I needed help with two things - problems with a hot water heater and a broken fill valve in one of the toilets. I received a very prompt reply from Apex and was able to get an appointment within a day.

The plumber arrived on time. His name is Dusty and he reviewed the two problems. He provided clear information regarding his assessment and potential options. Because I had similar problems with the hot water heater several months back and got a similar recommendation from a plumber from a different company, I chose to go with Dusty's recommendation for getting a new heater.

Dusty came back with all the materials he needed and worked for several hours straight. He was conscientious and professional. I was very happy with his work and would request him in the future.

And all those problems with not having hot water, a mother board that gave confusing error messages, and a fill valve that jumped up into the air every time the toilet was flushed are now fixed. I have hot water in every shower and in all faucets - the first time since moving here about a year ago. Although it cost more than I had anticipated, it was well worth the money.

The guys at Buckeye plumbing were great to work with. They called the morning of our scheduled appointment to confirm when they would be able to swing by. They helped listen to my concerns and provide recommendations on what needed to be fixed as well as what could be left as-is. They were prepared with all of the necessary parts so that everything could be completed right there. Quick, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and quality work. Would not hestiate to use them again for any future needs.

I had water flowing in from the base of the toilet onto the floor even though I was only using the sink and dishwasher. It seemed that I needed a plumber right now.

I left a message with Drain busters. The owner Jason called me back within 15 minutes and even shuffled the schedule to accommodate me on a Friday afternoon. Other businesses were scheduling for Monday which meant I would have no toilet or water for the whole weekend.

Ian showed up early and cleared out my old rusted drain which was thoroughly clogged with roots. An hour and a half later we settled up for $185.

Everyone was polite, professional and easy to talk to. I really appreciated the quick response.

Sam showed at the scheduled appointment time and was very friendly.

You're going to find this hard to believe but it is true - he showed up, checked the drains, snaked out the kitchen sink line, produced an invoice for $120 and was on his way in 15 minutes! The line was completely cleared. That is what you call efficient!

So very thankful for Ohio Water Heaters. Mike was very helpful getting us the best and most affordable option and Brandon was very knowledgeable and fast in installation. They also have financing which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

Michael fit us in quickly, arrived on time, and quickly fixed our leaky sink. As I suspected, the disposal needed to be replaced.  I will always call McDemott Plumbing when we have an issue.  Friendliest and most professional plumber we've ever hired.

They were willing to send a tech out to try to figure out our sewer smell. First tech (Gage) was supposed to be there between 9am-1pm. He finally shows up at 1:15pm and tells me it can't be the venting so I will need to cut a hole in your drywall but I don't have power tools. So he told me another technician would come within the hour. I waited almost 2 more hours before the last tech (Emily) came. Emily was super helpful (and cut the hole without using power tools so that was frustrating). She went up into the attic and determined the problem was our venting - the very thing i asked about to the first technician and was told it couldn't be. The whole thing cost $200 and when I messaged the company about my discontentment with my wait times (I missed a whole day of work), all of a sudden they stopped responding to my messages although before the job they were very quick to respond. Emily was great but everyone else was less than helpful. She is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

One of the hoses feeding my washer sprung a leak. Not a problem, except I live in an old house in German Village, the washer is in the cellar and that hose wasn't coming off without some serious tools. After three unsuccessful attempts (including two trips to Home Depot), I threw in the towel and decided to call someone who actually knows what they're doing.

I called Mann on a Monday evening after hours. On Tuesday, I received a return call, and my appointment was scheduled for the very next day. The day of the appointment, they called again to confirm. The plumber showed up exactly on time.

Within 30 minutes, he had completely replaced both valves to the washer and installed a new hose. He checked everything to make sure there weren't any leaks, and he even took the time to troubleshoot an issue related to the water pressure coming into the house.

Very courteous, willing to help & educate, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Mann and use them again.

I received a call to confirm my appointment, notifications for when my technician was on his way, updates along the way and even a confirmation text message with the tech's photo. Excellent communication.

For my appointment I was greeted by Luke, who was professional and courteous. Luke reviewed my concerns, listened and provided clear options and walked me through additional areas that were important to bring to my attention for preventative maintenance. No pressure tactics here, just friendly, professional conversation and shared knowledge which I greatly appreciated.

Normally always a quick appointment, always friendly and excellent service at a fair price. Only thing against them was when we asked for an estimate for a bathroom addition in the basement, told it would take a few days to write it up, that was nearly 3 weeks ago, still waiting. highly recommend them for regular plumbing needs.

Great service. Basically provided a consult via phone (and text pictures) to ensure they knew the problem before arriving, and that they would show up with the correct parts. They dispatched a technician only a few hours after I called, despite it not being an emergency. Technician was masked up, professional, and resolved the problem quickly. Highly recommended.

John & his son came to install a new water line for a new refrigerator that's being delivered soon. John was polite, clean & takes pics of all of his work. It took very little time & his charge was less than his estimate! He's also available to take electronic payment for his work, so that makes it easy as well.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP.  He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!).  He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes.  He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner.   Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left!  Very impressed with Mike.

I've used Emergency Plumbing a couple of times in the last 18 months. Once to replace and relocate an expansion tank in my basement and then to reconnect some gas lines. They were friendly and professional, did a great job, and the pricing was very reasonable. Their quote was significantly less than the quote from Amanda Plumbing, another local plumbing company.

Prompt, professional, friendly service. Their prices are on par with other plumbing services- not cheap but definitely fair. Let's face it- no one really wants to spend $500 on a toilet- but a toilet is pretty important so just do it and get it over with fast LOL. The great thing was their quick callback and quick scheduling- it was done fast. I was able to get my elderly mom 2 new toilets in the one week I was there visiting. Thank you Amanda.

Chris has replaced all the pipes in my entire house and snakes my main drain line yearly. He is always on time, professional, and does great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
