Used these guys for multiple sewer and plumbing issues. Usually they are able to help the same day which has been a life saver. Easy to communicate with and tend to be fair on pricing. Would definitely recommend

They busted our pipe using a snake and wanted to charge us full price to come fix the pipe.
We called them before to snake our kitchen drain. We heard a loud bang/ crack, and when my fiancé asked what it was, he said everything was fine. I noticed water trickling in our basement storm door later on, but it was also raining on and off that week, so I thought that might be the cause. I observed for a couple of days and it was definitely coming from our kitchen sink because it was soapy water. I called them and the guy was extremely rude, didn't want to admit they damaged anything, and not willing to work on a solution. Poor customer service.

Dennis and his team are life savers.  After just moving in 4 days earlier, we had flooding in the basement as a result of the sewage line being blocked. It was late Friday night and I called Drain Solutions Plus to come out and Dennis and Felix came out in an hour to assess the issue and then proceeded to use a heavy duty snake to clear out the sewer line.  Unfortunately the blockage was pretty bad and after a couple of hours the drill they were using was burning out and needed to come back in the morning with a stronger drill.

Dennis and Felix came back in the morning as promised and were able to clear out the line with the stronger drill and we were able to successfully use the bathrooms again. The line was clogged with tree roots and debris along with the backed up sewage.

All throughout the process Dennis was very honest and articulate about the situation and what he was trying to do. I appreciate their persistence, their responsiveness and their ability to get the job done despite the challenges. I would definitely recommend Dennis and his crew to help with any sewage or drain clearing issues.

Reached out to them for a video sewer line inspection after my home inspector recommended it. Khalil came and went through his process and made sure I was watching him as he was snaking the video through the sewer line. He explained in detail what was going on and what I should/should not be seeing. Additionally, I am a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of plumbing work - Khalil put in extra effort to explain other aspects of my plumbing that I was unaware of and that were outside the scope of the work I called him for. I am very appreciative to Khalil, the work he did and the knowledge he was able to share with me about my own home.

Got a quote from Drain solutions with an appointment for them to come to my house on A Sunday between the hours of 8:00 - 10:00 am by 10:00 am I called them with no response back.  By the time the technician called me it was almost 12:00 pm and I had already called another plumber.  Very unprofessional

Had a leaked toilet, called Sunday night and they were here right on time Monday morning! Fast, reliable! My only complaint is changing the wax seal was $319-$175 was to come out. My stomach ached writing the check when I know the wax seal was $20.

Denis was available in the evening. Had to wait close to two hours since my 7pm phone call, but it was worth it. They snaked clogs and gave advice what to do to prevent future occurrences. They were efficient and seemed like that had a lot of experience. I would hire them again.

Dennis and/or Fidel always do a great job and really take the time to cover all options to fix our problem.  We've used them for clogged drainage pipes two times, a clogged toilet, and a clogged sink that just wouldn't unclog with the store bought stuff.  They come on time every time and are super professional.  Sorry for not leaving a review until 2 years and five services later!

Sink backup in kitchen, old iron pipes. This guy Fidel is terrific!! Knowledge and informative. Challenging job but he persisted and finally see a beautiful whirlpool down the kitchen sink!!! Fair pricing and no coning. I'd recommend these guys to my mother!! And I like my mother!!

Called on a Saturday at 1pm for emergency backup and staff was at my house 1hr later. The service was outstanding and Fidel was very helpful in explaining ever he was doing. I will continue to use and recommend this company.

I made an appointment this past Wednesday, Oct 16th for 9-11am to get an estimate for a renovation project in our basement - so definitely not some small plumbing issue like a clogged drain. They never showed up. I called and left a msg as well as contacted them via yelp messanger without a response. One may say that this review isn't a valid one because we didn't get serviced by this company however, I took time off from work to have them stop by. Many of us live busy lives with schedules to abide by. A company that doesn't have the courtesy to keep their appointments or respond to messages doesn't deserve my business. If you don't want the job, simply be forthright and say NO and don't waste my time. I contacted several companies that said they were either booked until a given future date or didn't service my area.

Dennis was a VERY great help for us--we got flooding in a room because of a clog from our house to the street; but they were able to come on a Sunday in under two hours to clean out the issue and restore everything back to normal.
Would definitely recommend for their good and fast service.

Response time these guys provide is no gimmick, wow! Came back from 10 day vacation Monday night to discover the downstairs bathroom flooded with sewage. Found Drain Solutions Plus via Yelp after RotoRooter told me (after stating they were coming within two hours) they could come only the next morning. 10 minutes later got a response, and less than an hour later, by 1:00 am two nice technicians came in, quickly analyzed where the problem was, and another 45 minutes later the problem was fixed, quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys!

Had a bad clog that no one could fix. Called several plumbers before and everyone gave me a temporary fix . I Had to call the pros. These guys are honest professionals with industrial equipment that other guys don't have . Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Thy pick up right away and never had to wait more than 2 hours. Messaged them on Saturday night as I was having a small leak in my shower. He came out Monday afternoon and fixed it for the price he quoted me on yelp. I also had an issue with a toilet. Rather than try to sell me on him replacing or fixing it, he gave me a couple tips how I could correct the issue myself. Very satisfied and will definitely use again when the time comes.

Amazing service (friendly, speedy and efficient)! My toilet was clogged for 2 days and I called Dennis at Drain Solutions Plus. He was able to arrive within an hour of my call. He looked at my toilet, made an assessment and then he and his teammate worked on it and cleared the clog in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend and would hire again! I recieved quotes from other companies and this was by far the best, especially for the area.

Dennis came out on the same day when my sump pump line to the street was clogged.  The last time I called someone for this they hit the clog and then immediately pulled the snake out.... go figure had to call someone else (Dennis) 3 months later cuz the line never really got clear.  He made sure to send the snake all the way through to the other end and I don't anticipate any more problems.  Fair price and a pleasure to deal with, thanks Dennis!

Drain Solutions Plus is the BEST! Fidel is professional, truly competent, and should be wearing a hero cape. For the past 10 days, we've been struggling with a backed up main sewer drain at the house we're renting; not able to even shower or do dishes. The first plumber the management company sent out (NOT from Drain Solutions Plus) snaked out the drain and told us we'd have to have our basement's concrete floor dug up so he could replace a corroded pipe. He told us we were OK for taking showers and doing laundry. Well, after two showers and a load of laundry, the basement flooded again from the backed up sewer main. It was nasty. We had to throw away several stored items as well as boxes full of our company's paperwork. Neither the management company nor the first plumber would get back with us.  After days of trying to get someone to come back out, the first plumber finally told us that the concrete remover guy needed to come out first. The situation had become unlivable for us. So, last night at 8:30 pm, we contacted Drain Solutions Plus. We explained our situation and they sent a guy out right away. Fidel was here until after 10:30 pm and got the job done! It turns out the house we're renting has two main sewer lines and the first plumber was snaking out the other line. At first Fidel also thought that sewer line was the trouble. But after working on the problem, he stated that there must be another line somewhere. He went searching and found it! It was hidden under a patched and painted floor board that had stuff on top of it. When he opened the floor board, it looked (and smelled) like he'd opened the portal to the underworld. It was filled with liquid and other assorted awful stuff. He cleaned it out to be able to get to the drain cap. His ability to confront the problem and handle it was epic. It was a nasty job to do and Fidel did it! He cleared out the main sewer drain and even cleaned up the area when he was done. We will forever be grateful for his professionalism, competence, and perseverance in getting the job done! We HIGHLY recommend Drain Solutions Plus for any and all of your plumbing needs. These guys are superheros!

Recently, my upstairs bathtub wouldn't drain properly.  My wife went out and bought liquid Plummer and a matching tub snake.  Somehow after using the liquid Plummer she got the snake stuck in our drain.  I called Drain Solutions and Dennis came out and not only removed my snake but also cleared my clog.  The upstairs bathtub is running and draining smoothly.  Thanks guys appreciate your service and all done in 30 mins.

Poor customer service. Had an appointment set up for an estimate from 2-4. No show, no call, no email. Yet when I sent an email to say no one showed up, I got a response pretty quickly apologizing and saying that someone could be there within the hour. When I responded back ok, as long as it's within the hour.. I got another response saying they couldn't guarantee that. They're ALL on emergency jobs. Unprofessional and shady. Took my business somewhere else.

Sunday, I spent most of the day trying to fix a clog that causing the water to back from my toilet and shower in my basement. Around 7:30pm, I decided to call it quit and let pros handle it. I went through Yelp and found these guys. They were at my house in less than an hour. They were very friendly and explained to me every steps of the process to fix my problem. They ended up having to cut the cap going to the sewer line because it was seized, and had to snake the line for about 50 feet. These guys are life savers, with a 11 months old infant and a 2 years old toddler, I needed that clog to be fixed like yesterday. My only regret is not calling them earlier. Thank you guys again!!!

Gave Drain Solutions a call, they came within an hour, analyzed the situation, had replacements for the broken pieces, and were done within an hour. Along the way they explained what they were doing and gave helpful tips. Seemed like great and knowledgable guys. I would recommend for all your plumbing needs.

I called at 7:30 on a Friday night and they had someone over here by 9 PM.  An espresso cup had gotten stuck in our sink food disposal.  The very friendly tech (I think his name was Dennis?) found the easiest, quickest, and cheapest solution.  I would definitely call these guys again for anything drain related.

Hands down the most honest, fair and professional plumber I've used in the area since I've moved here! Anese, the owner, took the time to explain the proper equipment and procedure to remedy my clogged sewer line, which has been unsuccessfully serviced by two other plumbers in the last 3 months. Anese went above and beyond to ensure that any obstructions were removed upwards of 100ft from my home, whereas the others I used previously only went half the distance, used improper equipment and charged substantially more! Amazing company!!! We re new home buyers and needed to pass inspection, main sewage line was uncapped, clogged, and the entire pipe was cracked everywhere. Kitchen was clogged and had leaking pipes and bathroom as well. After being stood up by another plumbing company Drain Doctor the plumbers from Drain Solutions Plus  came to our house same day appointment, not only they were very knowledgable, respectful and well spoken, they were able to fix everything.. stayed at the house until 9.30 pm. The best part was when we got the bill.. very very fair prices!

Visiting family in NJ, and the tub wouldn't drain on a Saturday afternoon. Other companies couldn't come for a day or two. I'd been postponing dealing with a kitchen drain that drained very slowly. Finally decided to call for help and Dennis and Drain Solutions Plus responded to the request. The response time was fast and the overall service very efficient and effective. Dennis was very pleasant to deal with and provided good explanations to the problem. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service.

Two weekends ago on a late Sunday afternoon,  we needed a plumber to assist us with a clogged toilet that was on a 2nd floor of a 2 family house. The water had overflown and running into the kitchen on the first floor.  I was so grateful that no only did Dennis answer the call, but he was at the time in a very timely manner.  He immediately addressed the clog in addition to coming back the next day to replace the toilet.  While emergency repairs are always frustrating, Dennis at least made this one as painless as possible!

Incredible experience! It's currently midnight on Sunday night and the Drain Solutions Team (Dennis and his associate, Sean) just left our house - they are life savers!  They were one of the few companies that answered the phone very late at night for an unexpected drainage problem we were having and offered to come right away.  Not only did they finish the job within an hour but they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the situation from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

These guys are AMAZING!!  They responded within minutes to my request for a quote - showed up at my home EXACTLY when they said they would, were polite and professional, and had the job done in no time!!  They were reasonable as well.  Would HIGHLY recommend them.

Enis was kind and even gave me a heads up call within the allotted timeframe to know when to expect their arrival, too.
