I had a pump break in my Center City Philadelphia house's basement and needed it fixed as soon as possible.  The owner, Mark, initially said he was really busy and I should call someone else to get it looked at if I was in a rush.  After we talked a bit, he came by himself that day and quickly got an estimate to me that included re-piping from some poor design when the house was remodeled prior to my buying it.  JB completed the work in a timely and professional manner.  I was impressed that Mark took the time to identify and correct the root cause of the problem (washing machine was emptying into a saniflo pump and the pieces of string and lint had wrapped around the  pump, causing it to fail) and installed a new fitting and trap for the washer as well as replacing the saniflo tank and pump.  I would strongly recommend JB Plumbing and Heating.

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing!! My basement started to leak with sewage. I've called multiple plumbers and some no showed, one said he couldn't do and one quoted me a ridiculous amount of money. I texted the owner and within 1 hour someone was at the house and problem fixed 1 hour after that. Techs were great, explained everything and knew exactly what they were talking about.  Very affordable. I will literally use them for any and every plumbing problem I have in the future.

We had a slow leak from a section of cast iron drain pipe that wasn't replaced when the rest of the plumbing was upgraded. Brandon was amazing. He communicated clearly every step of the way, was timely, professional, and knew exactly what to do. Completed whole job in less than 4 hours and left the house spotless. This guy is outstanding. I would highly recommend Boss Plumbing to anyone in the Philadelphia area.  I live out-of-state and own a rental property in East Falls.  When I recently needed a plumber, I reached out to multiple places and most either didn't respond or couldn't come for weeks.  Warren responded very quickly and went to the house to resolve the problem the next business day.  He was communicative and helpful throughout the process, and for that I'm very grateful.

We had a sink reinstalled and some drain pipe replaced. The guys were quick and efficient with the install. When a slight issue came about from the work they did, they were out the very next day to fix that issue with no questions asked. Vinny was especially great as he informed us of any potential future work we should consider, but wasnt pushy on us getting it done that day. He was honest and answered all of our questions and eased our concerns.

Our tankless water heater was acting up and we needed a gas valve replaced.  John called me right back, sent two of his best people, and three hours later our water heater was working great, valve replaced, and they even found an issue we didn't know about and fixed it on the spot.  Such great, informative service.  And they cleaned up too! Thank you.

What a great experience.  I messaged him and he got back to me right away with a quote to fix a running toilet.  He came the next day, on a weekend, and fixed it right away.  He was so nice to my wife and I and updated us throughout.  Definitely will call him again when we need plumbing help.

Someone from Goodman comes out to provide an estimate for a leaky bathtub faucet. After that I show him another problem a leak at a valve that only occurred when turned on but would stop after being turned off.  He proceeds to ask for pliers and breaks the bulb and left.
I call the office to tell them and they said I was blaming them my problem with this is
1.My problem was he left without acknowledging he made the problem worse and
2. When I called the office they made every excuse in the book including he meant well... as if meaning well is an excuse for cracking a bulb and leaving water running when it was not continuously running previously. I will never do business with this firm again. Thankfully I found an honest plumber with fair rates goodbye Goodman plumbing I will never recommended you to anyone again. To bad you don't live up to the good in Goodman plumbing.

Rick was the first to respond to my Yelp inquiry after I discovered a leaking water heater in my new house. It was on a Saturday morning, and wasn't available until Monday, but eased my mind that based on the pictures I sent through Yelp's questionnaire and description of the problem, that it wasn't in need of emergency service. This was an incredibly smooth process, thanks Yelp!

We arranged an appointment (right through Yelp) for 9am Monday morning...Rick called ahead to confirm and arrived on time. He quickly confirmed his initial impression of either needing a new Temperature & Pressure valve or an expansion tank. Since the valve was cheaper, we started with that, but unfortunately didn't solve things. So he grabbed the tank right off his truck, installed it, and was done with everything in a matter of under 2 hours. He even asked if there was anything else he could take a look at while there, knowing we had just moved in.

In summary, Rick's demeanor, knowledge, and service performance were all commendable and left an excellent impression on us. I'd recommend Rick Lucas plumbing to anyone looking for a professional in this area!

Contacted Mike based on Yelp reviews and was more than happy with Miller Plumbing. Quick response. Quote from photos of job and same day service. Mike was professional, fairly priced and a n all around good guy. If you want a Master Plumber that will do a pro job for a fair price- Miller Plumbing. Next plumbing need only one number I am dialing.....

We live in Fishtown and have used John Neill plumbing multiple times over the past several years. They are unfailingly prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We just bought our house and had water back up into the house from the sewer system. We were stressed because we hadn't even been in the house a month. I found Valdel plumbing on  Angj's list. We couldn't be happier with them. They were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. They needed to dig a path in the front yard and replace the piping due to root intrusion. They did the job quickly and put all the dirt back. We will recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing needs.

Didn't call them first, the first call would not show up. It was late, they came out they took care of it till it was done. I was very happy with their service.

I needed a toilet replaced and these gentleman came out in an hour and provided great service for a great value. Will definitely request their services for future plumbing issues.

A couple hours passed.  Nobody.  I called back and asked if someone was coming.  The girl asked if someone called, I said no and she said Guess not.

Nice.  I cant speak for craftsmanship or pricing, but if you need sonething right away go elsewhere.  Peoples lives are effected and that dont care attitude made me write this review.  Ironically, the fix was easy.

Nicest guy came to my house less than an hour after I called. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the issues with my shower and fixed my shower head for free. Then, he recommended another great company to fix the underlying issue which is with the glass door framing rather than the plumbing. I will definitely be going with My Plumber for any other plumbing issues I have in the future. I highly recommend.

Our hot water heater died suddenly in the middle of the night. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out immediately the next morning. Good, fast, polite work! Would highly recommend - Sean & PJ were fantastic and walked me through all repairs prior to doing them. Will definitely use again.

Vinko came out quick.  The job was on our old house with a copper drain that leaked at the I bend.  Quickly shored it up and now we can use our bathroom again.  The price was also very reasonable.  No unnecessary upsells. Very appreciative of the work they did.
