I needed help with two things - problems with a hot water heater and a broken fill valve in one of the toilets. I received a very prompt reply from Apex and was able to get an appointment within a day.

The plumber arrived on time. His name is Dusty and he reviewed the two problems. He provided clear information regarding his assessment and potential options. Because I had similar problems with the hot water heater several months back and got a similar recommendation from a plumber from a different company, I chose to go with Dusty's recommendation for getting a new heater.

Dusty came back with all the materials he needed and worked for several hours straight. He was conscientious and professional. I was very happy with his work and would request him in the future.

And all those problems with not having hot water, a mother board that gave confusing error messages, and a fill valve that jumped up into the air every time the toilet was flushed are now fixed. I have hot water in every shower and in all faucets - the first time since moving here about a year ago. Although it cost more than I had anticipated, it was well worth the money.

Called at 8 am for plugged toilet needing fixed today. I had to call them back at 3:40 pm to hear they can't make it today!

Needed a plumber fast and after doing some research, came across Drainbusters.  They were able to schedule an appointment and fix the toile plumbing issue, all within 24 hours.  Great service and will definitely use them again.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. These guys might be great plumbers but they never called me back, even if it was to say they were too busy or that my job was too small. I called a second time in case I'd missed a call from them. Still nothing.

I really wanted to like this company. However when they replaced my hot water tank several months ago, unbeknownst to me, to make the new, larger unit fit, the tech shortened my washer drain. In doing so, the washer drain isn't tall enough anymore to properly drain, and there is a deeply curved 'trap', (that wasn't there before), that causes the water to rush back up and out of the drain. I had asked the tech at the time about all the 'left over' PVC pipe pieces, but he'd assured me it was from the old tank- when in fact it was actually my working washer drain that he'd removed and replaced with a shorter pipe, with a very curved 'trap'. He did this in order to make the new tank easier to install, he failed to reassemble the drain properly after removing it to install the tank.
The back of the washer/drain/hoses/etc. are all in a separate room than the front of the washer. It's accessed clear on the other side of the house through a tiny door next to the fridge in the kitchen. I've went in there once to change my furnace filter months ago. I noticed the concrete floor was a bit 'damp', so I put a damp-rid in the room and thought nothing more about it- bottom line, my washer has been draining into this small utility room and flooding for months! There is actually mold on one of the wall studs now! I'd noticed my new flooring warping near the furnace intake vent, but couldn't understand why. It's the only place in the house that my new flooring is warped, chipping. I know now it's from the water leaking under the furnace in the utility room and seeping under the laminate flooring!

Am I stupid for not realizing this sooner- yes, I admit I am. Is Discount Drains responsible for their tech tampering with, and ruining my washer drain- yes, yes they are! They are also responsible for the mold that occurred and the small area of warped flooring as a result of their mistake.
I have contacted them, and I was told they are sending someone out to, dispute the mold. Not a very courteous response at all! If they repair/replace the washer drain so it functions properly as it did before they ruined it, and address the mold they caused as well as replacing the affected floor boards, I will remove this post, however if they refuse to repair the washer drain that their tech ruined, and clean/repair the mold, replace flooring, I will have no choice but to litigate for damages and will continue to strongly suggest not doing business with this company! I trusted them to do the job right, and instead they caused damage to my home with their incompetence! I'm super disappointed both in their workmanship and response to my issue!

A Mann Plumbing replaced our upstairs toilet. Matt, the technician was kind and incredibly professional. The job was done in an hour's time and around $75 less than I would have paid with another company. The office was also very responsive; I received a call the same day I requested for services. I highly recommend A Mann for your plumbing needs!

Very thankful for Jess and her team.  She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter.  During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had.  She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items.    She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included.   She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space.  Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.   Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

We had water hammer, I thought, or at least loudly banging pipes.  Started happening after we had a new high-efficiency washer installed, so I blamed that.  But it turned out to be more of an underlying issue that the new washer (and the way they installed it) brought to the surface.

These folks were super helpful on the phone, and easy to schedule when I wanted them to come.  Not a rush, so it took about a week.  They probably could have come sooner but we were busy and it wasn't an emergency.  Plumber showed up on time, laidback, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our dogs and cats.  He ended up securing a bunch of our pipes.  60 year old house, so many had come loose or had one screw, and the washer installers had messed with things a bit at that end.  No noise now.  

Price was reasonable.  Glad it turned out to be a relatively easy fix.  Definitely keeping them in mind for next time.

Service call to replace gas starter on water heater(my diagnosis). Little research online, replacement starter $119.  Tech informed me problem was a dirty something. After cleaning and no resolution , replacement something was needed. Off to warehouse to retrieve. Surprise, replacement didn't solve problem. Needed a new gas starter. No surprise to me. They would install new one for $479...That's when I asked them to leave. Call to eco office resulted in offer to deduct service call from total as well well as $25 good Will gesture. At this point, confidence in this business is zero.
Rep I talked with informed me increased costs were used for their warranties, as well as van maintenance..bye bye eco.

Michael came and fixed the wax seal around my toilet and he was so patient and polite. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Our water heater broke overnight and I needed someone to replace it ASAP.  I called several plumbers and eventually found Hesson Plumbers.  They came out within hours, did a quality installation and we couldn't be happier with their service and workmanship.  In the future, they will be the first people I call for all our plumbing and drain needs.

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. Very happy to have found a reliable plumber - it is clear after meeting John that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

It appears that the problem was fixed.  It would have helped to know they were charging $268 per hour ahead of time... we told them the main drain was causing a backup in the basement.  Why should I pay for the tech to try two smaller snake drains before he finally brought in the larger snake drain in?  It seemed like padding the bill and then trying to sell additional things... I suppose it is normal to have to clean up the mess left afterwards; which was worse then when he started.  But at least it was fixed?

We recently moved into a new house and had plumbing issues, with this last one being an emergency so I sent several requests to plumbing companies after hours. I was very grateful to Amanda Plumbing reaching out around 830am to get us scheduled for the next day. I also appreciated the up front pricing costs. The two gentlemen who came to the house were very nice and kept us updated about the process. I would highly recommend them.

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater.  They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described.  This was reasonable.  They arrived the next morning and got right to work.  Their guy was very polite and kept things neat.  He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges.  The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted.  I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.

I think this guy is just having friends write reviews for him because my experience was nothing like those listed. I chose him over a big company like Roto Rooter because I thought his prices might be better and I'd get better service.

He came on a Friday to tighten up 2 rocking toilets and fix a small leak in our sink. He said he tightened the toilets, only one was actually fixed because after he left we noticed that the other still rocks when sitting on it. Chris informed us that he needed to order a part for the sink that would be in by Monday and he could return and fix it then, estimating the entire job to cost $250 which seems like a lot for tightening toilets (took him 15 minutes) and a leaky sink.

But we were still willing to pay it. Monday came around and no calls, no show. I called and left a message with no response. Today is Tuesday and again I left a message with no returned call and he did not show up today. I assume that he has just given up on our job and won't be returning. I'm hoping that he doesn't expect to be paid for tightening up the one toilet and never returning because that's not happening.

Do yourself a favor and call someone who shows up.
