Embrich is the best!  The repairman came out and diagnosed the problem with my water heater the same day I called. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. The part had to be ordered, no fault of theirs. Then the owner came back at a time that accommodated our schedule and replaced the part. Thank you!!  A+

These guys are wonderful! Showed up really fast, got to work and had the clog cleared fast for only $85.

Our furnace stopped working in January and a family recommended Faszold   We had already decided we needed a new furnace and air conditioner as they were 19 years old and every season the heat or air would go out at some point.  Faszold installed a energy efficient furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater in less than 24 hours.  They transferred my humidifier from the old unit to the new as it was not very old.  We also had a heat pump and air cleaner installed. They did a great job!  Very professional and did a great job cleaning up.

Analyzed the problem and fixed it and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Will use again.

A pipe burst on Christmas Eve. They helped me troubleshoot that day and sent a plumber Christmas morning so I could turn on my water. They're competent, pleasant and respectful.

He was able to help us out with our bathroom vent.  My husband got stuck & we needed someone that could repair & get the job done. It worked out perfect! Fair price & good quality work!

No called no showed 4 times before I gave up and found someone else. I should have known that the prices were too good to be true.

Was really disappointed in Beis Plumbing, I called and made an appointment for a Friday service call. I explained to the receptionist that I needed my faucets in my master bathroom vanity replaced and that I was replacing them with the exact same type and brand of faucets. She said know problem we would get someone out to do the work and it shouldn't take them long to do the job. My wife stayed home all day and at 1 pm my wife called to see if she could get a time of when the Plummer May show up and was told he was finishing up a job and would be out in a little while to do the job. He showed up at 2:20 pm. He walked in and looked at the vanity and my wife went over what work we needed done. The Plummer said he had another job after us and that this would take too long so he had to go call his boss. He said that the receptionist told him it was a simple job and the receptionist told him he only had to replace a spout on the tub. (Which is NOT what was said to her). He said I have to leave but I can come back Monday even though my wife stayed home all day waiting for him. I can't say anything about their workmanship because they did none!!! I felt the way it was handled was very unprofessional and the receptionist did not tell the Plummer the correct work that was needed!

Same as another reviewer, this John Mess outfit was hired by St. Louis County to repair a neighbor's sewer lateral. They ended up excavating a small area in MY yard near the street, which was ok, since I was told ahead of time this would need to be done to complete the repair. Was I'm not ok with was, after the repair, the area subsided during the first hard rain, and opened up into a large void under the street next to our property. I called the St. Louis County Sewer Lateral Repair number and told them what had happened, and the said they'd contact the contractor, John Mess Plumbling. Sometime early the next day they'd 'fixed' the problem, because there was more hay on the bare soil and the hole looked like it had been filled in. Looks like they'd simply showed up with more hay, and used dirt already on the area to cover the hole under the street, since now the whole area was 3-4 inches lower than the surrounding lawn and was so lightly packed down that my foot sank down 4-5 inches when I lightly stepped on it. I can take a broom handle and poke through the dirt and under the street into the open void there and wiggle it around freely, now I'm concerned the next hard rain is going to cause my whole side yard to start slipping into the hole, and my neighborhood already has sinkholes in it already. Guess I'll have to get my own contractor and a gat a lawyer to make St. Louis County and this John Mess bunch to really fix the problem. This really burns me since it wasn't my problem to begin with.

They are very courteous...professional and reasonable...I've used them several times for home and work and they always give an honest recommendation for the issue.  The technicians are respectful and considerate to your issue...I highly recommend Bieg Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Martin  called and cursed at me today.  They showed up quoted the job several weeks ago, I paid  half up front as required by them.  Martin owner then says his plumber who bid the job screwed up the  job and is demanding more money.  I told him that was not possible. Martin then said he didnt need my $8k job he agreed to and then used many profanities and insults. Very unprofessional.  Do not use.

Since my previous update, the owner has reached out to me to apologize for the issue and took ownership for the job not being done correctly. He understood my frustration and provided a refund of the invoice. Mistakes happen which is understandable, it is much appreciated that he realized that and offered the refund.

I was speaking to John about replacing a sprinkler system back flow. We had agreed on a price but was just awaiting a part (that he had me order online) to come in. 5 days ago I got the part and sent John an email advising him that the part was in. I haven't heard from him since. And this was a referral!! Guess what I told my friend who referred me!

What a cavalier way to do business. No matter. I got another plumber who showed respect and I saved $75.00 at the same time. Looks like pricing and job scheduling are issues for this company; at least in my experience and at least 5 other reviews where scheduling seems to be a problem..

I had a plumbing problem. I called for an appointment with A&A COMPLETE SERVICES (618-670-8112) on June 15th. I had to wait until today, June 20th before they would come. OMG! I just got off the phone with the owner. He was unbelievably rude, yelled at me, then blamed me for almost getting in an accident while talking to me while driving, and lied to me about the technician he sent out and phone calls he said that he had made to me. I waited during their appointment window from 12:00 noon until 3:45 pm. Since I hadn't heard a single word from them all day, I called their business, which went right to voicemail, and, since I could not get a live person to answer, I left a message asking if they intended to show up today. Shortly thereafter, I was talking on the phone, when a phone call rang in, but I could not get off the phone with the Department of Revenue. This plumbing owner then called back to tell me that he had called me TWICE earlier in the day, (my phone shows NO MISSED CALLS BY HIM) and THAT BECAUSE I DID NOT ANSWER TEN MINUTES AGO, THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN HOME. I asked if he could come back since it was only 10 minutes ago. Nope. Too late. He said that the tech had come to my door and NO ONE ANSWERED!  I said that was not possible, as my huge German shepherd barks whenever anyone even steps on our property. He said he wasn't going to argue with me, and instead said HE WAS CANCELING OUR CONTRACTED APPOINTMENT WITH HIM and I was to use another provider! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not reliable and are extremely inconsiderate and rude. I have no idea how they do plumbing work, but you can be sure that if it is in anyway similar to the way they treat potential customers, you'll be sorry. Please pass this along to anyone else in the Belleville, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon area. BE WARNED. Now that I see the other Yelp reviews, I 'm thankful they didn't show!

PSA:  To all my dear customers, friends, neighbors, and everyone in Webster Groves Community Connect PLEASE STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!  This company is terrible to work with and will rip you off on a heart beat!  They recently did sewer lateral work for the city and the previous home owners that lived next door.  Now we have a we a sweet little lady that lives there that is in her 70s.  When this company finished the work they filled the hole they dug with dirt but DID NOT FILL IT BACK UP THE PROPER WAY.  They left a huge hole from where the ground settled and they had not put the correct amount of dirt back!  

The homeowner called the company to get them to come back and fix the hole, but the wife of Mike Jackson ( facebook.com/mike.jackso… ), Crystal Gaugh ( facebook.com/crystal.gau… ) yelled at her through the whole conversation and told her they wer NOT responsible for it that she was.  When my neighbor told them that Webster said it was the plumbers responsibility the women yelled at her some more and took her name and number saying she would have her husband get back to her.  NO ONE CALLED HER BACK!

I being from the industry, did a favor for my neighbor and contacted the plumber directly.  I explained what had happened and he was going to look and see what happened and call me back later that day, well he LIED!!  NO RETURN PHONE CALL TO EITHER OF US!!!  I highly recommend that you never use this company and if your builder, contractor, remodeler, or designer is using this company insist that they work with someone else!  There are much better options for you and I can help you find them!
