This company is the BEST. Why? HONEST PLUMBERS   They are pretty much in line with what they charge compared to other companies,  but if you really want to know what is wrong they will honestly tell you! I thought I needed to replace a bathroom faucet and had 2 other companies come out and give an estimate,  Apex came out,  took one look at the Moen faucet and said the first plumber broke the aerator by not using the correct tool, just call Moen and they'll send you a new aerator at no charge. He also looked at the drain stopper and said the previous plumber did not replace it cause you have a Moen faucet and a Delta drain  stopper.  He suggested I call the previous plumber and tell them you consider their job from 2019 incomplete and see what they say.

Nicked my water line while doing a project at home. They arrived within an hour of calling, were personable, professional and helpful. They wrapped up the job in under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Water back on and disaster avoided. Highly recommend.

We had 3 sinks that required maintenance. Ian provided excellent service and exceeded expectations! He was very knowledgeable, quick, and took time to answers my questions. We had a failing heat pump water heater that needed replacement. Ohio Water Heaters is one of the companies we contacted for an opinion and quote, and we ended up going with them when we found out they had great familiarity with this type of water heater. I am not a water heater expert (ha), but it is my understanding that the heat pump is a more recent addition, relatively speaking, to water heater technology, so it was nice to find folks who were comfortable and well versed with them. They were also great to work with. To my complete awe, only one person showed up and both hauled the heavy old one up the stairs and out, and then took the heavy new one right back down. Very impressive. The work was great, and they handled disposal of the old one (heat pump water heaters can't be put out on the curb like traditional ones).

Scheduling and communication was excellent, and they showed up in the window we had been provided, with a call ahead of time that they were on the way.

And, we're very happy with the new water heater so far, which is working well!

I gladly recommend McDermott with five stars. This week, the company came out when our washer's drain pipe was backing up and overflowing onto the basement floor. Another company had previously said our drain might have concrete in it and the floor needed to be completely broken up. That would have cost thousands of dollars. Michael from McDermott snaked the pipe and fixed it pronto, never suggesting concrete in the pipe. (He said it was just typical gunk.) McDermott is honest, reasonable and Michael is very nice and easy to work with (and he's a dog person, so our dog loved him!). McDermott also has installed a water heater for us in the past and took care of a leaky dishwasher.

We had an emergency gas line repair needed. We called them on Monday morning, and were at the house by 11am. Arrangements were made for
the repair for Wednesday morning. The job was completed efficiently and effectively. All questions were answered with out delay. The guys were very well mannered and identified themselves with out asking. We are extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise. We will use Discount Drains if their service is ever needed again. We highly recommend them.

The estimate that we were given at the start, came in $100.00 less, because
they were able to use some of our existing pipes.  We are already planning on having them do another small plumbing job.

They came out and gave a free estimate at excavating my sub basement drain line and repairing it.  They did great work, and when there was still a problem, they came out the next day and resolved it without charging more. I highly recommend them!

I am a first time homeowner and had the pleasure of recently experiencing my first plumbing emergency: a small pipe broke in our basement, which resulted in us having to shut off the water to the house. The pipe broke on a Sunday morning, of course, and I was worried about a number of things: how soon could I get someone to come? How much would it cost? Would it really be fixed?

After doing some research on Yelp and Angie's List, I selected the top four plumbers with the highest number of positive reviews. The Eco Plumbers were at the top of both lists, but I thought I would also give some other places a chance at the same time. I sent e-mails to all four places or filled out forms on their websites, explaining it was an emergency and we needed someone as soon as possible. The Eco Plumbers responded to my web form submission within an hour by phone and scheduled someone to come out the next day (Monday). They said someone could come late morning or early afternoon.

(I will mention here that I initially tried calling the Eco Plumbers, got an answering service twice, and did not successfully receive a call back that way. So, I would suggest starting with their web form--not sure what the issue was there.)

The next morning, I got a call from Eco Plumbers at about 8 am: they were able to send someone earlier--would that be okay? We were thrilled someone could come sooner. I left for work and my husband stayed to wait for the plumber. Nick arrived right when he said he would, surveyed the problem, and had it fixed in an hour. He also looked at some other concerns my husband had, gave some advice for some potential future services (but useful advice--not upselling nonsense), and even helped tighten a bolt on our bathroom sink that my husband hadn't had the tools to fix. We found the price reasonable, especially given the prompt response and professionalism displayed.

It is now Tuesday. One of the three other places I submitted a emergency request to e-mailed me back yesterday to say that they had nothing open until Friday and I should call them. The other two places never responded at all. In short, we would have been in quite a bind without The Eco Plumbers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tim's the man! Kept at our disgusting pipes until he found the clog. I get to shower again, which makes him a hero to me.

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. We will be calling again the next tine we need a plumber. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Hesson Plumbing!

The price is high plus for the materials he ask equal to  labour costs even he didn't give a chance to buy the materials by myself because the materials.. isn't cost that much totals I'm not recommending

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

I've used Emergency Plumbing a couple of times in the last 18 months. Once to replace and relocate an expansion tank in my basement and then to reconnect some gas lines. They were friendly and professional, did a great job, and the pricing was very reasonable. Their quote was significantly less than the quote from Amanda Plumbing, another local plumbing company.

I've used Amanda plumbing twice and been very satisfied both times. The service is excellent and price is fair. I'm not a fan of having emergency plumbing work done but these guys make it a little easier to take.

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

Chris was awesome! He came out same day for a service call ($75 or waived if you get the job done) to my hot water tank. I explained the issue over the phone and he knew what I was talking about right away. He called me to asked if he could come early, which I was elated about.

He looked at it and immediately knew it was giving off an error code. He took the time to do some research, made some calls, found the part, and took the time to explain what was wrong, what it would cost, and what this repair was like in comparison to other things going wrong with the tank. Of all the things to go wrong, this issue was the least costly, but Chris was honest with me, letting me know he couldn't guarantee, with the age of the tank, that something else might not go wrong with it and once it leaks, it has to be replaced.

I asked him what he would do and he told me with this, he would do the repair and let it ride, but if it was anything else he'd replace the tank. Having just gotten burned by trying that method with my garage door, I was worried to just repair it and Chris took the time to inspect the tank and give me a honest opinion of it's current state and told me he felt confident in the repair and the tank would likely last a few more years, which was great news. When i asked him to quote me a new one, his quote was $400 less than another company who came out a few months ago for another issue that involved a mouse nest.

He got the part overnighted for me so I wouldn't have to go long without hot water and he came over the next day and had it up and running in less than an hour.

He even checked out a toilet filler that was acting weird for me and gave me good advice on replacing it with the same thing and not getting a fancy filler because they have more problems.

I would recommend Chris for any plumbing need for honestly and reasonably priced, fast service.
