FIVE stars!!! Plumbing issues are the worst, and you want the problem solved fast. These guys are the best! Last night our sewer backed up in the basement. This morning my husband called Towlson after they were recommended to us. He got through right away, and they were at our house in just a couple of hours. The identified and fixed the problem all in about an hour and a half. They charged us very reasonably as well, which we were definitely happy about. The first couple of plumbers we called were unresponsive. We could not have been more pleased with our experience with this company. Don't waste time. Call Towlson!

Gerry McNamara at Aardvark has done electrical and plumbing work at my house on 4 different occasions and everytime is fair and honest.  I call Gerry anytime I have an issue.  Prices are in line with the market and he is very trust worthy!

Ryan and his father are amazing! We just bought an old house and had to immediately fix the multiple cracks in the basement. He was recommended to us, and we couldn't be happier. I contacted him and within 48 hours he was able to come over, give us a quote and fix the repair. He is a refreshing individual who is not only good at but passionate about his work and doing a good job.  His prices are extremely reasonable, and his work is impeccable.

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Seen their service vehicles a few times at various homes and they have been in business for a few decades, so they must be doing something right. Have talked to a few people also and they had no complaints neither, and now I know they DO work quick!

Frank did a great job on both our major (replacing the pipe from the house to the main under the street) and our smaller jobs.  He's been kind, friendly, helpful and professional.  

We've had tree root problems every year for the 6 years we've lived in our house.  We were calling plumbers 3 times a year to get the roots removed after the sewer would back up into our house and we'd have to clean it up.  It was a miserable problem which 5 different plumbers tried to help us fix.  All of them would recommend putting a camera down the pipe and quoted us up to 8,000 dollars to replace the pipe.  Our neighbor has no intention of ever removing her tree, so we eventually had to do something.  

Frank's won the bid with the cheapest price.  They were prompt and very helpful.  This was done in the fall and too late to plant new grass, so they came back two times to add more dirt to our lawn when the freeze and thaw had shifted the earth and again when it was time to re-seed the grass.  So far, we've not had a problem with backup since!

This is going to be another review with a weird commentary.

My star rating is based solely on personality of the plumber.  There are two that generally visit and they both have personalities of, well, an opinionated weasel.

The work is good. I have never had an issue with anything that Day/Night has done other than the stuff that comes out of the plumber mouths!

One had difficulty working in my basement because my cat's litters boxes are there!  HELLO!!! What do you deal in?? Raw sewage coming up from my drain is a tad more ripe that scented kitty litter hiding a few gems!

I've had attitude and instructions - lose the cats!!! - and I don't call them anymore.  I don't. If you can deal with critique and attitude, this is the place to call.

Talk to them on the phone said they would call back they never did I proceeded to call back 5 different times leaving messages and no return call seems to be a trend

The crew that came in to replace three exterior lights that we supplied and I must say they did an excellent job. It's the pricing we disagree with. They charged me $159.00 for each light to be installed, with taxes over 500.00. We just moved into this home a few months ago. At our last home our electrician would come in to do multiple jobs and give us a flat rate. I have looked into this and the job should have only cost no more than $300.00 plus taxes. When I called Reliance to complain I was told that they charge by the light and do give flat rates. That's fine we do not need use Reliance.
