Jarrod arrived on time and got right to work. As I watched him going about his job I was impressed with his energy and efficiency. Once he was done, he took the time to explain some simple things I could be doing to preserve the life of the crazy-expensive Jet aerator. He clearly knew his job and how to tactfully explain that the septic system is not a maintenance-free hole in the ground - it requires a little attention from the homeowner. No one ha ever taken the time to explain that to me.
Great job, Jarrod, and congrats to Chuck's for hiring such good employees.

Sewer Pro will be our plumbers from here on out. We had another plumbing company come out to our house earlier this week and they told us that we had a serious sewer line issue that needed to be address as soon as possible. They also quoted us an exorbitant amount for the repair.
We reached out to Sewer Pro for another quote. They looked at the video from the other company and in their professional opinion after seeing it they did not see any need for immediate repairs or the urgency the other company was stressing, but the owner offered to still come out to the house.
Tom came out today and listened to our entire story. He even inserted his own camera in our sewer line just to get a better idea of the condition of our line with his eyes. He shook his head and said that he sees nothing that indicates we need any repairs.
Tom did not charge us anything for his visit today or the quote and he saved us from being taken advantage of a predatory plumbing company in the Columbus area. We could not be more thrilled to have had Tom out at our house for a second opinion.
If you need a honest, local plumber please give Tom and Sewer Pro a call. They will treat you fair.

Wow. I was blown away by the service & honesty of Windsor Rooter/Plumbing. You know how sometimes you come across that honest, down to earth company that you'd be happy to do business with? Windsor is hands down one of those companies.
----
We needed a plumber to fix what we thought could be a root intrusion, a clogged main, or a break in our main sewer line. My wife gave me the name of two companies, that she had researched, to call and set up initial appointments. Windsor could not do the day of but I was promptly scheduled for the next day. It was a breeze to make an appointment with Windsor.
The other company, could come that day but, couldn't give me even a ball-parked time frame of when they would be there. I got just a 30 minute warning call that they were on the way. The other plumbing company quoted that the repair basically required ripping up part of our driveway to replace sewer pipe and the addition of an access pipe. This was to eliminate their diagnosis: a clog cause by an intrusive tree root into the terracotta sewer pipe.
As with any possibly large home project we always seek out additional opinions & quotes... And boy, am I glad we did!
Justin, the guy that met me for the appointment was honest & straight forward. I gave him the run down of what the company the day prior had told me and we decided that he'd run a camera down and give me his analysis of this 'let's rip up your driveway' root intrusion.
Pretty sure that we he came across the root that he said something along the lines of, 'That's it?'. After running a camera down he let me know that he would not feel ok with ripping up a driveway to fix that small intrusion. That there were much less invasive ways to handle this small amount of root in the sewer line. He did point out a spot a little further into the line from the dreaded intrusion that at some point might become disjointed at a bend in the pipe- something that the initial company didn't mention.
All in all, a root intrusion that nearly cost us a massive chunk in repair costs was handled for far less.

This is the second time I've used Mr. West's services for my plumbing needs.
As usual he did an excellent job. Very professional.
When he makes an appointment with you he keeps it and shows up when he says he will.
I will gladly call him again if I have other plumbing issues.
Thank you Eddie, you are the best.

I went onto the Nextdoor app to try to find a plumber because I had just moved into the Centerburg area. I bought a house that was well over 120 years old and I had no clue how old the sump pump was. I knew that it was making a very loud noise and it didn't seem to be doing the job properly however it has not stopped running. I had already made an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate to replace the sump pump. Brad showed up that morning and not only did he change the sump pump for me he was done quickly and very polite I have hired them to come back and install a back up sump pump I highly recommend this company their prices are reasonable and they do what they say they're going to do with explanations and estimates before they start the work. I prefer to support a local business as opposed to larger corporations

Fast. Friendly. Honest. Affordable.
I would highly recommend; Fingers crossed I won't need their services again, but if I do, they will be my 1st phone call.

Romei & Son is a staple Granville business: friendly, fast, and never too far away. the two times that I've had business with them, they were able to accommodate my request within the day, once within the hour. The staff is polite and efficient, getting right to work and making sure things are back in working order.

I was quoted $350 to put in an outlet in a basement and this is reasonable. It's an open ceiling, and I have drilled most of the holes. Also, it's a new construction, so everything is straightforward.
However, somehow the electrician didn't have any electrical supplies on his truck and he took over an hour to get them when there are several places close by. Plus I had just put in an outlet a couple of days ago and even with a 20% markup on supplies it was outrageous more than what I paid at Ace Hardware and I got extra items. Therefore the bill came in at $500 for 3 1/2 hours of work & supplies, over 40% of what I was originally quoted. To top it off, he never took his boots off when coming in the house which every other contractor I've had has done so automatically.
No way I would recommend them at all.

Their 'office' is poorly run. Make a lot of empty promises, don't return calls and etc. Never know when they'll show up and I would not call in an emergency. All that said once the guys are finally on site they do good work. They don't fool around, always find the problem, and explain things well. They are local people and very good prices, good work just frustrating to deal with.

Tim is obviously a con artist! He never had any intention on fixing my water line leaks. He quoted an astronomical price and I told him he was too high. He asked me to counter and we finally agreed on $580.00. There was one catch, I had to pay him up front! He capped off the two lines that were leaking and said he would go buy the supplies. He never returned, and when I called, he said he was in a car accident and would be late. I called him three hours later as he didn't show and he blocked my phone number! I called from another line and he picked right up not knowing it was me. He gave an excuse of another emergency and said he was on his way. Five hours later, I tried him again and he blocked that phone number as well!
This guy is a con-artist and he never has any intention on doing the work. I was connected to him by one of those online services, I can't remember which one, so I never bothered to look him up and check reviews or the BBB. Look him up yourself. He has judgments against himself and does this sort of thing as a pattern.
I'm going to my county sheriff's office Monday to see if I can get criminal charges against him. My attorney said his pattern shows racketeering which is punishable under the organized crime RICO statutes.
NOTE to all: Stay away from this criminal!

Robert Jarrett was contacted to complete my basement project. He didn't complete the painting, drywall and laid warped flooring. He stated he would correct the issues. He is MIA after being paid. Haven't been in contact with him in over 6 mos

This is an appalling company that charged my 96-year-old mother-in-law $2000 To fix her air conditioner. Knowing she wouldn't know the difference and either I or my husband could be there at the very time that this was happening they went ahead and just did it instead of giving her a quote and charged her $2000. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Knowing she is 96 and probably would just go ahead and pay it since she's had no air conditioning for a day and a half. People love to take advantage of the elderly and I believe this company did just that.

These guys ripped me off big time.
I needed an new tub shoe and shower valve/trim kit/tub spout installed. Their plumber replaced the existing copper with compression fittings and plastic tubing. This was corner cutting of the highest level. We expressed that we were not satisfied with temporary fittings and needed permanent ones. He then installed nipples to attach the pieces of tubing that he had previously plumbed in. When he left, our showerhead was dispensing water even though the diverter knob was not engaged. He came back out and could not figure it out; he changed literally every component except for the incorrect plastic tubing and nipple fittings, and then threw up his hands, completely clueless. I tried to explain that he had restricted the flow causing the valve cartridge to prematurely divert water to the shower head. He refused to believe me. He then gather up his things and left, taking my shower trim kit lever handle with him.
He took many hours more than expected to do the work, coming back several times in several days and couldn't figure out the problem he had caused with his own incorrect plumbing. He left with parts we bought and wasted us $500 dollars. He made a mess and didn't clean it up. He took a dump in my toilet while he was there and left it for me to admire.
I contacted the company to make things right. They refused. This company is a joke.
UPDATE: it's been over a year ago and I am STILL pissed about the way these morons treated me. but, bright side, because of this pathetic excuse of a plumber and a study in how to provide the WORST customer service, I took it upon myself to learn how to plumb. I tore their 'work' out and did it myself. So ... thanks? I guess? Thank god I'll never need to call you idiots again anyway. Best of luck. You're gonna need it.
