Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

I am very happy with this place.  I needed a leak in my basement pipe fixed and also needed some pipe re-ran because we recently installed a water softener and filtration unit.  When I called the rep that took the call was very friendly.  They were able to get plumbing technician out to our house in a matter of days.  The technician, Dave, was very friendly and very knowledgeable.  He completed the job quickly and exceeded my expectations.  The price for the service was very reasonable and I am glad I found this place, I will certainly use them again at some point.  Everyone needs to have a good plumber on speed dial!

Needed a sump pump and discharge valve installed due to water coming into our basement after recent storms. Cliff was able to come out the next day to do the work. He completed the work in a timely manner and gave a fair price for the work which I cannot say for most of the estimates we received for the same job.

We called Mike shop about our water leaks issue. He came and checked what's the problem is. He was pretty honest and told us what we need to do. His 1st visit made us feel that his very knowledge about what his doing and saying. Definitely recommend him and call him again.

In the past year or so I've had several plumbing emergencies --ok, they were more like inconveniences but they felt like disasters to me. I have always received prompt and expert service when calling J&J.
The issues were also repaired quickly as well.
They are honest and knowledgable. I trust them and will continue to use them in the future.

I've been more than pleased with this company since another septic company dismantled my aerator and left it lying on the ground. They are ALWAYS on time, conscientious, knowledgeable and informative. All of the guys who have been here were professional & helpful. They have been responsive to the couple of small problems I had with them. I'm in a township and FC Dept of Public Health requires a maintenance contract to assure that septic is in good working order. E. C. Babbert is worth every penny.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber

I was in need of Water Shut Off for my house. I received the service of Utility and Septic Solutions. Ty went above and beyond, he's amazing. He helped us by calling the City of Columbus and making sure that they installed the mainline shut off outside my house. I 100% recommend this company. This company is very reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

We couldn't have been happier with the service!  Super nice guys, very knowledgeable, and very fair price.  They explained the problems and gave suggestions for the future.  I think they are are first call going forward!

Fantastic service and honest work -- never an upsell or recommendation for unnecessary repairs or other nonsense.  Truly an awesome fixture in Columbus, and what a testament to family tradition and quality of service.  Unheard of today's day and age -- keep up the superb work in all of your future journies!

DO NOT USE!!!  I called Bozman to come out and fix a leak at the curb box caused by a valve.  He did not make a service call, yet charged me for one.  He also overcharged me for labor, the most laughable charge being that it took two grown men to fill in a hole that was the size of a coffin an hour and a half, with a track hoe.  He then hit my line while digging up the curb box, which he did fix.  However, he made a huge deal about my ENTIRE service line needing replaced soon as the material was old and I should just take care of it now before I had a big issue.  Surprise, Surprise...not five months later in the exact same spot that he had dug up, the line breaks.  When I say breaks, it didn't burst like a typical water line would, but it was very cleanly snapped in two.  I obviously had a different plumber come out this time and he even noted that water lines DO NOT break like that and he suspected that the line had been tampered with previously.  This man is a crook who not only pads his invoices and overcharges but he also creates work so he need to come back out.  FRAUD.

1st - they answered their phone. That seems to be the biggest issue I've run into lately (contractors not being responsive). Rep showed up on time, was professional and informative. Installed a new sump pump for the typical going rate which is just over $400.

We had torrential rain today and that pump earned its weight in gold. Worked continuously throughout the evening without issue. Good product, good service- thumbs up.

I just had a good experience with Don Limes.  He was nice, seemed like a good guy, seemed responsible and knowledgeable, and charged a reasonable price for fixing our leaking water cooler.  He was also nice enough to look at our leaking bathroom faucet and explain to my husband how to fix it -- a task we otherwise would have had to ask him to do.  So I'd recommend him.

These guys are as friendly and honest as they come. I was already working with them to set up a sewer line replacement (which they gave me a great rate on) when my sewer line clogged. I called the office early in the morning after taking the kids to school and they arrived and cleared it out with in an hour of my phone call. I did have to pay for the line clearing, but this is because no work had been started or completed. The rates are decently priced and the guys that came were very friendly. Very pleased and a good honest company.

Our kitchen ceiling light had a short in the unit. 'At Your Service Heating, Cooling, & Home Repairs' came to our rescue.  After a referral from a friend and one telephone call, Mr. Robert Jones (sole proprietor), showed up ,on time,  and did wonderful  job replacing our ceiling light fixture.
Mr. Jones was very friendly and because of his professional work ethic, I will have him come to my home again, if I find myself in need of a competent  contractor.

I waited in all afternoon for a 2-5pm appointment. They called to say that the plumber was running late but would be here early evening. At 6pm they called to say he wasn't coming and at that point canceled my job completely.
Unethical behavior from an unreliable company.

The technician came after the basement flooded and hot water tank quit working. He cleaned the ignitor for $250 and left his trash on the porch. High price, trash and a lack of mask during Covid = will not use again

charged us to snake the main line, broke the sewer line, wanted to charge for more work, we agreed, then they were no call no show.  lost money and ended up with broken pipe.  Promised several times they would be out and finish work that day, when they never showed we called and called and they never answered or returned calls.  Other reviews say no contractor license, wish we had saw that before.
