These guys are impressive. We called late morning on a Saturday and they had someone over in a few hours. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have a common sense approach to complex problems. They do a great job of explaining their assessment and executing their solution. I highly recommend their services.

Needed to replace the cast iron sections of our sanitary drain pipe because of cracks which were causing water leaks in our basement with a very unpleasant smell. Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done, gave us a fair quote, showed up on time and got the job done in one morning. The best part was that he made sure to use our basement window for removal of the dirty stuff so he didn't have to truck it through our house. We will be calling him for all of our house fix needs! Amazing service!

We had a sink reinstalled and some drain pipe replaced. The guys were quick and efficient with the install. When a slight issue came about from the work they did, they were out the very next day to fix that issue with no questions asked. Vinny was especially great as he informed us of any potential future work we should consider, but wasnt pushy on us getting it done that day. He was honest and answered all of our questions and eased our concerns.

John was very fast with responses and professional. I had a leak that needed further investigating and reached out for quotes on Yelp. John was the first to respond and the only one to offer a free in home estimate. He told me he's usually booked out a week or two in advance, but had some cancelations and was able to get me in. He arrived and opened up the ceiling and knew right away what the problem was. The seal on the toilet wasn't set properly so he replaced it and even caulked the base of the toilet because it wasn't done before. He also cleaned up after his own work. I don't have experience to know if prices are fair or not, but it was $150 all said and done. Would recommend!

We had a water issue in our garage and were reaching out to a few different companies in the area to get quotes and service. Goodman got back to us quickly, came to check it out the same day, and got the leak fixed in a short amount of time. Roman, the plumber who came, also gave some helpful advice and a referral to a good company to work with on damage that resulted from the leak.

Price was pretty reasonable, and the leak has been completely fixed, so we're happy with all of it!

We were having issues with the outdoor sewer backing up into the grass.  Called Rick and his team and they responded tentatively.  The gentleman arrived on time and snaked roots that were over grown into pipes. I meant to write this review years ago, but recently realized that I never did. If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. He is professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced, trustworthy, and a genuinely kind person. He has done a few larger projects for us over the years (old house plumbing issues!), and when he could not help (we needed our main external sewer pipe replaced, which involved ground excavation in our front yard), he directed us to someone else fantastic. Mike has taken the time more than once to answer my random questions by text message, which I appreciate SO much. We will never use anyone else!

We had a plumbing emergency at our business where the main water valve coming off the street and into our warehouse started spraying water out. John picked up the emergency line right away and was able to send someone out to temporarily repair it in less than 2 hours. Quick, efficient, explained everything including what it would take for permanent repair if it fails in the future. Very fair pricing. Thank you!

Billy was amazing.  I called on a Sunday and he was here within less than an hour.  He tore through the task like it was nothing and then done.  Fast, efficient and absolutely professional.  I would recommend Billy and Valdel plumbing to anyone.

We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom which was clearly caused by the master shower directly upstairs. We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did.

Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan.

Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome!  And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. This was a great touch and much appreciated, as you can never be too careful these days.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Don't do what we did and call Bommer Plumbing second...call them FIRST.

Our garbage disposal broke so I sent out inquiries via Yelp. Within minutes, Zip to Zip called and scheduled an appointment to come the next morning. They arrived exactly when they said they would down to the minute. They did a great job replacing the garbage disposal and the price was very fair. If I have any more plumbing needs I will definitely hire them again!

Prompt and professional.  Mark communicated frequently, was reasonable, and cleaned up leaving everything finished.

The guys came, sized up the jobs and came back the next day to complete. They have done 2 jobs for us- a toilet assembly and a garbage disposal replacement. Not cheap but not overpriced either. Bernie and his partner are good natured S. Philly guys! Recommended.

We were looking for help with our clogged kitchen sink, had tried everything on our end and needed a professional! Kevin communicated with us in a timely, organized way, showed up on time, and stayed until the problem was totally fixed. He needed various extra tools and parts as the problem was bigger than expected, but worked through it until he knew it was right. Waited extra 10 minutes just running the kitchen sink to be sure all was fixed, and checked in with us a couple days later. He was professional, courteous, and thorough! Pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.
