Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I reached out to Yelp on Sunday.. Mark got in contact immediately. He come out the next day on time , and got the job done in an hour. Very professional and reliable, will definitely use him and he's highly recommended!

Jim came with his excavator John and my work was done within a week, professionally and my lawn was put back better than before it was dug up. Everyone that came was very nice to work with and corrected within 3 hours. I would highly recommend them to do any work.

I won't ever tackle an electrical project at home. It scares me. But plumbing? It's just tightening a nut or replacing a washer. Not a problem. My quick repair of a leaky bathroom faucet turned into a replastering of my den ceiling. Now plumbing too is off-limits. So when both shower faucets started leaking at the same time, I called Scott Plumbing.
The past few plumbers we used were either non-responsive, too far out of the area, or just plain weird (Your whippet is very fat...thank you Cesar Milan.). So I called Scott Plumbing in nearby Flourtown and they stopped by the next day, fixed the problem in an hour, and didn't overcharge us. That, in my mind, is five star service. Plus, he was nice and knew everything about the plumbing in our style house. He told me that the washers were the originals from when the house was built in 1955. I said that that was interesting, but do you think my whippet is fat? He left posthaste.

My wife and I moved into our new house, only to find a massive pipe leak making water fall like rain in our basement as soon as we turned on any faucet. Dave was immediately responsive, communicated with us promptly at every step, and got the job done quickly as promised. He even identified another potentially disastrous problem with the plumbing behind our tub, though he never pressured us into spending more or doing more than what was necessary. I'll be going back to Dave in a heartbeat if I ever have any other plumbing needs.

DrainPro Solutions was a great find for me, and, our home will continue to use their services for our plumbing and renovation needs. We worked with Manny who was extremely knowledgeable about all of our project ideas. We upgraded one entire full bathroom (full remodel: shower, vanity, floor, tub, toilet, and tiles) and minor upgrades to two half bathrooms. Manny was transparent throughout the entire process and even came shopping with us for parts at Home Depot/Lowes (telling us what to get and what overpriced items were not needed). His estimates are accurate and he always verified if additional labor or demo work was needed. He also crafted a solution for a unique bowl sink we had installed that wasn't fitted to our existing plumbing. Again his expertise is exemplary and I would highly recommend him and this company overall.

Had several other plumbing companies come out for a clogged drain that was causing basement flooding. They had no clue of what the issue was and gave quotes in the thousands. I finally happened upon Zoom Drain (if I remember correctly I read a good review of them in a Facebook home repair group). I gave them a call and they had a technician come out for a free estimate. He gave a reasonable quote for the services that would be needed. I scheduled the service and Juan C. came out to fix my clogged backyard drain. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and overall a great technician. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process from start to finish. I highly recommend Zoom Drain as his will be the the first call I make if I ever have any home plumbing issues again. PS I luv getting the picture of who the technician is via text before they come...means a lot to a female homeowner!!

Joseph's is amazing. This is the second time we've used their services and they are extremely fast, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our hot water heater broke yesterday and I called Joseph's at 8:15pm expecting to leave a message and have someone call me back today. But he picked up, listened to our issue and had his team here this morning bc it was important that our hot water was working. They are our go-to plumber and I couldn't recommend them enough.

We've had a problem with roots in our sewer line. We had one person come out and they didn't fix it completely--they weren't able to find a drain outside to get at the roots that way--and it started backing up again.
This plumber fixed it right. He also was on time and friendly. Price quoted on the phone was what they charged, and it was in line with other quotes that we received.

This company was very professional and on time. Very friendly and also pet friendly as well. Walked us through the problem and gave great feedback. Very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend using this service!!

I was having a BBQ and of course the day of my sinks became clogged and of course everything I tried didn't work...by luck there was an andys plumbing truck at a neighbors house...went over and explained the situation in in minutes another plumber was out and fixed the clog!! Fair pricing as well!!!
7041 Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19128
Rich came out promptly at our prearranged time and within 15 minutes fixed a serious clog that two prior plumbers could not fix, one whom was reputable and recommended me going through my homeowners for a broken pipe. He saved me thousands of dollars and his fee was reasonable considering he had to go on my roof!
Philadelphia, PA
Krzyzanowski Plumbing is the best! They worked with our schedule, quickly evaluated the job and gave us a fair quote. Then they came out and promptly completed the job professionally and cleanly without any surprises. A very positive experience that we could not have hoped to go more smoothly. Thanks!

Needed replacement of a leaking main water line shut-off valve. Made a phone appointment for a specific date/time. Vince showed up on time and I also threw onto his list a request for installing a water pressure reducing valve. He assessed the situation, provided a rough estimate and detailed the work and cost breakdown. Upon work start, he noted another small leak in an old coupling to the water valve. He applied no pressure to perform the additional repair. Having an older home, I was not surprised and asked him to proceed. Vince performed all the work diligently and efficiently - he does not waste time or lumber along. Resultant work was of high quality and all was left clean. Vince is very personable, professional and clearly identifies what detailed work and parts are necessary. Excellent - Narberth Plumbing & Heating are highly recommended.

Brian was punctual, friendly and fixed promptly the plumbing issues with our basin and drains. Would strongly recommend.

I woke up this morning to my heater not working, great timing, since it was freezing today. I called Turner Bros, they were awesome. I'm usually apprehensive about calling repairmen, but I immediately felt comfortable after speaking to Brian. He got here quickly, figured out the issue and had my heat back on in 15 minutes. He explained the issue to my husband, and how to fix it. He even showed my husband how to determine any future issue, should any come up. Outstanding service, great price. I would definitely call them again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I have to say, this company probably has the nicest group of people working for them. Very courteous, very professional, very knowledgeable. I'm definitely referring them to friends in the Doylestown area. Pricing is also very affordable compared to other plumbing companies in the area, and surrounding area
3633 Old Easton Rd, Doylestown, PA 18902
I updated the review from 1 star to 3. Zoom Drain did reimburse me on 11/19/20 for the work they didn't do effectively on 4/6/20 that I had to pay somebody else to do. At least I got my money back.

DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY - AVOID THIS COMPANY. I had significant water buildup in my basement and hired Best Choice Plumbing & Heating to diagnose and fix the issue. I wish that I read the reviews on here before hiring them because if I had, I would have stayed away.
Across the board, this company was terrible. They misdiagnosed my issue multiple times, the administrative staff was rude and made multiple mistakes compounding my frustration and the timeline to find a solution, they provided a high-cost solution that would not have solved my problem and was borderline fraudulent, and then after everything, they were unwilling to pay for their mistakes.
1. Misdiagnosing the issue: they sent a plumber to my house who didn't do his job, misdiagnosed the issue, and said it was an HVAC problem. I then had to pay them to send in an HVAC person. The HVAC person said it was a problem with systems that I've had in the house for years and never had a problem with (so that made no sense) and then told me that I needed to spend almost 10K to get an entirely new HVAC system. This was misdiagnosis #2. I then had to pay for another company to get a 3rd opinion to find out their solution was BS. I called a 4th specialist and told them about the issue and they said it was definitely plumbing so then I asked Best Choice to go out a 3rd time and eventually they diagnosed the issue - a plumbing problem that went on for weeks longer than it should have leading to more damage - because it was misdiagnosed multiple times.
2. The assistants and admins made multiple errors with my project. They got my address completely wrong and went to the wrong property. They got my name completely wrong - it wasn't misspelled, it was an entirely different person that they put for my job. When they went to charge my credit card, they wrote down the wrong address and had to call me saying my credit card didn't go through, so I had to stop my day to accommodate them each time - and that was all before the first time that they came to the property. Every step of the way they made at least one administrative error - so if you go with them, make sure to double-check all of the info you give them.
3. Borderline Fraud: based on their misdiagnosis, they proposed a solution (in writing) that would have cost me thousands of dollars needlessly. If I had trusted them and just gone forward with their solution, I would have replaced a perfectly good system and would NOT have fixed my issue. If you go with them and they propose a high-cost solution, call someone you trust IMMEDIATELY to ensure that the Best Choice Solution is actually what you need.
4. Refusal to pay for their mistakes: after everything was diagnosed, they gave me a final bill for the repair work. At that point, I had paid for a plumber to come out and misdiagnose the issue; I had paid for an HVAC professional to come out and misdiagnose the issue; then I had to pay for another company to give their opinion so I knew that Best Choice was BS. All I asked was that Best Choice credit me for the 2nd opinion that I received - AND THEY REFUSED TO DO SO. Their misdiagnosis and mistakes directly led to me spending an extra $500 and indirectly led to the issue continuing/getting worse causing unknown amounts of extra damage to the property.
If you make a mistake, you should own up to it pay for it. The only explanation they gave me is that they reprimanded their employees for the misdiagnosis and the fraudulent solution. That's great, but that's not MY PROBLEM - that's YOUR PROBLEM. They are your employees and you hire them to represent YOU. Your company made a mistake, so your company should make me whole. They refused to do so.
This is a highly unprofessional and untrustworthy organization that you should never use unless you absolutely have to
