Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with.  He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote.  He returned to do work as promised  and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

I was really happy with overall service. The installer was very polite and professional. They installed new lines for my gas range and barbecue and while on site also cleaned and repaired my gas fireplace. We moved into a new house which had faulty plumbing. The technician quickly noticed the problem and repaired it properly to code. I highly recommend them and they will be returning in the summer to install our new gas pool heater. Great Job Metro West. I had a Storm drainage that was plugged. Rob didn't give up and suggest the line be dug out. He kept with the cleaning out. He is a very hard , fair worker.

They installed a split system air conditioning system with the picture frame fan unit inside the house. They were fantastic!!!! Showed up early. Very responsible and respectful of the house. I highly recommend them.  The two men were professional and efficient.would have them do work her again

I had a pretty major back up and it's right before Thanksgiving.  Within one hour of calling, I was shoveling the dirt back on to my septic system.  GREAT service.  Very professional.  They will be my first and only call for this service.

Simon Plbg repaired a broken pipe for me and did an excellent job. Because of the success on the first project I had them back to my home to install new tank type water heaters. They were professional and neat with their work. No leaks when the water came back on. The tanks each have isolation valves and are providing plenty of hot water. They showed up on time as scheduled and were very tidy when they left.

Our system got backed up where feces and toilet paper started coming up through our bath tube drain and basement sink. Morgan(tech #673) came out with in a hour of calling them. He identified and solved the problem in about a hour. He double checked everything and unclogged everything for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable with answering any questions. Save your time and bypass this colossal waste of time.  Highly incompetent and extremely unprofessional.  They will give you a 5 hour window for when they will arrive then not show up or call.  These people are not plumbers-more like unreliable handymen that charge plumber prices.

Got a quote to install an HRV, Jamie said he would do it in a week. Never emailed or called with appointment. After I emailed him, he said he was busy but could do it in a couple of weeks. Never heard from him again. Don't bother with Jamie Janzen if you want something done. No class.

Mr. Gwitt installed a high-efficiency boiler in my home in Oct. 2006. He did an excellent installation job, and I was very pleased with his work. In Dec. 2009 the boiler failed to light; and had to be reset and restarted. A month later it again failed to light, so I called Mr. Gwitt for service. Mr. Gwitt supposedly fixed the problem with my boiler on 1/26/10; and I paid him $152.25. About three weeks later the boiler failed to light again. I called Mr. Gwitt. He again fixed it, on 2/23/10. A week later the boiler again failed to light. I again called Mr. Gwitt. He again fixed it on 3/03/10. When I arrived home from work on 3/03/10 the boiler was out, and could not be reset or restarted. I called Mr. Gwitt. He refused to come, even though it was too late by then to call another service professional. After a very cold night, with no heat, Mr. Gwitt came the next day and finally fixed my boiler. He then billed me for the additional three service calls. When I contacted him he refused to reduce his bill; even though he didn't fix the problem with my boiler on his first three visits.
