The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Buckeye plumbing arrived on time, completed toilet seal replacement quickly and efficiently. Didn't break the bank. I will contact them again for other plumbing jobs.

Called Drainbusters for a clogged kitchen sink. Amazing, perfect experience from start to finish. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very friendly. Called around 9:30am, and they came at 12:30pm.

Ian was the guy who worked on our sink. He was super friendly, informative, and professional. After asking just a few questions, he identified the likely problem (clog in main pipe), got his tools, and got to work. He explained everything he was doing while he did it. Within 10 minutes, the clog was fixed and my sink was draining like new!

They charged $130 for the service, which is on the lower end of estimates I've read online (saw $120 to $185 on Google).

Very satisfied with the work and the service. Would highly recommend them and call them again!

Water leak sensor detected flooding from my 18 year old water heater at about 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ohio Water Heaters and they had a new water heater on site and installed by 10am the following morning.

Michael fit us in quickly, arrived on time, and quickly fixed our leaky sink. As I suspected, the disposal needed to be replaced.  I will always call McDemott Plumbing when we have an issue.  Friendliest and most professional plumber we've ever hired.

horrible job. they screw up our floors in our kitchen for no reason being lazy. also had a water heater installed and they used shark bites instead of wielding they we just lazy 100% not recommended

TERRIBLE. We had a leak in our hot water tank. Just a leak, but it was still working. Not an emergency.  The technician came out, removed the hot water heater and installed a new one. After that, he informed us that he could not hook up the hot water heater vent to the exhaust pipe because he did not have the right parts. He told us we needed to call a heating and cooling repair person,  He then requested that we pay and he left.  We now suddenly have no heat in the house because we cannot run the furnace because of the now open hole in the exhaust pipe. We now have no hot water either. This happened in the afternoon, so we are scrambling to find a heating and cooling company to come out and repair this. The forecast says it will get down into the 30's tonight.  I would NEVER use or recommend these people to anyone again.

Very thankful for Jess and her team.  She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter.  During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had.  She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items.    She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included.   She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space.  Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.   Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

The company did a great job with our issue. It was fixed promptly and efficiently. My advice would be to pay close attention to the quote you receive and time actually worked. The billed hours were  exaggerated from actual time worked and included material pickup charge 40. trip charge 30.00 and a 2x markup on parts. These were excessive charges I felt.

I needed to have my gas line inspected in order to have a gas insert installed for my fireplace. I called several different plumbers in the area, and over a week's time,  I had three no-shows, and one company promising to get back with me but never did. Exasperated, I finally called Eco Plumbers, and I'm glad I did. Their customer service is outstanding. They called me on the day of the appointment to let me know when the tech was going to arrive. They even sent a text with a picture of the tech. Shawn (the plumber) arrived on time, was very friendly, and he charged me a reasonable fee for my gas line inspection, even though it was after hours. As far as I'm concerned, Eco Plumbers beats all of the other plumbing companies in the area hands down. I'll be returning to them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

They were able to fit me in same day to correct a couple leaks in my shower. The gentlemen were very professional and nice. The work was quality, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use this company again if needed in the future and will recommend them to other people in need of a plumber.

Called for emergency on a Saturday. They promised to be out within the hour. They showed up in about 20 minutes. Very professional! I was a mess and they were super nice and helpful!

The business title says most everything, but I'd also add good communication and easy to work with. I was needing some work done on a property I was selling, and the company responded promptly to my inquiry on Yelp to help me gage the cost of the repair. The actual cost was slightly elevated because of increased complexity, but overall I was still satisfied on affordability and professionalism.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Amanda Plumbing is our go to Plumbing partner / expert.  Their team is fast, friendly and accountable.  Their receptionist / dispatcher is so friendly and helpful.  Had to go out of town and they came same day to fix a leaking water pipe.  Actually made a mistake and had to come back same day (for no charge) to make sure they got the job done right.  They are not the lowest cost plumber some people may need, but I trust them to do all the things that I would just screw up and make a mess with.  Thanks Amanda Plumbing.

Extremely fast service for our hot water tank going out. The staff was professional and they were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use again.

AMAZING! Came home to a broken valve on my hot water tank, Chris tried talking me through repairs over picture texts and on the phone but of course I had more issues and required a brand new valve. Friday night, 9pm, he came over and foxed it so quickly, so professionally and also gave me a heads up on other issues he noticed while checking out my other water stuff downstairs. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And will be calling if ever needed again! Very handsome too! :)
