I was so impressed with how quickly they got back to me and the quality of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When my shower wasn't working they squeezed me in despite being short staffed. The hardware they installed is much nicer than what I had previously and they made cosmetic improvements. They also installed a new water heater for me. Reliable and committed to quality. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They also referred me to a company who could clean my drain. They were great.

Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing came out twice to help us with a leak. They came out quickly and were able to locate and fix the leak. Very nice and communicative. We will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues.

We had a sink reinstalled and some drain pipe replaced. The guys were quick and efficient with the install. When a slight issue came about from the work they did, they were out the very next day to fix that issue with no questions asked. Vinny was especially great as he informed us of any potential future work we should consider, but wasnt pushy on us getting it done that day. He was honest and answered all of our questions and eased our concerns.

I have used John Snyder plumbing three times and every time I'm impressed at how professional they are and the quality of repairs. I've worked with John and Xavier on different occasions and both were a pleasure to work with.

We were having a problem with our bathroom sink and laundry sink. Kit came in and fixed the sink so quick. Then he diagnosed the laundry sink and told us how to do it ourselves. He didn't charge as the fix was so menial but i was still so grateful as he came all the way for us. We know nothing about plumbing so felt a little embarrassed but he didn't judge! Will definitely be in touch again if we have real problems. Thanks again :)

We have used Goodman Plumbing twice: once for emergency and once for a leak and tub faucet replacement.
Both times I was called back immediately and serviced the next day. Price was fair, service quick, and technicians polite and friendly. I have had other bad experiences with plumbers and it has made my experiences with Goodman that much more refreshing.

Highly recommended!  I needed a plumber to fix something I tried doing myself (water supply line for an ice maker) but I screwed it up and needed a pro.  In the meantime a bucket was catching the drips.

Earlier in the day I had a plumber come from one of the bigger companies whose trucks I have seen in our area for years, come give an estimate.  He took a look, said he had to go call the boss, then came back with an absurdly high estimate.

Using Yelp I found Rick Lucas plumbing locally and called.  Rick answered the call, said he could be there within 1-2 hours, would call first.  He called back as promised and arrived shortly thereafter.

Rick took a look at what was needed.  He also determined that some additional copper piping adjacent to what I messed up needed to be repaired as it was corroded, and verbally gave me a price.

Rick not only replaced all the necessary piping including the additional areas that he recommended, he also added the necessary fittings and connections and shutoff valve and flexible steel supply hose and completed the connection to our new refrigerator.  Rick worked non-stop, and is professional, courteous and friendly, and cleaned up afterwards.

Best of all his price was 33% less than the first place that came.  (Plus I returned the parts I previously bought to Home Depot and Lowes so saved even more).

I am very pleased that I had Rick Lucas Plumbing do this job at our home, and wouldn't hesitate to call him the next time I need a plumber.

Mike Miller is outstanding!  He was recommended by a friend.  We used him because the contractor through Home Warranty didn't fix the problem but made it worse.  Mike was honest, professional and even recommend I buy a part to save money!  In the end, he found more issues but fixed them all and came back to spend a full day replaced three shutoff valves whose packing nuts were leaking with levers using copper pipes, installed a flood stop shutoff valve, installed PRV and expansion tank, replaced valve at main and installed new kitchen sink faucet.  Two weeks later the flood stop shutoff valve did its job since suddenly we had a slow leak under the hot weater heater. I called Mike who came out that day and replaced the tank that suddenly went.  Highly recommended! A professional plumber who does top notch work at reasonable prices (lower than others). Thanks Mike.

Poor communication from the technician led to my dog ingesting sewage and whatever else was scraped out of my main drain lines. I'm being generous giving 1 star, but at least my sewer drain line is clean I guess?

To make a long story short, the technician did a fine job cleaning the sewer drain line, but they then went and (without communicating this to me) dumped all of the junk they vacuumed out of my sewer drain line into my back yard. The next day, my dog was in the backyard and managed to get into the pile and came back in vomiting everywhere. Fortunately, the dog got most of it out of her system fairly quickly and doesn't appear to have any lasting effects, but who knows what she ingested?! What if it had been my kids?

Totally unprofessional of the technician to even think that it's okay to dispose of human waste (and more) in our backyard, and then on top of it, not even communicate it to me. Fortunate for me, I had a camera that verified the actions of this technician so I could at least feel better before accusing them of this.  

I certainly can't see myself using this company again as I just can't trust them. I didn't think I needed to ask how the technician was going to dispose of the waste, but that's now on my list of questions for future plumbing work...

Main drain backed up into the basement and needed it snaked on a Sunday morning. Bommer had an emergency line and came out within 90min of phone call. Emergency/weekend fee was very reasonable! Started working immediately. Back to normal within an hour. Technician was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations to prevent reoccurrence and potential support from the township. Would absolutely recommend! Great price and service.

They arrived early, started immediately & were done fixing a large issue with my leaky, rocking toilet. They fixed it quickly, professionally for a great price and cleaned up after themselves. : )  Sooo grateful, I highly recommend them and will use them for the rest of our plumbing issues. The price given made no sense for the proposed work. He could have just said he didn't want the job instead of insulting me. Women and novices get a second quote.

Great experience this morning. Came within an hour of my call to unclog my curb trap (my basement utility sink had been filling up with waste water as a result of a neighboring pavement/tree removal job, so I wanted the job done as soon as possible). Within 20 minutes, it was fixed at a reasonable price. Was honest, informative, friendly, and explained every step to me, plus gave me some helpful tips for maintenance and prevention. I'll definitely be using My Plumber as my go-to plumber now.

Needed to replace the hot water heater and not only did the team of professionals quote pricing for a decent temporary fix, but also competitively quoted the cost for a full replacement (incl. labor).  We went with the replacement and couldn't be more pleased!

Both quotes were very competitive! Service was fast and comprehensive. Didn't take long to schedule the prelim evaluation or the replacement service/repairs.
