I'm basically copying and pasting the review just below my.  He said everything I could say.  I needed a plumber for my rental property in south Philly.  After a couple of aborted attempts to work with other plumbers, I landed on Mark and JB Plumbing.  I can't speak highly enough about Mark and the rest of the JB plumbing crew. Mark answered the phone himself!   He squeezed us into his already busy schedule.  He worked diligently with my tenants to solve the problem and arrange the repair.  Mark quoted me a flat rate that seemed fair and he stuck to it. He and his crew were punctual, friendly, neat, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job.

The previous review said, I can't imagine calling anyone else when I need a plumber again.  I feel the exact same way.  I will not use anyone else.

I have finally found  reliable plus reasonably priced Plumbers!!   This company not only fixes the problem , but provides information to prevent the same issue from happening again.

He is responsive, knowledgeable, transparent about what needs to be done, timely in providing a quote, 100% dependable/reliable to get the job done on the timeline he provides, is an excellent communicator, and takes pride in his work. Solid leadership is what makes the Boss Plumbing team so efficient. They're responsive to communication, and upfront about costs and time. I'd recommend these guys and intend on using Boss again when future issues arise.

The guys were very educational and did an excellent job locating and fixing a hidden leak with minimal damage to ceiling and kitchen cabinets.

Has great reviews and cool dude met him once. But be aware that you will take a chance at being completely ignored without receiving the courtesy to even be told he isn't interested in the job. Hit him up twice for a job that we already spoke about. I needed it done and was ready to have it done immediately bc I preferred him and he seems to knows his stuff and looks like he does great work but he just read my messages and gave no response... twice. It's a slap in the face and its super unprofessional. Did nothing to the guy but ask him when he was available and how much. What's the point in having a business and being the best if you're not going to respond to customers? I'm completely remodeling my middle floor and basement starting october 1st as well and he wouldve gotten a sizeable job with that too but now I have to find someone else.

We had an issue with a clog, Kit came out had it taken care of within a half hour, cleaned up and was very courteous throughout. The job was more involved than expected but he was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

I am disappointed and I feel like I was taken advantage of. Against my better judgement, I allowed Goodman plumbing to come by and do work with my husband absent. When flushed, my toilet leaks through the ceiling into the dining room. We typically deal with independent contractors but Goodman plumbing came immediately. The plumber was nice. He clearly was receiving his pricing info from someone else. He told me the problem was a wax ring and some thin piece of metal that would hold a bolt in place.. $375!! He did 8 mins of work and flushed the toilet. It still leaked. He said it's an additional $150 to go in the ceiling and find the real problem. I declined. They took off $125 so my final cost for a wax ring and bolt holder was $250 & I still have the problem. I've made appointments with two other independent plumbers. As soon as I said the water was not on the floor of the bathroom but coming through the ceiling, they both indicated that they HAVE to open the ceiling. Both want $50 and will apply that to repair costs. GET AT LEAST THREE QUOTES PEOPLE!! Goodman plumbing was fast and on time but as the plumber stated, I'm still fucked!

We were having some issues with our plumbing and so we got in touch in order to get a repair quote. Rick was extremely fast with getting back to us, it took around 10 minutes to hear from him which is really great. For most area providers it takes a few hours at least.

We then scheduled the job and it went very well. They gave us a heads up via text when they were on their way and showed up right on time. They were considerate about their presence and didn't cause a big disruption to our work or kids schooling schedule, which is a big deal now that a lot of people are stuck at home due to Covid-19. I also appreciated that they let me know what specific repairs they were going to do prior to doing them, just so we knew what to expect. Once they got started with the work, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm definitely a fan now and will use them in the future if the need arises.

Mike Miller is outstanding!  He was recommended by a friend.  We used him because the contractor through Home Warranty didn't fix the problem but made it worse.  Mike was honest, professional and even recommend I buy a part to save money!  In the end, he found more issues but fixed them all and came back to spend a full day replaced three shutoff valves whose packing nuts were leaking with levers using copper pipes, installed a flood stop shutoff valve, installed PRV and expansion tank, replaced valve at main and installed new kitchen sink faucet.  Two weeks later the flood stop shutoff valve did its job since suddenly we had a slow leak under the hot weater heater. I called Mike who came out that day and replaced the tank that suddenly went.  Highly recommended! A professional plumber who does top notch work at reasonable prices (lower than others). ValDel Plumbing, LLC, I got a connection through Angi. They called me immediately. They told me a $65 fee for the visit and estimate. They came within an hour and gave me a quote for the Customer provide Water filter installation of $2403.24. I'm terrified and surprised about the pricing. This is an Angi SCAM. Stay away from kinds of Angi Applications and companies, Because of ridiculous pricing. Another company offered me a $1500 installation, including a water filter. This is 100% SCAM, they don't want to do the work, and for 10 minutes, they charged me $65.

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. Plus, I saved a lot of money! McGonigle Plumbing in Maple Shade, NJ ---ask for Tom.

I contacted Zip to Zip on a Sunday thru Yelp about a plumbing problem that I had, of which a prior plumber called himself fixing. Needless to say, my leak got worse. Reached out to Zip to Zip for an estimate and sent them photos of my leaking bathroom sink and Kapo came out the next day and fixed my sink. After speaking with Kapo and seeing his work, I'm convinced that the prior plumber was in over his head. I've added Zip to Zip to my list of approved and dependable Contractors.  Not only are they dependable, but they communicate well and arrive on time. Now that's service for you! Thank you soooo much Kapo for saving the day for us!

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. Chris has done many jobs for our family in both our previous home and our new home. He installed an entire master bathroom addition for us as well as other smaller jobs and repairs. Most recently Chris has helped us during a water main clog right before the holidays when we had family visiting and we're in a major pinch! If we had not hired him for the job, we would very likely have ended up with waste water overflowing in our first floor kitchen and bathroom on Christmas Eve!

He has gone above and beyond in many ways - from being available via text and cell at late hours, to taking the time to fully explain in layman's terms the details of every job he has done. He lets you know why he recommends the solution he is proposing as well as gives you options. He clearly thinks through each situation with care and does what is best for the homeowner. He and his team have always been courteous and kind, and on top of it all, his prices are very fair and reasonable. If prefer to work with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, go with Chris!

We've used the My Plumber services a couple of times now.  Mike is our usual guy, and most recently both Bernie and Mike came to help us with our wobbly toilet.  They've done an amazing job every time and are very easy to get ahold of, which I really appreciate.  We will only use their services for our house and I highly recommend you do the same!

Our hot water heater died suddenly in the middle of the night. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out immediately the next morning. Good, fast, polite work! Would highly recommend - Sean & PJ were fantastic and walked me through all repairs prior to doing them. Will definitely use again.

Kevin was fantastic -- he fixed a couple sinks that had been perennial problems in our home. Don't know why we waited to fix these, but he came by, inspected them, helped us pick a replacement, and got everything installed really fast. Super nice, very communicative -- we'll definitely use his service again (and sooner this time!)
