Ed Bellm Plumbing changed out an old failing water heater for a larger more efficient and reliable one. Showers never felt so good and we even have enough hot water to do the laundry and run the dishwasher too.
They were very knowledgeable and careful with delivery and installation. They had to do some pipe work to make it fit properly. They did a great job and cleaned up the whole area before leaving.

Olney is focused on drain cleaning ONLY.  I loved the fact that his pricing is transparent on his webpage.  He was the only plumber of 3 that I called that answered the phone (his wife manages the incoming calls).  
He showed up early (with a call beforehand).  His handled the sink drain problem in an old house carefully, deliberately, and what a relief it was that everything went perfectly well.  Other plumbers had given us doomsday scenario estimates in previous calls.   I like Mr. Olney.  Practical, friendly, knowledgable, and well equipped.   We have found our drain guy from now on.

Jon and his brother installed my mailbox after someone ran over it. It was not an easy job since we were installing a 6x6 inch post and there was so much concrete in the ground that needed broken out. He was super friendly and his price was incredibly reasonable. They worked very hard and took their time to make sure it was perfectly level...they really did a beautiful job. They were really nice guys and I am already planning on calling him again to do some electrical work and to replace some deck boards.

Donald did an excellent job of cleaning a horrible dryer vent. He went above and beyond to make sure he got all the lint clogs out. Dryer is working perfectly now!!!!

When looking for a plumber - 'cheep' is a price you can't afford.  McWilliams Pluming worked with me on price - a fair price.

My wife and I gutted our house and replaced all of the plumbing (copper supply lines & cast iron waste lines).  We sought bids from a number of plumbers - Jeff Williams' (owner) bid was in the middle of the field. What sold me on Jeff - his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to work with us and our needs.  He never missed an appointment, nor late, and scheduled with us when it worked for our schedule.  

He and his staff ensured we were happy - from the bid process all the way to the last sink being installed and calked.  Having worked on other home renovations - I can say finding a plumber like Jeff is a huge blessing.  I would use him again without hesitation!

I am so happy with this service.  I received excellent prompt and professional service.  They are very reasonably priced. This will be my go to service for all my sewer and drain needs.   Awesome find!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! they say they are cheap compared to other companies, well there is a reason for that... not once but twice had to have them called ($200) each time, and said they fixed the problem.   When asked why the drain backed up I was told some bs excuse that my pipes were in rough shape and because of this could not get a camera down there to find my clean out.  This wasn't true at all!  When I called the second plumber who came out, he basically said that I would need to repair my pipes under the house in order to stop it. FALSE! I called a different company who was recommended by a friend and he came out.  Flushed out everything, got a camera in there, and you know what? FOUND THE CLEAN OUT!  Imagine that, pipes are in good shape and the problem is now fixed.  AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

On Thursday morning, June 13th, I went down to the basement to do a set of curls with my barbell.  I immediately noticed water on the floor. I turned on the faucet in the kitchen sink and water dripped down from the kitchen into our exercise room.  I stopped the water and got on Nextdoor to look for recommendations for a good plumber that was reasonably priced.  I called one and he came out and gave me a quote that shocked me.  Still in shock I went ahead and scheduled the work for his next available day, which wasn't until Monday.  The next morning my property manager instincts kicked in the next morning (that's what I did for 25 years) and I decided to get another estimate. Among the other names on Nextdoor was Tony Swoboda.  

I called Tony and talked to him about my problem.  He said he could come out that evening to look at it.  He came over in the evening and said he could take care of it, and his estimate was half of the first one.  Now in fairness to the first guy, it included repairing the drywall after the repair, but still, it seemed high to me.  Besides, I can deal with the drywall repair myself.

I told Tony that until the leak was fixed we couldn't use our kitchen sink or the dishwasher.  He surprised me by saying he could possibly come out on Sunday.  I said, Great.  He called me Saturday night to confirm he was coming at 10 AM on Sunday.

Let's recap:  I have a plumber who is not only willing to come out and not charge me extra to do a repair on Sunday, but on Father's Day to boot!

Tony was here this morning and after cutting access points under the sink and behind the dish washer, he located the leak.  An old lead pipe had an opening that was over an inch long.  Tony cut that piece out and then went to Home Depot to get a piece of PVC pipe to fix my problem.

During the time he was working under my sink I learned that Tony had been a police officer for 15 years, and that he lives on a 3 acre mini-farm in Maryland Heights.  His family has owned that land since the 1940's.

When he first came in I asked him, Do dogs bother you?  He said, No, I'm a dog person.  I have 4 of my own.  My two dogs ran out to the porch to greet him.  Once Tony was inside he got down on his hands and knees to get acquainted with Tango and Jack, and even let Tango give him a few kisses on his face.  I've always said, You can tell a lot about a person if they like dogs.

Tony Swoboda worked on Sunday, Father's Day because he knew we were in a jam. While our kitchen sink and dishwasher were out of commission we had to wash our dishes in small basins in our bathroom sink (see picture).  

We were so happy to have the use of our kitchen restored today.  

I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years.  I highly recommend Tony to anyone who needs plumbing work done.  He is honest, reliable, very reasonably priced, and he loves dogs!  If you call him, tell him Stu told you about him.  I told him I'd be writing a nice review on his behalf.  He's one of the good guys.

Have a broken air conditioner?  Just call these guys and don't bother comparing prices.  I have already done the leg work for you, just trust me on this one.

These guys are awesome.  There is no other way to describe them.  They show up on time, they do perfect work, they are friendly, and their bid was hundreds (yes, hundreds) less than the other guys I had in my place checking out my very old broken down air conditioner.  Also, it wasn't hard to get an appointment.  I simply called up, and within the week my home was cool and I was less miserable.  I have never had such good service from air conditioning guys.  

I can't speak for their heating work directly, but seriously, if it's even remotely as quality as their air conditioning work it's top notch.  I can't imagine why it would really be any different.

I absolutely LOVE their service!!!!  Every time I have called them in a panic, they send someone over immediately.  Their servicemen are all wonderful to work with, are very professional, and most of all, friendly!  These are my go-to guys!!!!

Did not do sewer clean out correctly(only outside, not inside lines). Backed up again 15 days later. No service vehicles to fix. Really? So much for watrenty. Paid another company to do it correctly. So much for Any Drain, Any Time! Buyer beware-

We bought the membership program for plumbing, electrical and air conditioning. They would come out periodically to check, but it was only just an excuse to try to sell us new and unnecessary parts.

After calling to cancel the $35 per month charge, I was told I had to send a written request by email or regular mail, and it would take 30 days for it to be cancelled. Of course that means they get another payment out of me.

30 days? Sleezeb. Look at the reviews of this company both here and at BBB.

When we had the condenser fan stopped due to lightening in our air conditioning, we again had to listen to a selling speel before he would replace it. This was a unit that was less than 5 yrs old because it was still under warranty for the original installation.

You came out once about our heater during your annual checkup in 2016. We were told there was a tiny gas leak which he fixed after first telling us all about the expensive systems that we should buy before fixing it. The heater is still working fine in 2018. Plus he looked at our air intake on the heating/cooling intake. Found a birds nest, but he said he was unable to get it out, they suggested punching a hold in the side wall for a new intake system. I went to hardware store, bought a snake, and cleaned it out myself

We had an appointment set up for a Friday afternoon between noon - 2pm so I took off early from work. The office called and said they were running late. They showed up about 3:15. They worked on the main line and then went to the toilet in the basement. Their equipment broke so they packed up and said they would have their office call on Monday morning to schedule a time to finish the job. I waited until about noon for them to call and they didn't so I called them. They rescheduled to come back out Tuesday 4-6pm. My wife took off early to make sure she was there on time. I received a call from them about 5pm stating they wouldn't be out and they would reschedule. I was told they would be out Wednesday 4-6 to finish the job. Unfortunately I already have paid them so I think I am going to have a hard time to get them to come back. I would call another plumber but this is who my home warranty wanted me to use.
