We had to hire a different electrician just to undo the damage done by Urbana. They then billed us for services not even performed.  

Total Scum. Terrible service. False charges. Do NOT Use!!!!!

Great work at great pricing. I didn't know where to start. They gave me great ideas and vision and then built my dreams.

I have used the men of Brownie Electric three times in the last six months (all for different unrelated issues) and my daughter has used them several times as well.  This time was a surprise and Wendell Brown was able to come out within a few hours.  Wonderful service.  On time.  Personable.  Skilled.  They are in my book of who to call.  Previously Avery Brown has come out.  Great company!

There is not a more professional company out there for electrical service. Arrives on time, tells you exactly the cost before continuing, and completes the project fully.  If they did other services in addition to electric I'd be set.

Dave is prompt and arrived within the time frame he promised.  He is very knowledgeable on the Insinkerator products and completed the work quickly and the area was left immaculate.  He also pointed out that one of my parts was recalled last year and provided me with the information for a replacement.  Thanks again for your help!

Needed a part that we could not find anywhere. Charlie found the part for us, installed and had us on our way in 15 minutes. Good people.

I had an excellent experience. They responded promptly and followed up with price quotes quickly. The work was scheduled quickly and they were in and out in a day and were very clean. I found them to be very reasonable price wise as well. I highly recommend them.

Elliott changed out a dining room light, ceiling fan and a wifi smart dimmer.  His prices were fair and he explained everything to me before and during.  He was very pleasant and made sure to clean up before he left.

Called Ben's ProServ this morning because my AC went out at 4am last night. These guys came out the same day and fixed my Standard AC Unit! Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the Technician. Cost I thought was a bit high because I priced the parts but these guys were awesome. Thanks for making my home bearable again. Much recommended! I wish I could've gave the Tech a tip but I'm tapped out. Lol.

McCall's roughed-in the plumbing for a new bathroom on the 2nd floor of my rowhouse. Tyrone McCall was very polite and accommodating. I was very happy with their work. While the job created a good amount of dust and dirt (anyone who has ever had to cut through plaster & lathe, and brick knows how messy that can be)  Tyrone and his crew left the house just as it was before they showed up to do the work.
