We are owners of a property that is located 524 miles from where we live. It needed some work so I started googling. I had called a few other businesses but Apex's response time was almost immediate and with a fair price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the property has now been rented. Thanks Apex.

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

Just had my home drains cleaned  out by Drainbusters.  Excellent  service at a fair ptice. I would highly recommend  using this company for your plumbing  needs.  They were very aware  of your home furnishings  and took care with all of their equipment.  I will definitely  use them again.

Once upon a time my tankless water heater stopped working and I searched the world of Columbus over for quotes on a new heater. I needed a company with flexibility with a  flare of tech savvy and virtual visit options. I filled out contact form after contact form and was told pictures weren't enough and someone would have to come onsite.

Until I connected with Mike of OWH.

Words can't describe how incredible my experience has been with OWH. I sent Mike a picture of my current set up and confidently talked through my options. I wanted to virtually show him the space and we were able to swiftly move to a video call. Mike understood my needs and made an excellent project recommendation. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and I LOVE that OWH has a dedicated client website and utilizes text reminders for the appointment and to notify you of when your tech(s) are on the way.

Austin and Chris were assigned to me job and are great! They answered my billions of questions with style and grace.

The checkout process was fantastic as well. I was impressed to see that they use an iPad checkout process. I immediately received an invoice that included details on my warranties. Bonus - I didn't have to register my product; Mike did it all for me!

Choosing OWH to help me with my water heating (and some light plumbing) needs was a slam dunk win decision!

Replaced gas water heater, great price, super knowledgeable. Mike clearly knows his product and answered all sorts of questions. Highly recommended unless you want to pay more and get less somewhere else.

They were willing to send a tech out to try to figure out our sewer smell. First tech (Gage) was supposed to be there between 9am-1pm. He finally shows up at 1:15pm and tells me it can't be the venting so I will need to cut a hole in your drywall but I don't have power tools. So he told me another technician would come within the hour. I waited almost 2 more hours before the last tech (Emily) came. Emily was super helpful (and cut the hole without using power tools so that was frustrating). She went up into the attic and determined the problem was our venting - the very thing i asked about to the first technician and was told it couldn't be. The whole thing cost $200 and when I messaged the company about my discontentment with my wait times (I missed a whole day of work), all of a sudden they stopped responding to my messages although before the job they were very quick to respond. Emily was great but everyone else was less than helpful. She is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

Called Mann Plumbing based on comments & ratings found on Yelp after I was disappointed in the treatment and lack of professionalism from our previous residential plumbing company.

Needed Main Shut Off Valve replaced or repaired as it was starting to drip & weep after 20 years.  Robbie from Mann Plumbing arrived on time and was so professional and efficient, I was floored by the exceptional service.  I was expecting to just get an estimate for the work, but after Robbie diagnosed the real issue and offered a fix that would not drain my checking, I decided to have the work done on the spot.  I also felt that I could trust his opinion & honesty 100% that the work was not a band-aid, but rather a permanent fix that did not require a costly rebuild.  THANK YOU!  There is a marked improvement in how the valve feels now when I shut off the water to our house and no more weeping.  

The repair was so quick & perfect, I decided to ask about a couple of other minor issues I was having with a toilet and dripping Moen shower.  Robbie did not hesitate to look at both issues for me and gave me a reasonable quote to fix both other issues.  both additional issues were 100% repaired in under 30 minutes.  

This is a family owned local business and it shows.  They care about their customers well-being.  From scheduling the appointment, to getting a pre-appointment reminder, to final invoice, MANN PLUMBING gets an A+++.  I will not hesitate to call MANN PLUMBING first for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I'm only giving 1 star because they did a fast good job but.... Let me start over from the beginning I found these plumbers on Yelp & seen good reviews so I thought ok there close so maybe there'll be ok price wise & get to me quick since they were about 5-10 mins away. Well they got to my in the time the said great! But then I was told after they kinda did a quick check on both my 1st floor & 2nd floor toilets that it was $120 an hour flat rate for any work. Plus parts of need be. Well 1st floor toilet just needed to be snaked & 2nd floor toilet my 2 1/2 year old had put a mc Donald's toy in it. So the tech had to pull out the toilet to get the toy out. This took all of about 35-40mins needless to say I still had to pay $120. Which I thought it be prorated but any who I needed my sh!tter fix so I went ahead and paid and was happy until 4 days later the 1st floor toilet(the one WITHOUT the toy stuck in it from earlier) started to slow up until it stopped up again so by this time 12 days had passed. (SIDE NOTE: hubby was using plunger to unclog it for few days before that trick stopped working) so 12 days later I call them back asking them to come re-snake it. Well I'll be damn if they didn't say it's gonna cost another $120 I was like WHAT DO U MEAN!? It's only been 12 days not even a full 2 weeks and mind you that there is a 30 day labor guarantee which I figured if anything they wld come check it out and if it just needs snake not charge me again. Or if it had a toy in it also (LoLz) then I would get maybe a travel fee but NO NO they said the minimum charge wld be $95 for the service call LoLz ok no! When I asked isn't it cover under a warranty he hesitated and then goes ah no I mean if a toy is stuck in there again it's a charge call and I told him it's not that it just needs snaked and he goes well the most I can do for you is knock off the $25 trip charge so I just said I'll call back. Knowing I wasn't! Because I checked my invoice receipt & notice that it's not $120 an hr but $95 an hour and a trip(aka gas) charge of $25 to make it $120.i felt like because I'm a woman they were trying to throw me for a loop. Because if you were just here 12 days ago to keep my possible future biz & to keep from having a BAD Yelp review for everyone to see  I think it would have been a better ideal to just snake it for free (because it's been 12days damnit!!)  and if there was anything in there then charge me not a full $120 but maybe half like $60 to maybe $75 but damn near $100 just seems dumb. So needless to say they lost my biz & im telling any & everyone be careful because not only will this company snake your toilets but they are greedy snakes in the grass!!

Very accommodating and friendly staff. The customer service was excellent! I can never say that anymore sadly but this place was absolutely fantastic! They have me as a lifelong customer now. I'm a first-time homeowner and Troy was super patient and answered all of my questions. He was very informative. I felt like he cared for my house as if it was his. I've had all sorts of people over fixing various things and he was the first one to be concerned about his boots on my newly refinished floors! So appreciative and thankful. Strongly recommend. I will call them from my needs.  Troy deserves a raise! He gave a fantastic impression.

Set up an appointment for my parents-in-law to fix their leaky pipes.  Ammar Tiba showed up within the time frame and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and answered all our questions.  He made it easier on us too since my mother-in-law and father-in-law don't speak English well and my wife had to serve as translator.  Ammar was patient and listened to all of us and then made several recommendations.  My wife and I also had a backup plumber coming after but once we heard from Ammar, we quickly canceled the backup and went with him.  He told us that he could fix the problems that day and went to work quickly.  The whole experience was painless and it also gave us piece of mind because he knew what he was doing and everything they did was under a one year warranty.  If you live in the Columbus area, I definitely would recommend.

Normally always a quick appointment, always friendly and excellent service at a fair price. Only thing against them was when we asked for an estimate for a bathroom addition in the basement, told it would take a few days to write it up, that was nearly 3 weeks ago, still waiting. highly recommend them for regular plumbing needs.

Called this company about installing underground drain lines from two of my downspouts. The woman that answered said Heston did not do this kind of work. I told her I knew they did because my neighbor across the street had them do the same thing to his property. I asked her to have them come and give me an estimate. She said there would be a charge of $99.00 just to give me an estimate. Their prices must be awfully high if they want $99. up front.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John & his son came to install a new water line for a new refrigerator that's being delivered soon. John was polite, clean & takes pics of all of his work. It took very little time & his charge was less than his estimate! He's also available to take electronic payment for his work, so that makes it easy as well.
    Absolutely recommend him for your next plumbing need!

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

I contacted them by mistake, not realizing they are located in another state. One of the owners of Emergency Plumbing still got back to me in about an hour. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions knowing there would not be any work for them.
I am very impressed! Wish I was able to find someone equally as qualified near me. Great people, great company.

I had a simple fix for leaking faucet turn off valve. I called Amanda plumbing in the morning and they had a technician at my house by 3 o'clock as promised,as it was not an emergency.  Hobie was professional and helpful and had it fixed within 30 minutes.  I had an outside faucet also repaired. Everything was under an hour and he left the property clean

Extremely fast service for our hot water tank going out. The staff was professional and they were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use again.

Chris from CLB Plumbing did a fantastic job in adding a shower kit to my old claw foot tub. When I moved in to this home, I knew I didn't want to get rid of the tub - but, I also knew I could never begin to install a complicated shower kit like this by myself.

Chris showed up a little bit early, talked me through the details of my kit installation (needed some adjusting due to the awkward location of my tub), and got right to work. He had a true eye for detail and was incredibly thorough - even cleaned up afterward.

Before, my bathroom and tub looked horrible - and now, it's gorgeous! I've attached a picture to show what outstanding work CLB Plumbing can do. The price was more than fair, the customer service was top notch, and he even snaked the tub drain for me! Would recommend to anybody in the Columbus area and would use again in a heartbeat. 5 STARS!!!
