Best Plumbing Services in Ohio
Shawn Scurlock was amazing! He was very professional and efficient and swiftly unclogged my main line. He has a great attitude and put up with my my hovering and questions. I told him his help really made my day! No one likes a problem like this but Apex squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon and their very kind plumber made it a little more bearable. =)

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30. At 11am I called to see when they would be here. They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected. They rescheduled for the following Monday. They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems. Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

I have used Drainbusters 3 times in the last ten years and ever time they have done an amazing job. This time my tub was clogged, I had another company rotoworks as they were available. The quote was three times as much. They cut the price in half and couldn't fix it. Anyways Drainbusters came out today, Ian was the plumber, was on time professional fixed the problem in 25 minutes. I strongly recommend using Drainbusters as they are honest and professional

We had a failing heat pump water heater that needed replacement. Ohio Water Heaters is one of the companies we contacted for an opinion and quote, and we ended up going with them when we found out they had great familiarity with this type of water heater. I am not a water heater expert (ha), but it is my understanding that the heat pump is a more recent addition, relatively speaking, to water heater technology, so it was nice to find folks who were comfortable and well versed with them. They were also great to work with. To my complete awe, only one person showed up and both hauled the heavy old one up the stairs and out, and then took the heavy new one right back down. Very impressive. The work was great, and they handled disposal of the old one (heat pump water heaters can't be put out on the curb like traditional ones).
Scheduling and communication was excellent, and they showed up in the window we had been provided, with a call ahead of time that they were on the way.
And, we're very happy with the new water heater so far, which is working well!

Michael fit us in quickly, arrived on time, and quickly fixed our leaky sink. As I suspected, the disposal needed to be replaced. I will always call McDemott Plumbing when we have an issue. Friendliest and most professional plumber we've ever hired.

I had a great experience with this company throughout the process. I was impressed (and grateful) they could be here the next day, even though I called in the early evening. Taylor was great. He talked through all of the possibilities, was thorough, and solved the problem. I highly recommend Discount Drains.

I can't yet speak to their work, but their service is top top notch. I'll find out about their work soon enough.
They came out to run gas for a new stove and a dryer. The first things they did were to say hi to my pup (who was being a brat and barking), shake my hand, and put dust covers on their shoes - which I appreciated.
One look at the lines coming from the basement and they showed me that it was quite risky to use the line already going to the attic to run the dryer too. They said it would likely starve the furnace, meaning I'd have to climb into the attic to relight the pilot every time we did a load of laundry. No bueno. To do it right would mean several holes in our walls and floors, equating to a ~$1500-$2000 job just for the gas.
His recommendation: don't pay them anything and just buy an electric dryer.
Then he looked at the stovetop and, because it's over drawers, highly recommended that we first buy the range we want, then he'd run the gas lines and install the stovetop. Although I was ready to do it today, and he was willing, he strongly advised for me to have him come back later as it could mean multiple holes in the floor and he couldn't guarantee the work once I started fussing with it. So, rather than have an efficient day with the possibility of an upset customer later, they left without any payment for nearly 45 minutes of scoping out the job and giving recommendations.

Cons:
- It can be a little challenging to get the secretary on the phone right away (she calls back w/in 1-3 hours), but (big pro) you can text the main number and she's quite responsive.
Pros:
- Willing to sacrifice their own profit margins to make sure I was happy
- Prompt. They gave themselves only a 30-minute window to arrive and showed up right on time.
- Willing to fully explain the situation. Makes professional suggestions for my own good and was willing to do the work if I insisted.
- Friendly and easy to chat with
I'll be hiring them to do the stovetop as soon as I've got all the materials. I've never hired a plumber before but it's rare to get this level of service in anything.

We moved to Columbus about three years ago and had less-than-optimal experiences with two larger plumbing companies. We tried Plumbing One recently and could not have been more pleased. Jess and associate were prompt, professional, and friendly. They did excellent work at a fair price. Now, I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing needs

Fantastic experience! Don was the one that came out to what we all thought would be a simple snaking of the main house line. Unfortunately, it turned into an 8 hour ordeal of stubborn tree roots. Not once did he seem to be in bad spirits, even after his cable broke. He did have to call for backup, but he didn't leave until it the job was complete. I felt terrible that he was there until midnight as I'm sure he would have much rather been home! But he got the job done and was friendly the entire time. Thank you for have such great customer service! We will definitely use this company in the future.

My mom had her toliet replaced May 26, 2023. That's it nothing else, the flange was not replaced. A thirty minute job that took 2 hours. To my surprise, The Eco Plumbers charged her $1,297.00. I asked for a price breakdown as to what all had been done and after speaking with the tech, I was told nothing else was done. The toliet was an American standard cadet pro, round toliet. You can find that at your local Lowes for under $300. I asked how they came up with that pricing and was told this is across the board. It is highway robbery, price gouging and honestly taking advantage of an elderly woman. To be named eco short for I assume economical, I suggest they change their name. Nothing economical about their 800% markup on a standard toliet. Oh they offered $100 off her next service call. Obviously, no more calls will be made to this company with dishonest pricing.

I first got hooked up with Ben Franklin by using a website that lets you punch in your issue and contact info, and then the website sends you the names and numbers of three appropriate businesses while it sends yours to them. I was given Franklin and two others, and this one contacted me so quickly I'd barely had time to make sure my phone was on (of the other two, one called me a couple of hours later and the other not at all).
Both that time and this time, they were able to get a plumber -- Tim is his name -- out to my house on the same day. This time it was quite an emergency. Think toilet, think dripping, think downstairs neighbor. The previous time was two! two! two! problems in one. Clogged sink and a toilet tank that wouldn't reliably stay filled.
In both cases, he arrived within the specified timeframe, diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly, and charged what I would guess are reasonable rates (they didn't break the bank, but I don't have much to compare it to). So far I have no complaints.

Really wanted to use this company to do the rough in for a second bathroom in my house. The guy that came out seemed nice and knew what he was doing and the price the quoted me was great. The only issue is they didn't quote me a cost to do it with a permit and I really needed that for when I plan on selling the house here in a year or two. I attempted to reach out to them multiple time to get the additional price but they would not respond to my requests.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John and his brother did a super job diagnosing and replacing an old toilet in our basement. Efficient in his work and very fair priced while being Covid proper, I am very happy with the job. We had a little glitch with the new toilet seal dripping and he came back to make it perfect. John is my new plumber on call.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday. I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote. I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink. I told
him I would like him to fix it. He said he could come right over. He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality. The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour. No more leak! His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote. Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on. I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

We have used this company for 20 years. This is a company that is honest and trustworthy.
We had a company come to check out our cast iron pipes. That company told us our pipes were rotted and they needed to excavate my kitchen, foyer, family room and dining room floors in order to replace the pipes . Cost $26,000 . Not to mention the fact that we would need to fully replace entire rooms of floors.
Cruikshank came out and ran the camera from clean out into house and out to street. Also ran from master bathroom to clean out. There is nothing wrong with our pipes. The plumber showed us the video, was nothing like the one that Atlas Butler showed us.
I would recommend Cruikshank anytime!
