J.A. Brundage - The Drain Doctor, has been serving Western New York's Residential, Commercial and Industrial needs for over 40 years and we are committed to being first in our area with prompt, courteous and professional service to all we serve. Our service department consists of six vans, radio dispatched for prompt service. Each one of our service vans carries five different sizes of electric sewer machines, that service any stoppage problem from a small kitchen sink line to a 48 inch industrial waste water line. Our journeymen and master plumbers are trained professionals prepared to respond to any situation from a leaky pipe to a complete plumbing installation on a newly built facility. All our service men are OSHA trained and we have a full time New York State Certified safety director/trainer. We have serviced many home owners, as well as, schools, hospitals, hotels, trailer parks and restaurants over the last 40 years with pride and dedication and look forward to serving you

Had a bad experience with this company, Called to fix a leak at my stationary tub, They showed up and complained about how busy they were. Said they would be back 8/21/2015, Then called and said they were to busy, could not help us What kind of answer is this, The person that was here called me, not Drain Doctor, I will never call this company again for anything in my life, and I will spread the word. Saw this Drain Doctor truck parked over 2 handicapped parking spots today at 115 ...no workers in site ...this is horrible and uneceptable. This all e causes me and hopefully any who see this to NOT do business with this Niagara Falls based company.

Highly recommend! Both the receptionist and the technician were pleasant and reasonable. I called at 7:15 am & had a person on site at noon who snaked the basement drain, found the trap ( under the porch) & suggested a number of solutions to enable future access. No hard sell, no patronizing bullshit.

Very rude and drove into our estate like a mad man driving van HV11WBP. Would steer clear. Obnoxious man very bad language with kids present. Never recommend
