Owner claims they don't cross the river into West Philly, in spite of being located in center city and advertising as serving Philadelphia and Philadelphia suburbs. Sketchy.

I just purchased a home in the Philadelphia area and within one week I've had to make two separate calls for emergency service due to a clogged sewage valve and a leak in my master bathroom shower. Economy was extremely quick to respond and sent text message notifications to let me know when our contractors would arrive - both times within the hour.

Anthony and his team were great. They quickly diagnosed the issues and got them resolved immediately. Anthony did a great job explaining what was happening and gave recommendations that would help save us money and time in the future. He even showed me pictures of his kids while he was here. I didn't ever hope to need a go-to plumbing service, but I absolutely have one now. These guys have a customer for life with us.

Brandon did two jobs for me, and both were done with great professionalism and good pricing.
1. Our home inspector noted a dripping pipe in the basement, which leads out to the sewer.  One guy insisted it meant we needed to replace our whole sewer, without even a site visit.  Another said the whole joint is bad.  Brandon said it looked like the joint just sweats in the humidity, and suggested a humidifier.  Some of the lead plug at the top of the joint was also corroded.  Brandon fixed that lead plug, and helped get our new humidifier to drain into the sewer.  Saved us a ton of money.
2. After some hucksters redid our bathroom poorly, we noticed a smell coming from the tub.  Brandon came out and found they hadn't installed a trap, and sewer gas was backing up into the bathroom.  He fixed it within a week.
I would recommend Brandon to anyone who needs either plumbing or general house work.  He's professional, plain spoken, and good at his job.

Warren and his team were the quickest to respond when our stackpipe cracked.  He was able to talk us through the repairs we needed, give us a timeline that fit our needs and a fair price.  When we had another issue (known to us that needed to be repaired) that turned into an emergency, he took our call in the evening, helped calm us down and advised on how to get the situation under control.  He even called us later that night to make sure everything turned out ok! Not many businesses around that offer that type of service--we are really impressed and recommend him to anyone.

Aqua did a great job - came on the weekend to check out the problem, moved quickly to get me an invoice and schedule the job.  The day they installed the heater, they were on time, masked, and did a great job, including extra support for pipes and just generally a clean and competent job.  They were also friendly and helpful.

What a great experience.  I messaged him and he got back to me right away with a quote to fix a running toilet.  He came the next day, on a weekend, and fixed it right away.  He was so nice to my wife and I and updated us throughout.  Definitely will call him again when we need plumbing help.

Sean D. did an amazing job for us. I highly recommend Goodman plumbing. We had a slow water leak that we didn't notice. Sean connected us right away to a water mitigation company to do the work we needed. He came back later to install our new faucet and a hose bib connection outside. He does excellent work and is an absolute pleasure.

This is 3rd time we used Rick.  Always responsive and communicates.  First rate work and our projects are not easy  Meticulous and very reasonable rates.

I would def use him again! He did great work, was flexible with scheduling and went above and beyond. My bathroom was leaking and I called in the plumber my home warranty recommend and after weeks of them not being able to fix it I called mike. Not only did he fix the problem he educated me on what was wrong and helped me get my money back from the home warranty company who was trying to pull a fast one. I will def be calling him for any work I need done in the future

Wonderful, knowledgeable, trustworthy service! We had an issue with the stems on our bath/shower, and got an estimate from another company who said there was no way to fix the issue without completely replacing the faucet, at a high cost. We contacted John Neill for a second opinion, and after explaining the supposed problem over the phone, we were quoted a max price for the same fix that was $100 less than the other company. They said they'd come out ready to do the job, but would see if there was an easier, less expensive fix they could do first. After looking at the system and the problem, they were able to replace our stems only, saving us hundreds while fixing the problem and saving us from another future problem at the same time. They know the systems that are used in OLD Philly homes well, and will give you the best, honest solution.

Steve arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly, repaired our sewer issue in no time. Would highly recommend.

After Roto Rooter came out and quoted me $7,500 dollars for a whole new main since mine was broken and couldn't be snaked, I went with a second opinion and called Bommer. Their receptionist and plumber were seriously awesome and had my problem fixed in 30 mins...for $300. We will never go with anyone else after the crooks we encountered, that you tech Jim Murphy!

As in my prior review, we hired Luan from Zip to Zip to replace a faucet, and were very happy.  We just hired him again to fix a leaking shower, and again are really pleased with his work.  He was able to come promptly, showed up when promised, and fixed the problem with much less hassle than I expected - he found a way to replace the leaking shower parts without breaking the tile, which I thought would be necessary because there is no back panel.  And the cost was fair.  So I think he knows what he is doing, and he aims to do the best job possible in the most straightforward way without creating extra work and charges.  We will continue to use his services when we need a plumber.

We are currently using Williams Precision Plumbing to renovate the hall bathroom. Chris and his team do an amazing job and are professional and polite. Chris came for the free estimate and spent time answering all my questions. He is also very responsive via email and text which has made scheduling very easy. I will use them again for our future plumbing needs!

Called the guys and they came over a few days later.  Took a look at my sink, gave me a quote and knocked the job out in 30 minutes.  Great stuff, totally professional and knowledgeable.  Will definitely use again.

Wow what a great team!

Needed to replace the hot water heater and not only did the team of professionals quote pricing for a decent temporary fix, but also competitively quoted the cost for a full replacement (incl. labor).  We went with the replacement and couldn't be more pleased!

Both quotes were very competitive! Service was fast and comprehensive. Didn't take long to schedule the prelim evaluation or the replacement service/repairs.
