I called Bopp Plumbing to repair my non heating water heater. They came out within an hour of my phone call. They quickly assessed that it wasn't my water heater after all, but it was the power to my water heater that was the problem. They did not charge for the visit and were very courteous. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and promptness.

I called Petzold construction with a late night sewer problem. They were at my house within the hour. They found the problem immediately and had my pipes flowing again. They are fast, reliable, and very professional. I recommend Petzold construction to anyone who has a problem they need fixed now.

Jeremy came and fix our kitchen sink and downstairs leak and issue in our shower. What a great man. Professional, on time and did a great job! If you have plumbing issues I highly recommend their services.

Scott Crawford came to our rescue this year many times for issues with our spring well and pump, water that was pouring through our basement wall with all the rain this spring, redo of old water pipe work in a home built in the 70's, busted water pipes when it was below zero and more. Any problem we had, Scott was able to repair so it stayed fixed. Unlike many contractors we've hired over the years he was always on time and communicated well with us so we knew when he was coming and the likely length of the process he was working. Great Plumber and even better person who was dependable and trustworthy. Can't say enough good things about him!

Plumbing masters came out and installed a new water heater the next day. Very fast work they were done in 2 hours. I didnt do any research so i got a off brand tank that i never heard of and they used more expensive fittings for the pipes. They told me a 40 gallon tank was cheaper to buy rhan 30 gallon tanks? I dont know! Reason: there mass produced? Arnt all water tanks mass produced? Any way i got a new water tank that cost almost 2 grand and i feel like a shmo for not knowing how much a new water heater should cost to install. DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

The Chesterfield Service technician opened the drain too quickly when draining an old hot water heater and flooded the first floor unit below mine. The flood resulted in $1,400 of damage, of which I had to pay the $1,000 deductible. Chesterfield Service refuses to accept any responsibility, even though 2 other plumbing companies have said not testing the drain was irresponsible. They have not responded to my BBB complaint. I think they are not accepting responsibility for a simple mistake and leaving me with the $1,000 bill. I am very disappointed.

Maywood , seems to be a good company, when I contacted the manager of a supply company of an national supply change for a referral to help my mom out who is 900 miles from me the manager referred me to maywood plumbing, I thought they would take care of the problem at a reasonable rate. But I was wrong to snake her kitchen sink and check some other small issues they charged a 85 year old women $1150. for 1.5 hours of work!!
And never provided the estimate for other repairs. I have been doing plumbing my self for over 40 years and have never charged more than $350. for a snake job on a main sewer. much less to do a Hydrostatic Flush on a Kitchen sink! ( LOL Fyi for those who don't know what this is/ they fill the sink to the top and release the water all at one time.) They never even put a cable in her sink drain line !!
SLEEP WELL!

So, this company was sent to my house to repair a separated pipe in my crawlspace ( a room large enough for an adult male to stand straight up in that houses my water heater and furnace). They were sent by American Water Resources. When they arrived they made it as far as my backyard and informed us that they don't do crawlspaces and that our pipe was not covered. They told us they do clogs. We had already paid the $50 deductible for them to repair the pipe. They did nothing, walked from my driveway to my backyard and back again, and left. They were a complete waste of time and money. Useless is an understatement.

Update because I am just seeing the owners post:
This didn't happen to me. I merely saw it all go down and thought the public should know. So this guy can play innocent all he wants (that poor woman was not angry) but I am literally a 3rd party bystander w no skin in the game. Maybe working in the service industry isn't in your best interest if you can't, oh I don't know, treat human beings with a minimal amount of respect.
I can't speak to the quality of workmanship this business provides and will NEVER be able to.
What I can tell you is that this company needs to work on their customer service in a BIG way.
A driver/plumber jerk from Sure Fix watched someone in my neighborhood drive up to them while BLOCKING THE ENTIRE ALLEY and then took CONES OUT OF HIS VAN while staring at them to indicate I'm not moving for you.
The driver then proceeded to call the person trying to get thru a MEAT HEAD and THEN told the person trying to get thru, who said they were trying to get to a HOSPITAL APPT, that that is what ambulances are for. so just so we are all clear here... Sure Fix Plumbing thinks we should all take AMBULANCES to our dr appts in order to save him from having to get off his butt, move his vehicle to park in the STREET LIKE THE REST OF THE WORLD DOES and walk an extra half a block. Get over yourself. Plumbers are a dime a dozen and so are plumbing COMPANIES.
It is worth mentioning that the driver of the car trying to get thru had a child with them. Nice.

I am VERY VERY VERY UPSET!!! They have deceptive pricing practices. They told me $30 trip charge and $168 per hour. When he finished unstopping the drain he charged me $198 stating that they have a one hour minimum charge. He was only their 20 minutes because I clocked it on my iPhone. That's $600 per hour. Lemay Plumbing never told me that they had a one hour minimum, and all the other contractors I use charge a trip charge and hourly rate but only charge for time to complete work and any parts. I called Lemay Plumbing twice to complain but they state that the plumbers GPS shows he was their for exactly one hour. More Deception! So I guess I paid for him to sit in his truck and smoke because the time stamps on my iPhone don't lie. DON'T USE LEMAY PLUMBING THEY ARE DECEPTIVE.

I hired Turney to replace a broken sewer line located 75 feet from the house. Jenny quoted $1500 - $2500, depending upon whether 10 feet of sewer pipe needed to be replaced or 75 feet needed to be replaced. The job was finished in one day with 20 feet of replaced pipe and a bill for $2,670. The main drain was still clogged with standing water, when Jim finished the job. I can only assume that all the work that James Turney Heating, Plumbing and Electrical does is performed in such an unethical manner as this. Unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere for future repair services.

Simply put, the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. The job was to install a water heater. Negligent and incompetent work led to a leak that damaged the new unit. The owner and sole employee of the company refused to take responsibility for the damage and after cutting a phone conversation short, refused to answer or return any of my calls or e mails. Multiple attempts to make contact over several weeks have all been unsuccessful. No interest or effort was made to stand behind the work, correct the issues or resolve the situation. We had to buy a new water heater and pay another plumber to do the job again. The incompetence, followed by the total lack of professionalism have left us extremely unhappy. Obviously we will be looking elsewhere for future plumbing work, and I strongly suggest you do the same.
