We are owners of a property that is located 524 miles from where we live. It needed some work so I started googling. I had called a few other businesses but Apex's response time was almost immediate and with a fair price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the property has now been rented. Thanks Apex.

Once upon a time my tankless water heater stopped working and I searched the world of Columbus over for quotes on a new heater. I needed a company with flexibility with a  flare of tech savvy and virtual visit options. I filled out contact form after contact form and was told pictures weren't enough and someone would have to come onsite.

Until I connected with Mike of OWH.

Words can't describe how incredible my experience has been with OWH. I sent Mike a picture of my current set up and confidently talked through my options. I wanted to virtually show him the space and we were able to swiftly move to a video call. Mike understood my needs and made an excellent project recommendation. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and I LOVE that OWH has a dedicated client website and utilizes text reminders for the appointment and to notify you of when your tech(s) are on the way.

Austin and Chris were assigned to me job and are great! They answered my billions of questions with style and grace.

The checkout process was fantastic as well. I was impressed to see that they use an iPad checkout process. I immediately received an invoice that included details on my warranties. Bonus - I didn't have to register my product; Mike did it all for me!

Our water heater began leaking after only having it for three years. We called Michael at 5:00pm on a Friday and by 8:00pm on Saturday we had a state of the art tankless water heater installed and running. Michael clearly knows the  products he is installing and walked my wife and I through what kind of maintenance we needed to do to ensure it lasts 20 plus years. Highly recommend McDermott Plumbing and if we ever need his services again we will defiantly be reaching out to him.

Trevor did a great job! He came in through our warranty for a toilet issue that he quickly remedied and also discovered some unrelated issues with our water heating and piping in our basement. He is very detailed in his work and in noticing areas to improve the plumbing. Much appreciated!

Very pleased with the work that was done.  Courteous and professional service.  Requested service for a leaking showerhead in the master bathroom.  I purchased parts myself to repair, but the screw holding the handle had corroded and I stripped it to a point where there was nothing to grab onto.  Frustrated I finally decided to seek professional help and I got it with A. Mann Plumbing.  Nick came out to my house about 10 minutes before the schedule appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. He was able to get the shower faucet handle off and still keep it in tact.  He was also able to find a replacement screw in his truck to put the handle back on.

I was thrilled that he was more than willing to use the parts I had purchased and install them himself.  I was able to save money by not having to purchase a new handle since he did a great job of removing it and I didn't have to buy new parts to fix the leak.  So much thanks to A. Mann Plumbing for that.

I also appreciate they were able to give me a scheduled appointment time.  I had an appointment scheduled with another company, but they were only able to provide me a 5 hour window.  A. Mann even called me the day before to ask if I wanted to move my appointment up to then, but I wouldn't have been able to make it home in time.

Plumbing one came out to help us in a pinch. They were knowledgeable, quick, and didn't break the bank. I highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs.

We had a small leak in a shower drain on 3rd floor. I called G & M because their site indicated they are a family owned company and I knew with this type of job it required a company that will care about the needs of homeowners with small but important jobs, as well as the larger projects they handle. Brian came over and assessed the work, and told me it was a fairly simple job. Another plumber i called told me I needed to rip out the bathroom, shower tray and glass doors and re-do the entire tile/tray set up. Brian came over a couple of days later, and fixed the problem within 2 hours. He was congenial, professional, efficient and clean. I highly recommend calling G & M for your needs.

I had a water pipe burst during the cold front 2 weeks ago. Being a new home owner, I was a bit panicked. I called numerous plumbers thru out Columbus, who were no doubt all swamped with similar issues, but Eco Plumber was by far the most accommodating to my and their busy schedule. Roselyn, their secretary, was so very sweet and a delight to talk to. Braun, the plumber who came out, was very informative and helpful, and just an all-around nice guy. The entire staff was very professional, prompt, and kind. A lot can be said for the care they take in doing their job. No doubt I will be returning to Eco Plumbers for any future plumbing needs.

My 1990 home is still under warranty from the seller. I was pleased they connected me with a local plumbing company with a good reputation. Tim was out to do the repair within 3 hours from when the company called him.

I had a cracked part on my sump pump that was both leaking & spraying water into the middle of the basement floor each time the pump ran. It started small and I could collect the leaks in a 1 gal tub to dump out. Fortunately it was a standard part and Tim had it in his truck and replaced the old piece in 10 minutes! Hooray I didn't have to get up every hour at night to  empty the water until he could come back the next day with parts. I also took the opportunity to ask about moving my washer dryer from upstairs to the basement. He gave me info about the existing plumbing, how it would need to be modified and even a ballpark figure of what it would cost to put in a half bath in that area. He was friendly, polite and very efficient.

These guys are the best! Everything from the appointment through payment can be done on your phone. They show up on time, assess the situation and get it resolved quickly. We have an older home in Reynoldsburg and have had drain problems. We have used Hesson twice this year and both times they fixed the problem quickly and with a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Hesson Plumbing.

The business title says most everything, but I'd also add good communication and easy to work with. I was needing some work done on a property I was selling, and the company responded promptly to my inquiry on Yelp to help me gage the cost of the repair. The actual cost was slightly elevated because of increased complexity, but overall I was still satisfied on affordability and professionalism.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional plumbing company I've dealt with. The owner who came by for the estimate was extremely easy-going and friendly. He walked me through the job from beginning to end, and they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling.

Technician was great. Professional and courteous. Have used them several times and have been impressed every time. Oh yeah, there prices are great.

Cruikshank Plumbing deceptive sales practice: lower estimate by omitting part of work through use of technical terms, pad your bill w/o explanation after work have started.

CLB Plumbing replaced my water heater. They were everything I wanted in a plumber...offered thorough explanation, clean, professional, and dependable. I will be using again if anything else comes up.
