Buckeye plumbing arrived on time, completed toilet seal replacement quickly and efficiently. Didn't break the bank. I will contact them again for other plumbing jobs.

We had a clogged main drain.   Two plumbers gave us huge estimates that involved extensive work.   Ian from Drainbusters came and was able to open the drain.   The charge was less than $200.   We have used them for additional work.   They are great.

Once upon a time my tankless water heater stopped working and I searched the world of Columbus over for quotes on a new heater. I needed a company with flexibility with a  flare of tech savvy and virtual visit options. I filled out contact form after contact form and was told pictures weren't enough and someone would have to come onsite.

Until I connected with Mike of OWH.

Words can't describe how incredible my experience has been with OWH. I sent Mike a picture of my current set up and confidently talked through my options. I wanted to virtually show him the space and we were able to swiftly move to a video call. Mike understood my needs and made an excellent project recommendation. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and I LOVE that OWH has a dedicated client website and utilizes text reminders for the appointment and to notify you of when your tech(s) are on the way.

Austin and Chris were assigned to me job and are great! They answered my billions of questions with style and grace.

The checkout process was fantastic as well. I was impressed to see that they use an iPad checkout process. I immediately received an invoice that included details on my warranties. Bonus - I didn't have to register my product; Mike did it all for me!

Trevor did a great job! He came in through our warranty for a toilet issue that he quickly remedied and also discovered some unrelated issues with our water heating and piping in our basement. He is very detailed in his work and in noticing areas to improve the plumbing. Much appreciated!

We called A. Mann to get a second opinion on a job the first company we called said was very complicated & would cost $4,000. Robbie came this morning & immediately knew of a simple solution and quickly took care of our problem for only $400. Not only did he save us from throwing away thousands of dollars, he was prompt, worked efficiently and was very respectful of our time & needs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

If ever the term singing their praises needed to be taken literally, now is the time.  I am so incredibly impressed and pleased with this company, let me go back 24 hours to explain.

After two weeks of calling around and fighting with other issues, I saw Plumbing One in the Comments section of another home improvement store.  Our water heater failed and with funds as tight as they were, we were particular about the price we were going to pay for the replacement and the cost of installing it.  When I called PO, they (Tom) was quick to answer my questions and, although he was actually on assignment in the field, promised to get the information for what he couldn't quote ASAP and call me back.  He did, within 5 minutes.

Not only was it possible to have it installed this morning, but the price he quoted was half as much as some of these other so-called credible companies.  To make things better, his was a one-time fee versus other per hour rates.  The conundrum now was the need to actually GET the water heater, since we hadn't anticipated the readiness.

He and I spoke several times, as my window of opportunity to lock a next-day appointment was closing.  To make things tougher, when I went to purchase the heater, the (NON)sale price went up $100+.  

After waiting over 15 minutes for assistance that we never received, we walked out and drove to the competition and found a better deal.  Sadly, after we got the item home (I hauled it myself), we realized it was too late to get it done before the weekend and would have to wait until Monday (what's three more days of cold showers and boiling water for cleaning?).

Well, here's the real surprise.  I got a call at 8:03 this morning from servicemen Ron & Tyler, who were in the area and willing to install it IMMEDIATELY or Monday, whichever I preferred.

Do I even need to tell you my answer?

90 minutes later, we were signing the invoice and patiently waiting for them to leave so they wouldn't have to witness the 4-person Fight Zone single-elimination event to see who would be the first two in the hot showers!

Not only do I swear by their excellent service and business acumen, I give an additional hoorah because they managed this despite the recent fire damage to their business, which has supposedly impacted their efficiency...

...not that you'd know it.

I have other upcoming plumbing needs and I already know who I'll be contacting.  I guess it's only appropriate that there motto is, The One To Call.

Was able to schedule next day service and received a courteous call to let me know they were running a little late.  Rob was nice and professional and was able to quickly unclog our bathroom sink at a very affordable price.  I would definitely call G & M for any future plumbing needs.

Very quick response time, thorough and knowledgeable inspector who took the time to go through my options and point out different fittings in my home as well as pros and cons of each. Would highly recommend for gas work and will continue to use them for plumbing needs as well.

My neighbor down the street gave this company a recommendation. I trust her opinion so I decided to give them a try.

Over the past few years I've had them:
Unclog a bathroom sink.
Had them provide opinion on repair of a double walled pedestal sink. (Repair vs Replace)
Flush the hot water heater (and show me how to do it).
Look at a leaking toilet tank.

They are always professional and always helpful. Their prices have been reasonable too!

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.

Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. We will be calling again the next tine we need a plumber. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Hesson Plumbing!

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John was very professional and courteous. He came on such short notice and got the job done. He gave me helpful tips and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again when we need such services.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

The water main broke on a Saturday, flooding my basement.  I phoned another business I have used in the past and they could not come until Monday afternoon, when they could send an estimator.  Mind you, I would be without water until they could come out.  Fortunately I was given the name of Emergency Plumbing Service and when I called I was quoted a price and they came out immediately and fixed the broken line.  They were also very reasonable!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price!

Quick, honest and solid work.  

We had a faucet and some valves replaced after a leak.  They came out quickly, at a fair price and performed the work just perfectly.
