The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Everyone was excellent. Starting with scheduling to final service and repair. All very kind, courteous and professional. Would recommend 100%!

Needed a plumber fast and after doing some research, came across Drainbusters.  They were able to schedule an appointment and fix the toile plumbing issue, all within 24 hours.  Great service and will definitely use them again.

Water leak sensor detected flooding from my 18 year old water heater at about 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ohio Water Heaters and they had a new water heater on site and installed by 10am the following morning.

Michael fit us in quickly, arrived on time, and quickly fixed our leaky sink. As I suspected, the disposal needed to be replaced.  I will always call McDemott Plumbing when we have an issue.  Friendliest and most professional plumber we've ever hired.

I really wanted to like this company. However when they replaced my hot water tank several months ago, unbeknownst to me, to make the new, larger unit fit, the tech shortened my washer drain. In doing so, the washer drain isn't tall enough anymore to properly drain, and there is a deeply curved 'trap', (that wasn't there before), that causes the water to rush back up and out of the drain. I had asked the tech at the time about all the 'left over' PVC pipe pieces, but he'd assured me it was from the old tank- when in fact it was actually my working washer drain that he'd removed and replaced with a shorter pipe, with a very curved 'trap'. He did this in order to make the new tank easier to install, he failed to reassemble the drain properly after removing it to install the tank.
The back of the washer/drain/hoses/etc. are all in a separate room than the front of the washer. It's accessed clear on the other side of the house through a tiny door next to the fridge in the kitchen. I've went in there once to change my furnace filter months ago. I noticed the concrete floor was a bit 'damp', so I put a damp-rid in the room and thought nothing more about it- bottom line, my washer has been draining into this small utility room and flooding for months! There is actually mold on one of the wall studs now! I'd noticed my new flooring warping near the furnace intake vent, but couldn't understand why. It's the only place in the house that my new flooring is warped, chipping. I know now it's from the water leaking under the furnace in the utility room and seeping under the laminate flooring!

Am I stupid for not realizing this sooner- yes, I admit I am. Is Discount Drains responsible for their tech tampering with, and ruining my washer drain- yes, yes they are! They are also responsible for the mold that occurred and the small area of warped flooring as a result of their mistake.
I have contacted them, and I was told they are sending someone out to, dispute the mold. Not a very courteous response at all! If they repair/replace the washer drain so it functions properly as it did before they ruined it, and address the mold they caused as well as replacing the affected floor boards, I will remove this post, however if they refuse to repair the washer drain that their tech ruined, and clean/repair the mold, replace flooring, I will have no choice but to litigate for damages and will continue to strongly suggest not doing business with this company! I trusted them to do the job right, and instead they caused damage to my home with their incompetence! I'm super disappointed both in their workmanship and response to my issue!

TERRIBLE. We had a leak in our hot water tank. Just a leak, but it was still working. Not an emergency.  The technician came out, removed the hot water heater and installed a new one. After that, he informed us that he could not hook up the hot water heater vent to the exhaust pipe because he did not have the right parts. He told us we needed to call a heating and cooling repair person,  He then requested that we pay and he left.  We now suddenly have no heat in the house because we cannot run the furnace because of the now open hole in the exhaust pipe. We now have no hot water either. This happened in the afternoon, so we are scrambling to find a heating and cooling company to come out and repair this. The forecast says it will get down into the 30's tonight.  I would NEVER use or recommend these people to anyone again.

We moved to Columbus about three years ago and had less-than-optimal experiences with two larger plumbing companies.  We tried Plumbing One recently and could not have been more pleased.  Jess and associate were prompt, professional, and friendly.  They did excellent work at a fair price.  Now, I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing needs

We had water hammer, I thought, or at least loudly banging pipes.  Started happening after we had a new high-efficiency washer installed, so I blamed that.  But it turned out to be more of an underlying issue that the new washer (and the way they installed it) brought to the surface.

These folks were super helpful on the phone, and easy to schedule when I wanted them to come.  Not a rush, so it took about a week.  They probably could have come sooner but we were busy and it wasn't an emergency.  Plumber showed up on time, laidback, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our dogs and cats.  He ended up securing a bunch of our pipes.  60 year old house, so many had come loose or had one screw, and the washer installers had messed with things a bit at that end.  No noise now.  

Price was reasonable.  Glad it turned out to be a relatively easy fix.  Definitely keeping them in mind for next time.

I called yesterday. The plumber showed up is morning on time, very courteous and professional.

Turns out I needed a hot water tank replaced along with multiple other issues. He had it done by 1:30. I was impressed.

I would highly recommend this company. Very good.

My neighbor down the street gave this company a recommendation. I trust her opinion so I decided to give them a try.

Over the past few years I've had them:
Unclog a bathroom sink.
Had them provide opinion on repair of a double walled pedestal sink. (Repair vs Replace)
Flush the hot water heater (and show me how to do it).
Look at a leaking toilet tank.

They are always professional and always helpful. Their prices have been reasonable too!

So, I accidentally dropped a tube of face wash down the toilet on Monday night. After various attempts of retrieving the tube, I resorted to Yelp for a plumber. I found Hesson Plumbing and enjoyed the reviews. Although I saw that he was available 24/7, I didn't feel that it was necessary to call in an emergency at 11 PM over face wash in the clogged toilet so I decided to wait until the morning. I called at 7 AM and reached voicemail. David (the owner) called back within 15 minutes and got me on the schedule between 11 AM - 1 PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a couple reminder texts and emails about my appointment which I thought was nice. He and Nick showed up promptly at 11 AM and were out at 11:10 AM. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost for those ten minutes of service was $150 which I feel is kind of high, but he advised that it was his minimum service charge fee. After they left, I noticed that the tool they used to push the face wash through the drain left a couple metal scratches at the bottom of our toilet. I would definitely recommend Hesson plumbing again and would consider using them again. My only concern would be the cost. If a 10 minute service call is $150, I can't imagine what something a little more serious would cost.

One additional note and it's silly, but I really liked the quote on the back of David and Nick's long sleeve shirts - Stop Stressin, Call Hesson. Cute!

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

John & his son came to install a new water line for a new refrigerator that's being delivered soon. John was polite, clean & takes pics of all of his work. It took very little time & his charge was less than his estimate! He's also available to take electronic payment for his work, so that makes it easy as well.
    Absolutely recommend him for your next plumbing need!

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

I wish I could say enough good things about Emergency Plumbing Service. The drain in our basement overflowed due to a blockage and I had them come to my house. It was the first time something like this would happen to me and I was a bit panicked and agitated. They didn't lose their cool and gave me a first class phone and in person experience. Not only did they get the basement which was about 5 inches deep in water completely drained but they also got my water heater to start working again. They saved me thousands of dollars and I don't know what I would have done without them. Chris and Jen you are both fantastic and so are your employees!

Since moving to the Delaware area five years ago, I have had five experiences with Amanda Plumbing, three of which were emergency call-outs. In each case, their rep arrived quickly - most recently, within ten minutes! - was very thorough, totally professional, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Each one explained what was needed before proceeding, and showed me the completed work. In every case, I was pleasantly surprised with my bill; not cheap, but very reasonable; even more so for the after-hours call. I would recommend Amanda for all your plumbing needs.

Extremely fast service for our hot water tank going out. The staff was professional and they were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use again.

CLB Plumbing gave me a quick response to an issue I was having with a leak from my bathtub/shower to my kitchen below. Tech came out diagnosed the problem within twenty minutes.   He went and got the part and an hour later problem solved. Answered several questions during the process and gave some recommendations on another issue.  I highly recommend!
