Rick from Advanced Plumbing fit us in for a clogged toilet right smack dab in the middle of the Christmas season.  These people are wonderful and reasonable and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.  They are efficient and prompt.

I called around and finally got in touch with the owner. My job was pretty easy; snake a drain and 13-14 new valves (all welded). He gave me a bid over the phone that was easily half the price of some competitors. Luke came out and started around 0800. He was more than happy to answer my questions and talk me through some of the things that he saw. He finished in the time they said they would and did a great job. We will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing jobs we get.

We called about a clogged pipe ....service was fast, and the plumber was quick and pleasant to deal with, the bill was quite reasonable...first time experience but we have a new plumber!!

I had about Plumbing come to my house and install some bathroom sink faucets. The Plummer was very polite and businesslike, he was friendly and professional. He installed our faucets with ease and explained what had went wrong with the old faucets. He had the work done in less then an hour (even though a previous Jefferson county company sent a plumber who looked at the routine job and said he couldn't do it and would have to come back, after he called his boss) I'm so thankful for about plumbingand they will be my plumbers in the future and I will highly recommend them to my family and my 5,000 + co-workers

They have always been reliable and trustworthy.   We have a contracting business and always call Joe's when we need cabling, hydro jetting or camera and locate.

Best service so far in the area. Had them repair a toilet flange and they were responsive and pleasant. When we needed water heater repair I called them back and they again were responsive and knowledgeable. They call to confirm times and are great to talk to. I will definitely be using them again.

Had a clog in my kitchen sink called Alpha. And they were there within an hour.   I was not home I remotely let the guys in they unclogged my sink and when I got home they left no trace of any mess.   And the cost was very reasonable.  I highly recommend them.

Talk about customer service! We were in the midst of selling our home when the buyers inspector said he found thousands of dollars worth of plumbing damage in our sewer line. We called up Koehne plumbing, they sent out Mark who was beyond professional! He took our concerns seriously and reviewed the inspection report, long story short he saved us thousands of dollars by cleaning and doing basic maintenance on our sewer line! Even ran his own inspection for us to show our buyers; keeping our house (and budget) on the mark (pun intended). Highly recommend to anyone who needs high quality service.

rick and his team at performance plumbing did a great job with our restaurant bathrooms. these guys are clean, efficient, thorough and very reasonably priced. would not do business with anyone else. try them the next time you need a plumber. you won't be disappointed.

We've used them two times with very good results. The first was an inspection of our new home, which included a video of the sewer inspection. Recently, we had a sewer backup and they came after hours for emergency service... they were fast, friendly and reasonably-priced. Our tech., Brandon, was very helpful in explaining things and determined to help us out. I am rarely this pleased with a service company, but these guys were very professional and made a difficult situation turn out as good as it could. Thanks.

We needed our sewer line replaced and we were told by other companies they would need to tear off our entire deck to do so, along with other high cost charges. Inspector Plumber did the job at a fraction of the cost the other guys were quoting us at - and they saved my deck! The entire staff is so friendly and kind, we are customers for life. They really went out of their way to ensure a job well done for us.

This place is a joke. They installed water heaters at my house. They were under warranty when the heaters started leaking. When I called them, they told me they would get back to me and never did. My wife tried reaching them and they kept giving her the run around...something about the connectors not being covered under the warranty. We are 10 days later and they still haven't sent anyone out to look at the issue. I am calling another plumber and not using these guys again.

I recommend you do the same.
