Best Plumbing Services in Ohio

The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

We had 3 sinks that required maintenance. Ian provided excellent service and exceeded expectations! He was very knowledgeable, quick, and took time to answers my questions. If you are looking for stellar service at an affordable price look no further. Our family plans to use Drainbusters for any and all future plumbing needs!

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. These guys might be great plumbers but they never called me back, even if it was to say they were too busy or that my job was too small. I called a second time in case I'd missed a call from them. Still nothing.

I had a great experience with this company throughout the process.    I was impressed (and grateful) they could be here the next day, even though I called in the early evening.  Taylor was great.  He talked through all of the possibilities, was thorough, and solved the problem.  I highly recommend Discount Drains.

Very pleased with the work that was done.  Courteous and professional service.  Requested service for a leaking showerhead in the master bathroom.  I purchased parts myself to repair, but the screw holding the handle had corroded and I stripped it to a point where there was nothing to grab onto.  Frustrated I finally decided to seek professional help and I got it with A. Mann Plumbing.  Nick came out to my house about 10 minutes before the schedule appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. He was able to get the shower faucet handle off and still keep it in tact.  He was also able to find a replacement screw in his truck to put the handle back on.

I was thrilled that he was more than willing to use the parts I had purchased and install them himself.  I was able to save money by not having to purchase a new handle since he did a great job of removing it and I didn't have to buy new parts to fix the leak.  So much thanks to A. Mann Plumbing for that.

I also appreciate they were able to give me a scheduled appointment time.  I had an appointment scheduled with another company, but they were only able to provide me a 5 hour window.  A. Mann even called me the day before to ask if I wanted to move my appointment up to then, but I wouldn't have been able to make it home in time.

I have used G&M several times since buying my first home.  They are professional, personable, and very reasonably priced.  This week my fridge water line sprung a leak - originally I was scheduled for a Friday appointment, but they had an opening so the fix got done two days early - hooray!  They are my go-to for all plumbing issues - highly recommend!

I was thrilled with Hesson plumbing from the first call about replacing my water heater. David was polite and professional. He was patient and respectful while I checked prices. They arrived on time installed the water heater, and left nothing behind. Hesson's is now in my contacts as my plumber for any future needs.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Obviously it's terrible when you have an emergency plumbing issue. Our issue arose the day after we had moved in so I was at the end of my rope. My experience with emergency plumbing service was amazing from the very first person I talk to you when I called to make my appointment.

Before they showed up they sent me a text message with a picture of my technician, Ron. It included a little biography of him and being the woman at home by myself with my toddler that made me feel at ease.

After they did the diagnosis and gave me the estimate they had to explain to me that they did not have the pieces that they needed in order to fix my situation but they left to go find them and then came back and proceeded to fix my problem. They were at my house from most six hours and they did not leave until almost 8 PM and their demeanor was kind and positive throughout the entire experience. They had to work with my home warranty company which was being difficult and they did not seem to mind.

Ron and his assistant were absolutely amazing. I will definitely use this company if something else happens. And I will be sure to request Ron!

Amanda Plumbing came out to my house a year ago to fix a kitchen sink issue. Our kitchen sink was leaking, paid the $125 and was told it was fixed. Didn't notice for a while it was still leaking because it was just drops of water. Called to have them take a look and it turns out the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly 2 years ago by a different plumber. This should have been caught when Amanda plumbing came out last year but wasn't and wanted to charge me $300 for a pipe that they should have already fixed. Spoke to manager to see if any costs could be lowered or anything since it is obvious they messed up by not fixing the original issue, manager or owner was rude as hell and I will never use them again!
Stay away!

Update: Found a replacement pipe for $5 and are fixing it ourselves, they wanted to charge $300, what a joke.

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

Great service. On time, quick communication, got me booked asap and thorough and honest diagnostics. Would definitely hire again.
