Best Plumbing Services in Ohio

We are owners of a property that is located 524 miles from where we live. It needed some work so I started googling. I had called a few other businesses but Apex's response time was almost immediate and with a fair price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the property has now been rented. Thanks Apex.

Nicked my water line while doing a project at home. They arrived within an hour of calling, were personable, professional and helpful. They wrapped up the job in under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Water back on and disaster avoided. Highly recommend.

I have used Drainbusters 3 times in the last ten years and ever time they have done an amazing job. This time my tub was clogged, I had another company rotoworks as they were available. The quote was three times as much. They cut the price in half and couldn't fix it. Anyways Drainbusters came out today, Ian was the plumber, was on time professional fixed the problem in 25 minutes.  I strongly recommend using Drainbusters as they are honest and professional

Had Mike McDermott to our house today to install a new water heater. We will forever be returning to McDermott now as our plumber. He was quick to return our call. Came to our house within less than 24 hours. Brought the new water heater and took away the old one. Installed it all within a few hours or less. Super friendly. Reasonably priced. And loved our dog (gotta love that!). Great service. Highly recommend.

Discovered water heater leaking at 3 pm. Contacted Mann at 3:30. Came same day and finished installing new one by 6:15. Ray was punctual and professional. Hot water by 7:00. Highly recommend.

Very thankful for Jess and her team.  She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter.  During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had.  She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items.    She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included.   She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space.  Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.   Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

Suddenly water had backed up into my bathtub and I called G&M because I thought the roots had grown back.  Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and instead part of my pipes had collapsed due to age.  With the house being 60 years old, it was to be suspected.

G&M was able to handle the situation.  They transitioned from working inside my house to doing the outside work. They took care of getting the inspection from the city (don't want to hit the gas line!) to fixing the pipe to making sure everything was clean and back in order.  

Everyone I spoke with at G&M to handle this problem was professional and courteous.

Their cost was out of this world!!  They didn't replace any piping under my kitchen sink, just repositioned them which did the job. And they replaced one set of shut off valves under one of my bathroom sinks.  From the moment he hit my door until he left was 45 minutes.  $354.00!!! Didn't tell me about this cost until after he was done!!!!

Some time ago I called to have a shower faucet repaired. They scheduled a day or two out which isn't ideal with a leaking shower faucet but I was ok with that. Appointment was 4-5pm. Guy called at about 5:05 and said he would be there by 6. I left work early to be there by 4 mind you. 6 pm comes around.. nothing. He calls again at 6:15 and says he is just finishing up and will be there in about a half hour. Frustrating.. not even as much him being late as just not having enough courtesy to tell me BEFORE the time he said he would be there, but fine, I just want it done. I wait.. nothing. 7:30 comes around and he finally shows up at my door. He takes about 15 minutes to fix it, not too bad. Then he starts writing it up and has the nerve to make the remark of Well, it didn't take too long so I'm not going to charge you overtime (or whatever term they use) charges for being out here so late. Really! So $250 for that 15 minute call that you were 3 hours late to and you're going to try to make me feel special by not charging me extra for it? Why thank you! Not. Needless to say, this whole we will pay you if we are late thing is far from true. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Called this company about installing underground drain lines from two of my downspouts. The woman that answered said Heston did not do this kind of work. I told her I knew they did because my neighbor across the street had them do the same thing to his property. I asked her to have them come and give me an estimate. She said there would be a charge of $99.00 just to give me an estimate. Their prices must be awfully high if they want $99. up front.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John & his son came to install a new water line for a new refrigerator that's being delivered soon. John was polite, clean & takes pics of all of his work. It took very little time & his charge was less than his estimate! He's also available to take electronic payment for his work, so that makes it easy as well.
    Absolutely recommend him for your next plumbing need!

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

Honored the time slot and took care of almost everything. Return appointment was not charged due to oversight. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed. Very patient when booking or confirming work required.

They always respond quickly and it is easy to schedule service appointments.  Their staff is friendly, helpful and does high quality work.  We have had 4 projects done by Amanda in the last year and all were done well.

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater.  They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described.  This was reasonable.  They arrived the next morning and got right to work.  Their guy was very polite and kept things neat.  He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges.  The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted.  I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.

Needed an inspection of some work completed at my house for a home sale. Showed up same day I called and was quick and courteous. Thank you!
