Porter Stephen Plumbing & Heating

I needed some plumbing repairs in my apartment. Stephen was on time and very friendly. He explained exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly.
I am recommending Stephen to all my friends in the neighborhood for any plumbing needs.

Stephen and Mark are fantastic.  Always call back quickly - do excellent work at a reasonable rate.  I highly recommend.

I loved these guys and they were my go-to company 2001-2017. However, I am wondering if there is something wrong or if they're not in business anymore: I have been trying to reach them off and on from July to December 2018 and I have never gotten a call back. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one who is unable to reach them this year. If they are closed or not taking new jobs, I wish they would change their answering machine message and let customers know.

I called Porter Plumbing for a non-emergency plumbing problem.  They got back to me right away and told me I would be on their schedule within 2 days.  I got a call 2 days later (as promised) and was told I was next on the list.  Great!

Matt arrived very promptly after the call and was super friendly and very professional.  He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it fixed in no time.  

This is the 2nd time I've need a plumber.  Both times I've called Stephen Porter Plumbing and have had great service.  I highly them.  These are my go-to guys for plumbing issues.

I paid Steve Porter over two thousand dollars to repair my furnace.  The pipes were knocking afterwards,  and Porter didn't  return my phone calls.
