Keith performed the testing of my backflow prevention assembly. Keith was on vacation, but he answered my call and booked the service right after getting back. He called me an hour before the scheduled time, arrived on time, and completed the testing in just 15 minutes. The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren't moving from the area, we'd keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

Jeff and the entire team are extremely professional and very competent. There prices are competitive. We've had them do four jobs so far: Whole house humidification. Sump pump system advice and replacement and the gas portions of a whole house generator. We've also used them for a very simple drain cleaning.

They ALWAYS are on time, they do exactly what they say they will, they take care of your house (drop cloth's, shoe covers etc) and they do high quality work.

I have used roger ross 3 times so far. Every time he did a great job. His guys were very professional and always explained what needed to be done. They gave me there opinion  on things I should do and things I dont have to do right away. Great company to work with!

The plumbers are here as I'm typing this review. A gentleman named Harold came out this morning. I explained the issues I'm having-my toilet is constantly running or gurgling or making dripping noises in turns and there is some water damage on the ceiling of the second floor bathroom that is likely originating from the third floor bathroom. He says that it's likely not a plumbing issue but poor tile work which is causing water to slowly leak down from my third floor shower. He said caulking around the tub will likely fix that which I can do myself. As for the toilet, he quoted me $240 (which allegedly included a discount). I figured OK that's more than I thought it would be but fine. When the two men came to fix the toilet they were polite. When they went to fix the toilet, they told me that I should replace the parts in the tank as well to stop the constant running. I asked whether that was what I had already contracted and paid for them to do. They said no and that it'd be an additional $85 to do the work. I called the company to get an explanation and was told I would need to pay the additional money. I feel hustled and angry. I'm allowing them to fix the problem at the additional cost because I can't afford to take another morning off of work to have this taken care of. They seem to know their trade and hopefully their work resolves the issue. Be wary if you use their services. Make sure you know exactly what you're paying for them to fix before you sign any papers.

They were very pleasant to work with and Rich was so helpful. Came out at 10 pm on a Saturday evening to clear a clogged drain. He was quick and very professional. The price was super reasonable for a Saturday night emergency service. Absolutely great company to work with.

I have used Masciantonio for all of  my plumbing needs and have never been disappointed.  I just had a gas line installed for my outside grill.  Rick came in gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) - he was the one who showed up to do the work as well.  He was in and out in 2 hours!  Excellent workmanship, was on time - nothing but the highest praise!

I want to thank Graham from Wolfschmidt's for taking the time to resolve a problem with our AC unit that another HVAC person from less than a year ago and a home inspector from 15 months ago missed.  Our AC unit is in the attic so not so easy to access but both of the other paid professionals should have easily discovered the problem.  Graham was extremely professional and Wolfschmidt is fortunate to have this talented young man in their employ.

Horrible. Great at advertising. Horrible at actually doing work. Charged $500 to install a garbage disposal and I had to have another plumber come and fix the shoddy work. Charged hundreds to fix an outside spiquot and I am now calling another plumber to fix their work.

Horrible company and terrible owner.  Blocks up the street for hours and refuses to move vehicles.  Disrespectful and to neighbors. Told me today he doesn't care because he owns the whole block and is making money.

New system,,,  customer service Troy stood by the company and has completely resolved all issues and Dave Geiger owner..should be proud to have him handling customer concerns, Techs, Dan, Dave, Joel did an outstanding job, courteous, works hard, and tries to do the job right..

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I'm a young homeowner. Here are the prices he charged me in case you're wondering if he's an honest businessperson:

$500 to replace a bathroom faucet
$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)
$225 to replace a fill valve in the toilet

If you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.
