We called Mark from JB Plumbing after the gas company hit our plumbing line and flooded the basement. He came quickly to assess the situation and, over the course of 2 weeks, helped us with four big issues: (1) repairing the water line into our basement, (2) replacing and bracing the pipes around the utility sink, (3) replacing the water heater and (4) replacing the boiler. He came early to each appointment. He came one morning at 7 a.m. and one morning when the rest of the city was shut down for a snow storm. I would recommend him for any residential plumbing issue, especially those that are emergencies and require a quick and effective response.

We had a slow leak from a section of cast iron drain pipe that wasn't replaced when the rest of the plumbing was upgraded. Brandon was amazing. He communicated clearly every step of the way, was timely, professional, and knew exactly what to do. Completed whole job in less than 4 hours and left the house spotless. This guy is outstanding. We're very grateful.

Boss Plumbing & Heating is fast and reliable. They came out the same day- actually within 30 minutes of my call! I will be calling them for future issues.

Very professional services were rendered by John Snyder and team. I was in need of someone to replace a hot water heater and he came through in just a day! I found him to be fair in pricing and helpful in explaining solutions to resolving plumbing problems. I can honestly recommend him if you're looking for a plumber with integrity.

Yesterday a tenant from my rental property in Philadelphia called complaining about a clogged kitchen sink full of water that wouldn't drain.
It was very difficult to find someone to come soon on Memorial day and the ones who could priced this urgent job pretty high.
Plumbing n things didn't have lots of reviews but I decided to take my chances. Not only they gave me a great price and offered a camera inspection, but also came over on holiday and did it fast. Needless to say, they also did a great job with the issue.
Making decisions like this without being there is quite a challenge, but I am glad I was able to find this business. It's also a family-owned business and It is my choice to support small businesses.
Thank you, guys! Would definitely recommend Plumbings n things to anyone. Trustworthy people.

We've been long-time customers and generally happy with their service, although I fail to understand why my heating needs repairs every year. A new (expensive)heater should have done the trick. The guys who come always seem competent, but they call the office to get price quotes, usually resulting in some stated coupon or discount which results in typically very expensive service. That said, wait times for service have gone from a day or two to many days, even a week, regardless of the problem. No heat for a week mid-winter while my pleas for a service call have often fallen on deaf ears.
So I tend to be a loyal customer and attempted today to discuss my concerns, met with defensiveness, bad attitude and a snarky Do you want us to come out or not? No thanks. Taking my business elsewhere.

We were having issues with the outdoor sewer backing up into the grass. Called Rick and his team and they responded tentatively. The gentleman arrived on time and snaked roots that were over grown into pipes. Thank you for the fast service and suggestive advice! Do not hesitate to use RICK LUCAS PLUMBING

Very responsive and quality work. Will definitely use Them again. Difficult hot water heater install, but done without an issue or additional charge
841 Wright Dr, Ambler, PA 19002
We had a plumbing emergency at our business where the main water valve coming off the street and into our warehouse started spraying water out. John picked up the emergency line right away and was able to send someone out to temporarily repair it in less than 2 hours. Quick, efficient, explained everything including what it would take for permanent repair if it fails in the future. Very fair pricing. Thank you!

A+ experience! I woke up at 11am (yeah, I slept in!) to find a leak in my basement, jumped on the HomeAdvisor app and within 5 minutes I was contacted by a nice lady to schedule, which was great because they had an opening same day! At 1pm I received a tex and email saying my tech was on his way. Tim showed up 2pm, figured out what the issue was and fixed it by 3pm! Tim was literally the best and most professional plumber I've ever had at my house. He ever gave me a welcome packet! I'll definitely be using this company going forward - thanks Tim for doing a great job!

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. Plus, I saved a lot of money! McGonigle Plumbing in Maple Shade, NJ ---ask for Tom.

We had a bathroom sink issue on a Sunday, 8/21/22. Basically I attempted to change my mother in laws 60 year old faucet and ran into numerous problems. I searched Yelp and found Zip to Zip plumbing. Luan and Kapo contacted me immediately, quoted me a very reasonable price for a last minute call on the weekend and we're here in an hour! The job was done quickly and professionally. There was an unforeseen issue that was handled without extra cost to me! It is so difficult nowadays to find anyone reliable anymore but I am thankful I found Zip to Zip plumbing. I highly recommend Zip to Zip plumbers!

I've had Chris and his team do a number of jobs for me in the past 5 years. I've always had good results, and Chris is always very willing to explain options and choose the best solution for the job. Definitely my go-to plumber.

These guys are great. I called in a panic over the weekend because I was leaving to move out of state and had someone moving in in two days. Joe FaceTimed with me to asses the problem and was honest that I should wait until Monday to save on pricing. He said he would be there at 8 am and not to worry. Him and his coworker were so kind and really took the time to do a good job and make sure everything was all set. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our hot water heater died suddenly in the middle of the night. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out immediately the next morning. Good, fast, polite work! Would highly recommend - Sean & PJ were fantastic and walked me through all repairs prior to doing them. Will definitely use again.
114 Montgomery Ave, Oreland, PA 19075
Our hot water heater busted late in the afternoon, so by the time I started asking around for quotes, it was after business hours. Kevin responded quickly (within an hour-ish?), gave me a quote right away, and answered all my questions. (and I had a lot of questions!) His quote was very reasonable---and, it stayed consistent. The price he quoted was the price I paid.
When I asked him to check on a warranty thing, he said he'd call the supplier in the morning, which he did. This might seem like a small thing, but he was the only one who responded to my late night message with, I'll verify this, instead of trying to hurry me into a decision.
This next part seems pretty basic? But I promise it's not. *He actually answered messages consistently, and showed up when he said he would.* OK??
He did a professional, quick installation, and again, answered all my questions when I had them. I hope we never have water heater or plumbing issues again... but if/when we do, we will call him.
