They need to work on their office staff but the gentleman that came out were friendly and in point!

Buckeye Plumbing was able to schedule me same day, and were prompt and professional in their work. Price was reasible, and most importantly, the work they did completely resolved the issues. While I hope to not need the services of a plumber in the near future, I would use Buckeye Plumbing again without hesitation, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company.

I have used Drainbusters 3 times in the last ten years and ever time they have done an amazing job. This time my tub was clogged, I had another company rotoworks as they were available. The quote was three times as much. They cut the price in half and couldn't fix it. Anyways Drainbusters came out today, Ian was the plumber, was on time professional fixed the problem in 25 minutes.  I strongly recommend using Drainbusters as they are honest and professional

Our hot water tank was at least 18 years old so when we started to notice that we were running out of hot water we knew it was time to replace it. After discussing our choices we decided to go with a hybrid hot water tank. Yes, it was more expensive. It is supposed to be more efficient and there is a tax rebate.
I got a text saying they would be there between 7 and 9 am; they were there by 7.
It took just over two hours to install. They cleaned up and the tank works great. Too soon to tell if it is saving me money. I am looking forward to the tax credit on next years tax return.  We have plenty of hot water now.
I would use them again.

After researching and researching and having multiple plumbers to my house to quote what should have been an easy job, Discount Drains not only delivered superior service but also quoted me a fair price.  I had several companies come to my house to quote an easy small sink install with water lines and drain located on the other side of the wall in the basement.  After having several OVER PRICED quotes and one plumber actually show up, cut a huge hole in my wall and decided he wasn't interested, Discount Drains picked up the slack.  Austin came to my house and was dumb founded why another REPUTABLE plumber and plumbing company told me they couldn't do the job.  Three days later, Discount Drains showed up and installed the sink without any issues.  I can't tell you how professional Trevor, the plumber was!  Completed the job in a timely manor, communicated with me and installed the sink and roughed in the pluming with ease.  Can't say enough of my experience.  If you are looking for a quality company that will not price gouge you, call these guys.  TRUST ME, I called all the other guys in the Columbus, OH area!  Thanks Discount Drains.

Called Mann Plumbing based on comments & ratings found on Yelp after I was disappointed in the treatment and lack of professionalism from our previous residential plumbing company.

Needed Main Shut Off Valve replaced or repaired as it was starting to drip & weep after 20 years.  Robbie from Mann Plumbing arrived on time and was so professional and efficient, I was floored by the exceptional service.  I was expecting to just get an estimate for the work, but after Robbie diagnosed the real issue and offered a fix that would not drain my checking, I decided to have the work done on the spot.  I also felt that I could trust his opinion & honesty 100% that the work was not a band-aid, but rather a permanent fix that did not require a costly rebuild.  THANK YOU!  There is a marked improvement in how the valve feels now when I shut off the water to our house and no more weeping.  

The repair was so quick & perfect, I decided to ask about a couple of other minor issues I was having with a toilet and dripping Moen shower.  Robbie did not hesitate to look at both issues for me and gave me a reasonable quote to fix both other issues.  both additional issues were 100% repaired in under 30 minutes.  

This is a family owned local business and it shows.  They care about their customers well-being.  From scheduling the appointment, to getting a pre-appointment reminder, to final invoice, MANN PLUMBING gets an A+++.  I will not hesitate to call MANN PLUMBING first for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

We had a clogged drain in February. Our regular favorite plumber was overbooked because it was the weekend, so we called around. This place has really great yelp reviews so I checked into it. They could not quote me any pricing at all over the phone (seemed odd for  snaked drain issue, there should at least be a range). Played some phone tag and the admin actually sent someone to the house before we had chosen who to use. He called ahead (very polite) so we figured, well he's half way here. Adam came in, looked at our sink for maybe 30 seconds and said a huge price. My husband and I were both like um no, but thanks for stopping by. He said ok, but i do have to charge you for the consult... ??? We seriously said you have been here less than 2 minutes, you walked to our sink, peeked in and said a number? I wish I remembered the amount he quoted, but I remember it was at least $200 higher than what our regular plumber charges. Eco friendly or not thats too high. I said as politely as I could that they were way overpriced and that I was not paying him for the 2 minutes it took him to walk from the front door to the sink. I felt bad that I had definitely put him in a bad position but the admin girl had never once mentioned a fee to have him drive over, so I did not feel we owed it. He left for a minute and when he came back he said his manger had discounted the rate down to about $100 more than our local plumber, so we accepted.

Adam did a fantastic job, 5 stars. And the clog has not returned at all for these months since.

My 3 stars is based on the incredibly high pricing, and the tricky way I was almost charged for an estimate that was NOT in any way an estimate.

Called for emergency on a Saturday. They promised to be out within the hour. They showed up in about 20 minutes. Very professional! I was a mess and they were super nice and helpful!

John was very quick to respond to my inquiry about two small plumbing jobs at my home.  He was even able to come complete them just two days after we spoke, which I appreciated.  He is very friendly and clearly very knowledgable. Price was a bit on the high side, but what plumbing service isn't? I would not hesitate to use his services again for any plumbing needs in the future.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

We called twice to have our sump pump replaced and both times we were told it was fine. Both times the basement flooded after we were told it was fine and it had failed. Then, a temporary drain pipe was ran out the basement window. No one came to look at it for another seven days. (we had to call and remind them) Then, they didn't do anything, barely looked at it and told me it would be another 3 days to get an estimate and from there set an appointment to fix it. Meanwhile, my back yard is flooded from the temporary drain and vermin are given free access to my basement. I will NEVER use this provider again! Avoid the incompetence and save yourself a headache!

Prompt, professional, friendly service. Their prices are on par with other plumbing services- not cheap but definitely fair. Let's face it- no one really wants to spend $500 on a toilet- but a toilet is pretty important so just do it and get it over with fast LOL. The great thing was their quick callback and quick scheduling- it was done fast. I was able to get my elderly mom 2 new toilets in the one week I was there visiting. Thank you Amanda.

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

Very grateful that Chris from CLB was able to come out on an emergency call on a Friday night. Fixed our problem, was very friendly and seemed trustworthy.
