Mars is always there within a timely manner.  My daughter recently bought a home and they did the septic inspection for her.  They explained how the system worked, when to clean it out, and told her how to maintain it.  We will call them again, when it's time to have it serviced.  Very professional.

Our disposal jammed up this morning. I called a couple of other plumbers concerning replacing it,  no call backs. I called Jatho at 1:36 this afternoon. They where done and gone by 2:15. Friendly and most importantly quality work. I'll definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.

We discovered a gas leak in our home and Ameren had to shut it off. It was below freezing outside. We called several companies and chose Beloman because of the way they treated us on the phone and their estimate. Dustin came first thing the next morning (16 degrees!) and quickly fixed the leak. The total price was half of the cost compared to the other estimates and the work performed was outstanding. Rather than replace large parts of our existing piping, he installed a connector which fixed the leak and will make further repairs much easier (if there is a next time). Dustin was friendly at all times, professional and gave us good advice for improving the comfort of our living areas. We highly recommend Beloman.

Performance Plumbing just put in a new bathroom for us in our finished basement. They did everything: plumbing, electric, drywall, and flooring. They even put in a closet! The guys were professional and efficient, and the price was right.  I love my new bathroom!

Had a great experience working with Gus.  We had a work bathroom updated to be ADA compliant and Gus did a great job.  He was reliable, efficient and very communicative.  If he said he'd be there at a certain time, he was.  All the work was inspected by the City Inspector and everything passed each time, first time.  I highly recommend this company.

I had my hot water heater go out and Orr came out and scoped out the situation and determined the needed parts & labor.  They returned the next day at the agreed to time and proceeded to do a good job installing the new hot water heater.  The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.  I was somewhat concerned about the age of all the connecting pipes, but it wasn't an issue, even though their technicians were able to determine that my bad heater dated back to 1986 (I'm only the second owner and I've owned the house since 1995).  Under the circumstances I was very pleased with the timely response from Orr Plumbing.  But this story is not quite finished, after cleaning up most of the water and associated damage, I determined there was still a leak and it was causing a riverlet across my basement floor.  Upon further investigation, I was able to determine that the source of the leak was the main inside shut-off valve.  I called Orr and ended up speaking with Mr. Orr.  He gave me a quote for replacing the valve.  When the technicians showed up, they determined they could rebuild the valve at a much lower price, so I had them do the work.  They even sent a technician to my house a few days later to pick up a check as the check I left them was for the original amount, which they didn't take on the day they performed the work.  A very nice piece of customer service in the eyes of this customer.  Thanks Orr Plumbing for quick and good service, they were straight shooters to do business with.  I will definitely call them again the next time I am in need of plumbing services.

Called Larry on Monday and he arrived promptly at 8 am on Tuesday. Replaced the Hose Bibb and works fine. It was leaking from the top when water was turned on. If you use a Credit Card there is a $5 extra charge.

I had an issue with my back patio flooding, the drain was doing anything. Mid America Drain came out to my house and found the problem. Everything works fine now. The technician was friendly and the price was competitive.

We used Drain Medics in the past when we had tree root growth interfering with our system. We just had them come again when we had a clogged sewer drain which backed up into the basement laundry room. They are friendly, arrived right on time (even called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away) and got the job done fast. I will definitely use them again if needed, and would recommend them to anyone. Great price too!!

I had a leak on my shut off and for a 75$ part he charged me 440$ I'm a older single woman so he took advantage of this so with this being said if u have deep pockets call them but if your budgeting don't they will rob u

Mike was very courteous and professional.  He explained everything about our A/C system in depth and in lay mans terms.  He was on time and accomplished the service work quickly and efficiently.  We really like his service and knowledge of his trade.

Ben is a true craftsman.  He arrived as scheduled and completed the repairs in a timely manner.  I plan on using Ben and Royal Flush Plumbing on all future needs and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

I'm giving them two stars only because of my previous experiences with them.  We used them a few years ago and they did a great job moving some pipes and doing some other things for us. However our most recent interaction has been pretty awful.  We called them again due to how wonderful they were before to have a few things done in our new home. The guy that showed up talked to us a few minutes, looked at a few things and said he'd be back the next day.  Next day he's a no-show so my husband calls him. We get this story about another customer accidentally drilling holes into a pipe and it's taking more time than thought etc. but he'll be there the next day.  Next day again no show. Call him - no answer so we leave a message. Never called us back. So we called the company number and haven't heard from them either. Im really disappointed and won't be using or recommend them again. I won't beg someone to take my money!

Where to start with this guy Christopher Roberts. Complete fraud in my opinion, leaving reviews for a competitor's business for no reason. It's the weirdest thing I've ever experienced in my adult life. Attached is the pictures of the harassment we've experienced. Started calling us over a year ago.

Called Right Now Plumbing on April 29, 2020 to set up an appointment for an estimate to install sewer and water lines on my mom's home. We set a date of Thursday May 7, 2020 between 10:30 and 12:30. The receptionist informed me that the technician would call 30 mins before showing up.

My mom received a call from the technician (Tony) that Friday May 1st and offered to come out earlier that our set appointment and provide an estimate the next day May 2nd. Well, Tony never called or showed up. Fast forward to the day the appointment was set through the receptionist on May 7th,; we had a no call no show again from Right Now Plumbing.

I called the company appointment line to get answers of why we were receiving such poor customer service. The guy who answered the phone promised me the tech would give me a call.......no one ever called me or my mom. This is beyond unacceptable and I will share my experiences on other review sites so people know the type of service Right Now Plumbing provides. We buried my grandmother the week that they did not show and I let them know that this was very important because we were limited on time and the poor service is what we received in response.

Case net the guy - thief. Invoiced us for materials and permits and purchased neither.
