If I can leave no stars I would.  I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel I should look out for others beware.  The owner Kevin seems to be a very arrogant guy.  For a business owner I expected someone with a little more professionalism tried getting him to do a job a couple months back still haven't heard back from him.  Don't waste your time, terrible service.

Sewage was backing up into my basement, a first for me after buying my first house last July. I called around 11pm and a technician came at 8am the following morning, which meant I didn't have to pay higher after-hours/emergency rate. The technician, Liam, took care of the clog, which was about 50 feet in, within an hour or so. He walked me through the whole process and took some extra time to help me get a sense of the set-up at the house which is about 130 years old, which I appreciated. Cost was $330 after taxes and the service call fee. I wasn't happy about losing $330 to a sewage clog but I did a little research and that seems to have been a fair price. Another technician will be providing a free camera examination of the sewer line. The sewage back-up was a terrible experience and I appreciated the fast response and excellent service.

I have been working with Frank Alessi for years and he is an excellent plumber. He's reliable, knowledgeable, and honest.

It's nice to know I have a plumber I can count on.

I used Huron plumbing for the first Time in June, and then had to use them again in July for the same reason.  The plumber didn't fix the issue in June and when I had him go out in July, he didn't even contact me to let me know what was wrong ( it was my rental property), I received a large bill a week later.  there was no communication, i feel they were very unprofessional.  Also the plumber ended up ruining clothing of my tenants when he was replacing the pipes, and nothing was offered for he damages.

Ripped off.  I had frozen pipes.  125.00 just to walk in the door.... I was quoted a price of 225.00 if he put a torpedo heater under the house and 250.00 if he got another guy to crawl under the house and use a machine on the pipes.  I chose the heater...well... he didn't have it with him.... had to go get it...an hour later stuck the heater under the house and sat in his truck.... after pipes defrosted he comes in with a bill of 671.00.  Are you kidding me?????  What a scam...

On Oct 18th I called Zenner and Ritter to have a service technician come out and find out why my furnace, purchased through them and under warranty, kept turning off. It heated the house but had to be turned on at the furnace every day.
On Oct 20th Aaron, the service tech came by and did a very thorough inspection of the entire system, vents and all, and determined that the problem was a bad fuel valve and that they would need to replace the Fuel Control System. He decided to turn the fuel valve off until they came back out and in the process broke it. I signed a service agreement, expensive but necessary. Paid him $97.33 for coming out and was told it would be a few days for them to get the part.
It is now November 9th, and I have had to call them four different times to find out when my furnace will be repaired. They won't call us to give us any updates and every time I call I just get told, they will call me when they get the part in. They offer no other information or solution.
In the meantime, we've felt the temperature drop steadily, down to the 30's in the evenings. I'm worried about the health and safety of my family, my water pipes, and how much longer we'll sit here shivering. While my furnace wasn't running like it was supposed to, it did at least run before they came out to look at it, and the company just keeps blowing me off, like there's nothing they can do about it.

Highly recommend!  Both the receptionist and the technician were pleasant and reasonable.  I called at 7:15 am & had a person on site at noon who snaked the basement  drain, found the trap ( under the porch) & suggested a number of solutions to enable future access.  No hard sell, no patronizing bullshit.

The man who came over was really nice. I understand that it's his company's policy but- my husband received either or call or mail (we used them before) about a service check for $20. Right away I figured it was not a good idea but he wanted to try. We had our house inspection two years ago so I know our furnace is not perfect but they said it should last another five years. Our house isn't very old. The nice guy went to leave and said that he had to come back when both my husband and myself are home to talk about the furnace. I think that is just ridiculous especially during a time of Covid- why come out one more time? Why can you not tell my husband on the phone what's wrong with his furnace? Why can you not tell me (who is sitting right in front of you) what is wrong with my furnace? The whole thing was just ridiculous so we called lake view  heating and cooling to come check and it out. I understand that it's policy of the company and not this man's fault but the policy is absolutely ridiculous. I am not even financially tied to this house. What if I was just a girlfriend? Do you only speak to married couples? My husband is active military with a medical unit, he can't exactly leave work during a time of Covid to talk about a furnace when you could do it over the phone. Silly. Oh and in the summer we stayed outside with a guy, Who fixed our AC, and he told us that they do duct cleaning and he suggested we do that. Today on the phone they told my husband that they don't even do that! Like what the heck is going on

I should have done better research.  I just moved to the area so I called HW Bryk & Sons.  My shower was backing up and water was coming from the base of the toilet. Obviously a main line clog if you know even the basics of plumbing.  He was here for over 4 hours, left my bathroom a mess, and charged me $450!  My girl didn't know what to do, so when I got home, I was livid.  I cleaned the whole bathroom and the next day, same problem.  I called them back and told them twice to make sure they call because my girl is working from home and I am at work so I would have to leave work early.Of course they don't call and just show up, so my girl's pissed because she's on a conference call.  I leave work to come home and he left my bathroom dirty again and told me there is no guarantee if he has to come back again.  I should have paid the premium to have Rainbow Plumbing come out from Buffalo because they would have probably still been way less and I know the work would have been done right the first time.  Unless you like throwing your money in the trash for shotty work and service, call someone honest and reasonable like Rainbow Plumbing in Buffalo. HW Bryk & Sons sucks. Now I have to go clean my bathroom again.

This place preys on single women. They try to tell you that you need a brand new conditioning unit when all you need is a $40 part. *I know this because this is exactly what happened to me.* they told me i needed a brand new $3800 air conditioning unit .  I asked why can't i just have the part replaced  ( a new fan blade) and they told me the part was discontinued and they couldn't get the part. The woman at the desk (apparently the OWNER ) told me she called ALL of her distributors and she couldn't get the part. She also would not disclose who her distributors were when I asked.
I looked up the part myself, found it online for $40. It was shipped next day air.  I installed it myself in 15 minutes.
This place LIES to you !!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars - but this site won't let me.

Have used in past with out issue. Today have full house back up, called hours ago and made emergency appointment. Appointment between 3-5 today. Very happy with that.

they call at 2:30 and inform me the appointment has been moved to next Friday. Like that would be ok with anyone. And then made some statement that discounts offered do not apply.

promply hung up and will never call again. The thought of trying to find plumber now at 3 pm. When I called them around 10 am.  They stink big time!
