Recently had Mike Ammouri from Drainmen Plumbing out for emergency service. The service I received was prompt, friendly, clean, and fair. He is truly a Master Plumber. He solved my problem, explained all of his actions in great detail and gave me advice for future prevention. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again Mike!

Mike and his team were great. I had my upstairs bathroom redone, they replaced the toilet, vanity, lights and painted.  Bathroom looks really nice-- did any awesome job.

My parents have used Harker plumbing for years and now that I am a home owner in Philadelphia I use them as well. You cannot go wrong using them.

We had used Albert Ellis team to repair some duct work a few months ago and had a great experience. Our air went out last night so I called right at 8 am when they opened. Tony's plumbing services came up in a Google search in the zip code in which I needed work. He responded promptly to my many questions and messages regarding scheduling, pricing, diagnosis, and prevention of the problems related to the quick toilet rebuild that he did in my investment property. Pricing was fair and my tenant was happy with his professionalism. Would recommend and hire again!

I am having a septic issue.  I need to hook up with the township now.  Bummer.  I was given Keith Klein's name by the township I live in.  I checked with my normal general contractor and he approved Keith too.  The estimate was very fair and less than a few other estimates I received.  I am most grateful that he responded to my call quickly and that he came out quickly for the consult cause I was in a rush to get the job done.  Thanks.  Appreciated.

We had Sunny's Services install a water heater recently.  Not only did Josh do an excellent and thorough job at a very fair price, he but was very respectful, knowledgeable and hardworking.  The owner was extremely responsive and truly cares about customer satisfaction and building long term relationships with his customer base.  They will be installing a well water filter for us shortly at a fair price again and we expect to have another very positive experience.  We will continue using this company for future projects. I have been a 20 year customer of Len Schmidt; first in my residence in HaddonHeights and now with my rental duplex. They are reliable and responsive- invaluable to me as a landlord. I can count on them to work with me, respond quickly , and do a thorough job.

We have called on Goffredo Plumbing several times over the past few years, and they have always been courteous, professional, and reliable.  When you call, an actual person answers the phone, and they have always been on time.  They are honest, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with.

We have a Bosch tankless water heater, that was not working intermittently. We call Bosch and they asked that we call one of their local certified technicians. Of all the Bosch certified technicians GJ Stimmler was the only one within the right radius of service and were able to come.  Andrew Stimmler, on the first visit came and opened up the heater to diagnose the problem and had to call Bosch to troubleshoot it. After 3 hours of troubleshooting he told me that after talking with Bosch, I needed to change some parts which he already told Bosch about, and I just had to call Bosch and pay for it, which I did right away. He closed up all the parts and I noticed that he didn't connect the water connection back to the unit, and when asked he just connected it back without any explanation and left.

Issue 1: After he left, I opened a faucet in the bathroom and the hot water heater started leaking all over!! When I called him back he didn't respond for a long time, and finally after sending a video of my leaking like a waterfall unit, he finally told me that while opening up the unit, the o-ring broke the seal, and tried to blame me for asking him to connect the water back on (even though he never explained to me in the first place why he wanted to leave the water disconnected or that he broke the o-ring seal during diagnosis). He refused to come back to fix the problem and just gave me instructions on how to disconnect the water from the unit and put a bucket underneath to collect the leaky water!! I had already paid him for 3 hours worth of work, and now I had a leaky unit with a bucket underneath!!! He refused to come back to fix it that day or day after, and said he would come only after the parts arrived.

Issue 2: After the parts arrived, we scheduled a day for him to come replace the faulty parts and fix the unit. He doesnt come himself but sends 2 of his employees, who arrive about 2 hrs late without as much as a courtesy call to inform me they were delayed or arriving late. Once they arrived they informed me that the parts that arrived were the wrong parts!!! Mind you, Andrew and Bosch made the call on what parts were ordered, and I just called in to pay for it. When I made a comment that, between Andrew Stimmler and Bosch they had to figure it out, and get the right parts, he said what I said was offensive and quit the job!! I had to call again to beg him to tell me what the right parts were so I could call Bosch to order and find some other plumber to fix this!! So, he basically caused my water heater to leak, didnt tell me about it, worked with Bosch to order the wrong parts and then quits because I had the audacity to call him out on his mistakes!! Now I am stuck because there is no other plumber who is knowledgeable of Bosch Tankless Heaters within my service area. I have to now look at options to replace my entire unit!!

Andrew Stimmler is a blight on any honest, hard-working plumber and please avoid him at all costs!!

I have to precede this with the disclaimer that I am a friend of the owner since before he started on his own with All Better Plumbing and I won't trust anyone else to do plumbing work at my house. I trust ABP because they offer prompt, honest and professional service at reasonable prices. And everyone I have recommended to ABP have been extremely satisfied.

This is a follow-up of my previous reviews of James-Michael Fay as my last one was in 2015 and we still are very happy with their services.  It is very hard to find people who are still ambitious in doing their job and really care about the customer.
