The entire Belli experience, from initial contact to completed service, could not be better. They are responsive, professional and good at what they do. The services is personal in that they appreciate that some plumbing and or heating issues really can't wait three days. We called Belli when the large company with whom we had been dealing for 30 years could not even look at our heating system for several days. Chris was there the same day. We have not used anyone else since and are always pleased (and relieved).

Another great job by Belli. Had a new kitchen faucet installed with soap dispenser. Easy to make an appointment, called with estimated time of arrival and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have used them many times and never disappoints.

I have hired Belli Plumbing & Heating on several occasions to perform annual service on a high efficiency boiler as well as repairs/upgrades to the plumbing in my home.  All of the Belli Plumbing jobs have been completed in a prompt and professional manner.  Additionally, I find Belli Plumbing to be reasonable with charges. Chris Belli is personable, knowledgeable and a competent expert plumber.  I have also seen the same quality with his team.  My most recent experience was this past December when my boiler needed emergency service. Chris responded  quickly same day to address our concerns and got the boiler up and running. I was impressed (again) with his thorough, honest and careful diagnosis of the boiler's malfunction and the fix. Chris and his team are exceptional.

I cant apologise enough that it took so long to post this. If you need service, and want someone who really cares. Someone who not only wants to help you with your current need/problem but wants to be sure, if you ever have another issue, you wont hesitate to call them...THESE ARE THE GUYS!!!

I needed a gas dryer hooked up. They showed on time, were very polite and courteous (even put  plastic over their shoes as to not dirty my floor!) Came with everything they needed and did the job perfectly without any issues. I was quoted $200 for the job and the plumber who came to do the job charged me $224.  I was not thrilled about that. Within an hour the office called and apologized for mis-communication, could not tell me enough that they valued me as a customer, and wanted to make things right. They refunded me the difference. Hard to find a company who cares that much these days.....I will certainly call on them again.

Once again Belli Plumbing & Heating provided excellent service on multiple days as I was replacing all my aging appliances.  The scheduling was done to minimize disruption to my household and Chris even helped coordinate the scheduling of another contractor.  Joe and Ryan are both pleasant and capable professionals  who explained what needed to be done, wore shoe covers to protect the interior living space and picked up thoroughly before departing.  Charges were clearly discussed up front as well as when the plumbers arrived.  The estimate was also right on target.  I never hesitate to recommend Belli Plumbing & Heating to others and am delighted to know I have a source I trust when it comes to plumbing services.

I have used Chris as my go-to plumber for almost 15 years for my present home and my rental property. He always returns calls. Shows up on time. Does the job right the first time. If he can't do something due to his being busy, he is willing to help out with questions, suggestions or a referral. Plus, he's a really nice guy and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

We recently had Belli Plumbing replace an old toilet.  We were so pleased with the results, we had them replace a second one in our other bathroom.  They are quick, responsive, neat, clean, respective of your house (they wore booties) and on time.  They have a real person answer the phone and if you need to leave a message, they will call you back.  Scheduling is very reasonable as well.  I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

It's been 6 years since I originally reviewed Belli Plumbing. Fortunately, zero has changed over that time.

I had Belli out last week to install a new toilet, a new kitchen faucet, and to fix a minor leak under the kitchen sink. They arrived promptly (5 minutes early in fact), sent two guys, and completed the work quickly, quietly (great since I'm working from home) and professionally. All at a very reasonable price.

One of the best home improvement vendors I've ever dealt with.  Do yourself a favor and call Belli to handle your plumbing.

Chris Belli has been here to fix small issues twice and was prompt, professional and reasonable each time.  A lot of plumbers are very prompt and courteous when it's a big $$ job but Chris is just as diligent about a clogged drain as a commercial boiler replacement.  

He was referred to me by a neighbor who also thinks he's great.  Another bonus; if you don't have time to make phone calls on a work day, Chris checks his contact-us email on the website several times a day.  So even if you email him before you leave for work at 6am, you can be sure he will get back to you within hours.

Two times I've used Belli and both times we were very satisfied! They are quick honest and reliable. The work done is professional and they explain everything to you. There was an issue with one of our services. We needed a new water heater. They put me on the schedule as early as they could and even called me a day earlier than scheduled to get me in. Unfortunately there was an issue with the tank after the install. Not anything they did wrong just a faulty piece. They busted their butts to make sure they got the part they needed from the manufacturers faster than they offered and came back right away to make it work. No delaying saying they had to wait. Great experience and will definitely be using them for all our needs!

Contacted Belli to look at a leaking toilet at my mom's house. They were very responsive, and did a great job for a reasonable price.  Couldn't be more pleased with their service. Highly recommended!

Replaced indirect water heater. Owner, Chris, assisted in getting free replacement. He oversaw the job which the building inspector said was very well done. Very dependable and trust worthy. Recommend.

My pipes burst the same weekend everyone else's did (yay New England winters) so getting a plumber in from anywhere was a challenge. They found a way to squeeze me in when no one else could. Chris had a very friendly and professional demeanor, and fixed the issue rapidly and at a lower cost than the three other plumbers I have worked with in the area. I can't see myself ever calling anyone else for plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Belli! I called about a leaky shower/faucet and they were able to schedule me within a week. The plumber showed up exactly at the scheduled time, he worked quickly to resolve my issue, and he even answered some of my plumbing questions that were unrelated to the problem I had called about. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

Chris Belli and his crew have become my new primary plumber.  It all started this past March (2014) when I came home from work and walked into the basement and stepped in water and realized my water heater had sprung a leak.  I quickly shut off the water main and told my wife to start calling plumbers while I shop vacuumed and mopped up the floor.  My wife called a half of a dozen or more plumbers in the area and Chris was the first to get back to her - he couldn't come out immediately but said he'd have his guys out there first thing in the morning.  My wife was contending with our screaming 5-month old daughter so she put me on the phone with him.  His calm and professional demeanor helped me to relax and focus while he asked questions about our set up and walked me through how to cut the water off from the water heater but restore water to the rest of the house by turning the water main back on.  He also took down my serial number for the heater so that he could check to see if there was a warranty that would save us money - he did the leg work of calling the manufacturer and was extremely responsive throughout the process.  His crew showed up early the next morning and worked quickly and neatly and did an exceptional job.

This past month I've had them back a couple more times - first to repair a burst pipe in our garage that fed the outdoor water faucet so we could use our hose again and his guys once again did outstanding work.  Today Chris himself came by to quickly help me get the boiler pilot relit because for some reason it had gone out - while doing so he also observed a couple things with the boiler which could be cleaned/maintained to prevent future issues and he made recommendation of an additional cleaning service which would be helpful - I'll be having them back soon to complete this work.

Each time I've called or emailed Chris he has been very responsive and gets back to us quickly.  His prices seem reasonable and the quality of work has been terrific - not to mention quick!  When he or his crew have been here doing work and either myself or my wife asks any of them questions they always take the time to explain and make sure we understand and also know our options.  We're intending to move to Grafton next month and rent out our Marlborough townhouse and I'll be keeping Chris' information handy in the event my tenants ever have a plumbing emergency that I'm not capable of handling.  I also asked Chris if he services Grafton and he said even though it's not in his normal area, if he's ever not able to get out to us to help, he does know of a highly reputable plumber in that area that he could recommend to us - especially if it's an emergency, like a blown water heater.

Belli Plumbing & Heating replaced a faucet and some of the plumbing in our small half-bathroom recently.  The owner, Chris Belli, returns calls promptly, is friendly and up-front and very professional.  They actually have a website with bits of information and also monitor their e-mail frequently, which is a nice change from other service companies I've worked with.
There were two gentlemen sent to do our job (one was a lead plumber and his apprentice).  They drove up in their large truck and when I met them at the door, I was surprised and pleased to see them putting on 'booties' right at the door so that their workboots wouldn't track stuff onto our floors. Both Mike and Ryan were friendly, polite and very informative as well.
Their work was clean, well thought-out and nicely done.  I would most definitely recommend them for any plumbing work needed!

Five stars all the way. Great local company that is very responsive, courteous and fast. They came in and fixed a number of small plumbing issues (leaking pipes, clogged drain/trap, old pipes) in our house and couldn't be happier about their work.  I almost wish I had more things for them to do.

We've had Belli out a few times over the years, and I can't say I understand all the positive reviews.  At the first visit we were told by an employee that we would have to replace our garbage disposal, which turned out not to be correct.  At our second call, the issue was not resolved (by Chris himself), and he had to send an employee out again the next day.

Would not have been a big deal but on our third try with Belli, they refused to go out and get the needed part. That's standard for a plumber.  But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase.  They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email.

Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.

We bought a house and one week later, walked into to our hot water heater flooding the basement. Called and then emailed Chris who we have not worked with before, and he responded extremely quickly and helped us get the flooding under control. Came out the next day and could have taken the easy route and just installed a new heater, or installed a temp heater and then a tankless. Since we weren't fully moved in yet, suggested the tankless due to our set up and saved us quite a bit of money rather than taking the easy pay day. Installed it that week. Belli is professional, reasonable, and will do what is best for the customer. We will be using them for multiple projects in the near future.

These guys are awesome! I took other yelpers' advice and called Belli plumbing when I needed a new hot water tank.  They responded quickly and professionally and gave me great advice on how to keep costs down.  They were super clean with the work they did (even wearing shoe covers).  They were even fun to chat with while procrastinating the work I was supposed to be doing from home.  And when I had a subsequent issue with my hot water, they came back as soon as they could to fix it up.  And the service was VERY reasonable.  Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Belli Plumbing did the uninstall/install of faucet, disposal and dishwasher. They returned my call promptly. They were most professional and explained the fee up front and gave me an idea of the average time for the work and possible additional cost for material. They were on time and resolved any issue with the drain. They explained everything they had to do.They tested everything and cleaned everything before leaving. They were friendly and did not mind any questions. They organized the install with the granite people.

It's no wonder this company is so busy with top notch service and extremely reasonable prices. Belli Corp will be our go to plumber. He provided a thorough diagnostic that determined the issue was not what we thought, but was instead a crack in the brass pipe on the house side of the main isolation.

Great service, quick response, and reasonably priced! Our kitchen sink clogged up one night recently, and despite my husband's and my best efforts (and whole lotta YouTube videos), we only managed to make it worse.

Belli called us back promptly after we left them a VM the next morning and were able to come within a few hours. They fixed the sink quickly and cleanly, and even were able to take a look at and fix our upstairs bathtub, which hasn't drained properly since we moved into our house over a year ago.

Whenever we might need plumbing services in the future, we will definitely be calling Belli first!

Very responsive.  Needed an outdoor spigot replaced and a shower leak repaired on short notice and they were able to respond to both.  Did a great job on both at a reasonable price.  Great communication, friendly service and very respectful of my property.

I hired Belli Pluming & Heating recently to take a look at a leak i had in my boiler. They called me back quickly, came out and discovered that there was a crack in the boiler itself.

I felt that they were professional and gave me a very fair price to do the work, when many others may have taken advantage of the situation. I highly recommend them.

I woke up this morning to find that my cat (free to a good home - just kidding) knocked my mother's engagement ring and one of her pearl earrings into the sink overnight. I called Chris right away (after reading the reviews on yelp) and he was here quickly. Nicest guy ever. He was incredibly courteous, retrieved the jewelry, and cleaned up when he was done. Will absolutely call him if anything else happens.

Bought a new home in Ashland and got a new toilet installed, a nasty leak fixed, and a general inspection of my plumbing. The plumber they sent out (Lawson) came out and did the work quickly and effectively--he was a real pro. The pricing was reasonable and no time was wasted. He also advised me and provided a referral for water filtration servicing (which is the next update to the home that I planned to do).

Belli Plumbing & Heating is now my plumbing team and will be the only number I'll be sharing with future neighbours. My only regret is that I didn't find them earlier and wasted so much time trying to find the right plumber for the job when all I had to do was call Belli first.

Strong strong recommend. Don't look elsewhere, some of the other Yelp top-rated plumbers in this area overcharge, require repeated follow-ups, or will waste your time like they did mine.

Best in Marlborough by far.  I choose Belli Plumbing due to the great reviews posted everywhere.  I have now had them come out for two separate issues.  Both were diagnosed quickly, and fixed properly with no further issues.  They were on time to both appointments and the courtesy call 10 minutes before arrival was an added plus.  Last time out, they took the time to go over everything with me and even looked at the all the plumbing I had questions about (I just recently bought the house and the prior owner was a self proclaimed DIY guy).  I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.  They are reasonable priced and readily available.

They were punctual and called me in advance when they were coming. I loved that they wore masks and even shoe protectors. Very professional and friendly!

I have worked with Chris and Belli on multiple occasions. They installed a combi, on demand, gas boiler unit and all the gas work associated with bringing service into my house for the time. Also worked with them later on a all the gas and plumbing associated with a large kitchen and first floor bath/laundry room renovation. They are always very quick to respond to providing estimates when I call and they always show up when they say they will. Their pricing has been very competitive for me as well.

I ask a lot of questions of my contractors and they are very happy to discuss anything with me whether in person or over the phone. They were also happy to work with me during the kitchen reno to allow me to do some of the work (install radiant tubing) myself to keep the price down. Belli is definitely my go-to plumbing service provider.

Our water heater burst the other day and needed to be replaced ASAP.  I had Belli plumb in a water line to my fridge last year and they did a great job with that so they were the first call in my list to replace the water heater. Chris came out the same day and replaced it. Belli is extremely responsive, professional, kind, and capable. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing and heating needs. I will definitely use them when the need arises. Found a great plumber for the long haul.

They were able to reschedule a day early.  Joe was actually 10 minutes early!  He completed the job PERFECTLY in only 1 hour.  He was very personable, answered all questions, and wore gloves, mask, and booties.  He installed a Delta kitchen faucet, soap dispenser and replaced a hot water line turn-off for $160.  Another plumber gave us an estimate of $575!  And he cleaned up after himself.  We even got a 10% senior citizen discount.  We will certainly use Belli Plumbing again.

Belli Plumbing and Heating has done 2 jobs for me in the last 12 months.  The first was fixing a noise in the pipes problem (loud banging, not a water hammer) that stumped another plumber.  Diagnosis was spot on and fix done very well and in a timely manner.

The second job was a new boiler.  Job done on time without any problems.  Will definitely call them again when I need a plumbing or heating help.
