Robert Whitney and his crew came out yesterday to service our water main as it had had a slow leak when we just acquired the house. As a first time home buyer, I was at first worrisome over how long the project would take or if anything may extend it/make it worse, but Robert and his crew alleviated any fears I had by explaining the process, keeping us apprised as needed and being very diligent. They even showed us how important is was to take care of our leak when they found a hole further down the line. This crew deserves a raise and Apex deserves yours consideration if you are looking for any water line work. They were awesome! Would work with again!! Just a shame I can only give 5/5 when they deserve 6/5!!!

Buckeye plumbing arrived on time, completed toilet seal replacement quickly and efficiently. Didn't break the bank. I will contact them again for other plumbing jobs.

I've had a variety of drain issues since buying my home a few years ago, and when I found water from the washing machine coming up from the drain, I expected the worst.  However, calling Drainbusters led to a faster than expected response.  Ian was great.  He explained how he would assess the issue, as well as the proposed solution.  He fixed it in less than half an hour.  The service was outstanding.

We had a failing heat pump water heater that needed replacement. Ohio Water Heaters is one of the companies we contacted for an opinion and quote, and we ended up going with them when we found out they had great familiarity with this type of water heater. I am not a water heater expert (ha), but it is my understanding that the heat pump is a more recent addition, relatively speaking, to water heater technology, so it was nice to find folks who were comfortable and well versed with them. They were also great to work with. To my complete awe, only one person showed up and both hauled the heavy old one up the stairs and out, and then took the heavy new one right back down. Very impressive. The work was great, and they handled disposal of the old one (heat pump water heaters can't be put out on the curb like traditional ones).

Scheduling and communication was excellent, and they showed up in the window we had been provided, with a call ahead of time that they were on the way.

And, we're very happy with the new water heater so far, which is working well!

Honest and great work.  Michael, the owner, and one other gentleman came out and replaced water meter for my irrigation system.  They did a great job.  While they were here I asked them to replaced toilet flapper valve and adjusted shower handle.   They did it with smiles and only did what was necessary. Didn't try to sale stuff or want to replace any unnecessary things.  Honest and good work.  Guys, this is the plumber you want.

Excellent experience with them!  Came out same day, had the needed sump pump in stock and were able to replace ours on the same day.  Their team were very friendly and professional and we now have our 20 year old pump that was on it's last legs replaced with a new one including battery backup pump!  Couldn't be happier and we will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing needs.

I researched a local plumber and wanted to support a local business. A. MANN was responsive and even texted me when we were playing phone tag. The plumber was able to unclog our slow draining tub and I am grateful to this company keeping all of their commitments to us, including being able to schedule an appointment soon after my request.

Responsive within 3 days but really no researching the cause of the problem. The rep had his kit to replace both the heating element and the thermostat before he even looked at the water tank.
Ohh he also had a $250 invoice ready. Did fix the problem at least.

My neighbor highly recommended them when u asked about tankless water heaters. They did an estimate the next day, and installed the next business day.

Two weeks later, the hot water is amazing. Service was great and I can't recommend it enough.

They were able to fit me in same day to correct a couple leaks in my shower. The gentlemen were very professional and nice. The work was quality, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use this company again if needed in the future and will recommend them to other people in need of a plumber.

So, I accidentally dropped a tube of face wash down the toilet on Monday night. After various attempts of retrieving the tube, I resorted to Yelp for a plumber. I found Hesson Plumbing and enjoyed the reviews. Although I saw that he was available 24/7, I didn't feel that it was necessary to call in an emergency at 11 PM over face wash in the clogged toilet so I decided to wait until the morning. I called at 7 AM and reached voicemail. David (the owner) called back within 15 minutes and got me on the schedule between 11 AM - 1 PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a couple reminder texts and emails about my appointment which I thought was nice. He and Nick showed up promptly at 11 AM and were out at 11:10 AM. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost for those ten minutes of service was $150 which I feel is kind of high, but he advised that it was his minimum service charge fee. After they left, I noticed that the tool they used to push the face wash through the drain left a couple metal scratches at the bottom of our toilet. I would definitely recommend Hesson plumbing again and would consider using them again. My only concern would be the cost. If a 10 minute service call is $150, I can't imagine what something a little more serious would cost.

One additional note and it's silly, but I really liked the quote on the back of David and Nick's long sleeve shirts - Stop Stressin, Call Hesson. Cute!

John and dion did a wonderful and quick job when replacing our home's hot water tank. I sent him a text with a few pictures of my hot water heater. He gave me a quote and the days he was available and viola!!! new hot water heater was installed. My husband who was present during the install said they were friendly and professional. Since our hot water heater is tucked away in a small space in our laundry room John had to re-pipe and some maneuvering to get the hot water tank in place. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for my other plumbing needs.  I thought his prices were fair! Thanks again!!!

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

This place isn't even worth one star.  Don't call them unless you would like an EMERGENCY in your home.

They always respond quickly and it is easy to schedule service appointments.  Their staff is friendly, helpful and does high quality work.  We have had 4 projects done by Amanda in the last year and all were done well.

Extremely fast service for our hot water tank going out. The staff was professional and they were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use again.

CLB Plumbing replaced my water heater. They were everything I wanted in a plumber...offered thorough explanation, clean, professional, and dependable. I will be using again if anything else comes up.
