PF Plumbing is a professional, responsible, and reliable plumbing company. They do an annual check up on my home's plumbing. They do a thorough job at replacing or repairing items. They always walk the customer through options and recommendations. I recently replaced my traditional water heater with a tankless heater. My own research revealed the tankless is more efficient. PF Plumbing technician Daniel walked me through the comparison of my existing system and the tankless system. He also explained all the changes in making the transition. I look forward to seeing my monthly gas bills to see the difference. I highly recommend PF Plumbing!
I absolutely love this company. Previously, I had tried to support the small local plumber via Angie's list and other methods. I always seemed to be disappointed with the quality of work, commitment to appts and cleanliness following the work. I hesitantly tried PF Plumbing as a larger company and have never been disappointed. I know it corny but I actually like dealing with them for issues as I know it is one of the few service companies I interact with that delivers on all levels with NO exceptions. When making appts they keep you up to date by the hour of when the the plumber arrives. I have had 2 plumbers over the last couple of years working with them and both are still with the company which tells me they take care of their peeps. Their work is thorough and pricing is fair for great quality repairs that will not need to be repeated but has a great warrantee if needed, I never had to have anything re-worked. They do offer a service coverage plan that I opted to take advantage of since it saves me money on servicing my tankless hot water heater on an annual basis. Also saved on dispatch costs and you receive coupons via mail that adds additional savings. These are my plumbing peeps!

We've had a big project going on for the past few months. Justin has been great working with us.
We called them to fix a leaking faucet in the shower and because we had gotten a recommendation to replace our shut off valves. Matt was very friendly, professional and courteous, and he checked the shutoff valves and informed us they didn't really need to be replaced. Gotta appreciate someone who isn't after every dollar he can get!
After putting in a new shower kit, it was still leaking. Rather than blaming our house for being old and faulty or something like that, he blamed the kit he had just put in. He did the whole procedure again with another new kit, at no extra charge, and that was the end of the leaking faucet. Including the dispatch fee, it came to $250. Not the cheapest fix or most exciting way to spend my money, but I know nothing about messing with plumbing. The 5 stars is for the friendly and professional attitude and especially for the honesty of not charging me for shut-off valves that I didn't need.
Nick Degner did a great job. He did my yearly check up on my plumbing and did a thorough job. He did see a minor problem with my toilet. The piece in the tank that flushes the toilet, the rubber was peeling away. It is not something that has to be done now but before it starts leaking. I am really glad he gave me options to fix now or later. I am going to wait because I have only had the toilet for less than 2 years. Nick was very nice and polite. He was also very professional. He wore his shoe covers when he was in my home. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
P.S. You can tell Nick had good teaching growing up, his politeness and manners are outstanding!
They are very friendly and show up on time. That's the only thing I can say about it. I was quoted $850 to replace a leaking drain in my shower. There is easy access to the bottom of the shower in the crawl space. They were kind enough to point out that my toilet tank is leaking and quoted $350 to rebuild it. The seals to replace the tank cost only $8.50 on Amazon. I've done this repair on a few other toilets and it only takes an novice about 45 min. Pf Plumbing offers a coupon on their website for $25 off ANY service. The refused to honor it for the Estimate saying that it's only good for work done on repairs. Sorry guys but spending time to give me an estimate IS a service. Perhaps you should state on the coupon that it excludes Estimates. I found another plumber on the BBB website who is also A+ rated to do the work. They quoted me just $375 to replace the leaking drain.
We had a drain pipe leak in our home and Mike came out to evaluate. He took his time diagnosing the issue and then was able to replace the pipe on the spot and it did not require pulling down our kitchen tile and cabinets so we were very relieved!
I had an emergency at the last minute. Both of my toilets wouldn't flush and was running over. Called PF Plumbing the same day. Nick came with a pleasant smile and was very patient with me because I was really stressing. He explained everything he was going to do. He really knows his work. I think he deserves a big fat raise!!! I know I will need more complex work in the future on my plumbing and Nick will have someone to come out and access what I will need to do financially. I recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!
My sump pump quit during the last major rain. I've had success with PF Plumbing in the past, replacing all pipes in my cellar, last year, so, I had to call them with no hesitation... again, this time Michael, arrived. He replaced it along with a few protective additions. I was impressed with his professional demeanor. Explained with great detail what I needed and what he completed... bravo!!! Also, set up a payment plan that made my possible financial headache dis-appear.

My annual checkup on our plumbing system was very thorough. The representative was on time and was very conscious of safety procedures as a result of the COVID pandemic. He also did several repair functions at no charge. My experience with PF Plumbing for several years now has always exceeded our expectations.
Don't waste your time getting an estimate for work from these people!!
I am appalled and completely perplexed on how they even stay in business!! I just had the most outrageous and ridiculous quote of my life, to install a dishwasher and garbage disposal!
Cost for these simple installations=$814!!! That's right, not a typo!!
Who in their right mind would pay this price?!! Shelby in their office called me afterward to collect for the visit fee (another $52) and I was like What... Seriously? I asked her how they could perform such highway robbery and in her scripted tone of voice she said, Well, I am not sure what you were quoted but we have been in business for 30 years, blah blah blah. OMG!!
There must have been some very poor and desperate folks out there that possibly had no other choice, or, no other knowledge that they could do much, much, much better!! I feel very sorry for anyone who had to give up their hard earned money to pay these people their exorbitant prices! This isn't Manhattan, and I don't even think anyone in their right mind living there would pay that either.
Guess what, found a great and reputable company locally that charged $150!!
PF plumbing you are performing robbery, not plumbing!!!!

This was my first annual visit, after PF Plumbing helped me out of a tight spot, when I first moved into my home in August of 2018. At that time, we needed a new water pressure regulator and water heater installed, plus a thorough cleaning of all sewage pipes out of the house. All equipment has performed wonderfully over the last year with no issues. Jarrett arrived today to flush our water heater, and check the home's plumbing systems. His work was thorough, and he explained every process he undertook. He took steps to increase our water pressure, and clear a few slow drains, all as part of our annual plan. He then installed a new flush handle in our master toilet, to correct an old problem. All work was fast, clean, and well explained. I continue to be a very happy PF Plumbing customer.

Replace our water heater which is located in attic
Did a wonderful job removing and installing. Justin was a pleasure to have working in our home. Very pleasant and respectful. Nice young man.
Mike Oaks came to my house this morning. I had a toilet issue. He did a wonderful job. Also he is very nice and very professional.
We have hired PF Plumbing twice now-- after being burned with an independent plumber we wanted a reputable company. Technician Matt helped us with both jobs. He was polite and respectful to our home as well as very knowledgeable in plumbing issues. With that being said he took the time to make sure we understood the process and problems. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest company you could hire but I do know from experience that you get what you pay for! The work they provide reflects the price.

$2000 to move a drain and shower head for our shower remodel? SERIOUSLY?! And then when I question the price I get an absurd explanation and question about a 3 piece drain. There are too many other good plumbers in this area to let PF Plumbing rip my family off like this. Folks, if you need a plumber my advice is don't waste your time calling this company. What a joke

extremely overcharged , 500 to snake a drain fo an hour and a half job.

This company communicates very well with its customers (typically once an hour prior to them arriving at your home to complete a job.)They do however need to address their scheduling issues. I understand that plumbers will sometimes run into more difficult jobs than they may have originally anticipated, but they should work on a better system to resolve scheduling and appointment issues. This is especially the case when a customer takes time off from their job or have other obligations to tend to.
I am very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the two technicians, Justin & Ryan, that PF Plumbing sent to replace my garbage disposal and fix some problems that I had in both bathrooms. They were both very knowledgeable. I highly recommend PF Pluming.
P.F. Plumbing has done two major jobs for us: a new sewer line the day after Christmas (!) and a new water heater. In all instances they were clear, prompt, professional, and focused. They are contractors, which means they may not be the best call for small repairs -- they are excellent for big jobs. I highly recommend.
Zack did a great job on a laundry list of items we provided. There were some complications from prior work done by others and he was able to do it right. Very professional, neat and polite.
$478 for snaking a slow drain. 892 for 2. With a small machine. No warranty. Obviously told them no. Still got charged 60 dispatch fee plus tax. On positive note; Harold seemed like a good guy and really professional.
Just DONT DO IT! I actually called this company by mistake after surviving a very bad experience with this company in the past I vowed to never use them again. I forgot the name of the company and mistakingly called them again! Well, since they arrived I decided to use them. Long story short, it was a VERY EXPENSIVE waste of time. We were lied to by the technician as he didn't contact their sister company to give us an estimate to fix some collapsed pipes that need repair and upon further investigation, he didn't even do what what he said that he did and we paid almost $1,000 for basically nothing! It is what it is. It's just really sickening that companies are so desperate for money that they do anything to get it. Another bad and costly experience.... God sees all.
This was my 2nd time having Matt assist me with my plumbing needs. He's super friendly, knowledgeable, great at what he does and has your best interest in mind. It's like calling a friend to come over to help you with your maintenance needs. I have recommend PF Plumbing to everyone I hear who needs plumbing work done!

I was vowed impressed with the knowledge and ability of Sam and Tim. They diagnosed the problem and in a short amount of time they fixed it and were on their way. Ashleigh at the Front Office was very friendly and had a team scheduled and called me when they were 20 minutes out. Thanks PF Plumbing!
Service Personnel came earlier than scheduled, accurately diagnosed the work to be done and completed the work promptly and efficiently. Also gave an accurate estimate of the cost. Excellent work overall.

I was quoted $800 to install a basic kitchen sink. We installed it ourselves and saved $750. They charged $50 just to quote us. I will never call PF Plumbing again.
I had no issue with the work or the service however their price is outrageous. They replaced a spigot in my garage. The total time involved from preparing the quote, doing the job and getting me to sign for my credit card was under 30 minutes and the cost was $322.00. I asked for a breakout for parts and labor and was told that was not available, that they just key into their iPad what the job is and get a cost. I felt I had no choice because the spigot was leaking into the wall and needed to be fixed ASAP and there was no time to get additional quotes. This was during regular business hours (around 12:30 pm) so there was no additional charges. $322.00 for around 30 minutes work seems outrageous
Wow. This is a mixed review - the service tech that came to provide service was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. His workmanship was very good. I just thought the pricing was too high...
UPDATE: I have spoken with the ownership about my project and am now very satisfied with not only with the work that was done, but also after my conversation, how they arrived at their pricing. There is no doubt that PF Plumbing is a high-quality, well managed contractor. Their workmanship is first-class and I recommend them highly.

At first I was pleased with the installation of my water heater until the supervisor came out and found a few things that the installer failed to do properly. After several re-schedules he finally came and did a few things and said that was it. Afterwards the city inspector came out to give his OK and he found several things wrong and needed attention. Again PF Plumbing installer needed to come back and address the issues he found. I was given the wrong date (which he never came) and the girl from the office kept calling with updates on when John could come out to fix the problem which the city inspector found. Today she has called on the hour all afternoon giving me an update on why John was not showing up. My son talked to her this time (as I was irritated with this put-off) and informed her that we did not wish to be scheduled for a week out (meaning next week) and that we had waited long enough for this issue to be resolved. We told her to forget rescheduling us and take us off the list. They can deal with the city inspector themselves!!!!
