The team at Plumbwell are top notch from providing an accurate quote over the phone (I submitted a photo) to finishing the job quickly and under budget they will definitely be our go to plumber

We had a leak in our bathroom sink. Plumbwell sent their plumber and he made it out like our whole sink was broken. Plumbwell gave us an estimate for $1200 for the repair. This was astronomically high in our opinion. We got another plumber to look at it and he fixed the leak within 30 minutes and it only cost us $350. HUGE price difference! Companies like Plumbwell seem to be in the business of up selling and price gouging. Needless to say, we will not be calling them ever again. The only positive thing about this company would be the secretaries who answer the phones. Quite lovely people.

Late review but these guys are great. Had a gas leak and my gas was turned off by PSEG.  Andrew and team did an excellent job with the repairs including the paperwork to ensure expedited process. Highly recommended. Would recommend to others.

Bobby, the owner, is a pro. Knowledgeable, fair and honest. Great team of plumbers who are patient, on time and courteous. Communication with their office is excellent. They took on a very difficult pipe replacement job in my home and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They also fixed and replaced some older pipes. All looks amazing. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Funny story. Discovered a pinhole in a line coming out of the dirt in a wall behind the tub. Asked a friend for a recommendation. After giving me the name and reading some great reviews on Yelp I called.  Was told that Bob, the owner would be there (on a Saturday) in 2 hours. Bob and his son arrived right on time, saw the problem, gave me a price and got to work.  This was not an easy fix as the leak was in a bent pipe very near the ground with very little access.  They worked on it for over 3 hours and finally fixed it. Bob couldn't have been nicer, courteous, and neater.  He also stuck to his original estimate even though the repair took much longer than he thought.

The funny part. When I went to pay him I started to write the check to the business I had looked up in Yelp and it turned out that I clicked on a link to Plumbwell Services by accident. Sometimes you just get lucky!

I am very pleased with Plumbwell services.  The owner inspected the job to be done beforehand and communicated very well with me to understand the scope of work and options available.  I felt in good hands and no upselling on his part.  Brian is an exceptional plumber and is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.  He really goes the extra mile.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company.  I researched many before deciding on this one.

Very Very happy with Plumbwell.  My new plumbers!  They worked around my schedule and were extremely pleasant and the work they did was fast and a good price too.  I will call them again!

Like the review below, I recommend securing your estimate in writing. The office is prompt, and the plumbers are good, but being asked to pay 25% more on the day of your appointment isn't a good feeling. To clarify, the scope of my work did not change from my initial phone quote, and of course my account of the initial conversation conflicts with the office staff's recollection. All I can say is to be sure to have the quote in writing, so there is no question.

Get estimates in writing or record phone conversations.  We were given a quote for $275 to fix our squeaking noise on our shower.  The owner (father) and my wife agreed that if other parts were needed it would be extra.  We agreed!

An employee came over and without even looking at what exactly was wrong called the owner's son and they wanted to charge us over $1000. We went back and forth with the son and prices kept changing $700, $500.  

Don't deal with the son.  He wants to rip you off.   They didn't even look to see if it was a simple fix or a complex one. Deal with companies that will honor their estimates. Make sure you have the estimate in writing.  Pass on Plumbwell there are other more reputable companies to hire. What a waste of time.

I have used Bob numerous times.  They just installed a new hot water heater at a house I have in East Meadow.  They are reliable, neat, professional and back up all of their work.  I highly recommend them.

Picking out a plumber to use is not easy, especially when you really don't know someone or have a solid referral.  
I recently had a leak in a pipe in a wall and was faced with choosing a plumber in an emergency situation.  I chose Plumbwell Services based on reviews and my so-so experience with other Plumbers used over the years.  

I spoke to the owner Bob over the phone prior to them coming and could tell he was a good guy- so I hired them to come in and find the leak and fix it.   Bottom line is this outfit was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra yard to help me out, without gouging me on price.  Don't get me wrong- plumbing is not cheap, but these guys will do right by you and you can trust they know what they are doing.  

I don't often leave reviews but they have earned this one. Hire with confidence, and if you're on the fence call the owner and explain what you need done- he'll give it to you straight.

I was in need of the cast iron trap assembly in my unfinished  basement. It's Been epoxy patched  over the decades   and a new leak developed  in a hard to reach  section of cast iron pipe ,  under a support beam.  It was time to change it all, and finally do the job right !
I have used a home repair app on my phone  on my last few  home projects with pretty good results. This time the App hooked me up with cesspool companies.  Then I saw a ad for Plumbwell in a local town newspaper. I got a very competitive price with  two different options that would that would effectively correct  the job in a professional and  proper  manor.   The owner Rob,  also noticed  the old  Cast Iron assembly  was back pitched ( tilted away from the waste water's  natural flow, Meaning there's always waste water just sitting in the pipe. Not flowing  out.
A Long story short: very fair price. 2 workers,  worked about 5 hours. The Guys were amazing !  Super clean job replaced with pvc.  I don't know too much about plumbing, but noticed their  equipment  seemed to be modern and new.  I'm very happy. It's  nice to see some new competition in Northern  Nassau!
I'm glad I noticed their ad in the Roslyn Newspaper.  
They will have my future business if needed.

Used them twice this month, one for leak under my kitchen sink and bathtub faucet leak. Very happy with their service.

I needed a plumber who could replace corroded pipes under the sink so a new dishwasher could be installed. Also decided to replace a leaky faucet, soap dispenser, and possibly the sink. I initially contacted a plumbing service I had used once in the past and scheduled appointment. No one ever showed up and no one ever called back to reschedule despite being assured twice that they would call. I'm so glad this happened because I found on YELP the BEST plumbing service on Long Island, Plumbwell. This will be a company I will use forever and recommend to friends and family.

Where do I begin. Bob the owner is highly professional, trustworthy, honest, caring and takes great pride in his company and service. He explained everything and offered alternatives with pros and cons for replacing the faucet. He also researched and tried to find an unusual shaped sink that is no longer available.He is extremely patient as the job was tough due to corroded and frozen pipes. While it took more time, he made sure the job was done right. He also made sure he cleaned up and took all the corroded parts away. He guaranteed his work for 2 years and should there be a problem, he emphasized I should not hesitate to call back.

I also need to compliment Sabrina who works in the office and does the scheduling. She accommodated my schedule needs and called as promised to confirm everything. She truly reflects Plumbwells commitment to high quality service.

This was a WOW experience and I'm so delighted I found a plumber I can trust and have confidence in thanks to YELP's reviewers. I highly recommend Plumbwell and Bob to anyone seeking a plumber they can trust.

Amazing company! The owner showed up quickly and fixed a major sewage leak in my basement. So efficient and well worth the price. He even had a cleanup crew come and clean up everything. I will only use them from now on!!!!

I stumbled open this plumbing service by a distant referral and allowed this business to bid on a difficult gas line installation project, along with other businesses. From the moment Bob came to give me the estimate - I KNEW I would hire him. And am I ever so glad I did.

He and his crew are the most polite, professional and CLEAN workers I have ever dealt with. They constantly covered their shoes with cloth booties, spoke respectfully to each other while working and of course patiently answered any questions I had. Honestly, it's nice to have people like this in my home.

I might add, they worked cooperatively and efficiently with the local TOWN inspectors (within Suffolk County) and their work passed inspection seamlessly.

I am not one to write reviews but I had to. I was recommended to Plumbwell by a friend. Bob and the entire team at Plumbwell were fantastic to deal with. They were very professional, extremely accommodating, clean and completed the job in a timely manner. I could not be any happier with the results. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services!

In a past life I used to build homes for a living and I have dealt with my share of plumbers - often, these were not such good experiences.

I only wish I had met Robert and his crews a long time ago, because he
runs a company that knows what quality plumbing work should be.

My job (2 large bathrooms...) was fairly complicated and involved moving plumbing around and dealing with many precise and challenging dimensions, not to mention the finish work which was equally unusual.

Robert's crews never let a challenge deter them and were so upbeat in their attitudes and their approach to everything that my pain-in-the-neck job had presented them.

They would leave the job each day making sure everything was neat & clean and would show up on time (rare in this world today) ready to get to work, pumped and got right to it. All the building trades contractors could take a lesson from these guys.

Kudos to this company of well-trained men & women who know how to treat a customer with respect and it is very obvious that a lot of effort has gone into making sure that the job is done right.

This company is fantastic. Honest good job. Professional all the way. I now know I can call Bob anytime I need work done. The price he charged was great as well. The plumbers were professional & neat. A fantastic job from the office too.  Sabrina took care of the paperwork and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I'm a very very satisfied customer.

We had trouble with our toilet. Each time it would back up . We were told by several plumbers, our toilet paper was too thick or we were using too many pieces. I looked on yelp. Found this company. They scheduled to come first thing in the morning. As scheduled, they arrived at 7:40! They used a 6 foot tool to clean out the line and presto its working! I will use this company again. Thx yelp

Had the guys from Plumbwell install all the plumbing and fixtures for a new bathroom. They did a fantastic job. From day one, Bob (the owner) was at the job with his crew and went over everything. Every step of the way these guys did a great job. They are polite, efficient, fast and neat! The job was on the top floor of my house through my bedroom and each time they came there were drop cloths laid out to protect all my floors. Very pleased with the end result and would definitely use again.
