My toilet overflowed after Taco Bell Night last Tuesday, lol! I was worried about water damage so I called these people, they did a truly respectable job! Thank you Apex Plumbing! I will definitely call next time my son clogs the toilet!

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

These guys are incredible! If you are looking for a drain cleaner you have to call them. They saved me a lot of money from another quote I received and did a great job for me. Thanks Sam!

So very thankful for Ohio Water Heaters. Mike was very helpful getting us the best and most affordable option and Brandon was very knowledgeable and fast in installation. They also have financing which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater began leaking after only having it for three years. We called Michael at 5:00pm on a Friday and by 8:00pm on Saturday we had a state of the art tankless water heater installed and running. Michael clearly knows the  products he is installing and walked my wife and I through what kind of maintenance we needed to do to ensure it lasts 20 plus years. Highly recommend McDermott Plumbing and if we ever need his services again we will defiantly be reaching out to him.

Had a sink clog up after a shot glass got into the drain with garbage disposal turned on.  Yelp response was prompt with same day phone consult.  Arrived on time the next day.  Austin was my technician.  Very friendly, polite and funny too!  Great value for the fix.  Would gladly do business with again.

They came out and gave a free estimate at excavating my sub basement drain line and repairing it.  They did great work, and when there was still a problem, they came out the next day and resolved it without charging more. I highly recommend them!

Then acted like he didn't speak to use about the problem with water leak first excuse was he couldn't find his employee and his work truck since Thursday of last week said that he would me here the following Monday at 10AM
No show again called him acted like he didn't know what we were talking about .
Said he`s behind since her had to fire his employee .

Pricing very reasonable. This is the second time I've used G & M, still a local family company. I recommend them highly.

Tried to charge me $740 for installation of a toilet flange + wax seal ($450 for just a seal replacement. Total parts cost $30 max at a hardware store. Takes 15 min to install. Insane ripoff!   Had them out a few years for a gas line estimate. They were 4x the pice of other plumbers. Don't use this plumber for anything unless you want to pay a ridiculous price.

Some time ago I called to have a shower faucet repaired. They scheduled a day or two out which isn't ideal with a leaking shower faucet but I was ok with that. Appointment was 4-5pm. Guy called at about 5:05 and said he would be there by 6. I left work early to be there by 4 mind you. 6 pm comes around.. nothing. He calls again at 6:15 and says he is just finishing up and will be there in about a half hour. Frustrating.. not even as much him being late as just not having enough courtesy to tell me BEFORE the time he said he would be there, but fine, I just want it done. I wait.. nothing. 7:30 comes around and he finally shows up at my door. He takes about 15 minutes to fix it, not too bad. Then he starts writing it up and has the nerve to make the remark of Well, it didn't take too long so I'm not going to charge you overtime (or whatever term they use) charges for being out here so late. Really! So $250 for that 15 minute call that you were 3 hours late to and you're going to try to make me feel special by not charging me extra for it? Why thank you! Not. Needless to say, this whole we will pay you if we are late thing is far from true. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best contractor and technician services I have ever hired on my home. I live in an older area of town with older homes over 75 years old. Plumbing is always an issue. Greg and Chris were prompt, professional, fairly priced and extremely efficient. You can trust these guys over the bigger franchises to give you excellent service. My drains are old and they camera'd and scraped and the issue was over! Fast! Easy! So grateful! I would use them for any plumbing issue.

John was very professional and courteous. He came on such short notice and got the job done. He gave me helpful tips and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again when we need such services.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

Wow! We had Ryan out today to fix a kitchen leak that went down into our basemen. Ryan was fantastic! We were so happy with such a quick response and such a professional and friendly visit. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know.

Quick, honest and solid work.  

We had a faucet and some valves replaced after a leak.  They came out quickly, at a fair price and performed the work just perfectly.  

I would recommend them in the future for sure!

Cruikshank Plumbing deceptive sales practice: lower estimate by omitting part of work through use of technical terms, pad your bill w/o explanation after work have started.

Very grateful that Chris from CLB was able to come out on an emergency call on a Friday night. Fixed our problem, was very friendly and seemed trustworthy.
