I needed some plumbing repairs in my apartment. Stephen was on time and very friendly. He explained exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly.
I am recommending Stephen to all my friends in the neighborhood for any plumbing needs.

Jeff and his team recently installed a new propane heating system. I chose them because he explained everything about the system in detail and what work would need to be done. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and finished just when he said he would. He assisted with coordinating with the propane company. I'm very happy with the work and will continue to use them for maintenance.

Very solid work done by Frank once again.  My garbage disposal system had water explode out of it from the water that was stuck in my sink, I called him in the evening,  and he installed a new one the next morning.  Everything works flawlessly.  I'm always able to get my plumbing problems fixed very fast since finding him.  Glad I did!

Kelcourse Plumbing was referred to me by a colleague who has always had excellent experiences with them. I had twice in the last month used Roto Rooter, who were obscenely expensive so I was bracing my wallet for another buggering!  Danny Kelcourse made an appt for me in two days (note: it was not an emergency or they would have come much sooner). He was nice, efficient and very knowledgable. He also did only what had to be done to fix the problem and did not try to sell me on any larger-than-necessary job.  When he told me what the bill was, I almost fainted...from how REASONABLE it was!  He charged less than a third of Roto-Rooter.  If you live on the South Shore and need a great plumber, call Kelcourse!  You will be glad you did!

Owning a home can be daunting, especially as a single, unhandy female (I was single when I first discovered M&F but am now happily engaged).   I am a firm believer in word of mouth which is how I met Mike- from a friend's referral. M&F Plumbing is the Company name but the plumber is Mike and the nicest guy you will ever meet!

First of all his prices are SO reasonable! He will not take advantage of you!  Just an example- one time I called him because my sink's disposal stopped working.  Another plumber might have just come over and charged me $200.  Mike, however, walked me through several fixes over the phone for free which totally worked.

Second he is reliable!  I first called Mike to help install a w/d in my condo and not only was he on board but he also brought his friend who is an electrician (equally friendly and reasonably priced- Tony 603-893-9643). Mike and Tony spent at least 3-4 hours working including installation of a new circuit and dryer outlet. They did a great job and the total cost was under $500 as I recall.

Thirdly Mike is caring- recently my toilet seal broke and some water went to the condo below me. My neighbors are not nice people and I was really freaking out about it.  I called Mike and he moved his schedule around so he could come to my place immediately and fix the issue. He was here for about 2 hours and the total cost was $150.00.

Mike is awesome- if you need a plumber call him!

Eric from EMA was the best worker out of the 30 or so workers that did renovation on our house, and he was in a whole league of his own when compared to the other 2 plumbers we suffered through.  He is the best of the best when it comes to plumbing, and I am 150% happy with the results of his work, his professionalism, his speed, his honesty, his flexibility, and how cheap he was compared to other plumbers!  Other plumbers, hang your heads in shame!  Eric is your gold standard on how your trade SHOULD be plied!

We decided to install 4 Grohtherm SmartControl Dual Function Thermostatic Shower Trims, which are a very new product in the United States from Grohe, and 2 other plumbers took forever and did a horrible job installing them.  We'd nearly given up hope that any US plumber could install them when I got ahold of Eric on the phone.  Not only did he come by in just a few days (I usually had to wait weeks for the other plumbers), he had actually watched videos and read manuals about the trim the night before the job!!  It showed too, because what took the other plumber 6 hours to do, he did in about 20 minutes.  In a matter of hours, he'd installed the rather complicated shower trims and fixed the problems the other plumbers created.  We were so amazed that we begged him to become our plumber for our entire renovation work.

When he came back for the rest of the renovation plumbing work, he discovered (unlike every other worker on the job) that someone had drilled through some of our drain pipes.  While that turned into a massive headache for us, I am so thankful that Eric was there to discover it and help us deal with it.  I can't imagine how awful it would've been if we'd started putting water through those drain pipes in the wall.

Eric made it clear that he didn't care whether I made this review or not, as he's already busy as hell, but I figured that Massachusetts needed to know that we found the best Grohe installer there is.  After owning 2 different houses and going through this intense 6 month renovation phase, I have never been as happy with a tradesman as I've been with Eric.  I cannot recommend him enough.

I called someone else that tried to sell me things that I didn't need for a really high price, then I spoke with Nate. He gave me a very fair price for a weekend hot water tank replacement, and was responsive regarding his ETA. He was pleasant to deal with and I will definitely use him again for plumbing services!

I was searching around for a plumber and John was recommended by a friend. I've never had to hire a plumber before but working with John was easy-breezy. He came by right away to assess the sitch and told me exactly what the problems were. He also told me what supplies I needed. I went and bought the supplies (faucets, valves, garbage disposal) myself and then John returned to do the work. I needed 4 things done and he took care of everything in one quick/easy morning.  I trust him, he knows what he's doing, he answered all my Q's, I would definitely hire him again! I'm (semi) looking forward to doing my dishes now!

Scott repaired a leaky valve in my basement a little while back. He was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely call again if I have a need for a plumber in the future.

I've had an intermittent leaky toilet for a couple years now. It would randomly have a small pool of water around the base for a few weeks, & we'd mop it up ... sometimes it would go away on it's own. But it always came back - maybe a month later, maybe a week or two later....Last Sept it stayed longer than most, so I yelped plumbers in my area (Andover) I got several quick emails. Several hinted at a very 'expensive' fix but they'd need to see it first, others threw out estimates in the $250 to $500 range - but could be more. Eddie estimated roughly $150 and said he could do it that day. I went with Eddie.
He came out, spent a couple hours on it - he suspected a couple minor issues - and replaced a couple parts adjusted a couple things and the problem has NEVER returned. Explained everything in layman's terms too. Cleaned up and left the bathroom spotless - it's been several months and it's never pooled again. FIXED! HIGHLY recommend. He is a true professional who understands that everybody wins when he does a good job at a fair price.
I've used 2 other plumbers in the past who were HORRENDOUS. One (Milltown) charged about $800 to stop a shower drip (that came back within a year) and tighten the hot water knob - the other (Shawn) abruptly cancelled the appointment - before ever coming out to give me an estimate - when I told him I would not let him rip out the existing water heater - STILL under warranty - so he could replace it with a MUCH more expensive unit. He claimed he 'diagnosed' the problem when I gave him the make and model number....he said mine was a piece of sh*t and if he couldn't replace it (it would cost thousands) he wasn't coming out...never even looked at it! (I called Rannai a week later who had me flip a switch on a switch bank inside the unit, drop the water temp down 5-degrees and the intermittent problem went away). Shawn had something like 31 5-star reviews - many out of state (??? - must have friends and relatives there). I have no doubt most, if not all, are bogus...

Don't get ripped off - called Eddie. Good job at a fair price. He's not looking to screw people - which is more than I can say for some others.

Our boilers pilot was turned off and I requested for a quote on Yelp and Wilson's mechanical gave me response quickly and gave me the the exact amount that would be charged. Also the work was done quickly and he was very informative too. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you for the help.

I have used Rich's handyman services twice this year. Rich is very nice and easy to work with. He does a great job and gets it done in a short amount of time. We had Rich paint rooms, ceilings, a garage, fix fence posts and other little projects. My house looked great and more importantly, he does it for a reasonable price. I will definitely call him back for my next project!

Sullivan plumbing solutions are nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend them for anything. They are very smart and always have an answer for all of your questions (even if you ask a lot) they never make you feel silly. Both Matt and Tim spend as much time as you need to go through discussing any issues you're having. They have never made a mistake and have been working for my family for 20 plus years. I was a new customer to Alvin Hollis since Oct 2015. At the beginning, they seem very professional and provided up to par services.

Not until recently I decided to stop the auto oil delivery and out of no where questions like interrogation, why would I want to stop it? That is not a wise choice!, We know you need oil that is why it default to auto delivery...etc... I asked to talk to general manager, obviously he isn't around until next year. LOL! The service representative keep insisting that I need to close my account. This is where I got to agree with him.

Glad to end this business relationship.
