Followed through in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would hire again.

Great family owned plumbing company. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. They did a great job at my home for a new bathroom and washroom. Polite and professional

Thank you to EnviroSafe and Howard for saving our Thanksgiving. After a water leak under our kitchen sink around 4 pm the night before, and calling multiple plumbers who all were unavailable until it would be too late, EnviroSafe saved the day and had someone to our house within a couple hours. Not only did he fix the leak, but he fixed the angle of the pipe (which had been a problem for a while) and everything was perfect when he left. He explained everything and took care to keep our house clean while he worked. The cost was fair for the work done and the timing and was provided up front.

Roland and his cousin Benjamin were awesome!
I used Roland's services 2 years ago to unclog a main line in the back and now the sewer line in the front gave me problems!
Fortunately, he squeezed me into his busy day on a moment's notice and worked well after sundown to finish the job.
He's got a client for life :-)
... and his side kick Benjamin wasn't half bad either ;-)

We had an emergency where our bathroom started leaking into our dining room -- on a Sunday. Joseph came out right away. Turned out we had a cracked stack that involved gutting the bathroom and dining room. Joseph hand-held us through all the steps that would happen, gave estimates that turned out to be spot-on, and recommended a fantastic contractor to repair the dining room and parts of the bathroom.
Joseph's crew are really good fellows and really nice guys. They worked their butts off in the middle of a hot summer in a sweltering, small space.
Above all in an age where so many contractors are remarkably bad communicators, this is where Joseph particularly shines. He pretty much called me every day that he wasn't on site, even on weekends.
When we had a minor issue 6 months later, he was out the next day and fixed it at no charge.
This is no average Joe. He's excellent Joe.

These guys (Chris & Brent) are great! Twice I have needed Burnside Plumbing and twice they have come through. Last week, my basement toilet was non-functional with sewage backing up onto my bathroom floor. My main sewer line was clogged. 100+ feet, snaking for four hours cleared it out, success! Thank you!

I think it's a shame that the bad review is listed first here. Last year I had a similar experience with them but this year things are different. I had a leak in my kitchen and I couldn't get my plumber out so I called Star. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it reasonably. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up. Last night, I got another leak from my 3rd floor and I just called them and they are accommodating my schedule. I'll write a review after the service.

Bill installed a new water heater for me over a holiday weekend years ago. He didn't know me, it was my first contact with him and his staff. He was respectful, prompt, reasonably priced and efficient. Bill and his crew have been back to my house for a backed-up sink and the installation of a new home heater. Each interaction was the same, respectful, prompt, timely and with high quality work. I highly recommend Bill and his company.

What an incredible experience working with Joe and the Attilio team. Very responsive and supportive in addressing a couple questions I had with a rental property. If I need any help in the future, I will definitely reach out to them again. I couldn't be more happy in working with them.

Will never use them again! Both Vince and John were very nice and showed up when they were scheduled to. The work seems to be done well, my complaint, they took forever to do a simple job. He would not give me an estimate to install a water filter but said it wouldn't take long. Even though they charge $125 an hour I decided to use them because of their A+ rating and I like to support neighborhood businesses. After all how long should it take for a master plumber to finish a simple straightforward job. Well now I know why they don't give estimates .... It took him 4 hrs to finish the job. I was also charged a ridiculous amount for the parts he used. All in all I feel totally taken advantage of.

We just had a gas leak (existing old lines) and of course called McLoughlin. They came out on a Sunday and confirmed the leak. The next day they sent two plumbers who located two small leaks (had to put compressed air through the lines in order to find them). Once found they replaced the leaking lines and our house is once again safe!

They came when they said they would, stuck to the quote and their workers were polite, informative , and efficient.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They were recommended by a neighbor. Replaced my 40 gallon gas Bradford White water heater. Work looks good, upgraded chimney from a 3 inch to 4 inch line; ended up costing $1250 for the job. Was a little surprised to find the empty cardboard carton from the new water heater in my recycling, but broke the box down and hauled it out. Nice job, nothing to rave about.

These guys did a great job. Next day consultation and speedy service. I just bought a home in the area and needed my (older) steam heater maintenanced - and they got it up and running in no time. They were very thorough and even came to check up a few days later for pipe leaks.
