Rick from Advanced Plumbing fit us in for a clogged toilet right smack dab in the middle of the Christmas season.  These people are wonderful and reasonable and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.  They are efficient and prompt.

We called about a clogged pipe ....service was fast, and the plumber was quick and pleasant to deal with, the bill was quite reasonable...first time experience but we have a new plumber!!

I had about Plumbing come to my house and install some bathroom sink faucets. The Plummer was very polite and businesslike, he was friendly and professional. He installed our faucets with ease and explained what had went wrong with the old faucets. He had the work done in less then an hour (even though a previous Jefferson county company sent a plumber who looked at the routine job and said he couldn't do it and would have to come back, after he called his boss) I'm so thankful for about plumbingand they will be my plumbers in the future and I will highly recommend them to my family and my 5,000 + co-workers

Fast response time to my request.  When I came home from work and found something not as I expected, they returned my after hours voice message and then returned the next day (no charge) to take care of my request.  They cleaned up well after they finished their work--an added bonus.  I would not hesitate to call them again for my old house plumbing needs.

They we're very friendly and prompt. Their prices were reasonable, considering the time they take to make sure the work is done right.  Which I am grateful for, I didn't have to have any parts replaced.

These guys were great!  2 young men showed up first and then the owner and right on time. They had to pull my toilet to unclog my sewer drain. I had hired a different company three days ago that made my home a sewage disaster and didn't get the job done.  I mean sewage all over the walls, mirror and hallway. Needless to say i was so upset when I came home and saw this.   I will always call Alpha.

Unreliable and does not stand behind their work. Buyer beware. Incorrectly installed a Zoeller grinder causing the motor to burn up after only 3 months use. After repeated calls and promises to come out I came to realize that it was never gonna happen and had to use another plumber. So think twice before calling Koehne. Plenty of other plumbers out there who will do the work properly and stand behind it.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call.
This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week.
There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.

They were able to get here more quickly than any other plumbers I called. They were also willing to defrost my pipe, whereas another company would not (I had it well started already). They were on time, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

I am warming up to you guys. The last several inspections have been much better the locations have been better the inspectors have been better. I am pleased. Thank you

I was having trouble with a horrible smell in my house for months. I had several different service providers come out and try to investigate the root of the odor. I called Inspector Plumber as a last resort. He should have been my first call because he found the source of the smell after only five minutes. We had suffered with the odor for three months. Their service call was reasonably priced, he found the problem and gave us different options on how to fix it. Problem solved. Thank you, Inspector Plumber. I will recommend Inspector Plumber to everyone.

I was just recently reminded about this company.  It's been many years since I have done business with them but my experience with them was completely unsatisfactory.  I've heard some people say that Mr. Greg Goforth does good quality work but that is the absolute opposite of my experience with him.
