Shawn Scurlock was amazing! He was very professional and efficient and swiftly unclogged my main line. He has a great attitude and put up with my my hovering and questions. I told him his help really made my day! No one likes a problem like this but Apex squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon and their very kind plumber made it a little more bearable. =)

Called at 8 am for plugged toilet needing fixed today. I had to call them back at 3:40 pm to hear they can't make it today!

We had a clogged main drain.   Two plumbers gave us huge estimates that involved extensive work.   Ian from Drainbusters came and was able to open the drain.   The charge was less than $200.   We have used them for additional work.   They are great.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. They were willing to send a tech out to try to figure out our sewer smell. First tech (Gage) was supposed to be there between 9am-1pm. He finally shows up at 1:15pm and tells me it can't be the venting so I will need to cut a hole in your drywall but I don't have power tools. So he told me another technician would come within the hour. I waited almost 2 more hours before the last tech (Emily) came. Emily was super helpful (and cut the hole without using power tools so that was frustrating). She went up into the attic and determined the problem was our venting - the very thing i asked about to the first technician and was told it couldn't be. The whole thing cost $200 and when I messaged the company about my discontentment with my wait times (I missed a whole day of work), all of a sudden they stopped responding to my messages although before the job they were very quick to respond. Emily was great but everyone else was less than helpful. She is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

Our water heater died so we went searching for a company to take a look at it. Mann plumbing came out on a weekend to take a look at it. Well it was gone for good so it needed replaced. Our water heater is in a utility closet off our garage so it has limited space. It also needed to be a power vent model. The new versions were all too big for the space we had available, Mann plumbing took time to call around to different suppliers to see what they could get that would fit. They found one that they thought would work and was able to get it the next day. It was a tight fit but they re worked all the pipes so that it would fit. They did a great job, worked fast and was resonable priced. They are my go to for anything plumbing.

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out. John came down and fix all of my plumbing problems with the help of Paul which he called later on because he needed a certain tool that he didn't have in hand. Bottom line John have me as a client forever with his honesty and sincerely wanted to take care of his clients. John is a true owner he's passionate,very knowledgeable,personable, have pride in his work and works with integrity. He's a rare find. I've gone thru so many plumbing company and not once have I stay loyal. This is my 2nd time using Plumbing One and will be until I need plumbing service. I trust them and feel very confident with their work. I am telling everyone I know about John & my experience with what he did. Thank you so much John for taking your time to meet with me on after hours. I will be calling you guys soon for my sewage pipe service. I am going on Yelp,Google,four square,etc.....to post my positive feedback for Plumbing One. Business like this should be heard loud and clear....!!!!

Great communication, followed all COVID protocols, on time, quick and efficient, very reasonably priced.

I cheated on Yelp and consulted Angie's list as well for some plumber recommendations. Also, liked the eco-friendly portion (recycling materials from jobs). They fixed a leaky bathroom shower faucet that my hubby couldn't crack. Also, redid some plumbing work so that it was up to code.

The person who completed the estimate and the person who completed the work were both on time, professional and fast. Everything is done digitally--yay-i hate paper! I got an estimate on the spot, showed it to me on an iPad and then emailed me a copy. Once I approved, I was able to schedule someone the same week.

I believe the price was competitive, but I didn't check. But for superior service, I'm willing to pay more.

My sump pump went out and caused flooding in the basement. The staff person, Tim, was able to come out the same day. Hee was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He was patient with answering questions we had. Pricing was reasonable and straightforward with no additional fees and charges like I've experienced with other companies. He was quick with completing the work and thorough at explaining things. I will definitely be using them again for future needs and would recommend them for yours!

One of the best contractor and technician services I have ever hired on my home. I live in an older area of town with older homes over 75 years old. Plumbing is always an issue. Greg and Chris were prompt, professional, fairly priced and extremely efficient. You can trust these guys over the bigger franchises to give you excellent service. My drains are old and they camera'd and scraped and the issue was over! Fast! Easy! So grateful! I would use them for any plumbing issue.

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Came the same day I called. Tim was great. Nice guy and didn't mind answering my novice questions. Work was thorough an speedy. Will definitely call them again when I need them.

Quick response, showed up on time and seemed to do good work. The only reason I had to take a couple of stars off the review was lack of response after the service call.  I paid in full at the time of service and was promised a receipt via email. After 3 weeks and no response, I made four requests (via email and voice mail) for the receipt before I gave up. That doesn't leave me very optimistic about any response in case there are issues with the work. Fortunately it was a relatively small job but I'd be pretty hesitant about hiring him for larger work.
