Ryan remodeled my kitchen and did a wonderful job.  I had him knock down a wall to open it to the dining room too.  It changed the entire first floor.  He is a perfectionist.  I love it.

Adam Mechanical sent someone out on a cold and snowy Saturday to look at why my heat pump was constantly on aux heat. The house was warm enough but that was killing my electric bill. The only people happy were the folks at PECO.
Ricardo came out and found that the unit needed some minor maintenance and, before long, it was functioning as normal. I purchased a maintenance agreement with them on the spot. I do not want anyone other than a tech from Adam Mechanical to ever turn a wrench or screwdriver on my heating system again.

I had a leaking shower called and they came over the same day.kyle was fantastic as he didn't have the part in his truck but went and get it and returned quickly fixed our problem and was both professional and friendly.I would highly recommend this company and Kyle

Chris helped us out by installing a Aquasana house water filtration system in our basement. Before the purchase and install, he walked me through the system and the pros/cons. After deciding to purchase the system through him, I highly recommend his services! He's responsive, professional, mindful, punctual and quick.

I've been using Russell Bros for almost 15 years and thoroughly recommend them! They are punctual, honest, reliable and do a great job! Carol in the office is very helpful with scheduling and will call you to remind you of your appointment, you can also get reminders for annual services etc. The plumbers are very knowledgeable, helpful and tidy workmen. You couldn't ask for more! Very happy, long term customer!

I am sorry to say that in the past I loved Archer but I called for a shower drain cleaning and WITH a $25 coupon, they charged $277.  To me, this is a ridiculous price to clear a drain that took less than 10 minutes. Yes, my bad as I should have said forget it or called another company to compare, but it was so backed up I just wanted it done.   To be clear, this review is bad because of the price they charged.  I would recommend getting prices from others before committing.

We recently worked with Queen B when looking for someone specializing in high velocity AC systems to come do a routine service check. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. I have NEVER hired anyone to do any work without seeing good reviews from at least two different sources. Until today, out of desperation, when I called this company and Eric (bless him) was able to come the same day to install a dishwasher that the scheduled installer left sitting in the middle of my kitchen (a rant for another day). My 150-yr old home has been in a state of renovation for 10 years so I've had more service people than I can remember. I tend to stick with good people when I find them because it takes up lots of time doing research first.

Eric told me when he could come, called 30 minutes out and showed up on time.  He and helper introduced themselves, worked quickly and efficiently, and I paid a fair price (a little less than the price of the installer who didn't do the job and slightly more than the Amazon installation that I couldn't get scheduled soon enough). He gives a warranty for his work, communicates well and is pleasant and professional.  My only suggestion (tiny complaint) is that it took over an hour to get an unexpected part. I realize that the small guys can't always have a well-stocked truck like bigger businesses, but I wonder if paying slightly more for small parts at the local hardware store might be worth it given how much a business owner's time is worth?  Just a thought. Overall, I highly recommend them. I'm happy to support a new small businessman in my neighborhood!

Totally unprofessional and complete waste of time. I received a quote from him and other plumbers; I finally decided to go with him and said no to other guys. On the day he was suppouse to show up. He calls me about an hour before and suggests that the job will cost me $100 more. Stay away from this guy. Total waste of time.

I called early in AM for broken hot water heater.  He came to check out old heater then called back with estimate and had job totally completed by 1PM!!! Price was fair and workmanship fabulous.  All staff was pleasant and made sure not to leave a mess.
I have always used them and continually happy with all jobs.

Dan is great, friendly, informs you of the process in advance, listens to your concerns and wants, and is willing to come back to fix any issues.  Dan does quality work unlike many plumbers in the area.

I've had a bad experience with Bennett's Plumbing. I hired Richie Bennett to do a digging job in order to run a drain line from the street onto a lot which I own. I gave him a $1400 check which he cashed the same day. The work is not done.  It was never started.

  The job had a deadline.  The contract  states a completion date of May 25th 2011. It was imperitive that the job be completed before the city poured the new sidewalk. It is now a few weeks past the deadline. The sidewalks have been poured, therefore it is too late to do the work with out destroying the new cement.  

 I believe the plumber began with good intention but for whatever reason, the job was never done and Bennett has communicated nothing to me. I briefly spoke to his wife who said he intended to return my money.  He does not return my phone calls and he still has not returned my money although he did know where to pick it up.

P.S. I found this business at 2207 E. Boston St., not at the address displayed on the yelp listing.

Just to update you here are the images of the 50000 in damage Allied Energy Experts caused in our home from improper installation which caused catastrophic mold and ice damming-water pouring through our ceilings.  Seriously, this company has no business insulting anyone's home.  The furnace and air conditioner has been repaired numerous times and we have yet to pass any inspections...
