I needed help with two things - problems with a hot water heater and a broken fill valve in one of the toilets. I received a very prompt reply from Apex and was able to get an appointment within a day.

The plumber arrived on time. His name is Dusty and he reviewed the two problems. He provided clear information regarding his assessment and potential options. Because I had similar problems with the hot water heater several months back and got a similar recommendation from a plumber from a different company, I chose to go with Dusty's recommendation for getting a new heater.

Dusty came back with all the materials he needed and worked for several hours straight. He was conscientious and professional. I was very happy with his work and would request him in the future.

And all those problems with not having hot water, a mother board that gave confusing error messages, and a fill valve that jumped up into the air every time the toilet was flushed are now fixed. I have hot water in every shower and in all faucets - the first time since moving here about a year ago. Although it cost more than I had anticipated, it was well worth the money.

Buckeye Plumbing was able to schedule me same day, and were prompt and professional in their work. Price was reasible, and most importantly, the work they did completely resolved the issues. While I hope to not need the services of a plumber in the near future, I would use Buckeye Plumbing again without hesitation, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company.

Very professional and did a great job on a complicated problem outside. He didn't try to upsell me and try to tell me I need to replace everything. He just cleared the drain and we're flowing again. Highly recommend.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. I gladly recommend McDermott with five stars. This week, the company came out when our washer's drain pipe was backing up and overflowing onto the basement floor. Another company had previously said our drain might have concrete in it and the floor needed to be completely broken up. That would have cost thousands of dollars. Michael from McDermott snaked the pipe and fixed it pronto, never suggesting concrete in the pipe. (He said it was just typical gunk.) McDermott is honest, reasonable and Michael is very nice and easy to work with (and he's a dog person, so our dog loved him!). McDermott also has installed a water heater for us in the past and took care of a leaky dishwasher.

I have used Discount Drains on two separate occasions. Each time, the plumber was on time, respectful of our home and friendly. They do excellent work at reasonable prices and always clean up when they are finished. I was provided with an initial quote and assessment upon their arrival and consulted with any recommendations as they were doing their work. I would highly recommend Discount Drains to anyone and will continue to use them for all future projects.

Our water heater died so we went searching for a company to take a look at it. Mann plumbing came out on a weekend to take a look at it. Well it was gone for good so it needed replaced. Our water heater is in a utility closet off our garage so it has limited space. It also needed to be a power vent model. The new versions were all too big for the space we had available, Mann plumbing took time to call around to different suppliers to see what they could get that would fit. They found one that they thought would work and was able to get it the next day. It was a tight fit but they re worked all the pipes so that it would fit. They did a great job, worked fast and was resonable priced. They are my go to for anything plumbing.

Very thankful for Jess and her team.  She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter.  During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had.  She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items.    She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included.   She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space.  Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.   Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

The company did a great job with our issue. It was fixed promptly and efficiently. My advice would be to pay close attention to the quote you receive and time actually worked. The billed hours were  exaggerated from actual time worked and included material pickup charge 40. trip charge 30.00 and a 2x markup on parts. These were excessive charges I felt.

Had an appointment this morning to fix the water line to my new refrigerator. The guy arrived on time and was cordial. Before he started, I asked if he had a mat to protect the floor and he said he did or at least had cardboard, but I wound up putting down cardboard myself.  He looked at the leak and explained that the old line was damaged or ovaled at the end, probably from when the old refrigerator was disconnected.  He recommended adding a new, braided supply line between the existing copper pipe in the floor and the nylon tubing built into the refrigerator. It seemed excessive (the old refrigerator worked fine for 15 years without this and never leaked) and costly (over $200) but I agreed. Once he came back with the parts, he informed me that he wouldn't be doing that.  He saw a warning from GE on the back of the refrigerator specifically saying to avoid what he recommended, so he was just going to fix the existing fitting.  When he was done, I saw he had dented the front of my refrigerator (it absolutely was not dented before).  When I pointed this out, his only reply was Oh, that's too bad!  Bad, but not as bad as the service I got today.  Every time I see the dent in my refrigerator, I'll be reminded not to use Eco Plumbers again.

Ben Franklin is our go to plumber and for good reason! We bought an older house and it seems like every six months or so we need service. Every time we have had them out they are on time, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Last week we noticed a leak under the sink and another under the floor. Fearing the worst we called several companies. The first three told me I had a leak under the slab. This would mean about $30,000 in repairs and almost complete demolition of my home! I decided to hold off until Ben franklin could come out, since I trust them to tell the truth. Long story short, the problem was a broken pipe under the sink. The team they sent to me worked hard, treated me well and FIXED the problem in about 2 hours for only $300! And here I was preparing to get a second mortgage! Almost every other plumber in town told me they would need to jackhammer up my floor, tear down a wall, and replace all my pipes. Always call Ben Franklin first. They're the best people you could ever ask for and they are beyond fair. We're customers for life!!!

One of the best contractor and technician services I have ever hired on my home. I live in an older area of town with older homes over 75 years old. Plumbing is always an issue. Greg and Chris were prompt, professional, fairly priced and extremely efficient. You can trust these guys over the bigger franchises to give you excellent service. My drains are old and they camera'd and scraped and the issue was over! Fast! Easy! So grateful! I would use them for any plumbing issue.

The business title says most everything, but I'd also add good communication and easy to work with. I was needing some work done on a property I was selling, and the company responded promptly to my inquiry on Yelp to help me gage the cost of the repair. The actual cost was slightly elevated because of increased complexity, but overall I was still satisfied on affordability and professionalism.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Honored the time slot and took care of almost everything. Return appointment was not charged due to oversight. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed. Very patient when booking or confirming work required.

Needed a gas manifold and some gas lines relocated to accommodate a basement finishing project. Called Amanda Plumbing based on reviews I've seen to date.
Tentative appointment was set and Amanda wanted their gas line guy to speak with me to understand work before scheduling. Hayden called me to understand work required and then appointment was scheduled.
Hayden and Tyler arrived on time for the job and had it knocked out in about 1.5 hours. They tested their work before wrapping up to make sure there were no leaks and that everything was safe. Price was fair for work performed.

Cruikshank Plumbing deceptive sales practice: lower estimate by omitting part of work through use of technical terms, pad your bill w/o explanation after work have started.

I think this guy is just having friends write reviews for him because my experience was nothing like those listed. I chose him over a big company like Roto Rooter because I thought his prices might be better and I'd get better service.

He came on a Friday to tighten up 2 rocking toilets and fix a small leak in our sink. He said he tightened the toilets, only one was actually fixed because after he left we noticed that the other still rocks when sitting on it. Chris informed us that he needed to order a part for the sink that would be in by Monday and he could return and fix it then, estimating the entire job to cost $250 which seems like a lot for tightening toilets (took him 15 minutes) and a leaky sink.

But we were still willing to pay it. Monday came around and no calls, no show. I called and left a message with no response. Today is Tuesday and again I left a message with no returned call and he did not show up today. I assume that he has just given up on our job and won't be returning. I'm hoping that he doesn't expect to be paid for tightening up the one toilet and never returning because that's not happening.

Do yourself a favor and call someone who shows up.
