Established in 2001.
Embrich Plumbing Co is a fully licensed and insured plumbing company located in Maryville, IL. Del and Jen Embrich opened Embrich Plumbing Co. in April of 2001. Their son Tyler joined the team full time in 2014, upon graduating from high school. Embrich Plumbing services all gas, water and sewer needs. Customers can count on professional advice, top quality work and comprehensive service - even after the project is complete. Phones are staffed 24 hours a day, so customers are always able to talk with a live person, even outside of normal business hours (8:00 to 4:30. Monday - Friday.) We use the industry's most current technology and training techniques to keep technicians up-to-date on the best our industry has to offer. We offer the highest quality service with a promise for 100% satisfaction. Our customers' trust inspires us to take pride in continually improving our business.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Del Embrich has dreamed of owning his own plumbing company since he was a kid. He was drawn, not only to the functionality of plumbing, but the art in the design and practice. He has been a licensed plumber for almost 20 years. He is also licensed in back-flow testing.

I called Embrich Plumbing to service my water heater. The person who answered my call was friendly and accommodating. The technician that came to my home (Chase) was very polite and knew his stuff. He installed a new A.O. Smith water heater and he did a great job with the installation. It was very clean and professional work and was done quickly. I plan to use them again if I have any plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work Embrich Team!

Other notes, I was able to pay with a credit card on an Ipad in my home, the company truck was clean and looked professional and the plumber was dressed professionally (I wanted to point these things out because it is not always the case and I appreciated it).

Embrich is the best! The repairman came out and diagnosed the problem with my water heater the same day I called. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. The part had to be ordered, no fault of theirs. Then the owner came back at a time that accommodated our schedule and replaced the part. Thank you!! A+

Charged me $262 to install a kitchen faucet that took 20 minutes to do, meaning they charged me $786/hour for the labor. They wouldn't give me a ballpark estimate over the phone before they came out, and I just wanted it done by the time they were able to get here. I did agreed to the price before they started work, so bad on me, but I later called back to complain about feeling ripped off, and they said that's their flat rate, they weren't going to do anything about it.

Embrich Plumbing is great! They are a small, family-owned and operated business that is reputable and fair in their pricing, which is hard to find these days. Del and his crew of plumbers are friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled in their trade. No high-pressure sales tactics or over-selling like some of their competitors.
