Very fast service. Went to do laundry the other day and found water all around the hot water heater. Called Mickley plumbing around 12:30 to see if they could replace it.
To make a long story short they were here and had it replaced so fast it was hard to believe. Cost was reasonable and I was able to go do my grocery shopping by 4:00.
I am so thankful that I called them, no run around no hidden cost I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Would highly recommend.

Great people to call. Honest, great pricing and they really do an awesome job. When you totally trust a company like this, you don't call anyone else!

My family and I purchased a home last summer. We knew going into it there was work to be done but what we didn't know was that the sewage lines from this home were about to collapse with several broken tiles. We called another local company who at first was very responsive but over time we kept getting excuse after excuse as to why our plumbing still wasn't fixed...finally we had had enough and called Joe's. Within a short amount of time they were doing the work the other guys talked about and getting our home back to running smoothly.

We are thankful for the honest, valuable, work they provided. Each of the people we dealt with were certain not to track dirt into our home and they couldn't have been better with our kids.

Joe's is a local, family business I am confident and happy to recommend to anyone and everyone.

We live in a old home with lots of plumbing challenges. D&L has come out several times in the last few years and each time they work quickly, cleanly, and politely. No hesitation in referring them to others. Invoices come by email and I pay online in minutes.

Receptionist is horrible to work with (unprofessional, unreliable, etc). I had countless issues with her trying to schedule drain work at my home for 3-4 days straight. Workers forgot appropriate equipment, never showed, showed late, etc all because she couldn't communicate with them correctly. The actual plumbers who came to fix my drain were absolutely wonderful though. I had a tough situation that was difficult to troubleshoot but they were dedicated and stayed until the problem was fixed.

Matt is the best! He has been my plumber since I bought my first house 19 years ago. He tells you what needs done, gives you all the options and price, and then takes care of it. He always checks out everything to make sure I don't have any other issues I need to keep an eye on. I won't use any other plumber. He's just a really good, kind soul, too.

I took a chance with this company even though there were no reviews for me to compare and I want to say that I am pleased with the work they completed.  I was later informed that today was their first day advertising on yelp, so hey I took a chance and it worked out perfectly. They replaced my 100amp breaker panel with a 200 amp service they were informative, polite, and respectful and $250 cheaper than everyone else!!! Great job guys and you definitely made not only a customer but a friend

I have been waiting ALL day. No show as of 4:00 pm. Their office never called me, just left me hanging. I had to call them twice. They were full of excuses. I was always next.

Now, they won't even answer the phone so that I can inform them that I was not going to wait any longer and that the plumber should not come by. If/when the plumber gets here, I will be gone--and he won't have known not to bother.

Things go wrong, but the company has to keep the customer informed so they don't waste ALL DAY waiting for the plumber.

I recommend you read ALL reviews. I am not the only one who reports them for no show/no call behavior.

Horrible and unacceptable customer service.

They were great! Honest, fast, knowledgable, & affordable.  They charged me 1/3 of the price another company quoted me.  I will definitely use them again!

Installed my water heater. The installer explained my new water heater. Very friendly and courteous. Cleaned up the area before he left.

Side note: purchased water heater from HD and the installation. Not sure if they work outside of Home Depot but I'd hire them again if needed.

Worst ever. They walked off the job with my money and won't return any calls. Never call these cheats.

We called Handley to fix a leak in our pipes and he came out, said he fixed the issue, we paid him $80, and he left. Then we checked, and the pipes were still leaking. He came out three more times in attempts to fix the leak. Each time he left he said that he fixed the issue, but after laying down newspaper, we found out he had not. The leak kept changing location. Finally we got fed up with his inability to fix the leak and how disorganized he was, so we called Russell Strouse ((614) 496-6694) who was able to fix the leak in 30 minutes with no issues--he's great! I called Handley and asked for a refund, and he refused. I will never use his services again, and I recommend you don't either.

Showed up 6 hours late, said he fixed my toilet but an hour later it was worse than before. When I messaged him about it he made a racist comment about how we should be lucky we're allowed to have private bathrooms.
