We had Ryan from RJD install our dishwasher and I couldn't be happier with the install. He seems to be a bit of a perfectionist and that is exactly what you want in a contractor.

These guys know what they're doing and they're fair. They're probably not the lowest priced around, but they stand by their work and promptly fix any issues (for no extra charge) that may come up from a mistake made by a new guy working for them. It's nice to find a contractor I feel I can trust.

Just finished a big gas line installation for us (adding a garage heater, converting an electric dryer set-up to gas, and doing a prep to convert our old electric HW heater to gas in the near future)--the crew was prompt, worked very quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Very little disruption to our household. Very pleased with their pricing and their willingness to break a complicated job into tiers to make things more affordable. Thanks!

Surprised to see so few reviews for Veteran. Excellent service and excellent work.
Chris initially came out to take an estimate for the project. He explained the solution well and offered an alternative. Provided tips in case I wanted to attempt a DIY which I ended up opting not to. Kelly and Bob were out the next week to complete the job.
Professional, transparent with pricing, and timely completion. Great communication as well. Would call again. Very satisfied.

I'm a little late in writing this review since the last work they did for me was over a year ago but since I just joined Yelp, I figure better late than never. I have used Russell Bros for several years now. The first time was when my regular plumber, let me down and left me abandoned with a broken / frozen pipe in my attic. Dennis managed to crawl over the fiberglass insulation and squeeze into a very small area to fix the pipe. I then hired him to replace my entire heater and with his help, I selected a super efficient Weil - McLean gas burner that is extremely high-tech. Dennis did a great job installing the system and my gas bill is now over 50% lower than it used to be.
Most importantly, they do the job when they say they will and they do it right. I have also found their pricing to be extremely fair. I highly recommend.

Our original quote was $1890 to replace a waste pipe. Our original request was very specific: We are under contract on the home and need to only to repair or replace a cast iron waste connector pipe located in our basement. All parts of the system were clearly visible during the time of the quote, so there were no hidden pipes.
In May of 2017 I had Dave Archer come to our house for an unknown leak. At that time he inspected all the first-floor bathroom pipes and was able to determine all the plumbing in that room was operational. The leak was from a faulty toilet connection in an upstairs bathroom. I was very happy with the replacement and customer service Dave provided represented by my original 5 stars.
However, the two service representatives who in July began to work on the project did not provide excellent service. They left us in the dark about the project and the growing costs after my repeated requests for an update at several points throughout the day. I was told several times let me finish this up and then we can discuss costs. This is unacceptable behavior!
My wife was home and made herself available the entire day to answer any questions. At only one time did their service representatives ask her for permission to move out of the original scope of the project. A kitchen line had come unglued at a connection point and needed to be repaired. She was told, Don't worry about it, I'll fix it and take care of you on the price. After this point is when the project went way beyond our approved scope. The servicemen took it upon themselves to start pulling out the cast iron pipes connected to first-floor toilet and replace the flange and all other parts without informing my wife.
When I arrived home I introduced myself and asked for an update and any change in cost. I was not looped in that the price was going out of the original estimate. As mentioned before I was told let me wrap this up, then we can discuss, but it was never discussed until after the unrequested/wanted work was completed.
When I began asking questions, the answers to me were suspect, as Dave from Archer had previously looked at the same exact plumbing lines and the same toilet in the first-floor bathroom and determined they were not leaking. The project was already far beyond the original scope and all the original lines had been cut or pulled, and yet we had not been informed of a price change or consulted in how we wanted the technician to proceed. If at any point we had been informed of the astronomically growing price, or asked about replacing the toilet flange, sink, toilet in line, or any of the other items that were done without our approval, we would have told them to not continue to go beyond the scope! Only after the project was completed was I told about a leaking sink line, which never had an issue with and had passed several inspections, a leaking toilet line, a leaking toilet connection. None of these had ever been an issue before, nor did they show signs of moisture prior to the work being done on 7/17. They have been checked by not only an Archer plumber but also a home inspector, and no issues were previously noted. I informed the technician that he was more than double the original estimate and his only answer was It got complicated in there. Several times I heard him reprimand his apprentice for wasting time, moving but not doing anything, and not speeding up the job. I believe that this apprentice may have caused damage during the job and I am being charged for his errors.
After trying to figure out how I was being charged I was blown away that I was being charged more than $420 per hour for labor? There was no itemization of the cost of the parts used, nor was I told exactly how the $3890 was arrived at, after the $1890 estimate.
Additionally, the job was not done correctly. Where there was no leak before Archer's service, there is now a leak. This required me to hire another plumber to repair this leak. Thankfully my neighbor was excellent at plumbing repairs and fixed the issue and didn't charge me!
After work was completed I was bullied with many phone calls because I only paid the original quoted amount and told them I would get back to them about any amount above the original quote. The phone calls and messages became increasingly threatening around collections and attempting to derail the sale of my home that was in progress. This was less than 2 weeks after the job was completed!!! I have since moved out of the house and had a few months to reflect on how much more stressful Archer Plumbing made the sale of my home. If you are looking for a plumber in East Brunswick, I would avoid them at all costs!

We recently worked with Queen B when looking for someone specializing in high velocity AC systems to come do a routine service check. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. Thank you Queen B team!

I have NEVER hired anyone to do any work without seeing good reviews from at least two different sources. Until today, out of desperation, when I called this company and Eric (bless him) was able to come the same day to install a dishwasher that the scheduled installer left sitting in the middle of my kitchen (a rant for another day). My 150-yr old home has been in a state of renovation for 10 years so I've had more service people than I can remember. I tend to stick with good people when I find them because it takes up lots of time doing research first.
Eric told me when he could come, called 30 minutes out and showed up on time. He and helper introduced themselves, worked quickly and efficiently, and I paid a fair price (a little less than the price of the installer who didn't do the job and slightly more than the Amazon installation that I couldn't get scheduled soon enough). He gives a warranty for his work, communicates well and is pleasant and professional. My only suggestion (tiny complaint) is that it took over an hour to get an unexpected part. I realize that the small guys can't always have a well-stocked truck like bigger businesses, but I wonder if paying slightly more for small parts at the local hardware store might be worth it given how much a business owner's time is worth? Just a thought. Overall, I highly recommend them. I'm happy to support a new small businessman in my neighborhood!

Mike came out quickly and replaced my garbage disposal for a reasonable price. I have two sinks, and he was also able to move the disposal to the other sink for me, again for a reasonable price. Very happy, will use county line again.

I've hired plumbers in the past that have ripped me off - but Anthony Sweeney Plumbing is everything you would hope to find in a plumber - honest, good work and fairly priced. I had them out to do a faucet installation in my kitchen (which I bought at a large box store), and also handled some small plumbing repairs on our master bedroom bath, both of the faucets and the shower. Less than $200 for the whole job. Also got some advice on doing some of my own small repairs / maintenance stuff (DON'T DO IT!!!)... nah, really some good hints! I'm having them out again soon, to install a gas line to our new gas range, and hook up a new dishwasher.
Good people. Call them if you live in eastern Montgomery county.

Dan was one of a few plumbers I contacted for quotes to have gas valves installed for the dryer, stove, and to replace the connection to the hose out in front of my parent's home. He came out quickly to assess the work, provided me with an estimate via email, and we scheduled quickly. On the day of service he was on time and I was pleased with his professionalism, the work he completed, and his patience answering the 1000 questions I had for him. I have no complaints.

I've had a bad experience with Bennett's Plumbing. I hired Richie Bennett to do a digging job in order to run a drain line from the street onto a lot which I own. I gave him a $1400 check which he cashed the same day. The work is not done. It was never started.
The job had a deadline. The contract states a completion date of May 25th 2011. It was imperitive that the job be completed before the city poured the new sidewalk. It is now a few weeks past the deadline. The sidewalks have been poured, therefore it is too late to do the work with out destroying the new cement.
I believe the plumber began with good intention but for whatever reason, the job was never done and Bennett has communicated nothing to me. I briefly spoke to his wife who said he intended to return my money. He does not return my phone calls and he still has not returned my money although he did know where to pick it up.
P.S. I found this business at 2207 E. Boston St., not at the address displayed on the yelp listing.

I spent $15,000 replacing my entire HVAC systems ( furnace, compressor, Hot water) around October of last year. There were some issues with Nick the sales person, he said some things that didn't pan out. We had scheduling issues too. After installation I waited a couple of months for the township approval. Nothing. I emailed them, said the holidays were near and would get back to me. Nothing.
Emailed them again today June 2nd 2020, 8 months after installation, they said accountant office have been closed, they will look into it. Unbelievable!
They have zero customer service support. Not a single call from them checking up on service. I will never use them again.i spent
