I had a small plumbing issue in my new house, and Drainbusters came out ASAP to help me out! Ian even recommended an easier fix than I thought it was going to be, and priced me accordingly, which I really appreciated! I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. The scheduling process was easy, and Michael arrived on time with a courtesy call ahead of his visit.  He was extremely professional, completed quality work and was reasonably priced. Most of all, I feel trusting of McDermott and will definitely call again should the need arise.

They were willing to send a tech out to try to figure out our sewer smell. First tech (Gage) was supposed to be there between 9am-1pm. He finally shows up at 1:15pm and tells me it can't be the venting so I will need to cut a hole in your drywall but I don't have power tools. So he told me another technician would come within the hour. I waited almost 2 more hours before the last tech (Emily) came. Emily was super helpful (and cut the hole without using power tools so that was frustrating). She went up into the attic and determined the problem was our venting - the very thing i asked about to the first technician and was told it couldn't be. The whole thing cost $200 and when I messaged the company about my discontentment with my wait times (I missed a whole day of work), all of a sudden they stopped responding to my messages although before the job they were very quick to respond. Emily was great but everyone else was less than helpful. She is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

Our water heater died so we went searching for a company to take a look at it. Mann plumbing came out on a weekend to take a look at it. Well it was gone for good so it needed replaced. Our water heater is in a utility closet off our garage so it has limited space. It also needed to be a power vent model. The new versions were all too big for the space we had available, Mann plumbing took time to call around to different suppliers to see what they could get that would fit. They found one that they thought would work and was able to get it the next day. It was a tight fit but they re worked all the pipes so that it would fit. They did a great job, worked fast and was resonable priced. They are my go to for anything plumbing.

First time using Plumbing One. had a leaking copper pipe in the basement and the outdoor spiket was leaking. Jacob fixed both items pretty quickly. Price was good. I would definitely use Plumbing One again.

I agreed to delete my negative review in exchange for a full refund.  If I can't delete this review, I agreed to make it satisfactory.  Positives: Eco Plumbers did unclog my main sewer line twice and completely refunded me 2 separate charges ($431+$93), 'just because I wasn't happy'.  Eco Plumbers therefore also fulfilled their no clog guarantee or it's free as advertised.  Negatives: [deleted in exchange for a full refund].

Ben Franklin is our go to plumber and for good reason! We bought an older house and it seems like every six months or so we need service. Every time we have had them out they are on time, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Last week we noticed a leak under the sink and another under the floor. Fearing the worst we called several companies. The first three told me I had a leak under the slab. This would mean about $30,000 in repairs and almost complete demolition of my home! I decided to hold off until Ben franklin could come out, since I trust them to tell the truth. Long story short, the problem was a broken pipe under the sink. The team they sent to me worked hard, treated me well and FIXED the problem in about 2 hours for only $300! And here I was preparing to get a second mortgage! Almost every other plumber in town told me they would need to jackhammer up my floor, tear down a wall, and replace all my pipes. Always call Ben Franklin first. They're the best people you could ever ask for and they are beyond fair. We're customers for life!!!

These guys are the best! Everything from the appointment through payment can be done on your phone. They show up on time, assess the situation and get it resolved quickly. We have an older home in Reynoldsburg and have had drain problems. We have used Hesson twice this year and both times they fixed the problem quickly and with a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Hesson Plumbing.

The price is high plus for the materials he ask equal to  labour costs even he didn't give a chance to buy the materials by myself because the materials.. isn't cost that much totals I'm not recommending

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

I want to like them, but each time we've contacted them for service their plumbers fail to show anywhere near to on time.  And woman who answers their phones is extremely rude!

They always respond quickly and it is easy to schedule service appointments.  Their staff is friendly, helpful and does high quality work.  We have had 4 projects done by Amanda in the last year and all were done well.

We have used this company for 20 years. This is a company that is honest and trustworthy.
We had a company come to check out our cast iron pipes. That company told us our pipes were rotted and they needed to excavate my kitchen, foyer, family room and dining room floors in order to replace the  pipes . Cost $26,000 . Not to mention the fact that we would need to fully replace  entire rooms of floors.
Cruikshank came out and ran the camera from clean out into house and out to street. Also ran from master bathroom to clean out. There is nothing wrong with our pipes. The plumber showed us the video, was nothing like  the one that Atlas Butler showed us.
I would recommend Cruikshank anytime!

AMAZING! Came home to a broken valve on my hot water tank, Chris tried talking me through repairs over picture texts and on the phone but of course I had more issues and required a brand new valve. Friday night, 9pm, he came over and foxed it so quickly, so professionally and also gave me a heads up on other issues he noticed while checking out my other water stuff downstairs. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And will be calling if ever needed again! Very handsome too! :)
