We had a slow flushing toilet. Matt found a quick and easy (and cheap) way to solve a problem that had been driving us crazy for years. Super friendly, competent, even brought his own boot covers so not to track in the winter weather. Thanks Matt!

Clarence, NY - New Home built 11/2018-11/2019. Benzinger hired by builder to do the plumbing, including hot water tank. Completed 2-1/2 baths, sub pump, pre-plumbed basement for future finishing.
Work was expertly done. Very neat. I used copper plumbing. PVC used for drains, waste and vent lines. Solder (sweat) joints are very neat. Fixtures properly installed. No call backs. No leaks, no drips. Work crews were very neat and well trained.
If and when I need additional plumbing completed I would hire Benzinger without any hesitation.

Great service. I now have a go to plumber for plumbing emergencies. I texted the owner after I found his number on Yelp and he texted back right away and we coordinated the appointment and then he emailed me the receipt when his crew was done. The crew was very polite and efficient and they had the right equipment to get my basement drained and my plumbing working. They did two repairs and I thought it was pretty affordable. Highly recommend Delta P.

I had a wonderful tech from Musso Plumbing in my home recently to fix some plumbing issues. I had a leaky toilet and a shower that only had HOT water and it was leaking from the faucet. The tech, James, came in and diagnosed the issues with the shower quickly and gave me a quote within 20 minutes. I agreed with the quote and he did the work the same day. I was VERY HAPPY with the service! It was a little pricey, but I had another company look at it and they didn't really give me the confidence that the job would be done right. I just believe that you get what you pay for.

I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could! I have used them twice in an emergency, one for a back up in our basement the Sunday after thanksgiving and the other for a clogged drain and stuck tub faucet before an inspection. In both cases, they were able to show up within hours of me calling and they were able to address and fix all issues. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well, I was actually pleasantly surprised when I got the bill in both cases. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been referred to go green plumbing from a client . My experience with the company was that of dishonesty and no integrity in their work . I recently found a large hole that they cut in my spare room to get to the shower . I m not really surprised that they did not tell me about this . I feel because I'm a single female that I was taken advantage of . I did not pay anything in the end but had to live without a shower for two weeks till I could find someone else .

I had a very positive experience with this company. I installed a backup sump pump in February, 2023. The original pump was working fine but for safety I decided on a backup. The installer, Andy, was extremely neat, careful, courteous and took the time to explain how the pump works and even proper maintenance for the sewer line. Despite the care, as sometimes happens, there was a leak. Andy came back on a service call very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. We had a difference of opinion of what caused the leak - nothing serious. I paid the service fee and told the owner what I thought had happened and he agreed immediately to refund the service charge. It is very pleasant to deal with a company that values customer service from start to finish. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Ideal Plumbing and will use them again if the need arises, because of the way the problem was handled. Thanks Andy - you did a great job!!

We had roto rooter recently fix our shower drain and while ridiculously expensive for a 10 minute job, it was done right. So we called them back for our hot water tank recently which had the pilot light out and basically wasted 2 full days of cold water bc they gave us the run around. Came out (late), and said we needed a part that they couldn't get til the next morning, and they'd come right back and get it done. Fine. Next morning, a different plumber than who we talked to came out and said what that other plumber was completely incorrect and they actually couldn't fix it. No communication at all.
Going on 3 days with cold water which could have been fixed by just not calling Roto Rooter. Called another plumbing company which diagnosed a completely different and correct issue, so they didn't even know what was going on and we would've wasted our money if they stayed.
Simple drain plugs, call them. Anything remotely complicated, don't waste your time.

I do not start my day looking for ways to ruin reputations, but this has to be said. My furnace stopped working and I couldn't figure out the problem so my wife called Roy's. A technician came to my house and told me a motor has seized up and the cost of repair would be $1100, but even after I make the repair there could still be other problems. There was simply no way of knowing without being able to first run this motor. This I believe. It sounds legit but the technician should've tried harder to solve the problem rather than sell me a new motor, and possibly a new furnace when mine is only 6 years old. I almost fell for this but my wife insisted that an experienced co-worker take a look at it. I was furious that she didn't trust the technician! It turned out to be a dead mouse stuck in the motor. Total cost $50, but we gave him $200. Everything has been tested and is up and running. Troubleshooting should involve ripping apart the component to solve the problem first, from one technician to another. One thing I strongly recommend people do, is sign up for annual furnace cleaning and preventive maintenance. Would I still use Roy's? Of course I would. I would just be more observant. Word of advice, always, always, always, get a second opinion, or you could be paying for something entire unnecessary. Technicians, try harder to solve problems as opposed to swapping out parts.
