Keith performed the testing of my backflow prevention assembly. Keith was on vacation, but he answered my call and booked the service right after getting back. He called me an hour before the scheduled time, arrived on time, and completed the testing in just 15 minutes. I recommend Keith for his professional service, excellent communication, and great value.

Your plumber, Shawn, was courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions (he definitely didn't get annoyed like my husband would have!). The work was completed with the utmost of care and I really appreciated the fact that he double checked that everything was working a couple of times.

Scheduling was an easy and pleasant experience. The scheduler even called to let me know that Mark would arrive early. When Mark arrived he went right to it. He was pleasant, personable, he listened to our concerns. Mark didn't stop until he found the leak, he explained what/where it was, how he would go about repairs, then gave us options on how to proceed. We never felt pressured. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub replaced today. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours. Oh, did I mention that the price was very reasonable?! In the past two weeks, we had two plumbers come out who wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the repairs in my bathroom...Really!
I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for reliability, professionalism, personable, reasonable, and a never give up attitude. You guys are the BEST!! Saying bye-bye to those other plumbers. For good.

Jeff and the entire team are extremely professional and very competent. There prices are competitive. We've had them do four jobs so far: Whole house humidification. Sump pump system advice and replacement and the gas portions of a whole house generator. We've also used them for a very simple drain cleaning.

They ALWAYS are on time, they do exactly what they say they will, they take care of your house (drop cloth's, shoe covers etc) and they do high quality work.

Completely recommend.

I called Roger Ross Plumbing at the recommendation of a neighbor.  The Patriarch has his own bathroom next to his bedroom, this is good because at almost 87 years of age and with declining mobility, he needs this. Dad's toilet had been clogging on and off, and we decided it was time for a professional.  

Plumber came out on Friday, two days ago,  and fixed the toilet.  This morning it clogs again, and we can't get it unclogged.  We called and had to leave a message. I explained what happened and that they were just here.  

I get a text back from Marina, and, well, see the screenshots.  The earliest they say they can come back is this THURSDAY 4/15 and no, I can't speak to anyone until tomorrow about this.  

This is completely unacceptable and terrible service.  It would be one thing if they hadn't JUST BEEN HERE to fix this exact problem.  

Don't use them.  Anyone who would think it's just fine to leave a mobility challenged senior citizen with a waste filled toilet for four days that they just fixed should not be in business.

Complete disaster of a company.  DO NOT USE THEM.  They came out to fix a clogged drain.  The guys that came out then broke the line and ran out of the house saying they couldn't fix the clog.  They broke the drain line which caused a leak in my ceiling.  The owner then came out and said his guys didn't cause this but would give me my money back and walk away or he could redo the bathroom for a real good price.  The bathroom was a bit old, so I decide to use them.  I was happy with the work and ready to move on.  However a year later I get a call from my tenants that the ceiling is leaking.  I call guaranteed plumbing to see if my work was under warranty.  It was three days past a one year warranty.  They send someone out to clear the drains!  Of course this didn't work.  I went over with a friend and tore out the still leaking and damaged ceiling.  I found my leak.  When guaranteed plumbing installed the new pipes they had to cut a joist.  However it was clear that a saw blade had knicked my copper pipe.  Causing a slow steady leak!!!  This company screwed up and left my house in a mess.  I had to get someone with some common sense and decency to fix it.  NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

They were very pleasant to work with and Rich was so helpful. Came out at 10 pm on a Saturday evening to clear a clogged drain. He was quick and very professional. The price was super reasonable for a Saturday night emergency service. Absolutely great company to work with.

I have used Masciantonio for all of  my plumbing needs and have never been disappointed.  I just had a gas line installed for my outside grill.  Rick came in gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) - he was the one who showed up to do the work as well.  He was in and out in 2 hours!  Excellent workmanship, was on time - nothing but the highest praise!

The contractor stopped by to ask if I was still pleased with the AC unit they installed a month ago. How many contractors ever do that?
The AC works fine and does a good job cooling and removing the humidity of our 100 year old house. Awesome!

Had  condensation leaking on to an electrical connection. Doug diagnosed the problem explained the solution and fixed the problem. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable.  I would like to add that the service call was on Thanksgiving Day.  Great job. Doug!!!!!

Horrible company and terrible owner.  Blocks up the street for hours and refuses to move vehicles.  Disrespectful and to neighbors. Told me today he doesn't care because he owns the whole block and is making money.

Be sure to ask for Jeff for your plumbing service. He was very kind and honest. A true asset to this company. He fixed the leak on my fixture and answered all my questions

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I'm a young homeowner. Here are the prices he charged me in case you're wondering if he's an honest businessperson:

$500 to replace a bathroom faucet
$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)
$225 to replace a fill valve in the toilet

If you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.
