Very responsive, reasonable fee, job perfect, friendly,  willing to answer questions, and left the work area clean.

The team are very efficient, solved the problem within two hours. Charged reasonably. and good at keeping the house clean even in a rainy day.

Had a furnace decide to stop working on me, reached out to Wilson's and got an appointment set up for the next day.

The furnace was troubleshooted and fixed at the scheduled appointment time and everything was explained along the way. I even got good tips on how to maintain my tankless water heater.

I had a water heater fail. I called a bunch of plumbers, and had a bunch of quotes which were not at all reasonable (the worst was more than 2x Wilson's -- clearly trying to take advantage of people in an emergency).

I got a recommendation from one of my neighbors for Wilson's. I'm glad I did:

- Competent and did got work.

- Friendly and flexible.

- Gave a lot of good advice too. Generous with his time.

A water heater replacement is pretty simple. However, we talked through a few other options, such as a combi or a inline water heater, as well as other issues around the house. I do a lot of simpler home maintenance myself, and the high level of competence came across clearly.

It took a while, but I'm glad I found an honest, reliable business to help me with my plumbing and HVAC.

Our boilers pilot was turned off and I requested for a quote on Yelp and Wilson's mechanical gave me response quickly and gave me the the exact amount that would be charged. Also the work was done quickly and he was very informative too. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you for the help.

Highly recommend! We contacted Wilson's Mechanical for a quote to finish installation on our central air. We received quotes from several other companies and Wilson's was by far the most reasonable! He was also able to start immediately and finish our job quickly (even in the busy summer season!), and help us find a reputable plumber for a pipe issue.  Wilson was prompt, personable, and gave us helpful tips for maintaining our AC units over time and saving on electric costs. We met with several other HVAC companies and did not have the same experience. A bigger company wanted to charge us more than double and tried to upsell us on other services. Wilson seems to genuinely care about  the quality of his work and his customers' satisfaction, not just making profit. We cannot recommend Wilson's Mechanical highly enough.

Hot water heater failed at noon, found Wilson on Yelp and he quickly replied with a quote and arrived the same evening with a replacement. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable and took the time to show me several issues with past work done on my boiler. His prices are very reasonable as well. I will certainly use him in the future.

My upstairs furnace stopped working. I called another company first that replaced the iginitor, charge me for the ignitor and then told me I needed a new furnace without any testing. They wanted a ridiculous amount of money so I called Wilson instead. He immediately came out and throughly tested the system. I could tell he was very honest businessman and knowledgeable technician. He took his time to troubleshoot the issue. After a thorough diagnosis he ultimately determined there was a crack in system and that it needed to be replaced. He offered me a very fair price so much so I decide to have him proactively replace a second furnace and also a mini split that had died years ago but had not been replace because of the absurd quotes I had been given by other companies. He did an excellent job, was very efficient and kept me informed at each step. I highly recommend calling Wilson if you are looking for somone that is honest, knowledgeable, efficient and not just going to try to squeeze as much out you as possible!!

Being 6 months pregnant during the hottest week of the summer is not ideal. Our AC was working but not well enough to make it comfortable. We reached out to Wilson and he was very fast and responsive. He came exactly when he said he was going to. Diagnosed the issue and helped get the AC running much better than it was before. It felt amazing to go to bed with blankets on because we were cold!

Responsive but unable to fix my steam boiler.  They are not licensed plumbers. They got it started but didn't fix the real problem.  Boiler stopped working afterwards.  Had a master plumber cone ovwr and he diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Wilson installed a new heat pump in my home. The price was on target. The quality was excellent. The installation was quick and neat. They cleaned up after they were done. Quick, responsive, reasonable, and knowledgeable. Fixed Nest thermostat efficiently. Answered quickly and explained options. Taught us useful information about maintenance.

I had a fairly simple request (disconnecting a dryer and capping off the gas pipeline). Wilson responded incredibly fast, came over the next day, did the job both expediently and thoroughly, and charged a better rate than any of the estimates I received. The whole time he was super courteous and accommodating.

Why not be transparent and list your service areas. And just because it was 2 hours travel time to my address, why blow me off?

I had water leaks in my condo and he came by to quickly identify the cause of the issue. The next day he replaced my water heater as well as some malfunctioning parts of the toilets. The process with Wilson was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend his services. Thank you!

Twice I've been in need and twice I've received excellent and quick service. I love the electronic invoice for my records. He is my go to for HVAC needs. I tried Angi/ HomeAdvisor 3-4 times and no one could help!!! Answers questions on the job. Comes prepared so he doesn't have to come back 2-3 times. My girlfriend and tenants are happy to have heat again!!

Wilson has been our greatest find since moving to the North Shore.  Our water heater was overdue for a replacement and started leaking.  Wilson gave us a preliminary quote just based on the description of the leak.  After sending him photos, he sent us a final quote far LESS than the original quote.  AND he said he could be at our house at 9am the next day.  Wilson is fair and efficient.  He came to the house and installed the water heater quickly.  We have had absolutely no problems.  We will definitely be using Wilson in the future.

Wilson was great and incredibly responsive when my furnace broke down on a chilly night. He took his time to figure out what was going on and clearly explained it to me so that I understood what my options were. If and when my furnace does need to be fully replaced I will be reaching back out to Wilson's!
