Totally honest and reliable. Randy and Rich are in this business for the long-haul as they say what they will do and then do the job. I have used them for three (3) jobs now and can safely say they are as good as it gets!

John was such a nice guy! Talked to me like a human and let me know the status of my furnace. Even gave some free advice and ideas to help me save money. Guys like him are few and far between. Definitely someone I'll be calling in the future anytime I need him. The transformer in my furnace was buzzing, John and I texted to pick a date and iron out costs. Super easy to book. Came right on time, respectful of my house, fixed what needed to be fixed. Awesome experience! Thanks John!

Plumbing problems can become a nightmare. So when I need authorized state approved plumbing done in my home, I call Tom. When I don't need the job to be approved by any utility company, I do it myself or call Jimmy ;)

The potential nightmare of DIY plumbing could be devastating. Our last project was a broken water main pipe. As a home owner, I'm responsible for fixing the water pipe outside my house all the way to the valve at the curb. There is a flat metal lid covering the valve in our front yard, on the thin strip of grass between the sidewalk and the road. That lid covers the valve that turns off the water so I can replace the pipe. My father in law had replace a broken water main himself (and 7 other guys with shovels), so I considered it as a possible option. And I may have been able to rent a backhoe. cl. But, the risk of ruining my house was too great so we called Tom.

Tom works with a mechanical contracting unit. The man can't do everything himself. When they were digging, a neighbor was walking down the sidewalk and is hard of sight. These guys held his hand and walked him around the site. They even replaced the broken sidewalk tile with a new one. Which goes above and beyond, in my book.

Thanks Tom, Sean, the two other guys who I did not meet and the Peco guys who had to come back out to fix the gas line that was hit. Which is funny because when Peco marked the line, it wasn't going to be where they found it.

Good thing I didn't do this job myself. Thanks Tom.

Great customer service from Amanda in the office to Joe and Mike the plumbers.  They arrived on-time and completed the installation of a garbage disposal and toilet efficiently.  Will recommend to family and friends!

They were very nice and wore a mask and everything but they charged about $ 200 more than the job is usually charged. Very expensive. We were stuck because we had already waited two days to get the leak fixed and needed to get the water back on.

Returned home from our honeymoon to frozen pipes. Called about 15 plumbers at 6:30 AM on Sunday. Kitt from Drains R Us called back and was at the house within an hour. He took a look around, gave a free consultation, and suggested we simply needed to heat the area with space heaters and central air. About four hours later the pipes had unfrozen and our water was back on. Kitt and Drains R Us were honest and saved us a ton of money. I appreciate their punctuality and honesty. Would use again.

I called a plumber I used a few years ago.  The person that answered the call said he was on a job but that he would get back to me the next day.  When he never did, I  called DeLuca Plumbing.  Joe answered the phone, gave a quote but requested to view the job to confirm what was needed.  He showed up when he told me.  He then returned on that Friday as he said, he did the job and charged the quoted rate.  What more can you ask?  I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Came home to a flooded basement. After 630pm. I called the emergency number and John himself returned my call. He walked me through a number of things to check to avoid a costly visit. Then called me back to check on what we discussed. Doesn't appear to be a plumbing issue but John spent more than 2 calls and 30 minutes talking me thru everything and giving me some thoughts on what it could be.
For free. I will call him again.

Hard working gentleman responded to my request to have an ice water line ran for a new frig. Let's just say he earned every penny of what they charged. My job was a tough one. I am very appreciative.

Went above & beyond to fix my plumbing issue -- which turned out to be more than just a simple clogged toilet. Ray was friendly, professional, and I'd highly recommend Streamline!

Jamal has team complete a stucco project on part of the house that previous was windows and replaced with a wall. Jamal was reasonably priced, on time and delivered great work. The new stucco transitions very well into the existing stucco. Very happy customer!

My AC stopped working during a heatwave. I called and scheduled a technician to come sometime between 4-8 PM but I let them know I was also available before then. They emailed at about 2:30 PM to let me know Eddie was on his way. Eddie also called. He arrived when he said he would and quickly got to work. After a series of tests, he felt he identified the problem. The AC seemed to be working great and he left. 10 minutes later the AC started making a crazy loud noise. I called the office and they responded quickly and sent Eddie back. It was going to cost a little more because the blower fan motor (?) was shot. Eddie came back and began to work to fix the problem. Due to poor installation (by a different company) there was difficulty removing the motor. They sent out another technician, Sean, who helped get the motor out. Once that was done my AC was up and running better than it had in a few years. It wasn't cheap, but from some research that i did, it seemed to be within industry standards.

Big props to Eddie, Sean, Rocco, and Peggy for their help.

480 to clean basement drain. Got other quotes for 150 -300 ~. Kind of expensive.

They did come out quickly, if you can wait call another plumber.
