I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom that I tried to handle myself. However, the pipes were so old they were crumbling. I called Mark's and within 2 days, someone was out and it was fixed. They took excellent Covid precautions, quality work, nice employees, and fair price. I'll definitely call again for any plumbing issues I run into

Called on a Saturday after one plumber did not call back and another called a half hour before sceduled and said they would not make it afterall.  Issue was severe, no water due to brken pipe and valve.  They were very polite, called a half hour before they showed up.  Plumber knew what he was doing and within an hour I was back and running.  only alternative I could come with was going to hotel for the weekend and taking time from off from work to get fixed by others.  Wasn't a very good option.  Totally satisfied and recommend for any plumbing needs.

Jeffrey was on time, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. He was willing to explain what he was doing as he went along which was great! Also, he came out quickly to help us hook up our new gas stove. Thank you so much!

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we received a call back! Our heating unit wasn't working, and of course it was on one of the coldest days. John came out to the house quicker than I could have anticipated and took care of things. He has worked on our home before, but the consistency of his work and his customer service are impressive. Highly recommended.

Polite. Knowledgeable. But after being jerked around for 5 weeks to fix a shower, I finally had to contact another plumber. 48 hours later, the job was underway. Wish they had told me that bigger jobs come first....very disappointed.

Although our air-conditioner is in poor shape, Nick did a good job analyzing our problems, I am entirely satisfied with his work.

Had to get a new wax ring under my shitter because the guy I bought the house from didn't know how to screw in a light bulb, let alone install a toilet. Wife says that the technician arrived promptly, was both polite and corteous and, most importantly, got the job done for roughly $250 LESS than the greedy bastards at Roto Router wanted me to shell out. Don't even get me started.

Can't speak highly enough of the thorough, professional service I received from Joe at Kandefer.   We had a gas leak in basement and our gas was shut off. Matthew Kandefer was able to send out a plumber, take the time to find 4 small leaks and not charge an arm and a leg.  
They cared and that really impressed me. Thank you.

This business has fallen to complacency. The salesmen are condescending and rude. I don't have time for their self-entitlement and have removed them from our vendor list.

Took snowblower in for new paddles. $200 worth of work done without my approval only to have the blower never work after work because motor was shot. Would never have put that much money into an older blower. Asked them to refund part or all of costs and never got back to me. I make it a point to support small businesses but will never return here. I would have put that $200 towards a new blower instead of putting it into old one had they just called for pre approval.
