I was contacted immediately, and given an estimate for the cat enclosure I had been trying to get built for two months.
The price quoted was extremely fair and much thought was put into the execution of the project. The job was completed two days later, and it turned out perfectly. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly, and plan to hire them again.

The reason we initially chose ARB was simply that they answer their phone and they call you back when they say they will! I was so surprised at how many companies don't even answer their phones (one called me back TWO WEEKS after I left a message describing the type of basic plumbing work we needed to have done).  We have now used ARB for a few plumbing jobs and have been happy with the service provided. They arrived on time for both the estimate and work day. They were very professional and got the jobs done quickly and efficiently.

I had a boiler stop working at my rental when it was 22 degrees out.  The Tenant and his wife have a 3 year old daughter. I called Marty and he was there and fixed it within a couple hours.  He even fixed a couple of other issues for the tenant while he was there.  Great service.  Thanks Marty!

Professional, Knowledgeable and Reasonable!!! Highly recommending Ron Green to anyone looking for a plumber! Knew exactly where the water was coming from in the shower unit. Ron G. ensured other possibilities were eliminated while completing the project. Before he took on the job, I was collecting containers of water downstairs due to the leak from upstairs. He pulled the doors off the shower unit and reconfigured it. It was a BIG project!! He fixed my boiler system in the winter as well. He's the one to call for AC, Heating and Plumbing. Called Homeworks based on a verbal recommendation,  and im glad I did.  Rob really knows his stuff. Attention to detail is AWESOME.  Very promt, arrived when scheduled.  Had everything he needed to do the job right the first time.  Cleaned up after the job, wouldn'teven know he was there. Absolutely the worst company ever! They put in a new furnace, broke down within a year. Took twice for them to fix it right. Then the air conditioner was brand new installed by them and was suppose to be prepared for this summer. The guys took off the cover and did nothing more. Of course the air doesn't work on the hottest day. I call them to come repair it explaining that my son has a heart and lung condition and is having a hard time breathing. The refused to come fix it. We're rude to me and I only live a block away from the service centre. My home was 80 degrees. Had to take my son to a hotel for the night. Found out when an independent contractor came to look that they didn't fill it up and it's empty. Love the fact that they willingly took the money and didn't do the job right!

I heard very good things about them which is why I hired them. They said that they will be there every day at 9 AM however one day they didn't show up to 11 so we didn't leave our house unlocked for them they got extremely mad at us. Then you could tell that they rushed the rest of the job through and didn't even finish some of the drywall work and finish some of the flooring. I was sick at the time so with the good ratings that they had, l ended up paying them without doing a thorough inspection. I contacted them many times to make this right and they just ignored me.

Outrageously high prices, and they charge you $89 just to walk in the door and give you the quote. I agreed to it, like an idiot, because I just wanted the job done and use the sink again. They installed a new garbage disposal in about 15 minutes and I paid what you would pay for a good dishwasher being installed. My bad for agreeing to it. They have a flat rate price for everything which seems to take into account any worst case scenario so that they are covered, meaning that the customer only benefits if the worst case scenario actually comes to fruition. So for any basic standard services go someplace else.
