Over it. Toilet acted up right after their warranty window. So, I was quoted for almost the same amount to come back and re-snake. No thank you

My kitchen sink has been backed up since Friday. I had a drain guy come on Monday didn't fix it, septic tanks emptied on Wed and Gene from Mr Rooter came today and fixed it. Thank you so much for the quick response.

Brad came out tonight to fix my frozen kitchen pipe and then helped our neighbor. He was very prompt, professional, and affordable. Would definitely use him again.

I contacted Mr Rooter plumbing with a issue at my elderly parents home . Chris was very honest and helpful , would recommend to friends.
Just had a stellar service experience with 2 very knowledgeable and pleasant plumbers with this company! Kyle C & Steve M were very thorough and patient in not only addressing my issues but also in educating me on preventative maintenance. From the Mr. Rooter doormat they lay at your door when they arrive to making sure you're happy with the services rendered before they leave. I was extremely pleased! Highly recommended!
Mr. Rooter came out and re-did my pipes in my house after they broke. Though it took some time the job is complete and to my satisfaction.

Quoted price for my small job was beyond reasonable, excessive to the point of being unfair. Leak in a meter box was quoted $252 for digging (three shovel) and $275 for a pex pipe repair - approx $10 in materials an less than a half hour in time and they wanted to charge over $500.

Great service. These guys did a great job and were a lot more competitive on pricing than the other guys out there. Plumber seemed very knowledgeable and acted very professionally. Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.
I was so satisfied with this company! I received service the same day I called. The plumber who came out was the most professional, caring, and nicest service person to ever come to my home. My water bill was high, so I was concerned I had a leak somewhere. I felt like he really took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was as I am not a plumber and really wanted to understand the cause of the leak. He was able to locate this and fix it quickly, then even took the time to let me show him pictures of my prides and joy ( my kids). By the time he left I felt like I had just had a visit with my favorite nephew. After he left my home I received a thank you call from the office. They wanted to make sure I didn't have any additional questions and to make sure I was happy with the service I received. I would recommend this company to anyone and have!
