Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

Jim came with his excavator John and my work was done within a week, professionally and my lawn was put back better than before it was dug up.  Everyone that came was very nice to work with and corrected within 3 hours.  I would highly recommend them to do any work.

I won't ever tackle an electrical project at home.  It scares me.  But plumbing?  It's just tightening a nut or replacing a washer.  Not a problem.  My quick repair of a leaky bathroom faucet turned into a replastering of my den ceiling.  Now plumbing too is off-limits.  So when both shower faucets started leaking at the same time, I called Scott Plumbing.  

The past few plumbers we used were either non-responsive, too far out of the area, or just plain weird (Your whippet is very fat...thank you Cesar Milan.).  So I called Scott Plumbing in nearby Flourtown and they stopped by the next day, fixed the problem in an hour, and didn't overcharge us.  That, in my mind, is five star service.  Plus, he was nice and knew everything about the plumbing in our style house.   He told me that the washers were the originals from when the house was built in 1955.  I said that that was interesting, but do you think my whippet is fat?  He left posthaste.

These guys are so quick to respond and great at communicating every step of the way. Every time I've needed plumbing work they've been transparent about the most practical and least costly options. Glad to have a reliable plumber to call for such an essential service!

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

After having a 5 minute conversation going over everything I will need done I thought I was insured to have services completed by Zoom in a very different manner than they were. I was told they would give me a call 30 to 45 mins before showing up. Well I didn't I received a call saying they would be there in 10 mins which is not a bad thing for some people, but when it is not your home and they show up unexpectedly it is 1. Unfair and inappropriate to the homeowner and 2. Rude to me since I expressed with the dispatcher the circumstances. I arrive and the technican is walking all over the property another strike against this company not following requests. Upon starting the services the line breaks on their equipment and they have to leave the site. Finally he comes back and completes his job to find out that the price we spoke about on the phone was not what I was then charged. When speaking to the dispatcher again I was laughed at and hung up on. Very disrespectful and not how a company should treat a customer. Please reconsider this company and record any conversations with them in the future.

Joe was quick to schedule an appointment for us & Greg was prompt, persistent and hardworking. They were clear and forthcoming with expectations for payment and considerations for installing a water heater. Communication throughout was superb! Very professional team with an assortment of problem-solving skills catered toward customer satisfaction!

Yes service great and friendly, too pricey for my taste for a small job. My $400.00 outside spicket for my hose should last me until I am dead!  Don't want to be mean because the service was great but unexpected price whatever the explanation, had to use a long pipe‍. I did address cost on the call too that I didn't want to pay a crazy price for a easy access/small job.

i have experience with heaters & plumbers, as i do some my self i was in a bind to get the heater fixed and he got the service done but for a 30 minute job he charge me $400.00  it included the part which retails for 50 dollars.  If your looking to get ripped off call these guys.

Rich came out promptly at our prearranged time and within 15 minutes fixed a serious clog that two prior plumbers could not fix, one whom was reputable and recommended me going through my homeowners for a broken pipe. He saved me thousands of dollars and his fee was reasonable considering he had to go on my roof!

Needed replacement of a leaking main water line shut-off valve. Made a phone appointment for a specific date/time. Vince showed up on time and I also threw onto his list a request for installing a water pressure reducing valve. He assessed the situation, provided a rough estimate and detailed the work and cost breakdown. Upon work start, he noted another small leak in an old coupling to the water valve. He applied no pressure to perform the additional repair. Having an older home, I was not surprised and asked him to proceed. Vince performed all the work diligently and efficiently - he does not waste time or lumber along. Resultant work was of high quality and all was left clean. Vince is very personable, professional and clearly identifies what detailed work and parts are necessary. Excellent - Narberth Plumbing & Heating are highly recommended.

I needed a shut-off valve replaced and never had to use a plumber before so I was going by reviews. Glad I did. I e-mailed Kniese's, they emailed back right away requesting a picture of the valve, gave me an estimate and had someone out in a week. The guy who came was very nice and efficient. I expected a big chunk of my day ruined with this plumbing issue and I think he was in and out in about an hour. The price was lower than I expected too. I hope I never need to call a plumber again, but if I do, it will be Kniese's, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Very happy.

It began very well and ended badly. Their techs are great - knowledgeable, professional, hard-working - and it is a difficult business to clear underground pipes. They couldn't clear it and came up with a plan to lay a new pipe line. I signed a contract to lay a new pipe and gave a deposit on the $3000 they were charging for the new pipe line. On a scheduled day a new crew came, no one seemed to knew anything about the previous work, this time they hand dug down to the clogged pipe, basically confirmed that it was clogged or crushed by tree roots and called it a day, demanded full payment and said the manager would call to schedule another day.
I did pay in full, and they never returned. When I called to ask why I was told it wasn't a contract, it was an estimate only. If I wanted them to return and actually lay a new pipe line that would be $2,000 more than the $3,000 I had already paid.

This company has some great reviews, I'm sure they deserve those great reviews but in the end they took complete advantage of me. Don't be as trusting and timid as I was -

Jim Ryan from Best Choice has been out to our house twice now to fix issues and we won't trust anyone else now. He was called by our property management to fix our basement toilet after the pump that had just been installed by another plumber a few months earlier broke. He was on time, honest, and thorough. He even noticed and fixed things that the previous plumber messed up, and you wouldnt believe the mess he had to put up with because of all that. He handled it all so professionally and cleaned up after himself. We had an issue come up related to our shower next, and he came out early on a Saturday right before his vacation to check it out for us. It ended up being an issue for a contractor and he let us know that, which made me trust him even more. There should be more plumbers in the world like him.

I only take away a star because the administrative side of this business doesnt seem to be in order. We had to go an extra 4 DAYS without our ONLY toilet because whoever was responsible for special ordering the new pump that we needed forgot to do so, only prolonging our suffering while we both worked from home. If the administrative and office side of this business can get itself in gear I think that they can definitely up their Yelp rating
