I was very pleased with Mark's Plumbing. Mark himself came out the first time. Nice, honest guy. His workers were clean and did good work. Very responsive. Recommend.

Roofing team is fabulous! Not so for plumbing and heating. Had problems with every job they did - they are very slow, if they respond at all to calls for return visit to fix problems in plumbing. We finally had to hire another firm to complete the project and repair their work.

Jeffrey was on time, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. He was willing to explain what he was doing as he went along which was great! Also, he came out quickly to help us hook up our new gas stove. Thank you so much!

John and Dave did a fantastic job with my plumbing issues: they showed up on time and replaced a sump-pump, fixed a leaking valve, and replaced a drain-pipe -- all for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them if you need a plumber!!

Taylor Minx was very helpful in diagnosing our problem and fixing it. He put in a new sump pump. Great installation. Quality service. Would recommend.

After feeling the humidity going sky high and my thermostat reading 75°
I noticed my carpet in spare room was wet, so I opened the furnace room panel and it was all wet and dripping on the floor into the room next to it. The guy who serviced it last did a bad solder job so they finally fixed it 2 days ago. 4 different ppl have worked on it! If it leaks again and my carpet gets moldy I'm gonna get a new carpet at their expense

Just had a new hot water heater installed and a clog cleared. Not very happy with the service. The short version is that I felt kind of railroaded and possibly taken advantage of. The long version to follow:
I had a leaky hot water tank and this company came recommended. When the guy showed up I took him to it and left him to do his work. When I next looked in, I see him already carrying a new hot water tank in to install. No consultation. No Yeah, it's beyond repair, it has to be replaced. No discussion of brand, size, performance, etc. They installed an AO Smith--I have no idea how this brand compares but I'd read a lot of complaints about them on another site so I'm a little dubious. But what if I wanted to take the opportunity to invest and upgrade to tankless or something? What if I had stronger opinions about what brand should be installed? Some discussion would have been nice before I'm handed the $950 bill for the heater and installation (plus more for the clog situation). It seems that other brands with comparable specs go for $400 to $500 uninstalled, so I feel like I could have saved money (and maybe gotten a better product if the negative reviews about AO Smith are correct) if I had gone somewhere else. At least I might have felt more consulted and less taken advantage of. I'm extremely non-confrontational, so some of this may be my fault--I should have called a halt to things when I saw the new hot water heater coming in.
Oh, and he left it pretty filthy down there. Lots of dirty water on the floor all around the new install that I had to clean up.

Never showed up or called to me .
I would never recommend a plumber who
does not respect your time.

This business has fallen to complacency. The salesmen are condescending and rude. I don't have time for their self-entitlement and have removed them from our vendor list.

Took snowblower in for new paddles. $200 worth of work done without my approval only to have the blower never work after work because motor was shot. Would never have put that much money into an older blower. Asked them to refund part or all of costs and never got back to me. I make it a point to support small businesses but will never return here. I would have put that $200 towards a new blower instead of putting it into old one had they just called for pre approval.
