My garbage disposal needed to be replaced.  Alex took out the old one and installed a new one I had already purchased. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  The job was done in no time at all.

Bob's knowledge of plumbing exceeds anything I could've ever expected from a plumber at his rates. The savings that I experience with Bob allowed me to get a little extra work done without going over budget and I would believe anyone would appreciate that.

Jason is a pleasure to work with-- I had called him after getting his coupon in the money mailer bc I was afraid that I had a major problem with my toilet.  He was on time, showed me his plumbing license, and spent a lot of time with me, Answering all of my questions.  Luckily, the problem wasn't a problem after all.   He is also not the kind of plumber whose gonna charge you an arm and a leg, which I really respect and appreciate in this day and age. Now I know in the future, who to call, if and when there is a problem! He also rescues dogs and other animals, which to me, is a win win. I would recommend him to anyone.

If I could give these guys 1000 stars I would! After calling another plumber and being told our clogged drain could only be fixed by a $4500 pipe replacement (including tearing up walls), Kerry and Roy came to our rescue!! They took the time to REALLY investigate the problem and resolved it with no need for tearing down walls and for a FRACTION of the cost - and did all of it with smiles on their faces and an unmatched professionalism. Their price was soooo reasonable that I actually made them charge me more for it! We've been through a dozen plumbers in Philadelphia and will never again use anyone but them!

Bought AC and Heating Systems From Them, So Spent Thousands Of Dollars.  Afterwards Tried Setting Up Appt. For Someone To Come Out For Maintenance and The Custiomer Service Department Was Horrible - Speaking To Me With Attitude.  Plenty of Better Businesses To Go To That Appreciate Their Customers.

Great experience with Lucas this weekend.  Had a clogged main drain and called the emergency number. Got a response on a Sat morning in 20 minutes. It was fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost.

I knew Joe from a large project he did at his prior job. I decided to reach out when I needed some work, knowing that he had his own business. Joe has been both responsive, fast and communicates problems and solutions clearly. Compared to others on the main line, I also consider his prices competitive and fair. He will complete the work on time and as promised with a team of professionals. This is inconsistent with the general tendency of main line contractors to over charge. I will call Joe back for future plumbing needs.

Thank you for such responsive and excellent service.  I am extremely satisfied with my experience.  My tenant called me on a Sunday complaining of a toilet leaking from the first floor into the basement.  I called Bukowski Plumbing and spoke to Robert.  They arrived at the house at the agreed upon time, repairs were completed perfectly, and the price was fair.  I'm so happy I called Bukowski Plumbing, they are now my new plumbing service!

I interviewed three Plumbers from Yelp and Joe Walsh had the job as soon as he began speaking. Speedy, Professional, Affordable and Downright Charming, Joe arrived with my new garbage disposal under his arm. He made quick work of the job while he entertained me and charged less than his (English as a second language) competitors. Now, I have a Brand New Garbage Disposal and a Great New Plumber.  Thanks Joe !

Great service from this company - even on a Saturday. They fixed my ancient AC and the repairman even ran over to the hardware store to get the correct filter.

It's been a few years since my first experience with Horizon, but now as I'm getting ready to replace my HVAC unit in a new home and going through the process again, I feel compelled to remind as many people as I can of what  terrible company this is.  

For the love of God please choose any other HVAC company on the East coast for quote on an install of a replacement system for your home.  The whole experience was high pressure and worse than buying a used car.  Absolutely atrocious sales tactics.  How many times do you have to come to my house to give me a price?        

I cannot help but cringe at the misinformed, vulnerable potential clients this place preys upon.  Do yourself a favor and shop around.  They wanted to charge me over $11K for a Lennox heat pump (swap out of an existing unit) on a 1500 sf town home, which is only a 2.5 ton unit!  Get outta here!  Made the mistake of calling them once, and will never, never, NEVER make that mistake again.

Had a toilet that was slow to drain and kept getting clogged. Called Tinneny and within less than an hour later they were here to fix the issue.  Super nice and very quick! Would recommend highly!

Shawn (my plumber for the day) was rude, unprofessional and they left a hugh gaping hole at the curb with a comment thats your job! Had to get another cement person to fix the hole More$$$$$

I had a serious sewer line clog that my regular plumber was not equipped to fix. He recommended Mr. D's. I called Friday evening- they came out Saturday morning. They gave me a window of 11-2 and were there by 11:30. they snaked out the line, gave me advice about tree root control and were done within a half an hour. They were knowledgeable, polite and responsive.
