Robert was very responsive and was able to quickly help with a main water valve that was malfunctioning. Quickly replaced and also helped hooked up a kitchen sink for us. Highly recommend!

I've had some really terrible experiences with plumbing companies all over the world.. They come out they tell you it's gonna be one thing and then it's always something different. You think it's a small fix a little leak and next to you know they're trying to upsell you to do thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs. That did not happen in this case. Tim came out Because we had a leaky faucet in the kitchen and I thought I could fix it on my own with plumbing tape next to you know I had a full 4 alarm flood in my house.  I called and spoke to a lady named Sherry who was absolutely amazing confident professional and put all of my worries aside. Tim came out he was fast efficient he showed me what the problem was show me where I went wrong and he fixed it in a Jiffy.  This was hands down the best plumbing experience I've ever had I would strongly recommend using these guys over and over again if you ever have any type of issue I would have my mom call on Tim!!!

Fred was great.  Cear communication and very prompt.  He worked around my schedule and completed the work quickly.  No complaints, great experience.

Second time I've used Larry & Steven.  Prompt excellent service for a clogged basement floor drain. They are friendly as well as very knowledgeable about drainage issues in West County. I would not hesitate for a second to use them again.

Tom did a great job on a busted pipe at my residence. He was professional, yet friendly. He explained what he was going to do before he did, without being condescending.
Obviously, a busted water pipe requires a quick response and despite a full schedule, he managed get there within a reasonable amount of time.

INCREDIBLE service. I have given out this guy's number and tons of information about how great this company is. We had an issue from negligence on our sewer inspection that Ryan was able to come out and assist us with. He was on time, friendly, extremely professional, and the price! The price he charged was 3/4 less than any other company we called. He actually ended up having to come out to finish the job the next day and he was still amazing with the pricing!

If you need a reliable plumber who knows what he's doing give them a call! You definitely won't be sorry!!!

I called them because the drain in my sink was draining slow.  The drain guy came out and said that I only needed about 2 feet of pipe replaced.  He charged me $180.00, but that was better than the 260 that he was originally going to charge me.  When the pipe guy got here he told me that it was the whole pipe that had to be fixed, which was a 25 foot pipe.  Well, he fixed it and cleaned up, and then charged me 450.  All in all, he came on time, was very professional, and cleaned up after he was finished.  The only items that they should be more mindful of how much water is on the floor and how much sludge or muck is splattering out of the pipes.  Also, it took a little longer that I was hoping and spent about 7 hours getting the job done.  Still, the serviceman was very nice and understanding.

First of all I did not hire this business, simply because their prices quoted over the phone were crazy. I needed 2 sinks hooked up with new faucets. They quoted $300 for EACH sink! Is it because I'm a woman they think I'm a pushover?, I ended up doing it myself in 90 minutes with $20 worth of supplies from Lowes.

I contacted Roto Rooter through their national website so am not sure which of the franchises in St Louis treated me so poorly, but I imagine none of them would have done better.

I set an appointment 7/22/2022 to have my kitchen drain cleared. Best that could be done was between 8 AM and noon on 7/23/2022.  About 07:45 AM they called and told me Zach would arrive between 8 and 8:30 AM.  NO show, so I called and canceled the appointment.

Several minutes later their truck pulled into my driveway so I stepped outside and told the driver I'd cancelled the appointment and told him why. I received a rather snotty, Have a nice day, buddy from the driver so he got a  nasty response from me. Seriously, no apology and an insult, to boot?

They called me earlier than expected, but should have called again as soon as they knew they would be late, but didn't bother to do so.  And I am no one's buddy. Bottom line, if they can't be on time there's no telling how bad the service would have been and how much they would have tried to cheat me out of more than my time.

They did an awesome job and fixed the problem without trying to charge ne to replave everything like the other plumbing companies I called. I was impressed with how fast they took care of the issue and felt like they were very reasonable with price.

Very dependable and they stand by their work. I've used them for all my needs both personal and business needs.

Hired Halo plumbing to fix a drip from an old connection line to washer. Nathans work was professional and the fees were reasonable. He also helped with outside dryer vent and cleaned it. I would highly recommend this company. Professional, friendly and quality work at a reasonable price...Great Job Nathan.

Does the work (mostly). Did a job that someone else wanted 11k for just over a third of that price. Have 4 problems that took away stars. Floor does not slope to the new floor drain, outside clean out is buried when I wanted it just above ground level and no grass seed put over it, lastly cleanup was supposed to be included in the price and nobody ever called or came by to clean up the dirt that is all over half of my basement from replacing the main sewer line. Have a drip in a water line that was also supposed to be fixed.

I would advise against giving Bob Raeker Plumbing Co your business.

A few weeks ago, I called them to arrange getting an estimate for a new water heater. First, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. Second, they only go to homes to give estimates one weekday morning each week, which is inconvenient. Third, after their representative came out to look at my water heater, I waited many days to receive the email estimate. I finally called them, and spoke with the same guy who came to my home. He said I would have the estimate by the beginning of the next week. The beginning of the next week came and went, and still nothing. Thus, I went to their website and submitted an inquiry there. I still have yet to hear anything, much less receive an estimate, and this was all a few weeks ago.

I have obviously decided on another company, and just wanted to warn you to save you some time and frustration. I'm not usually one to post bad reviews, but I too often see good customer service being a lost art.

I called Phil Miller Plumbing and another guy showed up.  Tried at first to tell me I needed $3000 in downstairs plumbing repairs.  I just had two toilets that needed tank kits installed.

I foolishly agreed to $500 for tank repair kits for both toilets.  He did not break the bill down into parts and labor.  A tank kit is $20 at any hardware store.  He was done in less than hour, so I guess his hourly rate is $200 an hour!!  

The company is a rip-off!!!
Will never hire again!  I can see $100 a toilet with the tank kit, but $250!!!  A whole new toilet is cheaper!
