Rick from Advanced Plumbing fit us in for a clogged toilet right smack dab in the middle of the Christmas season.  These people are wonderful and reasonable and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.  They are efficient and prompt.

Called today at 1pm, had no water and a leak. Brandon was at my house by 2pm and water back on by 2:30, and the job was totally pro. He sweated the pipes and even corrected my dishwasher hose to prevent sewer gas from smelling, this was above and beyond. He also took the time to remove the dishwasher cover to make sure there were no leaks below, the plastic clips were a pain in the kneck, I know I originally installed the dishwasher. Brandon took the time to make sure they were all back in place, he was awesome. I put Hubert in my phone, we are a new family in Belleville and he is my guy!

Great group of men that are really knowledgable on all things plumbing. They are quick to respond, and really affordable. They guarantee all their work, which I think is fantastic. Would highly recommend these guys!

I have used Joe's Plumbing Drain & Sewer Service, LLC for over 20 years.
They have always been reliable and trustworthy.   We have a contracting business and always call Joe's when we need cabling, hydro jetting or camera and locate.

Our washing machine began flooding while draining.  Nick, the plumber, came out and fixed it right up.  Apparently, some of the pipes were run wrong under the house, causing them to back up.  He was fast and polite.  The staff on the phones were friendly and helpful.  The cost was as expected for the work they needed to do.

I would write a really detailed review on all the sewer and plumbing problems I've had them fix for me, but I don't know what they've done.  I'm not a plumber.  My toilet and drains work when they are done so I'm happy.  They are really affordable too and the owner is often on site and a pleasure to deal with, in fact they were recommended to my by another plumber who couldn't help.  The owner has even stopped by my house when working in the neighborhood just to check to make sure that everything is still working right and ask if we've needed maintenance, like literally stopped by the house, not a telemarketer, an email or a letter.  That says a lot.  Use Alpha Sewer Service!

Unreliable and does not stand behind their work. Buyer beware. Incorrectly installed a Zoeller grinder causing the motor to burn up after only 3 months use. After repeated calls and promises to come out I came to realize that it was never gonna happen and had to use another plumber. So think twice before calling Koehne. Plenty of other plumbers out there who will do the work properly and stand behind it.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call.
This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week.
There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.

The proverbial if I could I would give 0 stars.  Your office personnel/dispatcher lost you a large job. She was so rude and then called me back during my work and harangued me about needing a permit.  I was a return customer. I asked your plumber on a recent job he was at my house for, about a subsequent job. It was all set, then your office person ruined some follow up  business for you.  There are lots of good plumbers out there- I would get employees  who show some respect for  your business - unless you don't care.  I asked to speak with the office manager and was told that they won't  speak to you she said my only option was to speak with her.  Or- post a bad review - she was good with that

I was very impressed with Sewer Pros. They are on time, professional and let you observe (in real time) any discrepancies they may locate. I highly recommend them!

I was having trouble with a horrible smell in my house for months. I had several different service providers come out and try to investigate the root of the odor. I called Inspector Plumber as a last resort. He should have been my first call because he found the source of the smell after only five minutes. We had suffered with the odor for three months. Their service call was reasonably priced, he found the problem and gave us different options on how to fix it. Problem solved. Thank you, Inspector Plumber. I will recommend Inspector Plumber to everyone.

Their bathroom sink main pipe busted. They were timely, efficient and reasonable. We would recommend them.
