I had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. It was a swap of the same model on warranty since the 3 year old tank was leaking. They came to take a free look, then left to go get a replacement tank after 30 minutes. They returned back, 1.5 hours later, claiming they had to go to two places to find the correct tank. The tanks were swapped in 30 minutes. I was charged $1,016.00! This was just for labor as the tank was a free warranty replacement!
Apparently, I was unknowingly paying them hundreds of dollars per hour while they drove across town, to two places, to pick up the water heater. Based on my math, I was charged $406.40 per hour for this water heater to be picked up and then swapped. I was not given any specific breakdown of the cost. This pricing is absolutely astronomical and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this company going forward. I do NOT recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

Buckeye Plumbing fixed our sump pump issue to bring it up to code. They were efficient, fast and respectful. I didn't have time to price compare so I have no idea if they were within a reasonable range but considering they did a good job, I'm very happy.

Professional, friendly and prompt. Got an appointment same day. Job ended up costing exactly what I was quoted. Would highly recommend and will definitely hire again.

Water leak sensor detected flooding from my 18 year old water heater at about 11:30pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ohio Water Heaters and they had a new water heater on site and installed by 10am the following morning.
Chris M. was outstanding! Completely professional and courteous, extremely well-versed in his products and his craft, and the bill was exactly as quoted.
I couldn't have asked for better service and I highly recommend them.

Trevor did a great job! He came in through our warranty for a toilet issue that he quickly remedied and also discovered some unrelated issues with our water heating and piping in our basement. He is very detailed in his work and in noticing areas to improve the plumbing. Much appreciated!

A Mann Plumbing is a very dishonest and corrupt business. Do not trust them with your business.
I contacted A Mann Plumbing around 4/15/2017 to come to my house on 5/3/2017 to perform several simple plumbing services. Specifically, I told them that I wanted them to work on a time and materials basis to (1) hook up the provided kitchen faucet, (2) Hook up the provided disposal, (3) replumb the PVC piping under sink, and (4) replace the 3 shut-off valves with quarter turn valves.
Ray arrived on the date at 12pm noon. He proceeded with the job and had completed all steps by 1:40pm and departed the premises. Ray left us a bill for 908 dollars.
Given standard plumbing rates and the very cheap (mostly pvc) parts required the bill is astronomically high. Given standard plumbing rates (and rounding up) the bill should have been for 2 hours * 150 dollars max. With (very generous) inflated parts costs I'll allow for 100 dollars. That comes out to 400 dollars on the high end. That's a long way from 908 dollars.
There was also a small leak coming from the PVC that required my intervention. I had to make some adjustments to the PVC to make the leak go away.
Do not trust these guys with your business. They engage in predatory and unethical pricing and are not to be trusted.
I called Mann repeatedly regarding this situation. They kept promising to call me back. They did not. They are liars. Reported them to the better business bureau and the case is pending. No response after 2 weeks.

Plumbing One has very knowledgeable plumbers and are affordable. I will use them again.

We had a small leak in a shower drain on 3rd floor. I called G & M because their site indicated they are a family owned company and I knew with this type of job it required a company that will care about the needs of homeowners with small but important jobs, as well as the larger projects they handle. Brian came over and assessed the work, and told me it was a fairly simple job. Another plumber i called told me I needed to rip out the bathroom, shower tray and glass doors and re-do the entire tile/tray set up. Brian came over a couple of days later, and fixed the problem within 2 hours. He was congenial, professional, efficient and clean. I highly recommend calling G & M for your needs.

We discovered water trickling up from a soaked subfloor near our washing machine. (This on THE VERY DAY that a roofing crew finished up a repair that had water coming in from the other end of our house.) I'd heard a radio ad for The Eco Plumbers virtual consult and it seemed like the perfect way to get a quick set of eyes on our problem and narrow down the possible sources.
The virtual consult was great -- I carried my iPad right to the water-spots and the wall behind the washing machine. The tech gave me 2 hypotheses on the spot, then assigned me some homework to narrow it down even further, until they could schedule an in-person tech to come give us a quote. (The two hypotheses? Either water coming from the machine or from the supply line in the wall. Spoiler! It was inside the wall.)
The in-person tech that came out the next day, Hayder, was top-notch. My wife was concerned about bringing someone into our home given the current isolation situation. Hayder demonstrated perfect guidelines-recommended behavior in the 3+ hours he was here: mask, gloves, and booties never came off and he respected as much distance as possible in our tight kitchen/laundry room.
I see that people have complained of quote inflation / prices in the past. We didn't feel taken advantage of in the least. We had a pinhole fracture in a poorly-welded elbow joint on the copper line. Hayder give us two options -- a quickish fix (seal the leak, replace the elbow) or fix it right (cut both lines short and install new supply lines, box and spigots.) We ended up doing option 2. It wasn't cheap by any means, but the work was far better than the ham-handed work that someone (probably some general contractors) did on the original install in 1980. So for us it was worth it.
My wife and I were I impressed with Eco's communication throughout. They use a variety of project mgmt and communication tools very well. Before Hayder even arrived we were texted his picture so we knew who to expect, and all of the quoting, acceptance and billing were done in the cloud which minimized physical contact (ugh, who wants to pass a clipboard with pen signatures back and forth in this day and age?)
We would absolutely use the Eco Plumbers again if the need arises.

We have used this company many times without any issues. Great communication and work. They have always charged a reasonable rate for labor and materials. They are so good I worry they will get to busy and response time will suffer.

I called them at 5:00pm on a Friday when I had a hot water pipe spring a leak in my basement. Within an hour if that, the guy showed up and looked at my pipe and had the parts to fix it right away. He charged me $99 for the service call and it was $189 for the pipe repair which I felt was a good deal especially considering it was at the end of the day on a Friday evening. I was impressed at how quickly he responded and how courteous he was. He wore a mask to be safe with covid concerns.
Hesson Plumbing responded quickly to my message I left and then responded to our house within the hour of returning my call. He repaired the water pipe quickly, so we could have hot water again ASAP in order for us to take showers that night. He was courteous and did great work for a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with their service. We will be calling again the next tine we need a plumber. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Hesson Plumbing!

The business title says most everything, but I'd also add good communication and easy to work with. I was needing some work done on a property I was selling, and the company responded promptly to my inquiry on Yelp to help me gage the cost of the repair. The actual cost was slightly elevated because of increased complexity, but overall I was still satisfied on affordability and professionalism.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday. I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote. I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink. I told
him I would like him to fix it. He said he could come right over. He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality. The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour. No more leak! His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote. Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on. I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

We had a leaking hose bib, and the water was running down into our basement. We called on a Friday to schedule an appointment (non-emergency, as it only leaked when we had the hose running) and got someone out on Monday. Tracy came in and quickly found the problem and got it fixed in a timely manner. He kept us informed on everything he was doing during the whole process. The charge was reasonable for the work done, and our problem was fixed. We would use this company again for future plumbing issues.

We are new to the Columbus area and are doing a lot of work on our new home. I had an immediate need for a plumber to reset a toilet and sink after we installed hardwood floors. They were able to get out within a couple of days. The guys were very professional and did the work in a timely manner. In addition another company quoted me over $650 for the same jobs they did for less than $200.
I have since had them out for other things. They are my go to company for any plumbing needs.
Highly recommend.

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater. They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described. This was reasonable. They arrived the next morning and got right to work. Their guy was very polite and kept things neat. He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges. The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted. I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.
