I needed help with two things - problems with a hot water heater and a broken fill valve in one of the toilets. I received a very prompt reply from Apex and was able to get an appointment within a day.

The plumber arrived on time. His name is Dusty and he reviewed the two problems. He provided clear information regarding his assessment and potential options. Because I had similar problems with the hot water heater several months back and got a similar recommendation from a plumber from a different company, I chose to go with Dusty's recommendation for getting a new heater.

Dusty came back with all the materials he needed and worked for several hours straight. He was conscientious and professional. I was very happy with his work and would request him in the future.

And all those problems with not having hot water, a mother board that gave confusing error messages, and a fill valve that jumped up into the air every time the toilet was flushed are now fixed. I have hot water in every shower and in all faucets - the first time since moving here about a year ago. Although it cost more than I had anticipated, it was well worth the money.

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

I've had a variety of drain issues since buying my home a few years ago, and when I found water from the washing machine coming up from the drain, I expected the worst.  However, calling Drainbusters led to a faster than expected response.  Ian was great.  He explained how he would assess the issue, as well as the proposed solution.  He fixed it in less than half an hour.  The service was outstanding.

Water leak sensor detected flooding from my 18 year old water heater at about 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ohio Water Heaters and they had a new water heater on site and installed by 10am the following morning.

Had a sink clog up after a shot glass got into the drain with garbage disposal turned on.  Yelp response was prompt with same day phone consult.  Arrived on time the next day.  Austin was my technician.  Very friendly, polite and funny too!  Great value for the fix.  Would gladly do business with again.

Our main drain was leaking so we contacted A Mann Plumbing. Deborah was very kind and helpful and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. David was kind and courteous and was able to determine the issue, once the part was ordered he was able to fix the pipe quickly. Communication was great throughout the process. Very thankful for Jess and her team.  She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter.  During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had.  She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items.    She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included.   She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space.  Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.   Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

Was able to schedule next day service and received a courteous call to let me know they were running a little late.  Rob was nice and professional and was able to quickly unclog our bathroom sink at a very affordable price.  I would definitely call G & M for any future plumbing needs.

We called Eco Plumbers this morning at 7:30 am as soon as we realized that we had no hot water!  Adam was over by 10am! Before he arrived, I was sent his info and picture to let me know who and exactly when he was coming. This was highly surprising and welcoming.  
  He was a true gentleman and very knowledgeable with understanding and honesty. I let him know what I needed replaced and he accommodated me with choices and price ranges on his handy I-pad.
   Very prompt service with no pressure. I was totally relieved with the same day replacement of the water heater and new sump pump that I wanted along with a new outside faucet that I had been wanting. While I was at it, I ordered the main drain to be cleaned.  All things I was planning on doing.

These guys are the best! Everything from the appointment through payment can be done on your phone. They show up on time, assess the situation and get it resolved quickly. Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

I've used Emergency Plumbing a couple of times in the last 18 months. Once to replace and relocate an expansion tank in my basement and then to reconnect some gas lines. They were friendly and professional, did a great job, and the pricing was very reasonable. Their quote was significantly less than the quote from Amanda Plumbing, another local plumbing company.

Quickly came out and fixed my problem for a reasonable price. Will definitely be my plumbing repair resource in the area!

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater.  They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described.  This was reasonable.  They arrived the next morning and got right to work.  Their guy was very polite and kept things neat.  He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges.  The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted.  I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.

Great service. On time, quick communication, got me booked asap and thorough and honest diagnostics. Would definitely hire again.
