Mark and his team were very responsive. I had an emergency toilet leak that was very anxiety producing. Mark called me back right away, changed around his day schedule to send over a team right away. Not only did his team fix our leak but they made the toilet better than before. They were very knowledgable and understanding.

Great experience if you need to call a plumber. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Travis the owner was in constant contact with me, taking the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix the problem and the best part of all he saved me a lot of money. After having a horrible experience with a previous plumbing company it was refreshing to do business with Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing, I can tell they care about their customers. Had a water heater problem.  He took my call immediately and discussed at length with me what was happening.  Asked for nothing.  It was even a holiday weekend. He is number one on my list for my next home issue.

I was so pleased with the service I got from Aqua Plumbing. I had called a different plumber to look at my kitchen faucet which was leaking a ton of water from the base - to the point where there was a huge puddle under the sink and on the floor. This first plumber took one look at it and told me that the whole faucet would need to be replaced...but this very same plumber had installed that faucet in my house about 7 months before.

I called Aqua for a second opinion, and after looking at it thoroughly he determined that a piece of the faucet needed to be tightened, which he did, and that fixed the problem! He didn't even charge me for the service. :)

John and his assistant came on time and did our job quickly, quietly, and with an extremely professional approach. You can tell just by his snazzy pink van, that this is a guy who takes care of his business and his customers! We are super happy with the results, and the work area and our home was left spotless. I personally don't like to read a book when going through reviews so in a nutshell, I had another company who came out, took a look and said I need a sewer line replacement because they said the line can't be cleared.  Well, I wanted second opinion and am soooo glad I got one.  Kit came out and BAM!  He cleared it!  Saved me money!  
When he came, I told him the whole story, how the prior company told me I need a sewer line replacement and so I'm ready to do it if he gives me a better price.  He actually cleared it, no replacement needed!  He could've just gave me a slightly less quote and milked more money from me but he didn't.
I know I said I won't write a book, but as I was writing this review, I couldn't resist lol

We were having issues with the outdoor sewer backing up into the grass.  Called Rick and his team and they responded tentatively.  The gentleman arrived on time and snaked roots that were over grown into pipes. We needed help with our shower plumbing on a Saturday afternoon and could not find a plumber that was available. However, Mike answered his phone right away and was able to come over.  He only works until 4pm on Saturdays but stayed at our house helping us until at least 5pm.  My boyfriend loves to learn all things home reno related, so mike took the time to show him the problem and teach him how to fix it.  His prices were great and he was very honest and helpful. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

I would give Valdel Plumbing a 4-star rating. They were the first one responding my message. I had a sewage blockage outside my house. The technician came about 5 hours after I made the service request and did a good job. It took him about 30 min to clear the clog. The only thing that holds me to give me 5-Star rating is that charge was a little bit too high. It's a simple and straightforward clog and took them 30 min to get the work down, the cost was OVER $500, which made me feel a little ripped off.

We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom which was clearly caused by the master shower directly upstairs. We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did.

Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan.

Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome!  And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. This was a great touch and much appreciated, as you can never be too careful these days.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Don't do what we did and call Bommer Plumbing second...call them FIRST.

I contacted Zip To Zip for a quote for some plumbing issues I was having. Luan gave me a very reasonable estimate and he and Kapo came out the very next day. They obtained additional parts that were needed quickly and took care of everything for me. They took great care to keep everything neat and cleaned up after themselves. They are honest and easy to work with! I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

We've used the My Plumber services a couple of times now.  Mike is our usual guy, and most recently both Bernie and Mike came to help us with our wobbly toilet.  They've done an amazing job every time and are very easy to get ahold of, which I really appreciate.  We will only use their services for our house and I highly recommend you do the same!

Never got the courtesy of a response. Not quite getting why Yelp recommended them if that's how they behave. Best to move on from plumbers like this one.
