The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Called at 8 am for plugged toilet needing fixed today. I had to call them back at 3:40 pm to hear they can't make it today!

I called to get a quote on a service and got a call back the very same day and scheduled the work for the next day. The price came in lower than expected and Sam was only at the house for 30 min. Exceeded my expectations for a plumbing service. Called another local provider and was told the service window was pushed out 2 weeks.

We had a failing heat pump water heater that needed replacement. Ohio Water Heaters is one of the companies we contacted for an opinion and quote, and we ended up going with them when we found out they had great familiarity with this type of water heater. I am not a water heater expert (ha), but it is my understanding that the heat pump is a more recent addition, relatively speaking, to water heater technology, so it was nice to find folks who were comfortable and well versed with them. They were also great to work with. To my complete awe, only one person showed up and both hauled the heavy old one up the stairs and out, and then took the heavy new one right back down. Very impressive. The work was great, and they handled disposal of the old one (heat pump water heaters can't be put out on the curb like traditional ones).

Scheduling and communication was excellent, and they showed up in the window we had been provided, with a call ahead of time that they were on the way.

And, we're very happy with the new water heater so far, which is working well!

Extremely professional.  Very open and honest pricing.  We had a toilet that was constantly running and getting clogged.  Mike gave us some options and pricing up front.  He also gave us some prevention tips for the future.

Very pleased with the work that was done.  Courteous and professional service.  Requested service for a leaking showerhead in the master bathroom.  I purchased parts myself to repair, but the screw holding the handle had corroded and I stripped it to a point where there was nothing to grab onto.  Frustrated I finally decided to seek professional help and I got it with A. Mann Plumbing.  Nick came out to my house about 10 minutes before the schedule appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. He was able to get the shower faucet handle off and still keep it in tact.  He was also able to find a replacement screw in his truck to put the handle back on.

I was thrilled that he was more than willing to use the parts I had purchased and install them himself.  I was able to save money by not having to purchase a new handle since he did a great job of removing it and I didn't have to buy new parts to fix the leak.  So much thanks to A. Mann Plumbing for that.

I also appreciate they were able to give me a scheduled appointment time.  I had an appointment scheduled with another company, but they were only able to provide me a 5 hour window.  A. Mann even called me the day before to ask if I wanted to move my appointment up to then, but I wouldn't have been able to make it home in time.

Job took 45 min. Charged me for an hour and a half plus service call for another $30. Claim they get paid for the time it takes them to get from last job to next. The joke being, the territory they cover is small. And should only take 15 minutes to get anywhere from the last job. Therefore the very least overcharged me for 30 minutes. Then when I had an issue and they came back out, they still wanted to charge me even though they did the install and it wasn't functioning correctly.

Travis from EcoPlumber is very professional and knowledgeable of his subject. He had at his disposal state of the art equipment to diagnose plumbing problems. He explains all issues thoroughly and makes sure that I understood what he was talking about. Excellent work.

I called in at 6, Tim was out here at 8, done by 8:30. He delivered at the quoted price, and beat the other company I had out here by $120.

I'm incredibly impressed with their service and will not hesitate to call them again.

I highly recommend Hesson plumbing. They completed some work at my home for leaks. They were masked and Covid sensitive. In addition, they were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I feel much better about the plumbing in my home.
In addition, they are using today's technology and apps to make the appointment and payment process easy. Their prices are also reasonable for the quality of service they perform. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

The water main broke on a Saturday, flooding my basement.  I phoned another business I have used in the past and they could not come until Monday afternoon, when they could send an estimator.  Mind you, I would be without water until they could come out.  Fortunately I was given the name of Emergency Plumbing Service and when I called I was quoted a price and they came out immediately and fixed the broken line.  They were also very reasonable!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price!

This company gave me a quote of over 2000 dollars to replace a standard natural gas water heater.This was for replacement during normal business hours. After several calls to other plumbing companies the average price was around 1200 dollars or less. Always best to shop around to make sure you are getting an honest quote and not being ripped off.

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

AMAZING! Came home to a broken valve on my hot water tank, Chris tried talking me through repairs over picture texts and on the phone but of course I had more issues and required a brand new valve. Friday night, 9pm, he came over and foxed it so quickly, so professionally and also gave me a heads up on other issues he noticed while checking out my other water stuff downstairs. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And will be calling if ever needed again! Very handsome too! :)
