I needed help with two things - problems with a hot water heater and a broken fill valve in one of the toilets. I received a very prompt reply from Apex and was able to get an appointment within a day.

The plumber arrived on time. His name is Dusty and he reviewed the two problems. He provided clear information regarding his assessment and potential options. Because I had similar problems with the hot water heater several months back and got a similar recommendation from a plumber from a different company, I chose to go with Dusty's recommendation for getting a new heater.

Dusty came back with all the materials he needed and worked for several hours straight. He was conscientious and professional. I was very happy with his work and would request him in the future.

And all those problems with not having hot water, a mother board that gave confusing error messages, and a fill valve that jumped up into the air every time the toilet was flushed are now fixed. I have hot water in every shower and in all faucets - the first time since moving here about a year ago. Although it cost more than I had anticipated, it was well worth the money.

Originally the appt was scheduled for Friday @ 9:30.  At 11am I called to see when they would be here.  They called back at 3pm and said that their techs got caught up with jobs that took longer than expected.  They rescheduled for the following Monday.  They showed up on time and had the work completed very quickly with no problems.  Because of the missed appt they took $50 off the work .

Can't say enough about Sam and Drainbusters.  Work was scheduled the very next morning and he was here early! Beginning to end, the call took less than a half hour and our clog in the wall was gone.  Although the clog was high, he still took the camera all the way to where the pipe goes outside to make sure there weren't any other issues.  Price was way better than expected.  I couldn't be happier with the experience!

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. Great experience!  Scheduling was easy, Mike called when he was on his way, and he was friendly and professional.  I called about my kitchen sink, and asked him to look at our bathroom sinks and a toilet that kept running. Mike finished all 3 jobs quickly, and was ok with me asking him to add things on.  I will be calling Mike again in the future!  Very reasonably priced too.

I have used Discount Drains on two separate occasions. Each time, the plumber was on time, respectful of our home and friendly. They do excellent work at reasonable prices and always clean up when they are finished. I was provided with an initial quote and assessment upon their arrival and consulted with any recommendations as they were doing their work. I would highly recommend Discount Drains to anyone and will continue to use them for all future projects.

Our main drain was leaking so we contacted A Mann Plumbing. Deborah was very kind and helpful and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. David was kind and courteous and was able to determine the issue, once the part was ordered he was able to fix the pipe quickly. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend this company.

Very thankful for Jess and her team.  She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter.  During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had.  She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items.    She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included.   She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space.  Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.   Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

I am a first time homeowner and had the pleasure of recently experiencing my first plumbing emergency: a small pipe broke in our basement, which resulted in us having to shut off the water to the house. The pipe broke on a Sunday morning, of course, and I was worried about a number of things: how soon could I get someone to come? How much would it cost? Would it really be fixed?

After doing some research on Yelp and Angie's List, I selected the top four plumbers with the highest number of positive reviews. The Eco Plumbers were at the top of both lists, but I thought I would also give some other places a chance at the same time. I sent e-mails to all four places or filled out forms on their websites, explaining it was an emergency and we needed someone as soon as possible. The Eco Plumbers responded to my web form submission within an hour by phone and scheduled someone to come out the next day (Monday). They said someone could come late morning or early afternoon.

(I will mention here that I initially tried calling the Eco Plumbers, got an answering service twice, and did not successfully receive a call back that way. So, I would suggest starting with their web form--not sure what the issue was there.)

The next morning, I got a call from Eco Plumbers at about 8 am: they were able to send someone earlier--would that be okay? We were thrilled someone could come sooner. I left for work and my husband stayed to wait for the plumber. Nick arrived right when he said he would, surveyed the problem, and had it fixed in an hour. He also looked at some other concerns my husband had, gave some advice for some potential future services (but useful advice--not upselling nonsense), and even helped tighten a bolt on our bathroom sink that my husband hadn't had the tools to fix. We found the price reasonable, especially given the prompt response and professionalism displayed.

It is now Tuesday. One of the three other places I submitted a emergency request to e-mailed me back yesterday to say that they had nothing open until Friday and I should call them. The other two places never responded at all. In short, we would have been in quite a bind without The Eco Plumbers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tim's the man! Kept at our disgusting pipes until he found the clog. I get to shower again, which makes him a hero to me.

Really wanted to use this company to do the rough in for a second bathroom in my house. The guy that came out seemed nice and knew what he was doing and the price the quoted me was great. The only issue is they didn't quote me a cost to do it with a permit and I really needed that for when I plan on selling the house here in a year or two. I attempted to reach out to them multiple time to get the additional price but they would not respond to my requests.

John was very professional and courteous. He came on such short notice and got the job done. He gave me helpful tips and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again when we need such services.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

I contacted them by mistake, not realizing they are located in another state. One of the owners of Emergency Plumbing still got back to me in about an hour. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions knowing there would not be any work for them.
I am very impressed! Wish I was able to find someone equally as qualified near me. Great people, great company.

We recently moved into a new house and had plumbing issues, with this last one being an emergency so I sent several requests to plumbing companies after hours. I was very grateful to Amanda Plumbing reaching out around 830am to get us scheduled for the next day. I also appreciated the up front pricing costs. Cruikshank Plumbing deceptive sales practice: lower estimate by omitting part of work through use of technical terms, pad your bill w/o explanation after work have started.

Chris has replaced all the pipes in my entire house and snakes my main drain line yearly. He is always on time, professional, and does great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
