When my heat went out unexpectedly, Nate went above and beyond to fit me into his busy schedule on short notice. He identified the problem, gave a fair and transparent assessment of what it would cost to fix, and quickly scheduled a return visit to install the parts. The subsequent installation went smoothly. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy HVAC option in the area, this is a great one!
I called someone else that tried to sell me things that I didn't need for a really high price, then I spoke with Nate. He gave me a very fair price for a weekend hot water tank replacement, and was responsive regarding his ETA. He was pleasant to deal with and I will definitely use him again for plumbing services!

I had a problem with my toilet flush. The tank would not refill. I reach out and Nate from Bay State Heating & Cooling responded within several minutes. Told Nate my problem. He gave me a quote and arrived at my home in 1.5 hours to fix the problem. Nate was very professional and courteous. Thorough and cleaned up after. Even put on shoe covers while working in the bathroom.

5/5 would recommend Bay State Heating & Cooling! Asked them to come out and look at a plumbing job. Nate was incredibly nice, friendly, and good with communication. He finished the job relatively quickly and was very knowledgeable, pointing out potential future issues to look out for.
Would definitely use them again!
It took a while to troubleshoot to identify the issue with my hvac that didn't seem to respond to the thermostat at all. Initially Nathan suggested that the circuit board may have gotten fried due to my careless way of trying to install the Nest thermostat (without turning off the hvac). But finally he identified the fix : (blown fuse in the hvac unit). In the end, Nathan not only installed the fuse but also installed the Nest thermostat for me. Very happy with his workmanship and would recommend him to anyone.
