike enough for their service. The next time I need a plumber, I know who to call, and I will sure recommend them to my coworkers.

Finding a good plumber is stressful. These guys were awesome. The tech was very nice and went above and beyond. It was a smallish job and they responded quickly and did quality work. Highly recommended.
