Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Needed a sump pump and discharge valve installed due to water coming into our basement after recent storms. Cliff was able to come out the next day to do the work. He completed the work in a timely manner and gave a fair price for the work which I cannot say for most of the estimates we received for the same job.

We called Mike shop about our water leaks issue. He came and checked what's the problem is. He was pretty honest and told us what we need to do. His 1st visit made us feel that his very knowledge about what his doing and saying. Definitely recommend him and call him again.

In the past year or so I've had several plumbing emergencies --ok, they were more like inconveniences but they felt like disasters to me. I have always received prompt and expert service when calling J&J.
The issues were also repaired quickly as well.

The people at Babbert's strive to do a great job and ensure success on any job they are involved in.  A company with no outside sales or advertising and are always busy.  The service side for septic will do what they can to ensure things get taken care of and genuinely feel for customers when they have emergencies that cause nasty things to happen with their septic and sewer.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber

I was in need of Water Shut Off for my house. I received the service of Utility and Septic Solutions. Ty went above and beyond, he's amazing. He helped us by calling the City of Columbus and making sure that they installed the mainline shut off outside my house. I 100% recommend this company. Two year old water heater went cold over the weekend. Called a plumber referred to us by a neighbor who was nice enough to let us know they didn't usually service our brand (AO Smith).  Found Bozman on AO Smith website, and were delighted with service.  They checked to see if the WH was still under warranty (it was), arrived on time the same day and had it fixed in 30 minutes.  Our service tech Chad was great, and the cost very reasonable.  Highly recommend.

1st - they answered their phone. That seems to be the biggest issue I've run into lately (contractors not being responsive). Rep showed up on time, was professional and informative. Installed a new sump pump for the typical going rate which is just over $400.

We had torrential rain today and that pump earned its weight in gold. Worked continuously throughout the evening without issue. Good product, good service- thumbs up.

I just had a good experience with Don Limes.  He was nice, seemed like a good guy, seemed responsible and knowledgeable, and charged a reasonable price for fixing our leaking water cooler.  He was also nice enough to look at our leaking bathroom faucet and explain to my husband how to fix it -- a task we otherwise would have had to ask him to do.  So I'd recommend him.

I called and instead of sending a tech, they talked me through it over the phone.  Took 2 minutes, and saved me a lot of money since it was the weekend.  Will be using them when it is something I can't handle.

Our kitchen ceiling light had a short in the unit. 'At Your Service Heating, Cooling, & Home Repairs' came to our rescue.  After a referral from a friend and one telephone call, Mr. Robert Jones (sole proprietor), showed up ,on time,  and did wonderful  job replacing our ceiling light fixture.
Mr. Jones was very friendly and because of his professional work ethic, I will have him come to my home again, if I find myself in need of a competent  contractor.

Every time we used our hose bib in the front yard we would see a little bit of water leaking into our basement wall.  Gave Mr. & Mrs. Plumber a call and they stopped by to look at it the same day.  Scheduled to have it repaired the next day and they did a great job!  Communication, customer service and repairs were one of the best I've seen in a long time!  Would definitely use their services if needed in the future!

After a couple of basement floods, and trying some other fixes, we discovered the city program to install a backflow valve.  The city sewers are overwhelmed in some neighborhoods, so they are trying to get people to reroute downspouts, etc., and will install a sump pump or valve in certain areas.  Waterworks is the contractor.

Communication was good.  Arranging a time was handled well, though they showed up a day late because they had to finish another job.  Worked out better for us anyway.  They came right on time, and while Sweetie and Baby K evacuated I wrangled the pets.  The guys were nice, and professional, and only here for a few hours (some situations take longer.)  They showed me how the valve works, explained maintenance, etc.  Kept their mess to a minimum, worked around our menagerie, overall very pleasant experience (aside from the jackhammer noise.)

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
