Had a new laundry sink installed and an outside faucet replaced.  Glenn did a great job on the install.  Proposal was quick and fairly priced.

I scheduled an appointment with Clog Commandos last year on a home that we had just purchased.  Based on the sewer inspection, there was some significant buildup in our pipes and a complete flush and clean was recommended.  Around the time of my appointment, we had severe thunderstorms in our area with a significant amount of rainfall.  The owner called to advise that the company had been inundated with sewer backup issues from the heavy rains and asked if my appointment could be re-scheduled so they could focus on those in need.  We rescheduled the appointment for just a few days later and after their normal business hours.  They arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner, gave me tips and points on how to keep our drains cleaned AND gave me a significant discount as compensation for having to re-schedule the appointment.  

EXCELLENT customer service and knowledgeable in what they do.  I highly recommend if you need any type of service they provide!

Do not call yourself a tankless water heater installer if you only install your line, and without any suggestion on what it would take to GET your heater installed. Just a greedy Naw, we don't touch customer purchased equipment. That pulls you from a service company to a douchy overpriced god knows what they're pimping, because I couldn't get a straight answer.

I had a tough time finding a plumbing company to replace a sewer main line (from house basement to street T). CJ gave me the best bid ($3k), got the permits, had the backhoe, removed the bricks from the sidewalk and put them back, etc. Concrete wall was repaired in the basement afterward and all has worked well for a year, no leaks or any issues.

The crew of three guys was nice and personable but I can talk like a construction dude when I need to.

I recently got a price of over $900 just to switch out the metal plumbing under my kitchen sink to PVC and run a snake. I got the same job done for about $175. Felt that price was way out of line, No Thank You to Swift Plumbing!

The plumber was very nice and did a great job, but the company policy of charging $75 in ADDITION to the service call fee if they have to use any of their tools is deceiving at best. He used a wrench to take the  1/2 inch cap off my faucet to clear an obstruction, and that was enough to warrant the $75 fee.  They tell you about the extra fee at the end. After he left I was able to remove it with just my fingers, it screws on and off. What a joke.

I've been working with Henry Kitchen and Bath now for a couple months and it's been a mix of different problems ever since.

When you first show up, you have to make sure to setup an appointment before hand otherwise it is hard to get anyone to help you on the show room floor. Once you got someone to help you, the person was knowledgeable and was able to get you what you needed.

When my first order was delivered with my tubs and shower supplies, they only had one person on the truck to help. I ordered two tubs and I basically had to provide the man power to bring it in the house even though I was told they would bring it in the house for me. Also, one of my shower heads was suppose to be delivered a week later but when it was do to be delivered they couldn't find it. They found it another week later and I decided to pick it up at the store myself so they wouldn't lose it again.

When they delivered my second order which contained my vanities, the same thing happened in which only one person made the delivery. Again, I had to help them unload the truck and bring the vanities into the house so they wouldn't damage them even though they were told that they would have to do it. Also, one of my vanity sections was not delivered. When I called them they told me that they would look into it. They seemed like they had trouble tracking my orders and they would not give me updates. When they finally called back a day later, they said the last section of vanity failed quality assurance so they would have to reorder it. I give them kudos for taking the initiative to stop me from getting a bad product but at least give me a heads up about it since I was on a time schedule with my contractors. I finally got my last section another week later.

I also ordered two expensive mirrors through them that was suppose to have the same trim as my vanities. I thought they were suppose to be delivered but the mirror companies contacted me directly and I had to go to them and pick them up. Luckily my vehicle was big enough to hold them, especially since one was 72 long. The mirrors didn't come with the trim installed and the company forgot to order the trim. Once the trim was ordered, I had to go pick them up and bring them home. Now I have two mirrors with no trim installed and no one to install the trim even though I paid way too much for two mirrors with trim installed. I have to get another contractor to install the trim on the mirror and spend more money since this company refuses to do it.

In conclusion, the people were professional but they had trouble tracking items and keeping customers updated. When they deliver, expect to do most of the heavy lifting even though you paid for deliver into the house. The vanities are beautiful and worth it but the mirrors were a total waste of money. The tubs, faucets, valves, and shower trims were good quality. Pretty much most of their products, except the mirrors, were worth it but with all the problems that I had I don't recommend using this company.

Was referred them by a plumbing company that could not complete my job because of personnel issues.  And mine was emergent - I didn't have hot water for a week before they even came out.  And it's February.  They came out, did good work, installed the unit successfully, the technicians were nice and courteous.  Their price is just pretty high and my opinion is that they took advantage of my emergent situation in their pricing.  Their final charge was within the estimate range they gave, but on the high end of it, despite having lower labor time than estimated and running into no problems that would require additional materials.

Their price is insane!!! My job was simple. The plumber was in and out in 15 minutes and I still had to pay an hour minimum fee! The parts were $3!!! The price is ridiculous. Overrated!

Robbie came out to check why my hot water heater wasn't keeping hot water properly.  He found a bad element and advised that both elements should be replaced at the same time especially since it was probably still under warranty.  Instructed me on contacting the manufacturer to get replacements. I received my replacement parts and Robbie came back out to install the elements.  During both visits Robbie was very courteous and answered all my questions. Thanks AAA and Robbie

We originally had this company out for a wellness check on our geo-thermal system. That was $500. 2 months later our compressor went out. We called them back. When the compressor finally came in they hooked it up wrong and tried to charge us for their screw up. I called them and explained that I didn't think we should have to pay labor for something that they screwed up. They took money off the bill but it still cost us $3200. A month and a half later the connection is leaking to the compressor that they installed and now they are telling us they don't work on those anymore. We've spent $3700 with this company and now they don't work on those anymore! Terrible way to do business. They won't even warranty their work.

Came out within a few hours of calling but wants $495 to run a snake thru a clogged drain. No thank you!

This is a horrible company.  They sent a man her to  my home knowing that I have a tree root drain blockage with a very small rooter machine.  He told me the machine broke and he would have to get a different machine. Never said when he would be back!!  But if this is a plumbing company , why don't you already have this type of equipment?????   That was a week ago, they have given me the run around for a week!!  I have raw sewerage on my basement floor and they have already been paid for this job.    They didn't call to inform me of a time or a day until last Friday, And then they said it would be on a Monday..  They still never showed up.  BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!  Think Twice before hiring this company....  Darcell Holloway
