This company is the BEST. Why? HONEST PLUMBERS   They are pretty much in line with what they charge compared to other companies,  but if you really want to know what is wrong they will honestly tell you! I thought I needed to replace a bathroom faucet and had 2 other companies come out and give an estimate,  Apex came out,  took one look at the Moen faucet and said the first plumber broke the aerator by not using the correct tool, just call Moen and they'll send you a new aerator at no charge. He also looked at the drain stopper and said the previous plumber did not replace it cause you have a Moen faucet and a Delta drain  stopper.  He suggested I call the previous plumber and tell them you consider their job from 2019 incomplete and see what they say.

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

We had 3 sinks that required maintenance. Ian provided excellent service and exceeded expectations! He was very knowledgeable, quick, and took time to answers my questions. If you are looking for stellar service at an affordable price look no further. Our family plans to use Drainbusters for any and all future plumbing needs!

Sit back and relax and let me tell you about the absolutely amazing experience I had with the amazing people behind Ohio Water Heaters (OWH).

Once upon a time my tankless water heater stopped working and I searched the world of Columbus over for quotes on a new heater. I needed a company with flexibility with a  flare of tech savvy and virtual visit options. I filled out contact form after contact form and was told pictures weren't enough and someone would have to come onsite.

Until I connected with Mike of OWH.

Words can't describe how incredible my experience has been with OWH. I sent Mike a picture of my current set up and confidently talked through my options. I wanted to virtually show him the space and we were able to swiftly move to a video call. Mike understood my needs and made an excellent project recommendation. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and I LOVE that OWH has a dedicated client website and utilizes text reminders for the appointment and to notify you of when your tech(s) are on the way.

Austin and Chris were assigned to me job and are great! They answered my billions of questions with style and grace.

The checkout process was fantastic as well. I was impressed to see that they use an iPad checkout process. I immediately received an invoice that included details on my warranties. Bonus - I didn't have to register my product; Mike did it all for me!

Choosing OWH to help me with my water heating (and some light plumbing) needs was a slam dunk win decision!

The scheduling process was easy, and Michael arrived on time with a courtesy call ahead of his visit.  He was extremely professional, completed quality work and was reasonably priced. Most of all, I feel trusting of McDermott and will definitely call again should the need arise.

I really wanted to like this company. However when they replaced my hot water tank several months ago, unbeknownst to me, to make the new, larger unit fit, the tech shortened my washer drain. In doing so, the washer drain isn't tall enough anymore to properly drain, and there is a deeply curved 'trap', (that wasn't there before), that causes the water to rush back up and out of the drain. I had asked the tech at the time about all the 'left over' PVC pipe pieces, but he'd assured me it was from the old tank- when in fact it was actually my working washer drain that he'd removed and replaced with a shorter pipe, with a very curved 'trap'. He did this in order to make the new tank easier to install, he failed to reassemble the drain properly after removing it to install the tank.
The back of the washer/drain/hoses/etc. are all in a separate room than the front of the washer. It's accessed clear on the other side of the house through a tiny door next to the fridge in the kitchen. I've went in there once to change my furnace filter months ago. I noticed the concrete floor was a bit 'damp', so I put a damp-rid in the room and thought nothing more about it- bottom line, my washer has been draining into this small utility room and flooding for months! There is actually mold on one of the wall studs now! I'd noticed my new flooring warping near the furnace intake vent, but couldn't understand why. It's the only place in the house that my new flooring is warped, chipping. I know now it's from the water leaking under the furnace in the utility room and seeping under the laminate flooring!

Am I stupid for not realizing this sooner- yes, I admit I am. Is Discount Drains responsible for their tech tampering with, and ruining my washer drain- yes, yes they are! They are also responsible for the mold that occurred and the small area of warped flooring as a result of their mistake.
I have contacted them, and I was told they are sending someone out to, dispute the mold. Not a very courteous response at all! If they repair/replace the washer drain so it functions properly as it did before they ruined it, and address the mold they caused as well as replacing the affected floor boards, I will remove this post, however if they refuse to repair the washer drain that their tech ruined, and clean/repair the mold, replace flooring, I will have no choice but to litigate for damages and will continue to strongly suggest not doing business with this company! I trusted them to do the job right, and instead they caused damage to my home with their incompetence! I'm super disappointed both in their workmanship and response to my issue!

Recently bought a house and discovered a new water leak into the crawl space. I left a voicemail after hours and they responded quickly the next morning via text. The area was fixed that day. The 2 men that came out were very nice and answered any questions we had.

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out. John came down and fix all of my plumbing problems with the help of Paul which he called later on because he needed a certain tool that he didn't have in hand. Bottom line John have me as a client forever with his honesty and sincerely wanted to take care of his clients. John is a true owner he's passionate,very knowledgeable,personable, have pride in his work and works with integrity. He's a rare find. I've gone thru so many plumbing company and not once have I stay loyal. This is my 2nd time using Plumbing One and will be until I need plumbing service. I trust them and feel very confident with their work. I am telling everyone I know about John & my experience with what he did. Thank you so much John for taking your time to meet with me on after hours. I will be calling you guys soon for my sewage pipe service. I am going on Yelp,Google,four square,etc.....to post my positive feedback for Plumbing One. Business like this should be heard loud and clear....!!!!

The company did a great job with our issue. It was fixed promptly and efficiently. My advice would be to pay close attention to the quote you receive and time actually worked. The billed hours were  exaggerated from actual time worked and included material pickup charge 40. trip charge 30.00 and a 2x markup on parts. These were excessive charges I felt.

Very quick response time, thorough and knowledgeable inspector who took the time to go through my options and point out different fittings in my home as well as pros and cons of each. Would highly recommend for gas work and will continue to use them for plumbing needs as well.

Ben Franklin is our go to plumber and for good reason! We bought an older house and it seems like every six months or so we need service. Every time we have had them out they are on time, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Last week we noticed a leak under the sink and another under the floor. Fearing the worst we called several companies. The first three told me I had a leak under the slab. This would mean about $30,000 in repairs and almost complete demolition of my home! I decided to hold off until Ben franklin could come out, since I trust them to tell the truth. Long story short, the problem was a broken pipe under the sink. The team they sent to me worked hard, treated me well and FIXED the problem in about 2 hours for only $300! And here I was preparing to get a second mortgage! Almost every other plumber in town told me they would need to jackhammer up my floor, tear down a wall, and replace all my pipes. Always call Ben Franklin first. They're the best people you could ever ask for and they are beyond fair. We're customers for life!!!

I highly recommend Hesson plumbing. They completed some work at my home for leaks. They were masked and Covid sensitive. In addition, they were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I feel much better about the plumbing in my home.
In addition, they are using today's technology and apps to make the appointment and payment process easy. Their prices are also reasonable for the quality of service they perform. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

John was very professional, arrived on time - and confirmed appointment time the day prior. Project went smoothly, exactly as he described at our initial consult and price was exactly as estimated. I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

We have used this company for 20 years. This is a company that is honest and trustworthy.
We had a company come to check out our cast iron pipes. That company told us our pipes were rotted and they needed to excavate my kitchen, foyer, family room and dining room floors in order to replace the  pipes . Cost $26,000 . Not to mention the fact that we would need to fully replace  entire rooms of floors.
Cruikshank came out and ran the camera from clean out into house and out to street. Also ran from master bathroom to clean out. There is nothing wrong with our pipes. The plumber showed us the video, was nothing like  the one that Atlas Butler showed us.
I would recommend Cruikshank anytime!

CLB Plumbing gave me a quick response to an issue I was having with a leak from my bathtub/shower to my kitchen below. Tech came out diagnosed the problem within twenty minutes.   He went and got the part and an hour later problem solved. Answered several questions during the process and gave some recommendations on another issue.  I highly recommend!
