Best Plumbing Services in Ohio
This company is the BEST. Why? HONEST PLUMBERS They are pretty much in line with what they charge compared to other companies, but if you really want to know what is wrong they will honestly tell you! I thought I needed to replace a bathroom faucet and had 2 other companies come out and give an estimate, Apex came out, took one look at the Moen faucet and said the first plumber broke the aerator by not using the correct tool, just call Moen and they'll send you a new aerator at no charge. He also looked at the drain stopper and said the previous plumber did not replace it cause you have a Moen faucet and a Delta drain stopper. He suggested I call the previous plumber and tell them you consider their job from 2019 incomplete and see what they say.
HONEST PLUMBERS. THIS COMPANY HAS THEM. CALL APEX. You won't be sorry!

I have used Drainbusters 3 times in the last ten years and ever time they have done an amazing job. This time my tub was clogged, I had another company rotoworks as they were available. The quote was three times as much. They cut the price in half and couldn't fix it. Anyways Drainbusters came out today, Ian was the plumber, was on time professional fixed the problem in 25 minutes. I strongly recommend using Drainbusters as they are honest and professional

We had a failing heat pump water heater that needed replacement. Ohio Water Heaters is one of the companies we contacted for an opinion and quote, and we ended up going with them when we found out they had great familiarity with this type of water heater. I am not a water heater expert (ha), but it is my understanding that the heat pump is a more recent addition, relatively speaking, to water heater technology, so it was nice to find folks who were comfortable and well versed with them. They were also great to work with. To my complete awe, only one person showed up and both hauled the heavy old one up the stairs and out, and then took the heavy new one right back down. Very impressive. The work was great, and they handled disposal of the old one (heat pump water heaters can't be put out on the curb like traditional ones).
Scheduling and communication was excellent, and they showed up in the window we had been provided, with a call ahead of time that they were on the way.
And, we're very happy with the new water heater so far, which is working well!

The scheduling process was easy, and Michael arrived on time with a courtesy call ahead of his visit. He was extremely professional, completed quality work and was reasonably priced. Most of all, I feel trusting of McDermott and will definitely call again should the need arise.

I really wanted to like this company. However when they replaced my hot water tank several months ago, unbeknownst to me, to make the new, larger unit fit, the tech shortened my washer drain. In doing so, the washer drain isn't tall enough anymore to properly drain, and there is a deeply curved 'trap', (that wasn't there before), that causes the water to rush back up and out of the drain. I had asked the tech at the time about all the 'left over' PVC pipe pieces, but he'd assured me it was from the old tank- when in fact it was actually my working washer drain that he'd removed and replaced with a shorter pipe, with a very curved 'trap'. He did this in order to make the new tank easier to install, he failed to reassemble the drain properly after removing it to install the tank.
The back of the washer/drain/hoses/etc. are all in a separate room than the front of the washer. It's accessed clear on the other side of the house through a tiny door next to the fridge in the kitchen. I've went in there once to change my furnace filter months ago. I noticed the concrete floor was a bit 'damp', so I put a damp-rid in the room and thought nothing more about it- bottom line, my washer has been draining into this small utility room and flooding for months! There is actually mold on one of the wall studs now! I'd noticed my new flooring warping near the furnace intake vent, but couldn't understand why. It's the only place in the house that my new flooring is warped, chipping. I know now it's from the water leaking under the furnace in the utility room and seeping under the laminate flooring!
Am I stupid for not realizing this sooner- yes, I admit I am. Is Discount Drains responsible for their tech tampering with, and ruining my washer drain- yes, yes they are! They are also responsible for the mold that occurred and the small area of warped flooring as a result of their mistake.
I have contacted them, and I was told they are sending someone out to, dispute the mold. Not a very courteous response at all! If they repair/replace the washer drain so it functions properly as it did before they ruined it, and address the mold they caused as well as replacing the affected floor boards, I will remove this post, however if they refuse to repair the washer drain that their tech ruined, and clean/repair the mold, replace flooring, I will have no choice but to litigate for damages and will continue to strongly suggest not doing business with this company! I trusted them to do the job right, and instead they caused damage to my home with their incompetence! I'm super disappointed both in their workmanship and response to my issue!

I called John (the owner) up and told him that I was trying to save money and that a buddy of mine would install a flood overflow valve in basement instead of using John ( Plumbing One). Big Mistake on my part!!!! Long story short my buddy drop 2 flood valve into my drain and I called John and he told me that he would come down himself to take care of it. 1st off mine you he's the owner and taking his time out to come down and take care of a problem that I cause which John was nice enough to volunteer to help out. John came down and fix all of my plumbing problems with the help of Paul which he called later on because he needed a certain tool that he didn't have in hand. Bottom line John have me as a client forever with his honesty and sincerely wanted to take care of his clients. John is a true owner he's passionate, very knowledgeable, personable, have pride in his work and works with integrity. He's a rare find. I've gone thru so many plumbing company and not once have I stay loyal. This is my 2nd time using Plumbing One and will be until I need plumbing service. I trust them and feel very confident with their work. I am telling everyone I know about John & my experience with what he did. Thank you so much John for taking your time to meet with me on after hours. I will be calling you guys soon for my sewage pipe service. I am going on Yelp,Google, four square,etc.....to post my positive feedback for Plumbing One. Business like this should be heard loud and clear....!!!!

G and M plumbing is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. They have now done small repairs for me and completed a larger scale project. I could not be happier with the quality of their work AND how well they communicate. I would rather wait until G and M has an opening to have any work done than just pick any old plumbing company. If you need something done right that is priced fairly, you should choose G and M.

I just want to write and let everyone know this was my first experience with Eco Plumbers, and I was so pleased with the phenomenal customer service.
Nick helped us explore our options and I felt I already new him from the reviews I had read earlier, and he lived up to the exceptional customer service that the reviews gave.Nick was prompt, professional and gave on-time service! After making the decision to purchase the waterless tank, along came Adam and Hayder in a timely manner to install our new tank. They too were very professional and they took the time to go over everything they did. They cleaned up as they left. I can't say enough great things about all 3 of them!!! I would highly recommend this company for any issues you might have with your plumbing. Thank you Nick , Adam and Hayder for making this a exceptional experience.

The work got done, but at a substantial cost. My house is a 1958 ranch. I needed to replace the shut off valves (likely original issue) to the washer-one was intermittently leaking. All costs were explained to me prior to the work being started. The plumbing technician (note, not a licensed plumber) deftly took care of the matter after recommending that he replace both the cold and hot valves at the same time. I estimate it took him less than 30 minutes, including the time it took him to retrieve the parts from his truck. Cost me $430. My other issue was a leaking soaker tub. That took 2+ hours for about the same amount. Note that this is a large company looking to expand into the Columbus market. Whatever happened to mom and pop repair people? I'd prefer that their expansion go someplace else. The work was done to my satisfaction; the technician was pleasant, on time and hard working...the final cost was about a mortgage payment.

Our water heater broke overnight and I needed someone to replace it ASAP. I called several plumbers and eventually found Hesson Plumbers. They came out within hours, did a quality installation and we couldn't be happier with their service and workmanship. In the future, they will be the first people I call for all our plumbing and drain needs.

Reviewing for a friend - he was in a pickle and needed a plumber ASAP. He called another well regarded company and they told him they were only available for emergency hours (which started at 430p!). He called Mike and Mike showed up in 30 minutes. He fixed the issue in less than an hour in a friendly, efficient manner. Mike actually gave my friend 6 large garden grown tomatoes before he left! Very impressed with Mike.

Honored the time slot and took care of almost everything. Return appointment was not charged due to oversight. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed. Very patient when booking or confirming work required.

Wanted to changed my electric tank water heater to a gas tankless one. Called around and got three quotes. Amanda Plumbing's quote was in the middle of the three. The cheapest quote I had l, the company wasn't responsive when I try to schedule for the the job to be done. I found Amanda Plumbing to be very professional. When you schedule for an apt. You will get a automated text reminding you of the apt. On the day of the apt you will get another txt showing the plumber face his rating etc. The quote they gave me was more official looking also then some of the other quotes I was given. On the day of service Taylor n Preston came out n performed the work. They were great took almost the whole day from 9-5 but it's a lot of work they have to do. For about four hrs the water had to be off but once the first part of the install was done water is back on just no hot water till the second portion was done. Will recommend Amanda Plumbing to anyone that is in need of plumbing help.

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater. They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described. This was reasonable. They arrived the next morning and got right to work. Their guy was very polite and kept things neat. He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges. The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted. I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.
