If you are looking for a GREAT construction company that does what they say they will and does it in a professional manner, Simpson Construction Services, LLC is the one to call!  Gary Simpson, owner, has a strong team of guys that can do it all.  They repaired our bay window and made it look like it was brand new when other companies said the entire window would have to be replaced.  We also had the ceiling in our dining room replaced after a leak from our upstairs bathroom was fixed by another company.  The quality of work they did on our ceiling (and our window) was so good that you can't even tell it was repaired!!!

Adam, Jeff, Bob and Greg were AWESOME!!!  They were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  They cleaned up after each day's work and always kept us in the know as to what they had done and what still needed to be finished.

For any future home improvement projects, we will ONLY use Simpson Construction Services, LLC.

Excellent service.    It was very easy to contact them through the Yelp app.   I was able to describe the job and schedule a  time slot.   The initial estimate is free and there's no travel charge.

The service technician showed up right on time.   I showed him what needed to be done (outdoor 120V panel removed and replaced with 240V service panel for the hot tub) and I got a firm upfront price (parts and labor) straight out of his service binder.   No surprises.

Since he was already here, I showed him another minor job I had been putting off (replacing the security light high ankle my garage).   Again he gave me a firm price (labor only) or if his binder.   I would supply the security light myself.

So while he ran to the store to get the parts to replace the 120V panel, zi went to Lowe's to pick out and purchase the security light I wanted (motion-activated).

When I returned home 30 minutes later, he was already working on the panel outside.   I gave him the security light and he was done with everything in about 20 minutes.

I would definitely use Copper Ridge again for my electrical or plumbing needs.

Ronnie arrived when the office said he would.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  And, he quickly identified and fixed our issue.  It was refreshing to work with someone who you feel you can trust.  I highly recommend them!

I have had Serenity Plumbing out a couple of times now, and I am incredibly happy with their work and professionalism. Last fall they came out and replaced my sump pump, which had failed. I had three other companies to quote the job before Serenity and they were pushy and abrupt in their estimates. Serenity came out, gave me three options along with their opinion their preferred option. I was happy to have multiple choices and I did't feel pressured to take the most expensive option. I also work during the day, so my wife is the one who was at home when the sump pump was replaced. She told me the guys were friendly and informative. Now I am having AC problems and my wife called Serenity in to take a look. They were up front about the option we have for repair or replacement, and potential costs. I feel they are giving me all the information i need to make the right choice for an expensive home repair. I will certainly have them out ot do the work, as soon I decide course to take.

I called Tim to try to get a under-mount kitchen sink repaired, it  was coming un-glued. He told me who to call  to fix this problem, I did.   I then asked for his help regarding our sump-pump. I sent him some text-pictures  per his request.

Tim scheduled an appointment to come and see our issues  with the sump-pump. - He  didn't try to sell us expensive services,  just made a game plan for our issues. Wow- that was great -  Highly recommended !!!

I found my hot water tank going bad and leaking water on the floor. I called Zach at Brown's Plumbing Services and got an immediate response. He walked me through the various water heating options available.  I decided to go with the tankless option since it had a significantly longer life, plus I would never have to worry about another tank failure that would put water all over the floor.  

Zach was able to install the unit the following morning. He came with foot covers, and tarpes to cover the floor to protect my home. He was well prepared with everything he might need, and was able to cut out the old plumbing to the water tank and install the new unit in a much more clean and professional looking manner.  The plumbing was routed to be shorter, cleaner, more efficient, and even quieter than when the house was built!  Zach walked me through the operation of the unit and future maintenance procedures, answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied.

I decided to have Zach change out the old sump pump, which was corroded and could fail at any time. Again, he did a great job!  He replaced the line to get a much better flow, fastened it down and organized the wiring.  The pump is so much quieter than the previous setup.  I was amazed!  My basement around the water heater and sump pump look so clean and organized now.  

Zach did a super professional job, from the beginning of the process to the very end, including the billing.  I am very impressed!  I would give Zach and Brown's Plumbing Services my highest recommendation!

Phenomenal experience! Not only did they end up coming out a day earlier than expected, they went above and beyond. Small businesses and family owned is what builds a great economy and community. We had a low grade leak from our dishwasher that was leaking through the main level light fixture. They assessed everything from the sink to the dishwasher, lights and floors. Great company. They also waive the cost of the assessment fee if they have to end up fixing any kind of damages. They were so efficient, quick and informative on what we should do/expect next. Thank you for all you do!

Excellent Service at a reasonable price!  The technicians that came out were extremely friendly, answered all/any questions as well as being very professional.  We received a quote (prior to Water Works) from another plumbing service who came out that was not in our budget.  The technicians from Water Works took the time to look at the problem in its entirety without question in an effort to work with us on getting our concerns resolved.  My husband and I highly recommended Water Works as they will be our first call for any future plumbing issues!!

I was in Martinsville visiting my father and stepmom, when they experienced their septic system backing back into their basement. Since moving to Indiana, they've had a terrible time finding good, qualified help to help them around their home. They're retired. Long story short, I called the Indianapolis Pipefitter's hall, and they recommended Allpoints. I spoke with Jim, who had a day full of service calls but listened to my story and asked if we could be patient, he'd stop by that night and diagnose the problem. He showed up in time frame he said. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly was able to clear their main line and got everything flowing again. Jim was courteous and well spoken, very nice. We couldn't be more pleased with his response and workmanship.
