Best Plumbing Services in Ohio
Shawn Scurlock was amazing! He was very professional and efficient and swiftly unclogged my main line. He has a great attitude and put up with my my hovering and questions. I told him his help really made my day! No one likes a problem like this but Apex squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon and their very kind plumber made it a little more bearable. =)

Buckeye Plumbing fixed our sump pump issue to bring it up to code. They were efficient, fast and respectful. I didn't have time to price compare so I have no idea if they were within a reasonable range but considering they did a good job, I'm very happy.

Had used them 1 year before and they did a great job then. Great service and they do it right the first time. Called them again for a different problem recently and they were able to come within 48 hours. Fixed the problem and cleaned up beautifully. Ralph P.

Our hot water tank was at least 18 years old so when we started to notice that we were running out of hot water we knew it was time to replace it. After discussing our choices we decided to go with a hybrid hot water tank. Yes, it was more expensive. It is supposed to be more efficient and there is a tax rebate.
I got a text saying they would be there between 7 and 9 am; they were there by 7.
It took just over two hours to install. They cleaned up and the tank works great. Too soon to tell if it is saving me money. I am looking forward to the tax credit on next years tax return. We have plenty of hot water now.
I would use them again.

Our water heater began leaking after only having it for three years. We called Michael at 5:00pm on a Friday and by 8:00pm on Saturday we had a state of the art tankless water heater installed and running. Michael clearly knows the products he is installing and walked my wife and I through what kind of maintenance we needed to do to ensure it lasts 20 plus years. Highly recommend McDermott Plumbing and if we ever need his services again we will defiantly be reaching out to him.

They were willing to send a tech out to try to figure out our sewer smell. First tech (Gage) was supposed to be there between 9am-1pm. He finally shows up at 1:15pm and tells me it can't be the venting so I will need to cut a hole in your drywall but I don't have power tools. So he told me another technician would come within the hour. I waited almost 2 more hours before the last tech (Emily) came. Emily was super helpful (and cut the hole without using power tools so that was frustrating). She went up into the attic and determined the problem was our venting - the very thing i asked about to the first technician and was told it couldn't be. The whole thing cost $200 and when I messaged the company about my discontentment with my wait times (I missed a whole day of work), all of a sudden they stopped responding to my messages although before the job they were very quick to respond. Emily was great but everyone else was less than helpful. She is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

If ever the term singing their praises needed to be taken literally, now is the time. I am so incredibly impressed and pleased with this company, let me go back 24 hours to explain.
After two weeks of calling around and fighting with other issues, I saw Plumbing One in the Comments section of another home improvement store. Our water heater failed and with funds as tight as they were, we were particular about the price we were going to pay for the replacement and the cost of installing it. When I called PO, they (Tom) was quick to answer my questions and, although he was actually on assignment in the field, promised to get the information for what he couldn't quote ASAP and call me back. He did, within 5 minutes.
Not only was it possible to have it installed this morning, but the price he quoted was half as much as some of these other so-called credible companies. To make things better, his was a one-time fee versus other per hour rates. The conundrum now was the need to actually GET the water heater, since we hadn't anticipated the readiness.
He and I spoke several times, as my window of opportunity to lock a next-day appointment was closing. To make things tougher, when I went to purchase the heater, the (NON)sale price went up $100+.
After waiting over 15 minutes for assistance that we never received, we walked out and drove to the competition and found a better deal. Sadly, after we got the item home (I hauled it myself), we realized it was too late to get it done before the weekend and would have to wait until Monday (what's three more days of cold showers and boiling water for cleaning?).
Well, here's the real surprise. I got a call at 8:03 this morning from servicemen Ron & Tyler, who were in the area and willing to install it IMMEDIATELY or Monday, whichever I preferred.
Do I even need to tell you my answer?
90 minutes later, we were signing the invoice and patiently waiting for them to leave so they wouldn't have to witness the 4-person Fight Zone single-elimination event to see who would be the first two in the hot showers!
Not only do I swear by their excellent service and business acumen, I give an additional hoorah because they managed this despite the recent fire damage to their business, which has supposedly impacted their efficiency...
...not that you'd know it.
I have other upcoming plumbing needs and I already know who I'll be contacting. I guess it's only appropriate that there motto is, The One To Call.
Bravo gentlemen, bravo.

These are my go-to plumbers in Columbus. They do great work, but I have to start here:
Oh my goodness, the receptionist is so kind and caring. Clearly people are having a bad day most of the time when they are calling a plumber. She's empathetic and let's me believe my (relatively small) problem is a travesty. I also have no idea how she balances everything. I was scheduled for my broken dishwasher about 48 hours from my call but I let her know I worked form home and she said she's put me on a cancellation list. By noon the next day I had a plumber in my house.
The plumber was early (!) he called and let me know he was 45 minutes out and then showed up in under 30. When I commented he mentioned he decided to skip lunch. If my kitchen wasn't a wreck I would have made him one.
He fixed the problem expertly and asked him to look at a kitchen sink bad install I had (last time I'm ever not using these plumbers for anything, but it was a contracted job). He was able to fix it too. It had been driving me nuts for over a year.
This isn't the first time over used them. Every time I've had someone different and every time they're great and have solved some tricky problems. Once a clogged drain necessitated an entire repointing under the kitchen sink (again, call G&M first but I let my boyfriend take a crack at it first). The problem had my man cursing and yelling up a storm the night before. This guy came in and NO LIE -- SANG -- while he worked.
Bottom line, they have been able to fix all sorts of problems around my house and they're reasonably priced. Even the times I've thought holy hell when I saw the bill it's been a reflection of the time, expertise, and complexity of the project.
Oh and yeah, plumber wore a mask the while time and didn't comment or complain...unfortunately been rare with tradesmen.

Called on a Sunday evening, got an answering service. Within an hour a Eco Plumber scheduler called back and asked if it was an emergency - it was not but I was able to schedule for Monday right then. They were able to quote emergency rates over the phone. I received a 2-hour window and a promise of a 30-minute on our way call.
Call and arrival as promised. I had a sewer backup. After a quick assessment, I was given a price before any work was done, offering optional camera assessment which I took. They explained everything at a level I could understand, work was done quickly and done well.
These guys are a member of the BBB with an A+ rating.
I could not have asked for anything more - I highly recommend them for sewer work or probably any service they offer.

These guys are great! Jeff came out to inspect my parent's plumbing concerns last week. Not only did he not charge them because there wasn't serious problem, he gave them advice on the issue at hand, as well as some advice for his other plumbing concerns. So I decided to give them a call this week regarding some issues I had with my basement drain. Jeff came to my house as well and proceeded to give me great advice on multiple plumbing issues. I have a house that is about 100 years old so the plumbing can be interesting to say the least. When Jeff had a question about what would work best, Tim said he would swing by and consult. I had them both here for probably 20 minutes more and we came up with a solution. They also fixed another issue I had been dealing with regarding my sewage lines. I'm waiting for a call back regarding the estimate but I have to say my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been fantastic, for both myself and my parents. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, what a great experience this has been.

Great service. Basically provided a consult via phone (and text pictures) to ensure they knew the problem before arriving, and that they would show up with the correct parts. They dispatched a technician only a few hours after I called, despite it not being an emergency. Technician was masked up, professional, and resolved the problem quickly. Highly recommended.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John and dion did a wonderful and quick job when replacing our home's hot water tank. I sent him a text with a few pictures of my hot water heater. He gave me a quote and the days he was available and viola!!! new hot water heater was installed. My husband who was present during the install said they were friendly and professional. Since our hot water heater is tucked away in a small space in our laundry room John had to re-pipe and some maneuvering to get the hot water tank in place. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for my other plumbing needs. I thought his prices were fair! Thanks again!!!

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP. He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!). He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes. He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner. Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left! Very impressed with Mike.

Called this company on a Sunday because a pipe was leaking in our basement. They were able to come fix it within two hours. Not an awful price for a Sunday either. Very friendly as well!

Prompt, professional, friendly service. Their prices are on par with other plumbing services- not cheap but definitely fair. Let's face it- no one really wants to spend $500 on a toilet- but a toilet is pretty important so just do it and get it over with fast LOL. The great thing was their quick callback and quick scheduling- it was done fast. I was able to get my elderly mom 2 new toilets in the one week I was there visiting. Thank you Amanda.

Cruikshank Plumbing deceptive sales practice: lower estimate by omitting part of work through use of technical terms, pad your bill w/o explanation after work have started.

Needed an inspection of some work completed at my house for a home sale. Showed up same day I called and was quick and courteous. Thank you!
